【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、一般住宅の建設において、コンクリート基礎の内部に配置する鉄筋の構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、住宅の建築現場においては、図9に示す如く、最初に敷地のコンクリート基礎1を構築する位置に溝2を掘り、次に、該溝2に砂利(又はクラッシャーラン等)3を敷き、場合によっては、その上に捨てコンクリートを打設することもある。砂利3の上には鉄筋5を配筋し、型枠を組み立てて、そして、該鉄筋5を補強芯としてコンクリート6を打設し、コンクリート基礎1を構築する。

上述の配筋工程は、コンクリート基礎1の内部に鉄筋5を埋め込み該コンクリート基礎1を強固にするためのものであり、鉄筋5の組み上げ作業の大部分が現場で行われてきた。
即ち、鉄筋5の材料となる棒鋼をカッターで必要長さに切断し、ベンダーで必要な曲げ加工を施し、締結針金(結線)で締結することにより、必要なコンクリート基礎1形状に沿った配筋を施していた。
前述の工法では非常に作業時間がかかるために、近年では、例えば、図10に示す如く、上主筋72、下主筋73及びあばら筋74・74・・・から成る鉄筋ユニット71を構成して、これらの鉄筋ユニット71を現場において継手筋76・77(図11)等で補強・結合することで作業が行われている。

しかし、従来の鉄筋ユニット71では、補強筋75や継手筋76・77が上主筋72や下主筋73等に沿った状態で配置されて、鉄筋が必要以上に配される部分が生じて、コンクリート6が行き渡りにくい箇所が生じることがあった。
従来の鉄筋5の高低差のある部分の配筋の例を挙げると、図11に示す如く、コンクリート基礎1に換気口等のための凹部10が形成される場合において、高低の鉄筋ユニット71・71a・71を、各鉄筋ユニット71・71a・71の下主筋73・73a・73に連続して沿うように設けられた略直線状の継手筋76、高さの低い鉄筋ユニット71aの上主筋72aに沿って該鉄筋ユニット71aの側方の鉄筋ユニット71・71のあばら筋74・74・・・の部分にまで延出した継手筋77、凹部10の側部に設けられたコ字状の補強筋75等で連結している。
そして、コンクリート基礎1の隅部9に位置して、直交するように設けられた二つの鉄筋ユニット71・71は、夫々の鉄筋ユニット71・71の上主筋72・72同士及び下主筋73・73同士をL字状の継手筋78・78で結合している。
これらの鉄筋ユニット71・71の結合部分においては特に多くの鉄筋が多く配置され、それらが絡み合うために施工が困難であった。

上述の如く構成された従来の隅部9では、四組の鉄筋ユニット71・71a・71・71、補強筋75、継手筋76・77・78を鉄筋5の構成部材としている。
ここでは、継手筋76・77・78によって過剰に鉄筋が配置される箇所が生じて、コンクリート基礎1を構築するに当たってコンクリート6の回りにくい配筋構造となってしまうことがあった。
また、配筋作業時の鉄筋ユニット71・71同士の締結箇所が多いために工数が非常に多くなってしまうのである。

さらに、例えば、図12及び図13に示す如く、コンクリート基礎1の隅部9の直ぐ近傍に換気口を形成するための凹部10が配される場合、継手筋78・78を他の隅部に使用されているものと同様の形状のものを用いると、凹部10に継手筋78・78が突出した状態となってしまうために、継手筋78の端部78aを曲折させなければならない。
このとき、継手筋78・78に径の細い(例えば、呼び径D16(JIS規定))鉄筋を利用すると、作業員の手で曲げて調節することが可能であるが、径の太い(例えば、呼び径D22(JIS規定))鉄筋を利用すると、腕力で形状を変化させることは困難であり、施工現場に搬送される前の段階で正確に形状を把握した上で加工したものとしなければならない。従って、一軒の住宅においても、非常に多種類の継手筋76・77・78や補強筋75を用意し、それらを正確に配置しなければならない。
この上、高さや幅、左右の端部形状、連結部分の形状等の異なる鉄筋ユニット71・71・・・が多く存在するために、施工現場に搬送される鉄筋の種類は膨大な数となり、これらを正確に組み上げなければならない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで、本発明では、鉄筋ユニットを、十分な剛性を保持しながら可能な限り簡素な構成として、また、鉄筋ユニット同士を簡易に連結できるようにしようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の解決しようとする課題は以上の如くであり、次にこの課題を解決するための手段を説明する。

