Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a multi-function drying device that ventilates the air in a bathroom or heats and dries the inside of a bathroom, and particularly relates to a multi-function drying device having various functions.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, what is described in Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 3-202563 is known as a bathroom unit provided with various functions, for example.
[0003]
This unit has a unit space inside and has an entrance and exit, and is equipped with a drying device, steam supply device, relaxation equipment, etc., and bathing, showering, sauna, meditation, etc. in the same space It is something that can be done.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-mentioned conventional ones do not suppress the slimming caused by organic pollutants such as molds and germs generated in the existing bathroom, or body stains, and the metabolites of the bacteria that propagate on the medium. .
[0005]
Moreover, since it was comprised as one bathroom unit, it cannot be installed in the existing bathroom, and the cost became high. Furthermore, since various functions are comprised separately, there existed a problem that it was not able to construct easily.
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, and to provide a multifunctional drying apparatus that can be easily cleaned in a bathroom and is simple and inexpensive to construct.
[0007]
[Means for solving the problems and their functions and effects]
The present invention includes a first functional unit that ventilates air in the bathroom, a second functional unit that supplies hot air into the bathroom, and a third functional unit that supplies humid gas or liquid to the bathroom. And a fourth functional unit for supplying a liquid containing a bactericidal substance in the bathroom.
[0008]
According to this configuration, since the liquid containing the antibacterial substance is supplied into the bathroom, organic pollutants such as mold and germs generated in the bathroom, body dirt, etc. As it can control the slimming caused by the metabolites of bacteria that propagate as a medium, it can be easily cleaned in the bathroom, ventilated in the bathroom, heated, dried clothes, etc., and humid gas in the bathroom Alternatively, a humid liquid is supplied so that the sauna effect can be enjoyed in the bathroom.
[0009]
Also, a drying unit comprising the first and second functional units, a first functional unit comprising a supply path for the humid gas or humid liquid of the third function unit and a discharge unit connected to the supply path, and the fourth function unit Since the second functional unit consisting of the liquid generation unit containing the antibacterial substance of the functional unit, the supply path communicating with the generation unit, and the discharge unit connected to the supply path is integrated, an existing bathroom It is possible to install a multifunctional drying apparatus that is compact, easy to construct and inexpensive.
[0010]
Further, since the supply path of the first functional unit and the supply path of the second functional unit are configured by a common path that is partially shared, the structure can be simplified and the construction can be facilitated.
[0011]
Furthermore, since the pressure pump is disposed on the common path, only one pressure pump is required, and a multifunctional drying apparatus having a simple structure and a low cost can be provided.
[0012]
Moreover, since a 3rd function part sprays a hot and humid liquid in mist form, it can obtain the mist sauna which moisturizes the inside of a bathroom.
[0013]
Moreover, since the 4th function part sprays the liquid containing the substance which has antimicrobial property in mist form, it can suppress an organic pollutant, sliminess, etc.
[0014]
In addition, since the liquid containing the antibacterial substance of the fourth functional part is electrolyzed water containing an antibacterial component obtained by electrolysis, an apparatus for generating electrolyzed water It can be manufactured at low cost and in a compact manner.
[0015]
Furthermore, since it has a composite sequence extending between each of the first, second, third, and fourth functional units, and provided with a control means for controlling the functional units, for example, a heating function for supplying hot air into the bathroom After detecting that the temperature in the bathroom has been raised by the mist function, it is possible to execute a mist function for supplying mist into the bathroom, thereby eliminating wasted water and saving water.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0017]
FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram showing an embodiment of a bathroom in which the multifunctional drying apparatus of the present invention is installed.
