従来公知の実開昭60−190245号公報には、前壁隅部押圧体を有する取付アームの基部をフレームに回動自在に取付けた構成について記載されている。また、従来公知の特開平2−190120号公報には、育苗箱を横送する移送台の上方位置に設けたフレームと、前記育苗箱の床土上面より上方の待機位置から床土上面まで下降して前記育苗箱の前壁の隅土を押圧する前壁隅部押圧体を設けた取付アームとからなり、該取付アームは前壁隅部押圧体が最大押圧位置よりも上方で待機するように構成した育苗箱の隅部床土押圧装置について記載されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記公知例のうち、実開昭60−190245号公報に記載された前壁隅部押圧装置は、鎮圧ローラーと一体的に設けた構成のため、鎮圧は不要だが、隅の部分だけ押圧したいときにできないという課題がある。また、単なるアームの下部後端に前壁隅部押圧体を設けているので、フレームの前側に前壁隅部押圧体を配置すると、アームの先端にある前壁隅部押圧体は下降しながら後退して前壁の隅を押圧できない。また、待機高さと押圧位置が同じであるため、前壁隅部押圧体は床土上面に摺接して、土がたまる等の別の問題が発生する。
この点、特開平2−190120号公報に記載されたものは、前記課題を解決するが、後壁隅部押圧機構の後壁隅部押圧用のアームと連動する構成のため、何らかの原因(先行育苗箱と後続の育苗箱の間に所定以上の隙間が開いたり、育苗箱の前後壁の厚さが所定より厚くまたは薄いとき等)で後壁隅部押圧装置が作動しないと、前壁隅部押圧機構も作動しないという課題がある。また、連動させる構成のため、構成が複雑で、製造組立が面倒であり、コストが高いという課題もある。

本発明は、育苗箱2を横送する移送台1の上方位置に設けたフレーム9と、該フレーム9に取付けられ横送中の前記育苗箱2の前壁5の上面に当接する高さ位置であって、かつ、回転均平ブラシにより均平された前記育苗箱2の床土上面より上方の待機位置から前記床土上面まで下降して前記育苗箱2の前壁5の隅土を押圧する前壁隅部押圧体16を設けた取付アーム13とからなり、該取付アーム13は、その回動中心を前記フレーム9に基部を軸止した支持アーム20の先端に取付兼回動規制軸14により取付け、該取付兼回動規制軸14は前記フレーム9側に形成した取付兼回動規制軸14の軸径より大径の回動規制孔15に係合させて前記支持アーム20の回動を規制するように構成し、もって、前記取付兼回動規制軸14を前記支持アーム20の回動により上下させることにより、前記前壁隅部押圧体16が前記育苗箱2の前壁5を乗り越えて最大押圧位置から最大押圧位置よりも上方であって前記床土上面より上方の待機位置で待機するように構成した育苗箱の隅部床土押圧装置としたものである。

【実施例】
本発明の一実施例を図面により説明すると、1は移送台、2は育苗箱であり、移送台1は育苗箱2をイ方向に移送する。3は育苗箱2を移送する移送ロールである。前記移送台1には、育苗箱2の移送方向前側の前壁5の隅部の床土を押圧する隅部押圧装置6の前壁隅部押圧機構7を設ける。
前記移送台1には、フレーム9の側板10の下端を固定し、前記側板10、10には取付板11、11をリンク機構(図示省略)を介して上下自在に取付ける。12は取付板11を上下させる高さ調節ダイヤルである。
しかして、前記左右の側板10の外側に左右一対の取付アーム13を配置し、取付アーム13の前後中間の前側よりの部分に左右方向の取付兼回動規制軸14を軸装し、該取付兼回動規制軸14は前記取付板11に形成した回動規制孔15回動規制孔15内に挿通して軸装する。取付アーム13の後部には育苗箱2の前壁5の隅部を押圧する前壁隅部押圧体16を取付ける。前記前壁隅部押圧体16は、左右方向の平板状に形成し、前側を略水平の押圧部17に形成し、押圧部17に続いて後側に至るに従い高くなるように傾斜させた傾斜案内面18に形成する。

