本発明は、化粧料を収納して携帯可能な気密化粧料容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、化粧料の携帯用にコンパクトと称する化粧料容器が用いられるが、この化粧料容器は容器本体内に化粧料を収納すると共に、容器本体の後端部に開閉自在に蝶着される蓋体で容器本体上側を全体的に覆うようになっている。そして、容器本体と蓋体との前端部間に設けられるフック機構で蓋体の閉止状態が保持されるのが一般的な構造となっている。

ところで、この種の化粧料容器としては実開昭58−40003号公報に開示されるように、蓋体を外蓋と中蓋とで二重構造に構成したものがある。即ち、前記外蓋は容器本体を全体的に閉止するようになっており、一方、前記中蓋は容器本体に収容される化粧料を収納した中皿を閉止するようになっている。中蓋は中皿に回動可能に蝶着されて、該中蓋の閉止時には中皿の開口部周縁をパッキングを介して密閉し、かつ、容器本体の外蓋が閉位置にあるときに、中蓋が外蓋で押圧されて中皿の密閉性が増大されるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、かかる従来の化粧料容器にあっては、化粧料を収納した中皿を、これに蝶着した中蓋で密閉するようになっているが、該中蓋はこれを蝶着する蝶番ピンを中心に回動されるようになっている。このため、中蓋によって中皿の開口部周縁をパッキングを介して閉止する際には、てこの原理により蝶番に近い側と遠い側とでは押圧力が異なる。そして、蝶番に遠い側で所要の圧接力を得ようとすると、近い側では押圧力が著しく大きくなって、当該部分のパッキングが部分的に強く圧縮されるため、パッキングの耐久性が低下してしまうという課題があった。
