【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、アレンジボール機、雀球遊技機等の組み合わせ遊技機に関し、多連入球口手段を遊技盤に対して前側から着脱できるようにしたものである。

【従来の技術】
組み合わせ遊技機、例えばアレンジボール機では、特開平１１−１９７２９６号公報に記載のように、遊技盤の遊技領域の下部に、横方向に一列状に配列された１６個の入球口等を有する多連入球口手段を装着している。

この従来の多連入球口手段は、遊技盤の装着孔に裏側から嵌合する横長状の本体と、遊技盤の前側に配置され且つ本体を前側から覆う前カバーとを備えている。そして、本体には、その前上部側から裏側に跨がって１６個の入球口と、各入球口に入球した遊技球を遊技盤の裏側へと案内する１６個の案内通路とが設けられると共に、入球口の下側に前側から入球検出手段用の保持枠が着脱自在に装着され、この保持枠に、各案内通路を通過する遊技球を検出する１６個の入球検出手段が設けられている。前カバーは１６個の入球口から成る入球口列側へと案内する転動部を一体に備え、本体を遊技盤に装着した状態で遊技盤に対して前側から着脱自在に設けている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の多連入球口手段では、遊技盤の裏側に本体を、前側に前カバーを夫々装着しているため、多連入球口手段を遊技盤に組み付ける場合には、本体と前カバーとを遊技盤に対して両側から別々に取り付ける必要があり、組み立て、分解等の作業が煩雑になるという問題がある。また遊技機本体に装着後に多連入球口手段が故障したような場合には、前枠を開放して遊技盤を取り外す必要があり、故障等に際しての作業が煩わしくなるという問題もある。

本発明は、このような従来の問題点に鑑み、多連入球口手段を遊技盤に対して容易に装着でき、組み立て、分解等の作業を容易にできる組み合わせ遊技機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、左右方向に配列された複数個の入球口２５と、前記各入球口２５に入球した遊技球を遊技盤４の裏側へと案内する複数個の案内通路３４と、前記各入球口２５に対応して設けられ且つ該入球口２５に入球した遊技球を検出する複数個の入球検出手段３６とを含む多連入球口手段１７を前記遊技盤４に備えた組み合わせ遊技機において、前記各入球口２５、前記案内通路３４及び前記入球検出手段３６が設けられ且つ少なくとも一部が前記遊技盤４の装着孔２６に前側から着脱自在に嵌合する本体２７と、前記遊技盤４の前側に配置され且つ前記本体２７を前側から覆う前カバー２８とを備え、前記本体２７は、該本体２７内からの配線を前記遊技盤４の裏側へと挿通する配線ダクト３８と、該本体２７の左右両側の側壁部４３及び下壁部４４の前側から外側へと屈曲して前記遊技盤４に前側から当接する前壁部４６と、該前壁部４６の周囲から前側に突出する補強枠部４７とを一体に備え、前記前壁部４６の左右両側及び中央部の複数箇所に、前記前壁部４６から後方に突出し且つ前記遊技盤４の圧入孔６８に前側から圧入される圧入ピン６７と、前記前壁部４６から前方に突出し且つ前記前カバー２８がネジ７２により取り付けられるボス部７３とを前後に対応させて前記前壁部４６と一体に形成し、前記多連入球口手段１７を前記遊技盤４に前側から装着したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の各実施形態を図面に基づいて詳述する。図１〜図１１は本発明をアレンジボール機に採用した第１の実施形態を例示し、図１において、１は遊技機本体で、外枠２と、この外枠２に開閉自在に枢着された前枠３とを有する。前枠３には、遊技盤４が裏側から着脱自在に装着され、この遊技盤４の前側にガラス扉５と前面板６とが開閉自在に配置されている。前面板６には、発射用の遊技球を貯留する上皿７が装着されている。前枠３の下部には、余剰球を貯留する下皿８と、発射手段９の発射ハンドル１０とが夫々設けられている。

