本発明は、ジーゼル排気ガスを取り込む、エキゾーストパイプ接続フランジ(1)と、処理後の浄化ガスを排出する排気口フランジ(3)を有する筒状の容器(2)の軸心を通って回転自在に設けたセンターシャフト(17)と、該センターシャフト(17)の長軸方向に適宜の間隔をあけて復数個固定され、前記容器(2)の内径よりもやや小さな径からなる円板状の入口制限板(8)と、該入口制限板(8)の前記排気口フランジ(3)側にそれぞれ隣接固定されたワイヤーブラシ(9)と、該ワイヤーブラシ(9)の前記排気口フランジ(3)側にそれぞれ隣接固定され、円板状でその外周が前記容器(2)の内壁に近接し、且つ中心付近に適宜大きさの貫通孔を有した出口制限板(7)と、容器(2)内に設けられ、ポンプ(6)をクダ(12)で連結して、タンク(11)内の合成洗剤を溶かした水をポンプ(6)でエキゾーストパイプ接続フランジ(1)側から排気口フランジ(3)側に向けて噴射する噴射ノズル(5)と、前記の噴射された水と排気ガスとの混合物をエキゾーストパイプ接続フランジ(1)側から、排気口フランジ(3)方向に圧送する為のロータ(4)とを備え、前記入口制限板(8)の外周と容器(2)の内壁との隙間、ワイヤーブラシ(9)のワイヤ相互間に生じる隙間及び前記出口制限板(7)の貫通孔とをそれぞれ連通させてジーゼル排気ガスがこの順序で通過出来るようにするとともに、容器(2)内の微粒子を溶かした水をクダ(12)でタンク(11)と連結して、有害物質をタンク(11)に導くものである。
