Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement in an external preparation for skin containing nicotinamide.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Nicotinic acid and its derivatives, which are one of the vitamin B groups, are known to have a blood circulation promoting effect (British Journal of Dermatology 116, 1987).
[0003]
Further, among nicotinic acid and its derivatives, nicotinic acid amide, among others, has been disclosed in JP-A-9-2952 and JP-A-11-209285 that the synthesis of ceramide is remarkably accelerated and the barrier function of the skin is improved. Has been.
[0004]
Ceramide is a substance that forms the basic structure of sphingolipid, an intercellular lipid that is synthesized and secreted by epidermal cells and forms a unique lamellar structure between such cells, and is also called N-acyl sphingosine Is.
[0005]
By the way, with regard to the use for external preparations for skin such as cosmetics, in recent years, products in which nicotinic acid and derivatives thereof are blended for various forms of products such as lotions and creams are commercially available.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, cosmetics containing nicotinic acid may feel irritation to the skin, and cosmetics containing nicotinic acid without causing such irritation are demanded by consumers.
[0007]
However, for skin external preparations such as cosmetics containing nicotinic acid and its derivatives, the technology for reducing the skin irritation is to reduce the skin irritation without impairing the effectiveness of nicotinic acid and its derivatives on the skin. We have not yet obtained what satisfies the required quality.
[0008]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and reduce skin irritation without impairing the effectiveness of nicotinic acid and its derivatives in the skin external preparation containing nicotinamide in the skin.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The inventors of each claim of the present application have conducted intensive research aimed at reducing irritation to the skin of a skin external preparation containing nicotinamide, and as a result, identified nicotinamide and lecithin as specific. It has been found that the skin irritation is remarkably reduced when blended in proportions, and the present invention has been completed.
[0010]
That is, in order to solve the above-described problems, in the present invention, lecithins are blended as a skin irritation reducing component in a skin external preparation containing nicotinamide.
[0011]
It is not fully elucidated by what mechanism of action lecithins can reduce their skin irritation to nicotinamide.
[0012]
However, as is clear from the experimental results described later, this component acts reliably as a skin irritation reducing component by blending a predetermined amount of lecithin with nicotinamide.
[0013]
The lecithin that can be a skin irritation reducing component is at least one lecithin selected from the group consisting of lecithin, hydrogenated lecithin, hydroxylecithin, lysolecithin, hydrogenated lysolecithin and hydroxylysolecithin, and derivatives thereof. Is preferably employed.
[0014]
In the topical skin preparation containing nicotinic acid amide, the conditions under which lecithin reliably exerts a skin irritation mitigating action are as follows: nicotinic acid amide is mixed in an amount of 0.05 to 5% by weight, and lecithin is nicotinic acid. It is blended in an amount of 0.01 to 20 times by weight with respect to the amide.
[0015]
In other words, lecithins are blended into the external preparation for skin so that the weight ratio of lecithins / nicotinamide is 0.01 to 20, whereby the skin irritation mitigating action is reliably exhibited. From such a tendency, the more preferable amount of lecithin is in the range of 0.5 to 10.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Nicotinamide, which is the first essential component of the external preparation for skin of the present invention, is also simply referred to as nicotinamide and is a compound represented by the following formula 1 and is present in rice bran and liver together with nicotinic acid. Since nicotinamide is a kind of vitamin B group, it can be an active ingredient such as a skin softener and an antioxidant.
[0017]
[Chemical 1]
[0018]
The external preparation for skin according to the present invention contains 0.05 to 5% by weight of nicotinamide. This is because, in the external preparation for skin, when the amount of nicotinamide is less than 0.05% by weight, irritation to the skin is often not observed, and it is not necessary to add a skin irritation relieving agent. In addition, when the amount of nicotinamide exceeds 5% by weight, the feeling of use such as odor or stickiness (so-called stickiness) is caused by the quantitative balance (weight ratio) with the essential component lecithin. This is because there are many cases where it is not preferable.
[0019]
The lecithins, which are the second essential component of the external preparation for skin of the present invention, are also called lecithin or phosphatidylcholine, which are the main components of the biological membrane that constitutes the cell, and their derivatives include hydrogenation to lecithin. Hydrogenated lecithin with improved oxidation resistance, hydroxy lecithin with hydroxylated lecithin double bond, lysolecithin with enzymatic reaction of lecithin, hydrogenated lysolecithin with improved oxidation resistance by hydrogenation to lysolecithin, There are hydroxy lysolecithins in which the double bond of lysolecithin is hydroxylated, and one or more of these may be used in combination.
[0020]
For example, lecithins are industrially extracted from chicken eggs as egg yolk lecithin or hydrogenated egg yolk lecithin, but other biomaterials include soy, sesame, yeast, etc. it can.
[0021]
The blending amount of lecithins is preferably such that the weight ratio of lecithins / nicotinamide is in the range of 0.01 to 20, more preferably 0.5 to 0.5, depending on the blending amount of nicotinic acid amide. The range is 10. Because, when the blended weight ratio of lecithin in the external preparation for skin is less than 0.01, the effect of reducing the skin irritation of nicotinamide is often not exhibited, and the blended weight ratio of lecithin exceeds 20. This is because the effect of reducing skin irritation hardly changes, and on the contrary, the utility may be lost.