発射手段９は、発射レール１１上の発射位置にある遊技球を発射方向に打撃する打撃槌１２と、打撃槌１２を打撃方向に付勢するバネ（図示省略）と、カム機構１３を介して打撃槌１２を駆動する発射モータ１４とを備え、遊技者が発射ハンドル１０を操作したときに発射モータ１４が打撃槌１２を駆動して、上皿７から発射レール１１上に１個ずつ供給される遊技球を打撃槌１２により打撃し、単位ゲーム毎に所定数（例えば１６個）の遊技球を遊技盤４の遊技領域１５（図２参照）側へと発射するようになっている。

遊技盤４の前面には、図２に示すように、ガイドレール１６が環状に装着されると共に、ガイドレール１６の内側の遊技領域１５の下部に多連入球口手段１７が配置され、また多連入球口手段１７の上側に遊技図柄表示手段１８、作動口手段１９、増加入球手段２０、遊技図柄始動手段２１、作動手段２２，２３、普通入球手段２４ａ，２４ｂ等の各遊技部品が配置されている。

多連入球口手段１７は、遊技盤４の前側で複数個、例えば１６個の入球口２５が横一列状に配列され且つ一部が遊技盤４の装着孔２６に嵌合する横長状の本体２７、この本体２７を前側から覆う前カバー２８等を備え、遊技盤４に対して前側から着脱自在に装着されている（図４参照）。また多連入球口手段１７には、遊技球の入球位置を表示する入球表示手段２９、得点を表示する得点表示手段３０等が設けられている。

遊技図柄表示手段１８は、遊技図柄始動手段２１が遊技球を検出することを条件に１個又は複数個、例えば３個の遊技図柄１８ａ〜１８ｃが変動するようになっている。遊技図柄１８ａ〜１８ｃには、数字図柄、アルファベット図柄、キャラクター、その他の図柄を使用可能であり、この実施形態では０〜９までの１０種類の数字図柄が使用されている。

作動口手段１９は、遊技図柄表示手段１８の変動後の遊技図柄１８ａ〜１８ｃが特別態様（全てが「７・７・７」等のように同種図柄となる等の特定図柄の組み合わせ）となった場合に、所定単位ゲーム数（例えば３ゲーム）が経過し又は遊技球が所定個数（例えば１個）入球するまで開放する開閉板３１を備え、また内部が例えば３個の通路に区画されており、その１個、例えば中央の通路が作動領域３２に設定されている。なお、作動領域３２を遊技球が通過すると、特別遊技状態となり、作動手段２２，２３が有効となる。作動口手段１９には、作動領域３２を通過した遊技球を検出する通過検出手段が設けられている。

増加入球手段２０は、有効状態にある作動手段２２，２３が遊技球を検出することを条件に所定単位ゲーム数（例えば１ゲーム）が経過し又は遊技球が所定個数（例えば１個）入球するまで開放する開閉体３３を備えている。増加入球手段２０に遊技球が入球すると、その単位ゲームにおける得点が増加（例えば２倍）され、払い出される賞球の個数が増加（例えば２倍）するようになっている。

なお、作動口手段１９、増加入球手段２０、遊技図柄始動手段２１、作動手段２２，２３、普通入球手段２４ａ，２４ｂは、遊技盤４の前側で入球した遊技球を遊技盤４の裏側に誘導するように構成され、これらに遊技球が入球した場合に、それに対応する１個又は複数個の入球口２５への遊技球の入球と同等に取り扱われるようになっている。

多連入球口手段１７は、図３〜図９に示すように少なくとも一部が遊技盤４の装着孔２６に嵌合された本体２７と、遊技盤４の前側に突出し且つ本体２７の上部前側に横一列状に配置された左右方向に複数個、例えば１６個の入球口２５と、各入球口２５に対応して本体２７の上部に前後方向に設けられ且つ各入球口２５に入球した遊技球を遊技盤４の裏側へと案内して落下させる１６個の案内通路３４と、各入球口２５に対応して本体２７に設けられ且つ各入球口２５に入球した遊技球を、その遊技球が案内通路３４の後端側の落下部３５から落下するときに検出する１６個の入球検出手段３６と、遊技盤４の前側に配置され且つ本体２７を前側から覆う前カバー２８と、本体２７とその裏側の裏板４８との間に設けられ且つ各入球検出手段３６を通過した遊技球が下方へと落下する落下通路３７と、本体２７に設けられ且つ落下通路３７の下部を前後方向に横切る配線ダクト３８と、配線ダクト３８の上側に配置され且つ落下通路３７の遊技球を左右方向に案内する案内壁３９とを備え、遊技盤４の装着孔２６に嵌合した状態で遊技盤４に前側から着脱自在に装着されている。また多連入球口手段１７には、入球表示手段２９、得点表示手段３０、エラー表示手段４０等が設けられている。

