Description

【0001】
【0019】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wall-mounted bathroom dryer / heater having a ventilation function.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A bathroom dryer / heater installed in a bathroom warms the air in the bathroom using hot water as a heat medium to heat the bathroom and dry clothes. The bathroom dryer / heater also has a ventilation function for discharging air in the bathroom. A ventilation mechanism of a wall-mounted type among conventional bathroom dryers will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 is a perspective view of an example of a conventional bathroom dryer / heater, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the bathroom dryer / heater of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a vertical cross-sectional view of the bathroom dryer / heater of FIG. .
[0003]
The bathroom dryer / heater 10 shown in FIG. 1 has a built-in ventilation device in a case 12, and a suction hole 14 for ventilation is provided on a side surface of the case 12 and penetrates from the case 12 to the inside.
As shown in FIG. 2, when the ventilation fan 16 is actuated by the motor 18, the air in the bathroom is drawn into the case 12 through the suction hole 14 (arrow a), and the ventilation passes through the wall 22 from the exhaust port 20. It is discharged out of the bathroom through the hole 24 (arrow b).
As shown in FIG. 3, when the ventilation fan 16 is operated, the air is sucked from the suction hole 14 (arrow a) and is also sucked from the heating suction portion 26 (see FIG. 1). The air sucked from the suction portion 26 passes through the gap between the functional components in the case 12 (arrow c) and is discharged from the ventilation fan 16 to the outside of the bathroom (arrow b).
[0004]
FIG. 4 is a side sectional view of another example different from the conventional bathroom dryer / heater shown in FIGS. This bathroom dryer / heater 30 includes a heating device 32 installed in the bathroom and a ventilation device 34 installed outside the bathroom, which are independent of each other. The case 36 of the heating device 32 is installed such that a gap 38 is formed between the rear wall surface.
That is, when the ventilation fan 40 of the ventilator 34 is operated by the motor 42, the air in the bathroom is sucked from the gap 38 (arrow d) and passes through the ventilation hole 46 penetrating the wall 44 at the rear of the case 36. (Arrow e) Exhaust from the ventilation fan 40 (arrow f).
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional bathroom dryer / heater 10 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, since the ventilation fan 16 is housed in the case 12 as described above, the air in the bathroom is activated when the ventilation fan 16 is activated. Is also taken in from the heating suction portion 26, and the air moves through the case 12 to the ventilation fan 16 (arrow c). At this time, since air flows while touching various functional components such as the electronic unit 28 in the case 12, condensation easily occurs in the components in the case 12, causing a failure.
In the bathroom drying / heating machine 30 shown in FIG. 4, the heating device 32 and the ventilation device 34 are independent, and there is no possibility that the heating device is adversely affected by the operation of the ventilation device as in the previous example. However, since the space between the case 36 and the rear wall surface changes depending on the state of the wall surface behind the case 36, the intake air amount becomes unstable in the intake air from the gap 38. In order to secure a stable intake amount, it is necessary to keep a large gap between the case 36 and the rear wall surface in consideration of changes in the wall surface.
[0006]
The present invention realizes a bathroom drying heater that does not adversely affect the heating device by the operation of the ventilation device and that can always ensure a stable ventilation amount regardless of the distance between the heating device and the rear wall surface. Objective.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problem, Action, and Effect] The bathroom dryer / heater of the present invention is installed outside the bathroom independently of the heating device installed in the bathroom and behind the heating device. And a ventilator for ventilating the air in the bathroom through a ventilation hole penetrating the wall. In the bathroom dryer / heater of the present invention, the rear side of the case of the heating device and the rear end of the upper and lower surfaces protrude rearward from the back surface, and a space is formed between the back surface and the side surface of the heating device and the upper and lower surfaces and the wall surface, and communication hole is provided communicating with the space from the outside of the case of the heating device, substantially parallel inner wall surface where this communication hole is provided to interfere with the communication between the inside and outside of the case inside of the communication hole It is formed at a position that blocks the line of sight of the inside of the space from the outside of the communication hole, and the space between the rear wall of the rear surface of the heating device is directed toward the surface where the communication hole is provided. It is inclined so as to spread, and its inner wall extends in a cantilevered manner from the back surface of the heating device toward the rear wall .