請求項1においては、コンクリート基礎造成時の配筋工程において複数の鉄筋ユニット7を組み上げて配筋する構成であって、該鉄筋ユニット7を、上主筋11、下主筋12及びあばら筋14を組合せて架設して構成すると共に、該鉄筋ユニット7の形状を、同列に通常部分よりも下方に突出した下方突出部20を含む鉄筋ユニット7bと、通常部分の鉄筋ユニット7cと、換気口を設けるための凹部10を有する鉄筋ユニット7aを含むものにより構成し、該コンクリート基礎1の隅部や交叉部に位置し、隣接する鉄筋ユニット7・7同士が平面視でL字やT字状等に交叉して接続される交叉接続側端部21においては 、該鉄筋ユニット7・7を接続する為に、中途部を曲折させたL字状継手筋19を沿わせて結線で結んで固定連結し、他の鉄筋ユニット7と直列的に接続する直列接続側端部22においては、上主筋11と下主筋12の端部にパイプ状の接続部材50を嵌装して、鉄筋ユニット7を接続するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、発明の実施の形態を説明する。
図1は本発明に係る鉄筋ユニットの一例を示す図、図2は同じく凹部を含む鉄筋ユニットの一例を示す図、図3は同じく下方への突出部を含む鉄筋ユニットの一例を示す図である。図4及び図5は鉄筋ユニット同士の直線的接続部を示す図、図6は鉄筋ユニット同士のL字状交叉部の配筋の一例を示す側面図、図7は同じく斜視図、図8は鉄筋ユニット同士のT字状交叉部の配筋の一例を示す斜視図である。

本発明に係る鉄筋ユニット7では、従来の鉄筋ユニット71の構造と比較して、鉄筋5に高さの異なる部分を形成するために継手筋を要しないことを特徴としている。すなわち、鉄筋5に高さの異なる部分を形成するために、高さの異なる鉄筋ユニットを継手筋を用いて連結するのではなく、一の鉄筋ユニット7の一部に高さの異なる部分を形成しているのである。

従って、従来の構造では鉄筋ユニット71自体が非常に多数のパターンのものが必要とされる上、それを接合するために、さらに多数の補強筋75や継手筋76・77・78を必要としていたのであるが、本発明に係る鉄筋ユニット7では、直線的に鉄筋ユニット7・7同士を接合するときにはパイプ状の接続部材によって上主筋11・11同士又は下主筋12・12同士を結合し、鉄筋ユニット7・7同士が、例えば直角に交わる隅部9等の、角度をもって接合するときには、略L字状に形成された継手筋19・19・・・を用いて、互いの上主筋11・11同士又は下主筋12・12同士を結合するのである。
このとき、継手筋19・19・・・は一種類のみが必要であって、大きさや太さ、折れ曲がり形状の異なる継手筋を必要としないのである。従って、現場で鉄筋5を接合する作業においてもミスが少なく、また、作業が単純化されるので作業効率の大幅な向上が期待される。

次に、本発明に係る鉄筋ユニット7の一形態を例を挙げて説明する。
本例では、図1に示す如く、同列に通常部分よりも下方に突出した下方突出部20を含む鉄筋ユニット7bと、通常部分の鉄筋ユニット7cと、換気口を設けるための凹部10を有する鉄筋ユニット7aを含むものを挙げる。但し、本発明は本実施例に限定されるものではなく、夫々のコンクリート基礎1の形状に適した形状に構成した鉄筋ユニットを適用させることができる。

まず、本発明を、鉄筋ユニットの一部に有する高さの異なる部分として換気口を設ける鉄筋ユニット7(7a)を一例として説明する。
図2に示す如く、換気口を設けるための凹部10を含む部分のコンクリート基礎1を補強するための鉄筋ユニット7aは、異形鉄筋よりなる二つの上主筋11・11、下主筋12、凹部上主筋(水平補強筋)15及び複数のあばら筋14・14・・・で構成されており、一側端部(図2において右側)を交叉接続側端部21とし、他側端部(図2において左側)を直列接続側端部22としている。
なお、交叉接続側とはコンクリート基礎1の平面視でL字やT字状等に交叉している側を意味し、直列接続側とは他の鉄筋ユニット7と直列的に接続する側を意味している。
この鉄筋ユニット7aの大きな特徴として、コンクリート基礎1において換気口を形成するための凹部10が形成されるが、該凹部10の両側又は一側の高さの異なる部分と凹部10とを連続する一組の鉄筋ユニット7aとしていることであり、一組の該鉄筋ユニット7aには長尺と短尺のあばら筋14・14・・・14a・14a・・・が適宜配置されて、側面視において高低差を形成していることである。