本体２７は前側が開放する内部空間４１を有する横長状であって、周方向に連続状に形成された上壁部４２、側壁部４３及び下壁部４４と、この上壁部４２、側壁部４３及び下壁部４４の後側を塞ぐ後壁部４５と、上壁部４２、側壁部４３及び下壁部４４の前側から外側に屈曲する前壁部４６と、前壁部４６の周囲に形成された補強枠部４７とを一体に備え、少なくとも一部、例えば上壁部４２、側壁部４３及び下壁部４４が遊技盤４の装着孔２６に前側から嵌合され、前壁部４６が遊技盤４に前側から当接されている。なお、上壁部４２と側壁部４３とにより嵌合胴部が構成されている。

上壁部４２はその前側から前上方に突出する入球傾斜部４９と、この入球傾斜部４９側から上壁部４２の上側を経て後壁部４５の裏側へと突出する前後方向の仕切り板５０とを一体に有する。仕切り板５０は上壁部４２の上側を左右方向に１６個の入球口２５とその後側の案内通路３４とに区画するためのもので、左右方向に所定間隔をおいて１７個設けられている。各入球口２５は入球傾斜部４９の上側に設けられ、遊技盤４の前側で横方向に一列状に配列されている。入球傾斜部４９は１６個の入球口２５から成る入球口列６１に対応してその左右方向の全長にわたって設けられている。各案内通路３４は、入球口２５から入球した遊技球を遊技盤４の裏側に案内して、その後端側の落下部３５から後壁部４５に沿って落下通路３７へと落下させるようになっている。

入球検出手段３６は、図３及び図７に示すように、本体２７の後壁部４５の上部側に上下２列に左右方向に千鳥状に近接して配置されている。各入球検出手段３６は、球通過孔３６ａが後壁部４５と裏板４８との間で各案内通路３４の落下部３５に対応するするように、本体２７の後壁部４５に形成された嵌合孔５１と、裏板４８に形成された保持凹部５２とに跨がって前側から着脱自在に挿入され、後壁部４５の前側に配置された押さえ体５３により保持されている。押さえ体５３は各入球検出手段３６の後壁部４５から前側部分が嵌合する嵌合凹部５４を千鳥状に有し、上壁部４２の下側近傍で左右両側のボス部５５を介してネジ５６等により後壁部４５に着脱自在に固定されている。なお、押さえ体５３は左右に複数個、例えば２個に分割されている。ボス部５５は後壁部４５から前側に突出している。

配線ダクト３８は、図３、図４、図７及び図９に示すように上側の背面視山形状の案内壁３９と、この案内壁３９の下側を閉塞する下閉塞壁５７とによって構成され、本体２７の後壁部４５の左右方向の略中央部から後方へと一体に突設されている。また配線ダクト３８は、所定の広幅状のフラットケーブル、その他の配線５８〜６０を挿通できるように、上下方向に比して左右方向に長い偏平筒状になっており、その左右方向の長さは入球検出手段３６の複数個分の装着幅に対応している。

裏板４８は上板部４８ａが入球検出手段３６の下側近傍の屈曲部４８ｂの前側から上方に、下板部４８ｃが屈曲部４８ｂの後側から下方に夫々屈曲するように、上下方向の中間の屈曲部４８ｂを介して前後に段違い状に構成され、仕切り板５０及び案内壁３９に裏側から当接して、本体２７の前壁部４６から後側に突出する左右一対のボス部６２と案内壁３９とに裏側からネジ６２ａ，３９ａ等により着脱自在に装着されている。本体２７の後壁部４５と裏板４８の上板部４８ａとの間に各案内通路３４の落下部３５が、後壁部４５と下板部４８ｃとの間に落下通路３７が夫々形成されている。なお、落下通路３７の前後幅は落下部３５の前後幅よりも大きく、約２倍程度になっている。屈曲部４８ｂは裏板４８の左右方向の略全長に設けられている。