[0008]
In the present invention, the side surface of the case of the heating device and the rear end of the top and bottom surfaces protrude rearward from the back surface, and a space is formed between the back surface and the side surface of the heating device and the top and bottom surfaces and the wall surface. When the ventilator is activated, the communication hole for ventilation to the casing of the heating system so that air in the bathroom is exhausted to the outside of the bathroom through this space is provided. Therefore, even if the ventilation device is operated, the heating device is not affected. In addition, it is possible to always secure a stable intake air amount regardless of the state of the wall on the back of the heating device, so that the space between the heating device and the wall on the back can be minimized and installed without impairing the appearance. it can. Furthermore, although the inner wall is formed inside the hole, does not this inner wall will interfere with the time of intake. With this inner wall, the inside of the device cannot be seen from the outside of the case, so that a stable ventilation amount can be ensured without impairing the beauty.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a first embodiment embodying the present invention will be described. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the heating device of the bathroom dryer / heater according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a side sectional view of the bathroom dryer / heater of FIG.
The bathroom dryer / heater 60 includes a heating device installed on the inner wall of the bathroom and a ventilation device installed on the outer wall of the bathroom across the bathroom wall.
First, the heating device will be described. The heating device 62 shown in FIG. 5 is installed on the wall surface near the ceiling in the bathroom. On the front surface of the case 64 of the heating device 62, a hot air blowing portion 66 and an air suction portion 68 are formed. A heat exchanger (not shown) is housed inside the heating device 62, and hot water circulates through a pipe (not shown) from a water heater (not shown) as a heat source. Further, a heating fan (not shown) is housed inside the heating device 62, and performs intake and ventilation.
That is, when a heating fan (not shown) of the heating device 62 is activated, air in the bathroom is sucked from the suction portion 68. Hot water circulates as a heat medium in a heat exchanger (not shown), and the sucked air is heated by heat exchange. The heated air becomes warm air and is blown again from the blowing section 66 into the bathroom by a heating fan (not shown). Bathroom heating is performed by such an operation of the heating device 62.
[0010]
Next, the ventilation device will be described. As shown in FIG. 6, a ventilation space 72 is formed between the case back surface 64 a and the rear wall surface 70 a of the heating device 62, and suction that penetrates from the inside of the bathroom to the ventilation space 72 is formed on the bottom surface of the case 64. A hole 74 is provided (see FIG. 5). A ventilation hole 76 passes through the wall 70 behind the heating device 62 from the ventilation space 72 to the outside of the bathroom, and the bathroom outer wall includes a ventilation fan 80 and a motor 82 so as to cover the ventilation hole 76. A ventilation device 78 is installed.
That is, when the ventilation fan 80 of the ventilation device 78 is operated by the motor 82, the air in the bathroom is sucked into the ventilation space 72 from the suction hole 74 (arrow g) and passes through the ventilation hole 76 penetrating the bathroom wall 70. (Arrow h) is exhausted from the ventilation fan 80 to the outside of the bathroom (arrow i).
[0011]
Thus, since the ventilation apparatus operates independently of the heating apparatus, even if the ventilation apparatus is operated, the heating apparatus is not affected. In addition, when the ventilator is activated, a ventilation passage is formed that is sucked into the ventilation space from the suction hole of the heating device and exhausted from the ventilation fan through the ventilation hole. Can be secured.
[0012]
Next, a second embodiment embodying the present invention will be shown. FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a heating device of a bathroom dryer / heater according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a partial cross-sectional view of the bathroom dryer / heater of FIG.
The operation of the bathroom dryer / heater of the second embodiment is the same as that of the bathroom dryer / heater of the first embodiment described above. However, since the shape of the ventilation device is characteristic, this point will be particularly described.
