Description
【0001】
【0046】

[0011]
In addition to this, the invention according to claim 3 provides a decorative frame having a material feeling that is wood itself, and that provides a good feel when touching the surface with a hand, as well as excellent uniformity and water resistance. It is what.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is for achieving the above-described object.
The invention according to claim 1 is a decorative frame (10) made of a long material covering the end face of the opening (23) of the wall (20) of the building frame, and comprising the opening (23) of the wall (20). A main body member (30) covering the end surface, and a portion fixed to at least one side edge of the main body member (30) to cover a portion where the main body member (30) and the wall (20) abut, and a wall (20) and a thickness direction in slidable slide member (40) of said body member (30) includes a wall opening (20) (33) elongated plate-shaped flat plate member which covers the end face (34) The flat plate member (34) includes an F-shaped thickness member (35) that is fixed to both side edges of the flat plate member (34) to form a thickness of the main body member (30) , and has a substantially F-shaped F-shaped thickness member (35 ). and the F-shaped thick member (35), the slide groove open toward the thickness direction of the wall (20) in order to fit the slide member (40) slidably (41), the F-shaped thick member (35) formed between the flat plate member (34), the plate thickness direction of the wall (20) Rail grooves extending surface Direction of the wall at substantially the center (41) is formed between F-shaped thick member (35), said slide member (40) is for abutting the surface of the wall (20) wall (20 abutment portion extending toward the surface of) (50) wherein the at the corners of the side edge of the body member (30), F-shaped thick member constituting the main body member (30) (35) A stepped corner portion (70) is formed by arranging the corner portion (71) of the side end face and the corner portion (72 ) of the slide member (40) in a stepped shape .
[0013]
Here, the decorative frame (10) covers the end face of the opening (23) of the wall (20) of the building frame, and its longitudinal direction may be either horizontal or vertical. is there. That is, it can also be used for a horizontal member that extends in the horizontal direction, such as a duck (for example, duck 14), or a vertical member that makes up the surface of a column connecting the duck and the sill.
[0014]
In the present invention, the slide member (40) is fixed to at least one side edge of the main body member (30) and covers a portion where the main body member (30) and the wall (20) abut. For this reason, the part which a main body member (30) and a wall (20) contact | abut can be hidden so that it cannot be seen from the indoor side. Thereby, it is not necessary to take special consideration so that a gap does not occur between the wall (20) of the building frame and the decorative frame (10), and the mounting work can be facilitated.
[0015]
The slide member (40) is slidable in the thickness direction of the wall (20) inside the slide groove (41) of the main body member (30), and the slide member (40) is attached to the wall (20). An abutting portion (50) extending in the direction is formed. For this reason, even if the thickness of the wall (20) varies depending on the dimensional error and the type, the slide member (40) is slid along the inside of the slide groove (41), and the contact portion (50) Can be brought into contact with the surface of the wall (20). As a result, the decorative frame (10) can be formed without causing a gap between the decorative frame (10) and the wall (20) even when the wall (20) has a different thickness. In construction, it is possible to easily cope with changes in the thickness of the wall (20).
Further, according to the present invention, the corner portion (71) of the side end face of the F-shaped thickness member (35) constituting the main body member (30 ) and the slide member (40) are provided at the corner portion of the decorative frame (10 ) . Since the corner portion (72) is arranged in a step shape to form the stepped corner portion (70) , two corner portions are formed in parallel to the corner portion of the decorative frame (10) . Thereby, the appearance design based on the straight line can be displayed at the corner of the decorative frame (10) , and the appearance of the decorative frame (10) can be improved.
[0016]
The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that, in addition to the feature point of claim 1 described above, one side end face (61) is provided on the back side of the body member (30) with the surface of the wall (20) of the building frame. The positioning member (60) for determining the mounting position of the main body member (30) is formed by mounting to one.