案内壁３９は配線ダクト３８の上側で本体２７の後壁部４５から後方に突出し、また下閉塞壁５７は下壁部４４に沿って後方に突出している。案内壁３９は、遊技球を遊技盤４の裏側に沿って左右方向へと案内する傾斜案内部６３と、入球検出手段３６を通過して落下する遊技球を遊技盤４の裏側から離間する方向へと案内する傾斜部６４とを有する。傾斜案内部６３は案内通路３４の落下部３５よりも後側で裏板４８の屈曲部４８ｂの下側に所定の間隔をおいて配置され、この傾斜案内部６３と本体２７の後壁部４５との間に、案内通路３４の落下部３５に対応して傾斜部６４が配置されている。傾斜部６４は入球検出手段３６を通過して落下した遊技球が案内壁３９に衝突した際に、その入球検出手段３６側への跳ね上がりを防止するためのもので、傾斜案内部６３が外下がりに左右方向に傾斜しているのに対して、外下がりで且つ後下がり状に傾斜している。

前壁部４６は上壁部４２、側壁部４３及び下壁部４４の前側から外側に屈曲して遊技領域１５の下側に沿って略下弦三日月状に形成されており、この前壁部４６の周縁側には、入球傾斜部４９の前側を除く部分に、前側に突出する補強枠部４７が一体に設けられている。前壁部４６には、前カバー２８の左右の転動部６５の下側等の左右両端部、配線ダクト３８の下側の中央下部等の適当箇所に複数個の取り付け部６６が設けられ、この取り付け部６６を介して本体２７が前枠に着脱自在に装着されている。取り付け部６６は、前壁部４６から後方に突出する圧入ピン６７により構成され、その圧入ピン６７が遊技盤４の圧入孔６８に前側から圧入されている。なお、取り付け部６６は圧入ピン６７以外のネジ孔等により構成しても良い。補強枠部４７は入球口列６１の左右両側で前壁部４６の上側に設けられた傾斜補強部４７ａと、この左右の傾斜補強部４７ａの外側から前壁部４６の下縁に沿って設けられた下縁補強部４７ｂとを有する。

前カバー２８は、本体２７及びその内部空間４１を前側から覆う前装飾部７０と、遊技領域１５の左右両側に落下する遊技球を入球口列６１側へと案内する左右一対の転動部６５とを一体に備えている。前装飾部７０は本体２７の前壁部４６に対応する略下弦三日月状に形成され、下側に円弧状の下縁部７１を一体に備えている。転動部６５は入球口列６１の左右両側で前装飾部７０の上端から遊技盤４側に屈曲し、入球口列６１側へと傾斜している。

そして、前壁部４６は、各転動部６５が補強枠部４７の傾斜補強部４７ａの上側に当接し、下縁部７１が補強枠部４７の下縁補強部４７ｂに嵌合して、遊技盤４に装着された状態の本体２７に対して前側から複数個のネジ７２等で着脱自在に装着されている。ネジ７２は、各圧入ピン６７と前後に対応して前壁部４６に一体に形成されたボス部７３に前装飾部７０を貫通して螺合されている。

入球表示手段２９は入球口列６１の入球口２５の何れかに遊技球が入球した場合に、その遊技球の入球位置を表示するためのもので、多連入球口手段１７の各入球口２５に対応してその下側近傍に配置された１６個の入球表示部７５と、この各入球表示部７５に対応してその裏側に配置された入球表示素子７６と、この各入球表示素子７６が設けられ且つ本体２７に装着された入球表示基板７７とを備えている。