[0013]
As in the first embodiment, a ventilation space 72 is formed between the case back surface 64a of the heating device 62 and the rear wall surface 70a (see FIG. 6). As shown in FIG. 7, in the second embodiment, a suction hole 84 penetrating from the inside of the bathroom to the ventilation space 72 is provided on the side surface of the case 64. FIG. 8 is a view showing a suction hole 84 portion in a cross-sectional view including the suction hole 84, and a partition-like inner wall 86 is provided in the suction hole 84.
That is, when the ventilation fan 80 of the ventilation device 78 is operated by the motor 82, the air in the bathroom is sucked into the ventilation space 72 from the suction hole 84 on the side surface of the case 64. As in the first embodiment, the air is exhausted from the ventilation space 72 through the ventilation hole 76 penetrating the bathroom wall 70 (arrow h) and out of the bathroom by the ventilation fan 80 (arrow i). The screen-like inner wall 86 provided in the suction hole 84 does not hinder intake.
[0014]
In this way, the suction hole for ventilation has a screen-like inner wall, and since the inside of the device is not visible from the outside, it is possible to ensure a stable ventilation volume without detracting from the aesthetic appearance Become.
[0015]
Next, a third embodiment embodying the present invention will be described. FIG. 9 is a perspective view of a heating device of a bathroom dryer / heater according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 10 is a partial cross-sectional view of the bathroom dryer / heater of FIG.
The operation of the bathroom dryer / heater of the third embodiment is the same as that of the bathroom dryer / heater of the first embodiment described above. However, since the shape of the ventilation device is characteristic, this point will be particularly described.
[0016]
As in the first embodiment, a ventilation space 72 is formed between the case back surface 64a of the heating device 62 and the rear wall surface 70a (see FIG. 6). As shown in FIG. 9, in the third embodiment, a suction hole 88 penetrating from the inside of the bathroom to the ventilation space 72 is provided on the upper surface of the case 64. FIG. 8 is a view showing the suction hole 88 portion of the side sectional view including the suction hole 88, and the suction hole 88 is provided with a bowl-shaped inner wall 90.
That is, when the ventilation fan 80 of the ventilation device 78 is operated by the motor 82, the air in the bathroom is sucked into the ventilation space 74 through the suction hole 88 on the upper surface of the case 64. As in the first embodiment, the air is exhausted from the ventilation space 72 through the ventilation hole 76 penetrating the bathroom wall 70 (arrow h) and out of the bathroom by the ventilation fan 80 (arrow i). The bowl-shaped inner wall 90 provided in the suction hole 88 does not hinder intake.
There is a possibility that water drops may enter from the suction hole 88 on the upper surface of the case 64. However, since the bowl-shaped inner wall 90 is provided, the bowl-shaped inner wall 90 leads to the rear of the heating device 62 even if water drops enter. It falls between the rear wall surface 70a.
[0017]
In this way, since the bowl-shaped inner wall 90 is provided in the suction hole 88 for ventilation, even if water drops enter from the outside, the water drops fall on the hot water pipe 92 or the wiring 94 behind the heating device 62. And water does not collect behind the heating device 62. Thereby, it becomes possible to ensure a stable ventilation amount without causing adverse effects such as damage of water drops on the back of the case of the heating device, piping of hot water, wiring, and the like.
[0018]
As described above, in the bathroom dryer / heater of the first to third embodiments, the heating device and the ventilation device operate independently. A ventilation space is formed between the back of the heating device and the wall, and when the ventilation device is activated, the side of the case of the heating device is such that the air in the bathroom is ventilated through this ventilation space. A suction hole is provided on the bottom or top surface. Therefore, since the air passages for the heating operation and the ventilation operation are different, the heating device is not affected even if the ventilation device is operated. Moreover, since the ventilation passage is formed, it is possible to always ensure a stable intake amount regardless of the state of the wall surface behind the heating device. Thereby, the space | interval of a heating apparatus and a back wall surface can be minimized, and it can install without impairing aesthetics.