鉄筋ユニット7aは凹部10の交叉接続側端部21側に位置する上主筋11は、交叉接続側端部21において下方へ曲折した曲折部11aが、また、凹部10側端部にはコ字状に曲折した補強部11bが何れも一体的に形成されている。
さらに、下主筋12は交叉接続側端部21において上方へ曲折した曲折部12bが形成されている。一方、凹部10の紙面上左側に位置する上主筋11の直列接続側端部22には、他の鉄筋ユニット7と接続するための接続部材50が設けられている。
また、下主筋12の交叉接続側端部21は上方へ向かって曲折した曲折部12bが形成されており、同じく直列接続側端部22には他の鉄筋ユニット7と接続するための接続部材50が設けられている。

上述の如く形成された上主筋11・11と下主筋12を平行に配置して、棒状鋼の両端をU字状に曲折させてフックを構成したあばら筋14・14・・・の、該フックに上主筋11・11及び下主筋12を保持するようにして、該あばら筋14・14・・・を上主筋11・11と下主筋12に架設し、凹部10が形成される部分では凹部上主筋15が上主筋11・11及び下主筋12の間に平行に配設されて、該凹部上主筋15と下主筋12の間に短尺のあばら筋14a・14a・・・が架設されている。
前記凹部上主筋15は凹部10より大きく側方に突出して、側面視において上主筋11・11と下主筋12の間に架設されたあばら筋14・14・・・に重複している。このようにして、凹部上主筋15を凹部10の側方に位置する上主筋11・11と締結でき、また、あばら筋14・14・・・や上主筋11・11で凹部上主筋15を支持させるようにしている。

次に、通常部分よりも下方に突出した部分を含む本発明に係る鉄筋ユニット7(7b)の一例を説明する。
図3に示す如く、通常部分よりも下方に突出した下方突出部20を含むコンクリート基礎1を補強するための鉄筋ユニット7bは、上主筋11、二の下主筋12・12及び複数のあばら筋14・14・・・14b・14b・・・で構成されており、一側端部(図3において左側)を交叉接続側端部21とし、他側端部(図3において右側)を直列接続側端部22としている。
この鉄筋ユニット7bの大きな特徴として、コンクリート基礎1において通常部分よりも下方に突出した部分(下方突出部20)が形成され、従って、鉄筋ユニット7bの下辺は高さが異なって段差部23が形成されるが、この段差部23の含めて連続する一組の鉄筋ユニット7bとしていることであり、一組の該鉄筋ユニット7bには長尺と短尺のあばら筋14b・14b・・・14・14・・・が適宜配置されて、側面視において高低差を形成していることである。

鉄筋ユニット7bは段差部23の両側方に位置する下主筋12(12c・12d)と、上主筋11及び複数のあばら筋14・14・・・14b・14b・・・とで構成されている。段差部23の紙面上左側(図3)に位置する下主筋12(下部下主筋12c)は、交叉接続側端部21において上方へ曲折した曲折部12bが、また、段差部23にはコ字状(又はL字状)に曲折した補強部12caが何れも一体的に形成されている。
また、段差部23の紙面上右側(図3)に位置する下主筋12(通常部下主筋12d)は、その直列接続側端部22に接続部材50が設けられており、段差部23側端部は段差部23よりも大きく左側へ延出して、もう一方の下主筋12である下部下主筋12cと重複するようにしている。上主筋11は交叉接続側端部21において下方へ曲折した曲折部11aが形成され、直列接続側端部22には、他の鉄筋ユニット7と接続するための接続部材50が設けられている。

