Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle equipped with a road surface repair device that repairs relatively small damage occurring on a paved road surface of a road.
On the paved road surface of the road, damage such as pot holes and cracks may occur. When such a relatively small damage occurs, the urgent need for repair is required due to problems such as management defects, and it is necessary to repair as soon as possible. As a repair method, in the prior art, after enclosing a part of the road in a safety facility so that it cannot pass, remove and clean the damaged part of the paved road surface and its periphery, and apply the emulsion to the repair part. After that, the repair site is filled with asphalt mixture, and then the work is done in the order of construction, after laying, compacting, and cleaning, and finally removing the safety facility.
However, the conventional repair methods have the following problems. In other words, as described above, since all of the conventional repair methods are mainly performed manually by workers, even a small-scale repair work requires not only a large number of workers but also a long work time. was there. In addition, since the asphalt mixture to be used is arranged with a margin, there is a problem that the remainder is generated in a normal case, which must be discarded, and the material is wasted. In addition, the size of safety facilities and the like is large and the work time is long for small-scale construction, and traffic congestion of general traffic vehicles is likely to occur.
An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle including a road surface repair device capable of reliably performing a relatively small-scale repair work in a short time in view of the above-described problems of the prior art.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention employs the following means.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vehicle equipped with a road surface repairing device for repairing relatively small damage generated on a paved road surface, the emulsion tank storing the emulsion and the aggregate stored in the vehicle. Aggregate hopper, injection nozzle for injecting emulsion and / or aggregate supplied therefrom, and emulsion supply system for independently supplying the emulsion in the emulsion tank and the aggregate in the aggregate hopper to the injection nozzle And an aggregate supply system and a controller for controlling the emulsion supply system and the aggregate supply system, and the spray nozzle is configured such that the tip portion of the pipe for sending the emulsion and the tip portion of the pipe for sending the aggregate are combined or In an integrated configuration,
Composed of the horizontal and is rotatable in a vertical direction, and stretchable second arm is accommodated in the first arm and the first in the arm that can be erected during movement of the vehicle attached to a front portion of the vehicle a main arm which is provided with an auxiliary arm that is rotatable in the horizontal direction is attached to the distal end of the main arm, the distal end of the secondary arm, the emulsion and / or aggregate in the repair locations below when working The spray nozzle is arranged so as to spray toward .
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the vehicle provided with the road surface repair device according to the first aspect, at least one of the compaction device and the leveling device is disposed in the vicinity of the injection nozzle of the sub arm. It is characterized by.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the auxiliary arm is provided at the tip of the main arm, so that the main arm can perform rough positioning and the sub arm can perform fine positioning, and the position of the injection nozzle can be easily controlled. Yes.
In addition, the second arm housed in the first arm that can rotate in the horizontal and vertical directions can be expanded and contracted, and the sub arm can be rotated in the horizontal direction with respect to the second arm. By the horizontal rotation of one arm, the expansion and contraction of the second arm, and the horizontal rotation of the sub arm, the spray nozzle at the tip of the sub arm can be scanned over the entire repair area, and workability is improved. And it can be set as the attitude which raised each arm at the time of movement of vehicles.
Further, according to the invention described in
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The vehicle equipped with the road surface repair device of the present invention is intended for damage that has occurred on a relatively small paved road surface such as a pothole, and the emulsion A that has been heated to a desired temperature in advance is damaged. Then, the emulsion A and the aggregate B can be mixed and sprayed as a repair material (see FIGS. 4 and 5).
In the embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the
The
The
The
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, the emulsion supply system 4 has an air-type three-
The emulsion supply system 4 has an
Further, when the emulsion supply system 4 does not supply the emulsion from the

Further, the
The

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5, the aggregate supply system 5 is connected to a three-
Further, a
Next, the
That is, the
More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 6 and 7, the
Accordingly, the

Therefore, although a vehicle equipped with the road surface repair device of the embodiment is not shown, the
Furthermore, a safety mechanism is formed at the front of the vehicle. In the safety mechanism, a
Next, a road surface repair method using a vehicle equipped with the road surface repair device of the embodiment will be described.
At the time of construction, first, a safety facility is created by displaying the
Next, the
Therefore, not only the working time can be greatly shortened, but also the number of workers can be reduced as compared with the prior art.
Then, after the spraying of the repair compound is finished, the leveling
After such processing, the repair surface is cleaned, the safety facility is removed, the
Thus, in the vehicle equipped with the road surface repair device of the embodiment, the
Moreover, since the emulsion A and the aggregate B are mixed and sprayed inside the
And in the vehicle provided with the road surface repair device of the embodiment, the
Further, a rotatable and extendable
Furthermore, since the above-mentioned road surface repair device is mounted on the vehicle as a set of devices, it is possible to move quickly to the repair site while maintaining the set of devices, so that the request to repair as soon as possible should be executed reliably. It is something that can be done.