[0018]
In FIG. 1, the apparatus
[0019]
The drying unit B draws the air in the bathroom A from the suction port (not shown) opened inside the bathroom A and drives the exhaust duct (not shown) by driving the ventilation fan 11 of the first
[0020]
The drying unit B performs the above-described drying operation of clothes and the like by a command from a remote controller (not shown) installed outside the bathroom A, etc., but the first function is performed not only by the drying operation but also by a command from the remote controller. A ventilation operation that only discharges air containing moisture in the bathroom A by driving the

[0028]
The supply path 9 of the second functional unit D is connected in the middle of the supply path 6 of the first functional unit C, and the downstream from the connecting
[0029]
If comprised in this way, a structure can be simplified and construction can be made easier.
[0030]
Also, in the figure, 30 and 30 are drain pipes, and drain water such as condensed water generated by the operation of the drying unit B and drain water such as treated waste water generated during electrolysis of the
[0031]
In addition, spraying of hot water mist and hypochlorous acid water into the bathroom A is performed by operating a remote controller provided at an appropriate place as in the operation of the drying unit B.
[0032]
Further, the control unit (not shown) for controlling each functional unit of the first functional unit, the second functional unit, the third functional unit, and the fourth functional unit by a composite sequence allows the operation of the drying unit B. The spraying operation of hot water mist and the spraying operation of hypochlorous acid water can be performed automatically in order by setting the operation order (for example, heating operation → spraying operation of hot water mist → hypochlorous acid) It is also possible to set the priority of driving and perform the driving based on the setting, such as water spraying operation → clothing drying operation. Moreover, if several setting patterns of the above-described operation order are prepared, the operation according to the preference is executed, and the usability is improved.
[0033]
FIG. 2 is an operation flowchart showing an operation of setting the operation priority and performing the operation based on the setting. In this case, during the drying operation, spraying of hot water mist or spraying of hypochlorous acid water is performed. The operation is not accepted even if the operation is operated, and the operation will be described in detail below.
[0034]
As shown in FIG. 2, it is determined whether or not there has been an operation input for hot water mist (S50). If there is an operation input, it is determined whether or not a drying operation is currently being performed (S51). If there is, the remote controller does not accept the operation input of the hot water mist (S52), so the drying operation is continuously executed. If the drying operation is not being executed, a hot water mist spraying operation is executed (S53).
[0035]
Further, it is determined whether or not there has been an operation input of hypochlorous acid water (S54). If there is an operation input, it is determined whether or not the drying operation is currently being executed (S55). Since the remote controller does not accept the operation input of hypochlorous acid water (S56), the drying operation is continuously executed. If the drying operation is not being executed, a hypochlorous acid water spraying operation is executed (S57).
[0036]
Similarly to the above-described operation flow, when the drying operation is operated during the spraying operation of the hot water mist or the spraying operation of hypochlorous acid water, the drying operation can be preferentially executed.
[0037]
FIG. 3 is an operation flowchart showing an operation of controlling each function unit by a control means controlled by a composite sequence across each function unit, and in this case, operating the second function unit, When the room temperature detecting means (not shown) for detecting the temperature in the bathroom A detects that the temperature in the bathroom A has risen sufficiently, the operation of the second function unit is stopped and the third function unit is operated. The operation will be described in detail below.
[0038]
As shown in FIG. 3, it is determined whether or not there has been an operation input of the hot water mist that is the third functional unit (S60), and if there is an operation input, the heating operation that is the second functional unit is currently executed. (S61). Then, it is determined whether or not the temperature in the bathroom A is equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature based on a detection signal from the room temperature detection means (S62). If the temperature is equal to or higher than the predetermined temperature, the heating operation is stopped and the hot water mist spraying operation is executed. (S63).
[0039]
Thus, even if the operation of the hot water mist is performed, the operation of heating the bathroom A is performed immediately without performing the spray operation of the hot water mist, and the temperature in the bathroom A reaches a predetermined temperature. Since the warm water mist spraying operation is performed after the temperature has been raised to the temperature, the temperature in the bathroom A is sufficiently raised by spraying the hot water mist into the bathroom A as in the case of the single operation of the hot water mist. Therefore, it takes time to taste the sauna feeling, and there is no such thing as waste water from the hot water mist until the temperature rises.
