Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention mainly relates to means for attaching a sink pocket to a mounting hole penetrating a sink top plate surface in a cabinet type sink.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, a cabinet-type sink that has been widely used in general households has come to be widely used as a part of the sink top plate with a pocket that can easily store detergent and cleaning tools such as tableware. .
[0003]
By the way, the sink pocket mounting means is usually formed integrally with a stainless steel plate as illustrated in FIG. 5 and is provided in a predetermined size on the back side of the sink top plate (A) that is deposited on the top of the cabinet. A pocket mounting hole (c) into which the pocket body (b) can be closely fitted is punched out, and if necessary, the inner peripheral edge is raised upward to form a draining edge (d), and then the mounting hole ( The pocket body (b) formed by plastic molding through a packing (e) that is attached around the circumference of the hole in (c) and projecting a water introduction hole (f) on the bottom surface thereof is indented, The upper collar (g) is locked to the surface of the sink top plate (b), while the bottom plate is provided with a through hole (re) through which the water inlet (f) on the bottom surface of the pocket body can pass. When inserting the main body (b), the upper edges (nu) of both side walls A U-shaped cross-section receiving plate (h) that contacts the lower surface of the pocket is inserted from the bottom bottom side of the pocket body (b), and both the members (b) (h) are tightened and fixed with nuts etc. Further, it is widely known that the water inlet (f) and the sink-side drain trap (not shown) are connected by a hose or the like (e).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the conventional sink pocket mounting means described above, after inserting the pocket main body (b) into the mounting hole (c), the receiving plate (chi) is inserted from below the pocket main body (b) and the nut ( It was necessary to connect the hose between the water conveyance hole (f) and the drain trap, and all of these work had to be done inside a narrow cabinet. There was a problem that led to a decline in efficiency.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In response to such a situation, the present invention has been intensively experimented and improved as a solution to simplify the means for attaching the sink pocket to the sink top plate. A double edge that can be fitted tightly by sandwiching the periphery of the mounting hole is provided outside, and claw pieces that project an inclined surface at a constant angle downward at the inside of the lower edge at regular intervals. The hanging socket is divided into two parts from the center to the left and right, and the double edge of the split socket can be tightly fitted into the socket with the double edge of the socket attached to the peripheral edge of the sink top plate. The pocket body molded in the above is formed with a water inlet on the bottom surface, and the upper peripheral edge is a curved ridge that can be in close contact with the top surface of the sink socket across the upper edge of the split socket. In the position corresponding to the claw piece of the split socket By providing a recessed portion having an inclined surface into which the claw piece can be elastically engaged, the mounting of the sink pocket in the sink sink described above is simplified and the problems of the prior art are solved. .
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the sink pocket mounting means according to the present invention will be described in more detail based on the embodiment shown in the drawings. In FIG. 1, 1 is a sink cabinet, 2 is a sink tank, and 3 is connected to a drain pipe 3a below. A drain trap, which is connected to the following pocket main body 4 by a hose 3b, and 4 indicates a pocket main body that is attached to the top plate 2a of the sink.
[0007]
FIG. 2 shows the split socket 5 according to the present invention, and the upper edge portion can be clamped including a draining edge 2c bent upward at the periphery of the attachment hole 2b of the pocket provided in the sink top plate 2a. The upper and lower double edges 5a and 5b (refer to FIG. 4 for this part), the upper edge 5a is generally passed through the entire circumference of the socket, and the lower surface of the edge is the mounting hole. The lower edge 5b protrudes relatively long and can be engaged with the lower surface of the mounting hole so that the socket does not come out above the sink top plate. Therefore, it is not always necessary to provide the entire circumference, and it is only necessary to provide at least the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the socket 5 and the ends of the left and right sides (left and right ends in FIG. 2). Then, the upper and lower double edges 5a and 5b are fitted to the sink top plate 2a while appropriately operating the split socket 5 having the above configuration.
[0008]
Reference numeral 5c denotes a claw piece suspended from the lower edge of the split socket 5 at an appropriate interval. The angle (α) toward the substantially horizontal lower surface is 20-60 on the inner surface side of the lower end of each claw piece 5c. In this case, the downward sloping surface 5d of about 30 ° is formed, and the interval between the claw pieces 5c is arbitrarily set. It is desirable that the lower edge 5b and the claw piece 5c are paired.
[0009]
In the figure, reference numeral 5e denotes a flexible strip for connecting the inner end portions of the split socket 5 so that the split sockets 5 can be connected together and the distance in the longitudinal direction can be expanded and contracted by a certain amount. It is configured.
[0010]
Further, FIG. 3 shows the pocket main body 4, and a curved hook 4a provided around the upper edge thereof is fitted into the mounting hole 2b of the sink top plate 2a from above so as to straddle the upper edge 5a of the split socket 5. A lower end surface that is in close contact with the sink top plate surface is provided, and a packing (p) is interposed between the space portion and the draining edge 2c of the mounting hole as necessary.
[0011]
Further, the water inlet 4b projects downward from the bottom surface of the pocket body 4, and the nail piece has a height that matches the position of the claw piece 5c when fitted to the split socket 5 on the outer peripheral surface. The recessed portion 4c having the inwardly inclined surface 4d in close contact with the inclined surface 5d may be provided at a position facing each claw piece 5c, or the recessed portion may be passed through the entire outer periphery. In this way, when the claw piece 5c is engaged with the concave groove 4c, the pocket main body 4 is engaged with the sink top plate 2a by the lower end surface of the upper curved ridge 4a and is prevented from descending. Since the rise is prevented by the split socket 5 that does not rise by engaging with the lower surface of the sink top plate, the pocket body 4 after being attached will not come off both upward and downward even by a strong external force.
[0012]
Thus, in the above embodiment, the structure of the double edge of the split socket 5 in the structure in which the draining edge 2c is erected mainly around the inside of the attachment hole of the sink top plate 2 has been described (see FIG. 4). Even when the sink top plate is made of a steel plate, etc., and the draining edge is not bent at the periphery of the mounting hole 2b, the sink pocket of the present invention can provide the above-described double edge interval of the split socket 5 with the thickness of the top plate. It is possible to make it closely clamped by adjusting to the above, and this can be applied in exactly the same manner as described above.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, the sink pocket according to the present invention has the above-described configuration, and the above-described sosets and pocket bodies, which are constituent members, are both obtained by integrally molding a plastic material. Since the connection is a so-called “fitting”, the sink pocket after installation is robust and strong, and most of the installation work can be done from the top side of the sink top plate, so the work procedure is very simple and special An excellent effect can be expected in terms of production and construction, such that the sink pocket can be accurately mounted in a short time without requiring technology.
[0014]
The sink pocket of the present invention can be connected to a drain hose side connecting hose to the water inlet of the pocket main body before being attached to the sink top plate. The work inside the narrow cabinet that was supposed to be a neck can be completed only by connecting the end of the above connecting hose to the drain trap side, and the excellent profit that the work efficiency can be greatly improved is raised. is there.
