Description
【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a receiving vessel for receiving a melted material such as a fluid metal flowing out from a melting furnace or the like and for separating impurities with a low specific gravity contained in the melt, in particular for movement by a forklift. The present invention relates to a melt receiving apparatus.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Until now, slag, debris, etc. have floated on the upper surface of the molten material in the container that receives the molten metal from the melting furnace after stirring and tempering in a blast furnace manufacturer's factory. This is because the melt contains impurities with a low specific gravity.
The impurities and the melt containing a large amount of impurities cannot be reused as they are.
Therefore, usually, the impurities floating on the surface in the container and the melt containing a large amount of impurities are scraped to one side, and that part is poured out into another container and disposed of, and the remaining high-purity melt is removed. We are using.
[0003]
And what was isolate | separated into another container is discarded after solidification.
Since the waste contains many useful melts, it is possible to reuse the melt obtained by remelting and removing impurities by processing such as centrifugation. However, many such treatments are expensive and rarely reused.
Currently, a huge amount of molten solids (slag, etc.) containing impurities are discharged from the blast furnace one after another, but the costs for the treatment are enormous, and securing landfill sites also creates environmental problems. It is very difficult.
[0004]
Moreover, in a manufacturing factory, the movement of the container which puts the molten material containing those impurities is made | formed by the forklift.
In general, since the container is placed on the ground, a pallet or the like for inserting a fork is used, and the stability of moving the container on a forklift is poor, and the melt in the container Great care was required especially when the temperature remained high.
Further, when placed on the pallet, the container could not be inverted as it was.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention was made in order to solve the conventional problems, and in a factory such as a blast furnace maker, it can be safely transported by a forklift, and a molten material such as a molten metal remaining in the melting furnace. After stirring and tempering, an apparatus that accepts floating impurities and a melt containing a large amount of impurities, separates impurities with a low specific gravity contained in the melt, and allows a high-purity melt to be reused as it is in the factory Is to provide.

The melting temperatures of metals are about 150 ° C for lead, about 600 ° C for aluminum, about 1300 ° C for iron, and about 1000 ° C for copper.
Therefore, the material of the container must be capable of withstanding those temperatures. For this reason, for example, a container for handling an aluminum melt may be made of an iron casting that can withstand higher temperatures.
