【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、アレンジボール機、雀球遊技機等の組み合わせ遊技機に関し、多連入球口手段を遊技盤に対して前側から着脱できるようにしたものである。

【従来の技術】
組み合わせ遊技機、例えばアレンジボール機では、特開平11−197296号公報に記載のように、遊技盤の遊技領域の下部に、横方向に一列状に配列された16個の入球口等を有する多連入球口手段を装着している。

この従来の多連入球口手段は、遊技盤の装着孔に裏側から嵌合する横長状の本体と、遊技盤の前側に配置され且つ本体を前側から覆う前カバーとを備えている。そして、本体には、その前上部側から裏側に跨がって16個の入球口と、各入球口に入球した遊技球を遊技盤の裏側へと案内する16個の案内通路とが設けられると共に、入球口の下側に前側から入球検出手段用の保持枠が着脱自在に装着され、この保持枠に、各案内通路を通過する遊技球を検出する16個の入球検出手段が設けられている。前カバーは16個の入球口から成る入球口列側へと案内する転動部を一体に備え、本体を遊技盤に装着した状態で遊技盤に対して前側から着脱自在に設けている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の多連入球口手段では、遊技盤の裏側に本体を、前側に前カバーを夫々装着しているため、多連入球口手段を遊技盤に組み付ける場合には、本体と前カバーとを遊技盤に対して両側から別々に取り付ける必要があり、組み立て、分解等の作業が煩雑になるという問題がある。また遊技機本体に装着後に多連入球口手段が故障したような場合には、前枠を開放して遊技盤を取り外す必要があり、故障等に際しての作業が煩わしくなるという問題もある。

本発明は、このような従来の問題点に鑑み、多連入球口手段を遊技盤に対して容易に装着でき、組み立て、分解等の作業を容易にできる組み合わせ遊技機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、左右方向に配列された複数個の入球口25と、前記各入球口25に入球した遊技球を遊技盤4の裏側へと案内する複数個の案内通路34と、前記各入球口25に対応して設けられ且つ該入球口25に入球した遊技球を検出する複数個の入球検出手段36とを含む多連入球口手段17を前記遊技盤4に備えた組み合わせ遊技機において、前記各入球口25、前記案内通路34及び前記入球検出手段36が設けられ且つ少なくとも一部が前記遊技盤4の装着孔26に前側から着脱自在に嵌合する本体27と、前記遊技盤4の前側に配置され且つ前記本体27を前側から覆う前カバー28とを備え、前記本体27は、該本体27内からの配線を前記遊技盤4の裏側へと挿通する配線ダクト38と、該本体27左右両側の側壁部43及び下壁部44の前側から外側へと屈曲して前記遊技盤4に前側から当接する前壁部46と、該前壁部46の周囲から前側に突出する補強枠部47とを一体に備え、前記前壁部46の左右両側及び中央部の複数箇所に、前記前壁部46から後方に突出し且つ前記遊技盤4の圧入孔68に前側から圧入される圧入ピン67と、前記前壁部46から前方に突出し且つ前記前カバー28がネジ72により取り付けられるボス部73とを前後に対応させて前記前壁部46と一体に形成し、前記多連入球口手段17を前記遊技盤4に前側から装着したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の各実施形態を図面に基づいて詳述する。図1〜図11は本発明をアレンジボール機に採用した第1の実施形態を例示し、図1において、1は遊技機本体で、外枠2と、この外枠2に開閉自在に枢着された前枠3とを有する。前枠3には、遊技盤4が裏側から着脱自在に装着され、この遊技盤4の前側にガラス扉5と前面板6とが開閉自在に配置されている。前面板6には、発射用の遊技球を貯留する上皿7が装着されている。前枠3の下部には、余剰球を貯留する下皿8と、発射手段9の発射ハンドル10とが夫々設けられている。

発射手段9は、発射レール11上の発射位置にある遊技球を発射方向に打撃する打撃槌12と、打撃槌12を打撃方向に付勢するバネ(図示省略)と、カム機構13を介して打撃槌12を駆動する発射モータ14とを備え、遊技者が発射ハンドル10を操作したときに発射モータ14が打撃槌12を駆動して、上皿7から発射レール11上に1個ずつ供給される遊技球を打撃槌12により打撃し、単位ゲーム毎に所定数(例えば16個)の遊技球を遊技盤4の遊技領域15(図2参照)側へと発射するようになっている。