上述の如く形成された上主筋11と通常部下主筋12d及び下部下主筋12cとを平行に配置して、上主筋11と通常部下主筋12d及び上主筋11と下部下主筋12cの間にあばら筋14・14・・・を架設し、下部下主筋12cは通常部下主筋12dよりも下方に位置して段差を形成している。
そして、上主筋11と通常部下主筋12dの間に架設されたあばら筋14・14・・・よりも、上主筋11と下部下主筋12cの間に架設されたあばら筋14b・14b・・・が長尺となるようにしている。高さの異なるあばら筋14・14・・・14b・14b・・・を同一の鉄筋ユニット7b内に配設して、鉄筋ユニット7bに高さの異なる部分形成しているが、通常部下主筋12d及び下部下主筋12cは互いに補強しあっているので溶接又は結線で結びつける作業によって一つの鉄筋ユニット7bに高低差を設けることができるようにしている。

上述の如く構成した鉄筋ユニット7(7a・7b)を、例えば、図1に示すように接続することができる。夫々の鉄筋ユニット7(7a・7b・7c)の直列接続側端部22に設けられた接続部材50・50・・・は、図4に示す如く、上主筋11又は下主筋12の直列接続側端部22に固設されたボルト52の螺子部にロックナット53を嵌めて、さらに、接続し合う鉄筋ユニット7・7のボルト52・52同士に架かるようにしてカプラー51(パイプ状部材)が嵌められ、該カプラー51によって互いの鉄筋ユニット7・7の位置を微調節可能としている。
このようにして、上記接続部材50を用いることによって、簡易に鉄筋ユニット7・7の直列接続側端部22・22同士を接続できるようにしている。

また、接続側端部22・22同士を接続するための別形態として、図5に示す如く、断面六角形又は円形である短筒状体であるスリーブ18を接続部材50として採用し、上主筋11又は下主筋12の直列接続側端部22はパイプを切断したままの状態として、接続し合う鉄筋ユニット7・7の上主筋11・11同士又は下主筋12・12同士に架かるようにスリーブ18を嵌装して、油圧式の締め上げ機械により該スリーブ18の外周側から上主筋11又は下主筋12とスリーブ18を押し潰しながら締め上げることで、鉄筋ユニット7・7の直列接続側端部22・22同士を接続することもできる。

一方、鉄筋ユニット7・7の交叉接続側端部21は、コンクリート基礎1の隅部9等の交叉部に位置し、従って、図6及び図7に示す如く、隣接する鉄筋ユニット7・7同士が角度をもって接続される。例えば、鉄筋ユニット7・7をL字状に交叉させた状態に接続するとき、これらの鉄筋ユニット7・7を接続するために中途部を曲折させたL字状継手筋19・19・・・が使用される。L字状継手筋19・19・・・は接続する鉄筋ユニット7の上主筋11・11同士又は下主筋12・12に沿わせて結線で結んで固定される。
本実施例において、L字状継手筋19・19・・・は一の交叉接続側端部21に上下夫々二本ずつ径の小さいもの(例えば、呼び径D13(JIS規定))が計四本が使用されている。これらのL字状継手筋19・19・・・個々は腕力で曲げることの可能な硬度であるが、二本添えた状態であるので径の大きなもの(例えば、呼び径D22(JIS規定))と相応し接続するために十分な剛性を有する。

そして、図7に示す如く、交叉接続側端部21に換気口を形成するための凹部10が形成されていても、鉄筋ユニット7(7a)の上主筋11及び下主筋12の交叉接続側端部21に形成された曲折部11a・12bによって定着長さが確保されており、さらに、上主筋11及び下主筋12は交叉接続側端部21から凹部10まで連続しているので、L字状継手筋19・19・・・による定着長さをそれほど必要としない。
従って、図11乃至図13に示す従来の継手筋の長さd2(図11)と比べて、L字状継手筋19・19・・・の長さd1(図6)を短くすることができる。すなわち、交叉接続側端部21の直ぐ側方に凹部10が形成される場合は、従来の構造では曲折部11a・12bを有しないため長い継手筋78・78・・・を曲げて成形しなければならなかったが、本発明に係る鉄筋ユニット7(7a)を採用すれば、継手筋19・19・・・を更に曲げずとも十分な定着長さを確保しているので、短尺な継手筋19・19・・・で接続することができ、該継手筋19・19・・・を特別に形成する必要もないのである。

