Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a floor structure for a store in which the floor finishing level is kept low.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in a store, the floor finish level is made lower than the floor finish level of a house in order to make it easy for customers to go in and out, and to bring in goods and equipment. That is, as shown in FIG.8 and FIG.9, the floor finishing level is made lower than the top level of the foundation (2) by laying flooring etc. directly on the soil concrete (1). In the figure, (4) is an outer wall material, and (5) is a pillar.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the floor finishing level is lowered as described above, the corner portion on the indoor side of the foundation rising portion often travels indoors as the basic mold (3). For this reason, it has a poor appearance, and it is impossible to install the equipment or the like exactly on the wall of the room, which causes the indoor space to be narrowed.
[0004]
Accordingly, the object of the present invention is to provide a floor structure for a store that eliminates the above-mentioned problems, eliminates the base-type ledge in the room, has a good appearance, and can effectively use the indoor space. And
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the floor structure for a store according to the present invention forms a step by cutting out the indoor side of the foundation rising portion into a substantially L shape, and also cuts out the outdoor side at the pillar installation site. In the same way, install a pillar in the pillar installation part of the foundation rising part, place an outer wall material above the outdoor top of the foundation rising part, and also adjust the level of the soil to match the indoor ceiling level of the foundation rising part. It is characterized by laying.
[0006]
And the circumference | surroundings of the pillar base of the pillar are rooted with concrete or mortar. Moreover, the indoor side of the column excluding the indoor side of the outer wall material and the root winding portion is covered with the inner wall material. Furthermore, the interior side of the pillar including the root winding portion is covered with the interior material.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a floor structure for a store according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described according to its construction procedure. First, a fabric foundation (10) as shown in FIG. 2 is molded. This fabric foundation (10) is formed by cutting out the indoor side top end corner portion of the foundation rising portion (11) into a substantially L shape, forming a step (17) at the top end portion, and a column installation site (12) In (12), the top corner at the outdoor side is also cut away to eliminate the step (17). As a result, the outdoor top end face (13) at the base rising part (11) is higher than the indoor top end face (14), and the tops of the indoor top end face (14) and the pillar installation sites (12) (12) are arranged. The end faces (15) and (15) are flush with each other. Further, anchor bolts (16) and (16) protrude upward from the top end faces (15) and (15) of the pillar installation parts (12) and (12).
[0008]
And in the pillar installation part (12) of this foundation rising part (11), as shown in FIG.3 and FIG.4, the plate (35) welded to the lower end part of the pillars (20) (20) which consist of square steel pipes, for example The pillars (20) and (20) are installed by fixing (35) to the anchor bolts (16) and (16) in a state of being placed on the top end faces (15) and (15). Around the column bases of the columns (20) and (20), a filler made of concrete or mortar is filled and rooted. The outer wall material (22) is attached to the outdoor side of the pillar (20), and the inner wall material (23) is attached to the indoor side except for the root winding portions (21) and (21), and these outer wall materials (22 ) And the inner wall material (23) cover the column (20).
[0009]
Moreover, as shown in FIG.3 and FIG.5, soil concrete (25) is laid according to the indoor side top edge level of a foundation rising part (11). Then, a mortar (26) or a heavy walking sheet is applied as a surface finish across the surface of the soil concrete (25) and the indoor top end face (14).
[0010]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, outer wall members (31), (31),... Are arranged immediately above the outdoor top edge surface (13) of the foundation rising portion (11). The indoor side of the outer wall materials (31) (31) is covered with inner wall materials (27), (27), which are raised from the soil-concrete (25) having a surface finish. In addition, heat insulating materials (30), (30),.
[0011]
In the store floor constructed in this way, the interior side of the foundation riser (11) of the fabric foundation (10) is notched, so the column (20) The foundation mold does not protrude into the room except for the root winding part (21) (21). Therefore, the appearance can be improved, and the equipment can be properly installed along the wall, so that the indoor space can be effectively used without waste.
[0012]
In the case of the structure shown in FIG. 1, the root winding portions (21) and (21) of the pillar (20) are exposed to the indoor side, but as shown in FIG. 6, the interior rising from the soil concrete (25). By covering the indoor side of the pillar (20) including the root winding portions (21) and (21) with the material (32) and (32), the steps generated by the root winding portions (21) and (21) are hidden, and it looks good Can be further improved.
[0013]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and it is needless to say that many modifications and changes can be made to the above embodiment within the scope of the present invention.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, the interior side of the foundation rising portion is cut out and an outer wall material is disposed above the outdoor top end of the foundation rising portion so as to match the indoor ceiling level. Because the floor is laid, the basic model does not travel on the wall in the room, so it looks better and the equipment can be installed exactly along the wall. Can be used effectively.