入球検出手段36は、図3及び図7に示すように、本体27の後壁部45の上部側に上下2列に左右方向に千鳥状に近接して配置されている。各入球検出手段36は、球通過孔36aが後壁部45と裏板48との間で各案内通路34の落下部35に対応するするように、本体27の後壁部45に形成された嵌合孔51と、裏板48に形成された保持凹部52とに跨がって前側から着脱自在に挿入され、後壁部45の前側に配置された押さえ体53により保持されている。押さえ体53は各入球検出手段36の後壁部45から前側部分が嵌合する嵌合凹部54を千鳥状に有し、上壁部42の下側近傍で左右両側のボス部55を介してネジ56等により後壁部45に着脱自在に固定されている。なお、押さえ体53は左右に複数個、例えば2個に分割されている。ボス部55は後壁部45から前側に突出している。

配線ダクト38は、図3、図4、図7及び図9に示すように上側の背面視山形状の案内壁39と、この案内壁39の下側を閉塞する下閉塞壁57とによって構成され、本体27の後壁部45の左右方向の略中央部から後方へと一体に突設されている。また配線ダクト38は、所定の広幅状のフラットケーブル、その他の配線58〜60を挿通できるように、上下方向に比して左右方向に長い偏平筒状になっており、その左右方向の長さは入球検出手段36の複数個分の装着幅に対応している。

案内壁39は配線ダクト38の上側で本体27の後壁部45から後方に突出し、また下閉塞壁57は下壁部44に沿って後方に突出している。案内壁39は、遊技球を遊技盤4の裏側に沿って左右方向へと案内する傾斜案内部63と、入球検出手段36を通過して落下する遊技球を遊技盤4の裏側から離間する方向へと案内する傾斜部64とを有する。傾斜案内部63は案内通路34の落下部35よりも後側で裏板48の屈曲部48bの下側に所定の間隔をおいて配置され、この傾斜案内部63と本体27の後壁部45との間に、案内通路34の落下部35に対応して傾斜部64が配置されている。傾斜部64は入球検出手段36を通過して落下した遊技球が案内壁39に衝突した際に、その入球検出手段36側への跳ね上がりを防止するためのもので、傾斜案内部63が外下がりに左右方向に傾斜しているのに対して、外下がりで且つ後下がり状に傾斜している。

前壁部46は上壁部42、側壁部43及び下壁部44の前側から外側に屈曲して遊技領域15の下側に沿って略下弦三日月状に形成されており、この前壁部46の周縁側には、入球傾斜部49の前側を除く部分に、前側に突出する補強枠部47が一体に設けられている。前壁部46には、前カバー28の左右の転動部65の下側等の左右両端部、配線ダクト38の下側の中央下部等の適当箇所に複数個の取り付け部66が設けられ、この取り付け部66を介して本体27が前枠に着脱自在に装着されている。取り付け部66は、前壁部46から後方に突出する圧入ピン67により構成され、その圧入ピン67が遊技盤4の圧入孔68に前側から圧入されている。なお、取り付け部66は圧入ピン67以外のネジ孔等により構成しても良い。補強枠部47は入球口列61の左右両側で前壁部46の上側に設けられた傾斜補強部47aと、この左右の傾斜補強部47aの外側から前壁部46の下縁に沿って設けられた下縁補強部47bとを有する。

次に上記構成のアレンジボール機における動作を説明する。ゲームに際して、遊技者が発射手段9の発射ハンドル10を把持して操作すると、発射手段9の発射モータ14が作動して、上皿7から発射レール11上に1個づつ供給される遊技球を打撃槌12が打撃し、その遊技球を遊技盤4のガイドレール16を経て遊技領域15へと案内する。なお、発射手段9は、各単位ゲーム毎に所定数の16個の遊技球を遊技領域15へと打ち込む。

案内壁39では、案内通路34の落下部35からの遊技球が案内壁39の傾斜部64に衝突し、この傾斜部64の傾斜によって、遊技盤4から離間するように裏板48側へと外斜め後方へと案内されて、裏板48に衝突するか又は衝突せずに傾斜案内部63へと移動し、その傾斜案内部63上を転動して落下する。従って、入球検出手段36の下側近傍の落下通路37中に、その落下通路37を前後に横切るように配線ダクト38を覆う案内壁39があるにも拘らず、案内壁39上に落下し衝突した遊技球が入球検出手段36側へと跳ね返って、遊技球の通過直後にその入球検出手段36が再度遊技球を検出したり、その近傍の入球検出手段36が通過後の遊技球を検出したりする誤検出を防止できる。
