【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、化粧料を収納して携帯可能な気密化粧料容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、化粧料の携帯用にコンパクトと称する化粧料容器が用いられるが、この化粧料容器は容器本体内に化粧料を収納すると共に、容器本体の後端部に開閉自在に蝶着される蓋体で容器本体上側を全体的に覆うようになっている。そして、容器本体と蓋体との前端部間に設けられるフック機構で蓋体の閉止状態が保持されるのが一般的な構造となっている。

ところで、この種の化粧料容器としては実開昭５８−４０００３号公報に開示されるように、蓋体を外蓋と中蓋とで二重構造に構成したものがある。即ち、前記外蓋は容器本体を全体的に閉止するようになっており、一方、前記中蓋は容器本体に収容される化粧料を収納した中皿を閉止するようになっている。中蓋は中皿に回動可能に蝶着されて、該中蓋の閉止時には中皿の開口部周縁をパッキングを介して密閉し、かつ、容器本体の外蓋が閉位置にあるときに、中蓋が外蓋で押圧されて中皿の密閉性が増大されるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、かかる従来の化粧料容器にあっては、化粧料を収納した中皿を、これに蝶着した中蓋で密閉するようになっているが、該中蓋はこれを蝶着する蝶番ピンを中心に回動されるようになっている。このため、中蓋によって中皿の開口部周縁をパッキングを介して閉止する際には、てこの原理により蝶番に近い側と遠い側とでは押圧力が異なる。そして、蝶番に遠い側で所要の圧接力を得ようとすると、近い側では押圧力が著しく大きくなって、当該部分のパッキングが部分的に強く圧縮されるため、パッキングの耐久性が低下してしまうという課題があった。

そこで、本発明はかかる従来の課題に鑑みて、中蓋の蝶着部分に上下方向の融通を積極的に与えることにより、中蓋によるパッキングの押圧力を全体的に均等化させ、該パッキングの耐久性を向上しつつ優れた気密性能を得るようにした気密化粧料容器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる目的を達成するために請求項１に示す本発明の気密化粧料容器は、化粧料収納部が設けられた容器本体と、該容器本体に蝶着されて開閉可能な外蓋と、該外蓋の開閉側端部と前記容器本体との間に設けられ、該外蓋の閉止状態を保持する第１フック機構と、前記化粧料収納部の周縁部に設けられるパッキングと、該パッキングの外方に設けられる蝶番ピンと、該蝶番ピンに回動基端部が上下移動可能かつ回動可能に取付けられ、押下げにより、前記パッキングに当接されると、当該パッキングとの当接部分を支点として該回動基端部が上方に持上げられる中蓋と、該中蓋の開閉側端部と前記容器本体との間に設けられ、係合されることにより、前記回動基端部が上方に持上げられた該中蓋を、前記パッキングに対して平行状態として当該パッキングの上端全周に亘ってほぼ均等に接触させて、当該中蓋の閉止状態を保持する第２フック機構と、前記中蓋の表面と前記外蓋の裏面との間に設けられ、該外蓋の閉止力を該中蓋に伝達し、前記回動基端部の下方移動を伴って当該中蓋を押下げて前記パッキングに圧接させる閉止力伝達手段とを備えることにより構成する。

以上の構成により請求項１に示す気密化粧料容器は、容器本体に設けられた化粧料収納部を閉止する中蓋と、容器本体を全体的に閉止する外蓋とを備え、前記化粧料収納部はこれを囲繞するパッキングに前記中蓋が圧接されることにより気密に密閉される。前記外蓋および前記中蓋が閉止される際、まず、中蓋を閉じて第２フック機構を係合することにより、該中蓋は前記パッキングに当接されることになる。このとき、中蓋の回動基端部は蝶番ピンに対して上下移動可能に取付けられているため、中蓋を閉じるときに該中蓋がパッキングに当接した時点で、該パッキングの当接部分を支点として回動基端部が上方に持上げられる。従って、中蓋は化粧料収納部の開口部、ひいてはパッキングに対して平行状態となって、パッキング上端の全周に均等に接触する。すなわち、中蓋は、押下げにより閉じられるとき、パッキングに当接されると、当該パッキングとの当接部分を支点として回動基端部が上方に持ち上がる。この状態で、中蓋の閉止状態を保持する第２フック機構が係合されることとなり、回動基端部が上方に持上げられた中蓋は、パッキングに対して平行状態として当該パッキングの上端全周に亘ってほぼ均等に接触する。このように、上下移動可能な回動基端部を備える中蓋と第２フック機構とで、まず、パッキングに対する中蓋の均等な接触が確保され、そして、外蓋を閉じて第１フック機構を係合した際に、該外蓋の閉止力が閉止力伝達手段を介して中蓋に伝達されて、該中蓋はパッキングに大きな押付け力をもって圧接され、化粧料収納部内を気密に密閉する。従って、前記中蓋は前記パッキングの全周に常に均等な押付け力を作用させることができるため、パッキングの耐久性、延いては気密化粧料容器の気密性能を長期にわたって保証することができる。