Here, `` determining the mounting position of the main body member (30) by mounting one side end surface (61) flush with the surface of the wall (20) of the building frame '' means the main body member (30) When the positioning member (60) is set on the body member (30) in advance, the side end surface (61) of the positioning member (60) is flush with the surface of the wall (20). ) Is included.
[0017]
In the present invention, one side end face (61) of the positioning member (60) is attached flush with the surface of the wall (20) of the building frame. As a result, it is possible to determine the mounting position of the main body member (30), and it is not necessary to measure the mounting position with a ruler to get hurt, facilitating the positioning work in the field construction, and facilitating the mounting work. it can.
[0018]
[0019]
The invention described in claim 3 is characterized in that , in addition to the features described in claim 1 or 2 , the decorative frame (10) is composed of a composition mainly composed of resin and fine-grain wood flour. And
Here, “resin” includes hard resin and soft resin, such as vinyl chloride resin, foamed vinyl chloride resin, polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, phenol resin, urethane resin, polyurethane resin, ABS resin, polystyrene resin, etc. It is.
[0020]
Here, “fine particle wood powder” includes not only natural wood but also those formed by pulverizing sawdust etc. into fine powder particles.
In the present invention, since the decorative frame (10) contains wood powder, the touch of the surface of the decorative frame (10) with a hand has a wooden texture, and the surface of the resin, vinyl chloride, or the like is smooth. It is possible to obtain a good hand feeling that fits comfortably in the hand.
[0021]
Further, since the decorative frame (10) is made of the above-described material and has a resin, the decorative frame (10) has a smaller water absorption than the wooden material, and does not shrink due to moisture absorption. Thereby, compared with a wooden material, it can be made excellent in the uniformity as a material which is hard to warp, hard to twist, and hard to rot .
[0022]
Here, "decorative frame (10)" is colored molding fine powder surface of smaller diameter in than this fine powder, and hard fine powder was mixed with powders prepared by supporting the resin cellulosic materials It is good to form so that a wood grain pattern may be exhibited. If such a material is used, a wood grain pattern can be given to the surface. In addition, there is a variation in quality due to differences in the natural wood used as a raw material and the difference in moisture content, etc. with wood materials, but this is not the case with the `` decoration frame (10) '' made of the above-mentioned materials. Can be suppressed. That is, the molded product formed using the above-described material exhibits a wood grain pattern even if it has a complicated cross-sectional shape. Therefore, the other surface member in the room is made of a wood material or a material having a wood texture that changes to it. In some cases, it is suitable for use in the sense of harmonizing the appearance design. In other words, even a member having a cross-sectional shape that takes time and labor when cutting natural wood can be provided as a molded product exhibiting a wood grain pattern.
[0023]
And since it is made of “resin mixed with powder”, it is harder to absorb moisture than normal woody material, and even if moisture adheres, it is only necessary to wipe off moisture, and maintenance can be facilitated. . That is, even if dirt such as hand dust adheres to the surface of the decorative material, it can be cleaned with a wet rag, and after removing the dirt, the moisture may be wiped off. This makes it possible to present a grain pattern on the exterior and form the same appearance as a wooden product, but with regard to water resistance, it can provide a makeup frame (10) that is much more resistant to water than wooden products It is.
[0024]
Here, the “cellulosic material” includes natural wood as well as sawdust, rice straw and bacus. The “fine powder having a smaller diameter and harder than the fine powder” refers to fine powder of titanium oxide, ferrite, aluminum, nickel, silver, ceramic, calcium carbonate, or the like.
[0025]
The “coloring resin” material is a colored pigment, for example, an inorganic pigment such as iron oxide, cadmium yellow, or carbon black. In addition, “presenting a wood grain pattern by coloring the resin” means that the resin itself is colored using the above-mentioned pigment, so that it forms a wood grain pattern not only on the surface but also inside. It is what you are doing. As a result, even if the surface of the decorative frame (10) is repeatedly contacted with the surrounding peripheral members and worn, the wood grain pattern on the surface does not disappear, and a good wood grain appearance can be maintained.