さらに、上記と同様にして鉄筋ユニット7の中途部と他の鉄筋ユニット7の直列接続側端部22とをT字状に交叉するように接続する場合においても、図8に示す如く、同型のL字状継手筋19・19・・・を使用して接続することができる。すなわち、配筋工程における鉄筋5の組立作業において前記L字状継手筋19・19・・・と接続部材50とで鉄筋ユニット7・7・・・を接続して鉄筋5の組立をほぼ行うことができるのである。

従って、図10に示す従来のものと比較すると、確実に継手筋の数が激減し、また、継手筋の設定品目も二万種以上からL字状継手筋19・19・・・のみに減少するので、配筋作業時に継手筋の選択に間違いが生じにくく確実に鉄筋ユニット7・7・・・を締結することができる。そして、この結果、一棟当たりの鉄筋5重量が大幅に削減され、建築コストの削減に寄与することが期待される。

また、上記構造により鉄筋5を接続することによって、鉄筋ユニット7・7・・・同士の交叉部において太径の鉄筋が多数重なるといった事態を避けることができ、コンクリート6の充填が不十分になる等の不具合を生じ難くすることができる。そして、構成部材が大幅に削減されて、コスト及び重量の削減に寄与している。
さらに、凹部10の両側方の高さを容易に統一させることができ、不必要に鉄筋5の段数を構成することがない。即ち、品質の安定と工数削減が図られているのである。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、以上のように構成したので、以下に示すような効果を奏する。

即ち、請求項1に示す如く、コンクリート基礎造成時の配筋工程において複数の鉄筋ユニット7を組み上げて配筋する構成であって、該鉄筋ユニット7を、上主筋11、下主筋12及びあばら筋14を組合せて架設して構成すると共に、該鉄筋ユニット7の形状を、同列に通常部分よりも下方に突出した下方突出部20を含む鉄筋ユニット7bと、通常部分の鉄筋ユニット7cと、換気口を設けるための凹部10を有する鉄筋ユニット7aを含むものにより構成し、該コンクリート基礎1の隅部や交叉部に位置し、隣接する鉄筋ユニット7・7同士が平面視でL字やT字状等に交叉して接続される交叉接続側端部21においては、該鉄筋ユニット7・7を接続する為に、中途部を曲折させたL字状継手筋19を 沿わせて結線で結んで固定連結し、他の鉄筋ユニット7と直列的に接続する直列接続側端部22においては、上主筋11と下主筋12の端部にパイプ状の接続部材50を嵌装して、鉄筋ユニット7を接続するので、交叉接続側端部では側面視L字状に折り曲げてL字状継手筋で他の鉄筋ユニットと接続し、直列接続側端部ではパイプ状接続部材で他の鉄筋ユニットと接続するので、建築現場における配筋作業では、多種多様のパターンの鉄筋ユニットを一種類の継手筋と接続部材のみで接続して鉄筋を構成することができ、作業が簡易となり、また、作業ミスの削減が期待される。

請求項2の如く、前記交叉接続側端部21における、上主筋11に下方へ曲折した曲折部11aを形成し、下主筋12に上方へ曲折した曲折部12bを形成し、該曲折部11a・12bを連結し、該曲折部11a・12bで隣接する上主筋11又は下主筋12を支持するよう構成したので、継手筋を用いずとも高さの異なる上主筋同士又は下主筋同士を連結することができるので、一つの鉄筋ユニットに高さの異なる部分を設けても、従来のものに対し鉄筋ユニットの構成部材の数を抑えることができて鉄筋の量が少なくなってコストダウンに寄与することができる。
また、締結部分を削減できるので過重に鉄筋の重複する箇所を削減することができて、コンクリートの回りにくい部分を削減できる。

請求項3の如く、前記換気口を設けるための凹部10を有する鉄筋ユニット7a、又は、通常部分よりも下方に突出した下方突出部20を含む鉄筋ユニット7bの、段差部に位置する一側の上主筋11または下主筋12を、側面視コ字状に折り曲げて補強部11b・12caとしたので、他の基礎部分と高さの異なる凹部において、継手筋を省くことができるようになり、構成の異なる複数の配筋を一つの鉄筋ユニットにすることで、材料及び現場工数が削減される。
また、従来のように、鉄筋ユニットで構成された鉄筋を締結して構成するときよりも締結箇所が少なくなるので、完成したコンクリート基礎の品質にばらつきが少なくなる。