以下、本発明の実施形態を添付図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図１から図８は本発明の気密化粧料容器の一実施形態を示し、図１は外蓋を開いて中蓋を取外した状態の斜視図、図２は外蓋および中蓋の閉止状態の図１中Ａ−Ａ線に対応する断面図、図３は外蓋および中蓋の閉止状態の図１中Ｂ−Ｂ線に対応する断面図、図４は中蓋および外蓋を全開した状態の要部拡大断面図、図５から図７は中蓋を閉止する状態を順を追って示す要部拡大断面図、図８は中蓋および外蓋を閉止完了した状態の要部拡大断面図である。

即ち、本実施形態の気密化粧料容器１０は図１から図３に示すように、化粧料収納部１２を形成した容器本体１４と、この容器本体１４の後端部に第１蝶番１６を介して回動基端部１８ａが蝶着される外蓋１８とを備える。容器本体１４は上面１４ａが平坦面として形成され、その前方部に前記化粧料収納部１２が矩形状に凹設され、該化粧料収納部１２には化粧料２０が充填された皿体１２ｂが着脱自在に収納される。また、前記容器本体１４の後方部には、前記化粧料収納部１２に対して仕切壁２２で隔成される矩形状の凹設部２４が設けられる。該凹設部２４はパフ等の化粧具の収納部として用いることができる。

前記第１蝶番１６は、容器本体１４の後端部中央に形成される凹部１６ａに、外蓋１８の回動基端部１８ａの中央部に形成される凸部１６ｂが嵌合され、これら凹部１６ａと凸部１６ｂとに跨がって両側から蝶番ピン１６ｃが挿入されることにより構成される。また、前記外蓋１８には開閉側端部１８ｂの中央部に第１爪部２６ａが突設される一方、容器本体１４の前端部中央に形成された凹部１４ｂに位置して、前記第１爪部２６ａに係合可能な第１凸部２６ｂが突設され、これら第１爪部２６ａと第１凸部２６ｂとによって第１フック機構２６が構成される。更に、前記外蓋１８の裏面１８ｃには、バニティミラー２８が凹設部１８ｄに嵌合されて面一に取付けられる。

前記化粧料収納部１２は図２，図３に示したように、容器本体１４に形成した凹設部１２ａの内側に沿って皿体１２ｂが嵌着され、該皿体１２ｂに化粧料２０が装填されるようになっている。また、前記化粧料収納部１２の周縁部には、前記凹設部１２ａの外周から適宜間隔ａを設けて溝部３０が該化粧料収納部１２を囲繞して形成され、該溝部３０に環状のパッキング３２が嵌着される。前記溝部３０は下段部３０ａが幅狭となり、上段部３０ｂが幅広となる段差状に形成される。そして、前記パッキング３２は前記下段部３０ａに圧入される固定部３２ａと、前記上段部３０ｂに若干の隙間をもって遊嵌される圧縮変形部３２ｂとで形成される。前記圧縮変形部３２ｂの上端部は、容器本体１４の上面１４ａから若干突出して配置される。

前記化粧料収納部１２の上側には中蓋３４が設けられる。該中蓋３４は容器本体１４と外蓋１８との間に配置され、その回動基端部３４ａは化粧料収納部１２の後端部に設けられる第２蝶番３６を介して回動可能に蝶着される。該第２蝶番３６は、前記仕切壁２２の中央部に形成した切欠部２２ａ内に取付けられる蝶番ピン３６ａと、中蓋３４の回動基端部３４ａの中央部にＵ字状に突設される二股状凸部３６ｂとによって構成される。

前記二股状凸部３６ｂは前記蝶番ピン３６ａの径と等しい間隔をもって対峙される一対の挟持片３６ｃ，３６ｃを備え、これら挟持片３６ｃ，３６ｃの先端部内側には鉤部３６ｄ，３６ｄが突設される。そして、前記二股状凸部３６ｂは挟持片３６ｃ，３６ｃ間に蝶番ピン３６ａが着脱可能に嵌合される。該二股状凸部３６ｂは該蝶番ピン３６ａを中心として回動可能となり、かつ、挟持片３６ｃ，３６ｃの内側に沿って蝶番ピン３６ａと二股状凸部３６ｂとは相対移動が可能となっている。また、前記鉤部３６ｄ，３６ｄによって蝶番ピン３６ａから二股状凸部３６ｂが離脱するのが防止される。