なお、牽引バネ22は支持アーム20の上下両方向の回動には影響せず、支持アーム20は全体回動中心軸21に吊設されていることになり、取付アーム13と支持アーム20は牽引バネ22とストッパ24の作用で互いに同一角度状態を保持したまま全体回動中心軸21に吊設されて、取付兼回動規制軸14が回動規制孔15の内周の下縁に当接して待機し、前壁隅部押圧体16が押圧するときは後述するように、取付アーム13が取付兼回動規制軸14中心に回動する。

しかして、前記フレーム9には後壁4の隅部を押圧する後壁隅部押圧機構30を設ける。前記後壁隅部押圧機構30は左右一対の後壁隅用アーム31の上部を左右方向の取付軸32に固定し、取付軸32は前記取付板11に軸装する。後壁隅用アーム31の下部には回転部材33の上部を下部取付軸34により回転自在に軸着する。回転部材33の前面下端には側面視L型形状の育苗箱2の後壁4の隅部を押圧する後壁隅部押圧体35を取付位置上下変更自在に取付ける。前記回転部材33の下部には左右方向の下部軸36を設け、該下部軸36にはバネ37の下端を係止し、バネ37の上端は前記後壁隅用アーム31に設けたピン38に係止し、バネ37は回転部材33を常時後方に回動するように付勢させる。また、後壁隅用アーム31の前記ピン38の下部にはストッパー39を設け、回転部材33の後方回動を停止させる。前記下部軸36は、前記下部取付軸34に対して所謂死点越えしないように配置する。後壁隅用アーム31の中間部には左右方向の回動規制軸40を設け、回動規制軸40の両端は取付板11に形成した回動規制孔41内に位置させる。後壁隅用アーム31とフレーム9側との間にはバネ42を設け、後壁隅用アーム31を常時上方回動するように付勢する。

また、前壁隅部押圧体16は、前記後壁隅部押圧機構30の回転部材33が前壁5および後壁4を乗越えるときの回転と干渉しないところに配置するとともに、前記取付アーム13の後側の一部を湾曲させた湾曲部44に形成し、同一フレーム9への後壁隅部押圧機構30の取付け、作動を可能にしている。

【作用】
次に作用を述べる。
本発明は以上の構成であるから、移送台1に育苗箱2を供給すると、育苗箱2はイ方向に移送され、移送中に上方の床土供給装置により床土が供給される。
この床土の供給は、多い目に供給して余分のものを取り去るという方法のため、回転均平ブラシにより床土の上面を均平し、育苗箱2の後壁4および前壁5の隅部に溜る余分な隅土を、隅部押圧装置6の前壁隅部押圧機構7により押圧する。なお、前記育苗箱2の移送速度は、一時間あたり約200箱〜1500箱と任意である。

前壁隅部押圧機構7の取付アーム13は牽引バネ22により取付兼回動規制軸14中心に下方回動するように付勢され、ストッパ24が連結体25に当接して下方回動が規制されるが、牽引バネ22は支持アーム20の回動には影響せず、支持アーム20は全体回動中心軸21に吊設されたことになり、取付アーム13と支持アーム20は互いに同一角度状態を保持したまま全体回動中心軸21に吊設され、それゆえ、支持アーム20が自重で全体回動中心軸21中心に回動し、取付兼回動規制軸14が回動規制孔15の内周の下縁に当接して待機している。

また、前壁隅部押圧体16が前壁5の隅土を押圧すると、支持アーム20は全体回動中心軸21中心に下方回動するので、前壁隅部押圧体16は押圧位置よりも上方の待機位置に復帰するが、前記全体回動中心軸21には錘26が設けられているから、支持アーム20の下方回動する速度を遅くし、前壁隅部押圧体16が床土上面から離れるのを遅くする。即ち、前壁隅部押圧体16は育苗箱2に供給された床土上面と同じ高さまで隅土を押すが、育苗箱2によって床土上面の高さにばらつきがあり、少しでも前壁隅部押圧体16が深く押圧してすぐに上動させると、前壁隅部押圧体16が押圧した部分と床土上面との境界部分に段差が発生するが、前壁隅部押圧体16をゆっくり上動させると、前壁隅部押圧体16により前記段差を均平しながら上動させることができる。この前壁隅部押圧体16の上動する速さを錘26により調節するのであり、錘26は軸方向に移動可能である。