各入球表示部７５は前カバー２８に装着された左右方向の入球表示板７８に横一列状に形成され、前カバー２８側に設けられている。また入球表示部７５には、左右方向の一端側から順次「１」〜「１６」の数字を付す等、適当な識別標識が付されている。入球表示板７８は、入球傾斜部４９の下側で入球口列６１に沿って前カバー２８の前装飾部７０に形成された切り欠き部７９に前装飾部７０の裏側から嵌合され、裏側の遮光体８０と前カバー２８との間に挟持されている。なお、入球表示板７８は入球傾斜部４９と前カバー２８との間を塞ぐように入球口列６１に沿って左右方向に配置されている。

各入球表示素子７６は遊技球が入球口２５に入球した場合に、それに対応する入球表示部７５を発光させるようにＬＥＤ、ランプ、その他の発光体により構成されており、入球表示基板７７の前面に横一列状に装着されている。入球表示基板７７は入球傾斜部４９の下側近傍で入球表示板７８と入球検出手段３６との間に配置され、前壁部４６から前側へと突出するボス部８１にネジ８１ａ等により着脱自在に取り付けられている。

遮光体８０には、入球表示素子７６の発光時にその光が隣接する入球表示部７５側等に漏れないように遮光するための遮光壁８２を有し、その遮光壁８２が各入球表示部７５と各入球表示素子７６とに対応して設けられている。遮光壁８２は入球傾斜部４９の下側で遮光体８０から前側に突出しており、遮光体８０は各遮光壁８２を介して入球表示板７８を裏側から挟み、左右両端側がネジ８０ａ等により前カバー２８のボス部２８ａに裏側から着脱自在に固定されている。遮光壁８２の前後は入球表示板７８、入球表示基板７７に当接又は近接しており、各入球表示素子７６が遮光壁８２間に入っている。

得点表示手段３０は各単位ゲームでの獲得得点を表示するためのもので、入球表示手段２９の下側で前カバー２８の左右方向の略中央等の適当箇所に配置されている。そして、この得点表示手段３０は、前カバー２８に設けられた得点表示部８３と、この得点表示部８３に対応してその裏側に配置された得点表示素子８４と、この得点表示素子８４が設けられ且つ本体２７に装着された得点表示基板８５とを備えている。

得点表示部８３は前カバー２８の前装飾部７０に開口状に形成され、この得点表示部８３に表示レンズ８６が裏側から嵌合されている。得点表示素子８４は７セグメント式、その他の表示素子により構成され、得点表示基板８５の前側上部に装着されている。表示レンズ８６は得点表示素子８４を覆うように得点表示基板８５に取り付けられている。得点表示基板８５は、入球表示基板７７の下側で前カバー２８の前装飾部７０の裏側に配置され、後壁部４５及び前壁部４６から前側に突出するボス部８７にネジ８７ａ等で着脱自在に固定されている。表示レンズ８６は前カバー２８の得点表示部８３側に設けても良い。

得点表示基板８５には必要に応じてエラー表示手段４０が設けられている。このエラー表示手段４０は、得点表示素子８４の一側方で得点表示基板８５に装着された複数個のＬＥＤ、ランプ、その他の発光性のエラー表示素子８９を備え、前カバー２８の裏側から前装飾部７０を発光させて、そのエラー表示素子８９の発光数の違いにより複数種類のエラーを種類別に表示できるようになっている。なお、エラー表示素子８９は上下方向に所定間隔をおいて左右に二列配置され、その各列毎に別のエラーを表示するようになっている。前カバー２８の前装飾部７０は、少なくとも各エラー表示素子８９に対応する部分が透明、その他で発光可能になっている。エラー表示手段４０は省略しても良い。

入球検出手段３６を押さえる押さえ体５３の下側で得点表示基板８５と後壁部４５との間には入球検出基板９０が配置され、後壁部４５から前側に突出するボス部９１にネジ９１ａ等で着脱自在に固定されている。入球検出基板９０の前側上部には、各入球検出手段３６に対応するコネクタ９２が装着され、その各コネクタ９２にリード線９３を介して各入球検出手段３６が接続されている。本体２７の内部空間４１内の入球表示基板７７、得点表示基板８５、入球検出基板９０には、その前側又は後側に外部接続用のコネクタ９４〜９６が装着され、そのコネクタ９４〜９６に接続されたリード線、フラットケーブル等の配線５８〜６０が配線ダクト３８内を経て本体２７から裏側へと導出されている。