前記中蓋３４の開閉側端部３４ｂには第２爪部３８ａが突設されると共に、容器本体１４の前記凹部１４ｂの後方に位置して形成した穴部１４ｃに、前記第２爪部３８ａに係合可能な第２凸部３８ｂが形成され、これら第２爪部３８ａと第２凸部３８ｂとによって第２フック機構３８が構成される。

前記中蓋３４の表面３４ｃの中央部には、閉止力伝達手段としての凸部４０が球面状に突設される。該凸部４０は中蓋３４および外蓋１８を閉止した状態で、該外蓋１８の裏面１８ｃ（本実施形態ではバニティミラー２８の表面）が圧接されるようになっている。

以上の構成により本実施形態の気密化粧料容器１０にあっては、外蓋１８は第１蝶番１６を中心に開閉されると共に、中蓋３４は第２蝶番３６を中心に開閉されるようになっており、図４に示す外蓋１８および中蓋３４の全開状態からこれら外蓋１８および中蓋３４を閉止する際には、まず図５から図７に示す段階を経て中蓋３４を閉止した後、図８に示すように外蓋１８が閉止される。

前記中蓋３４は開閉側端部３４ｂを前方に押下げることにより、第２フック機構３８の第２爪部３８ａが第２凸部３８ｂに係合して、該中蓋３４の閉止状態が保持される。このとき、前記第２フック機構３８が係合される前段階で、中蓋３４の押下げ（押下げ力Ｆ1 ）により、図５に示したように中蓋３４の裏面３４ｄがパッキング３２の後方部分の上端に当接される。すると、当該当接部分を支点Ｐとして回動基端部３４ａに上方への持上げ力Ｆ2 が作用し、これによって図６に示したように二股状凸部３６ｂが蝶番ピン３６ａに対して上方に移動して持上がる。従って、図７に示したように前記第２フック機構３８が係合されて、前記中蓋３４のみが閉止完了された状態では、前記二股状凸部３６ｂが上方に逃げるため、中蓋３４のパッキング３２への圧接力は小さく、かつ、中蓋３４は該パッキング３２の全周に亘ってほぼ均等な圧接力をもって接触している。

そして、図８に示したように最終的に外蓋１８が閉止されるが、該外蓋１８を閉じる際には、開閉側端部１８ｂを押下げることにより、第１フック機構２６の第１爪部２６ａが第１凸部２６ｂに係合して、外蓋１８の閉止状態が保持される。そして、かかる外蓋１８の閉止状態では、裏面１８ｃに設けたバニティミラー２８の鏡面で、中蓋３４の表面３４ｃに設けた凸部４０を押圧する。従って、外蓋１８の閉止力が前記凸部４０を介して中蓋３４の全面に均等に伝達されることになり、該凸部４０の押圧により中蓋３４は二股状凸部３６ｂの下方移動を伴って全体的に押下げられる。これによって中蓋３４の裏面３４ｄでパッキング３２の上端部を強く押付け、化粧料収納部１２内の気密性が確実に保持される。

以上説明したように本発明の請求項１に示す気密化粧料容器にあっては、容器本体に設けられた化粧料収納部を閉止する中蓋と、容器本体を全体的に閉止する外蓋とを備え、前記化粧料収納部を囲繞するパッキングに前記中蓋が圧接して該化粧料収納部内を気密に密閉するようになっており、かつ、中蓋の回動基端部が蝶番ピンに対して上下移動可能に取付けられているため、中蓋を閉じるときに該中蓋がパッキングに当接した時点で、該パッキングの当接部分を支点として回動基端部が上方に持上げられ、該中蓋をパッキング上端の全周に均等に接触させることができる。すなわち、中蓋は、押下げにより閉じられるとき、パッキングに当接されると、当該パッキングとの当接部分を支点として回動基端部が上方に持ち上がり、この状態で、中蓋の閉止状態を保持する第２フック機構が係合されることで、回動基端部が上方に持上げられた中蓋は、パッキングに対して平行状態として当該パッキングの上端全周に亘ってほぼ均等に接触することができる。このように、上下移動可能な回動基端部を備える中蓋と第２フック機構とで、まず、パッキングに対する中蓋の均等な接触を確保でき、そして、外蓋を閉じて第１フック機構を係合した際に、該外蓋の閉止力が閉止力伝達手段を介して前記中蓋に伝達されるため、該中蓋はパッキングに大きな押付け力をもって圧接され、化粧料収納部内を気密に密閉することができる。従って、前記中蓋は前記パッキングの全周に常に均等な押付け力を作用させることができるため、パッキングの耐久性、延いては気密化粧料容器の気密性能を長期にわたって確保することができる。