各配線５８〜６０は、図１０に示すように接続されている。入球検出基板は９０は配線６０を介して主制御基板９８に接続され、各入球検出手段２５からの入球検出情報を、遊技動作の制御を司る主制御基板９８側の主制御手段９９に送るようになっている。入球表示基板７７は配線５８を介して図柄制御基板１００に接続されている。図柄制御基板１００は主制御手段９９からの入球表示コマンドに基づいて、その入球表示コマンドに対応する入球表示素子７６を発光させる入球表示制御用の入球表示制御手段１０１を有する。得点表示基板８５は配線５９を介してランプ制御基板１０２に接続されている。ランプ制御基板１０２は、主制御手段９９からの入得点示コマンドに基づいて得点表示素子８４に得点を表示させる得点表示制御用の得点表示制御手段１０３と、主制御手段９９からのエラー点示コマンドに基づいてエラー表示素子８９にエラーを表示させるエラー表示制御用のエラー表示制御手段１０４とを有する。主制御基板９８、図柄制御基板１００、ランプ制御基板１０２は、遊技盤４の裏側等、遊技機本体１の裏側の適当箇所にケースに収納して装着されている。

次に上記構成のアレンジボール機における動作を説明する。ゲームに際して、遊技者が発射手段９の発射ハンドル１０を把持して操作すると、発射手段９の発射モータ１４が作動して、上皿７から発射レール１１上に１個づつ供給される遊技球を打撃槌１２が打撃し、その遊技球を遊技盤４のガイドレール１６を経て遊技領域１５へと案内する。なお、発射手段９は、各単位ゲーム毎に所定数の１６個の遊技球を遊技領域１５へと打ち込む。

遊技領域１５に打ち込まれた遊技球は、遊技盤４の盤面に沿って落下し、遊技図柄始動手段２１、普通入球手段２４ａ，２４ｂ等に入球するか、又はその下側の多連入球口手段１７の何れかの入球口２５へと入球する。なお、遊技領域１５の左右両側の遊技球は、前カバー２８の転動部６５上に落下し、この転動部６５上を入球口列６１側へと転動して、何れかの入球口２５に入球する。

多連入球口手段１７の何れかの入球口２５に入球した遊技球は、入球口２５から案内通路３４を経て遊技盤４の裏側へと案内され、落下部３５から下方の落下通路３７へと落下する。そして、落下中の遊技球が入球検出手段３６の球通過孔３６ａを通過するときに、入球検出手段３６が入球口２５への遊技球の入球を検出する。入球検出手段３６を通過した遊技球はそのまま下方の落下通路３７へと落下し、落下通路３７から遊技盤４の裏側の集合樋（図示省略）等を経て遊技機本体１外の回収装置へと回収されて行く。

遊技球が各案内通路３４の落下部３５から落下通路３７を経て落下する場合、左右方向の１６個の案内通路３４の内、その両端側の３〜４個程度の案内通路３４を除く中央側の複数個の案内通路３４の落下部３５の下方には、配線ダクト３８の上側を覆う山形状の案内壁３９があるため、この案内壁３９上に落下して、遊技盤４の裏側に沿って左右方向の何れかに振り分けられる。

案内壁３９では、案内通路３４の落下部３５からの遊技球が案内壁３９の傾斜部６４に衝突し、この傾斜部６４の傾斜によって、遊技盤４から離間するように裏板４８側へと外斜め後方へと案内されて、裏板４８に衝突するか又は衝突せずに傾斜案内部６３へと移動し、その傾斜案内部６３上を転動して落下する。従って、入球検出手段３６の下側近傍の落下通路３７中に、その落下通路３７を前後に横切るように配線ダクト３８を覆う案内壁３９があるにも拘らず、案内壁３９上に落下し衝突した遊技球が入球検出手段３６側へと跳ね返って、遊技球の通過直後にその入球検出手段３６が再度遊技球を検出したり、その近傍の入球検出手段３６が通過後の遊技球を検出したりする誤検出を防止できる。