[0022]
In addition, the skin external preparation of the present invention contains water, lower alcohols such as ethanol and isopropanol, polyhydric alcohols such as glycerin, sorbitol, and 1,3-butylene glycol, vegetable oils, animal oils, vegetable fats as necessary. Oils and fats, animal liquid wax, animal solid wax, vegetable solid wax, mineral solid wax, wax, liquid paraffin, petroleum jelly, ceresin, paraffin wax, microcrystalline wax, squalane hydrocarbons, Activators such as fatty acids, higher alcohols, esters, metal soaps, silicone oils, anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, nonionic surfactants , Colorants such as tar dyes, inorganic pigments, organic pigments, natural dyes, fragrances such as natural fragrances, synthetic fragrances, blended fragrances, bitter Minerals, vitamin derivatives, vitamins such as provitamins, photosensitizers, animal extract components, extract components such as plant extract components, ultraviolet absorbers, antioxidants, chelating agents, buffers, astringents , Neutralizing agents, antibacterial agents, carbohydrates, polymers such as natural polymers, synthetic polymers, whitening agents, anti-inflammatory agents, urea, trimethylglycine, DL-pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, etc. As long as the effects of the present invention are not impaired, it may be added.
[0023]
Moreover, the dosage form of the external preparation for skin in this invention may be prepared arbitrarily, and a known dosage form adapted to various required physical properties such as a solubilizing system and a dispersion type may be adopted. Specific examples in the case of a cosmetic as an external preparation for skin include skin lotion, emulsion, cream, pack and the like.
[0024]
Examples and Comparative Examples
Next, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to examples and comparative examples with respect to the preparation form and effects obtained thereby.
[0025]
[Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2]
A lotion having the composition shown in Table 1 was mixed and prepared. Moreover, the evaluation of the irritation | stimulation with respect to the skin of a lotion was investigated by the following patch test test method, and the result was shown in Table 2.
[0026]
[Table 1]
[0027]
<Patch test test method>
Each lotion of Example or Comparative Example was occluded and applied to the upper arm flexion side (inner side) of a total of 40 adult men and women. The sample was removed 24 hours after application, and the skin condition was determined according to the following criteria.
Negative (-): No reaction False positive (±): Minor erythema (skin color is different from the surroundings, but the border is unclear)
Positive (+): clear erythema (skin color is different from the surroundings, borderline is clear)
[0028]
[Table 2]
[0029]
[Examples 3 to 5 and Comparative Examples 3 to 5]
The cosmetics having the compositions shown in Tables 3 to 5 were mixed and prepared. Further, the evaluation of the irritation to the skin of the cosmetic was examined by the patch test test method, and the results are shown in Table 6.
[0030]
[Table 3]
[0031]
[Table 4]
[0032]
[Table 5]
[0033]
[Table 6]
[0034]
As is apparent from the results of Tables 2 and 6, the examples in which lecithins were blended with skin external preparations containing 1% by weight or more of nicotinamide and having skin irritation showed no irritation to the skin. It was reduced.
[0035]
However, the comparative example in which the blending amount of lecithins was not in a specific blending range showed little effect of reducing irritation.
[0036]
[Example 6, Comparative Examples 6-8]
The lotion of Example 6 was obtained by adding and mixing lecithin hydroxide at a ratio shown in the table to the lotion containing nicotinamide so that the composition shown in Table 7 was obtained. The softening effect on the skin of the obtained skin lotion was evaluated by the following use test <softening effect evaluation method>. The results are shown in Table 8.
[0037]
For Comparative Examples 6 to 8, lotions having the composition shown in Table 7 were mixed and prepared, and the softening effect on the skin was evaluated by a use test. The results are also shown in Table 8.
[0038]
[Table 7]
[0039]
<Flexible effect evaluation method>
A total of 30 panelists for both men and women were allowed to use the skin lotion of Example 6 and the skin lotion of Comparative Examples 6 to 8 for 3 weeks, and used for the right and left half of the face for 2 weeks. The softening effect on the skin was evaluated. In addition, 10 panelists (30 persons in total) for each combination conducted usage tests.
[0040]
In addition, about Example 6, since 30 panelists evaluated, the average value (number of persons) of each combination was shown in the table | surface.
[0041]
[Table 8]
[0042]
As apparent from the results in Table 8, the effect of imparting flexibility to the skin by the skin lotion to which nicotinamide was added was not impaired by the hydroxylated lecithin.
[0043]
[Example 7, Comparative Examples 9 to 11]
The cosmetic cream of Example 7 is obtained by adding and mixing lecithin hydroxide at a ratio shown in the table to the cosmetic cream containing nicotinamide so as to have the composition shown in Table 9. The softening effect of the obtained cosmetic cream on the skin was evaluated by the above use test <softening effect evaluation method>. The results are shown in Table 10.
[0044]
Moreover, the cosmetic cream of the composition shown in Table 9 was mixed and prepared for Comparative Examples 9 to 11, and the softening effect on the skin was evaluated by a use test. The results are also shown in Table 10.
[0045]
[Table 9]
[0046]
[Table 10]
[0047]
As is clear from the results in Table 10, the effect of imparting flexibility to the skin by the cosmetic cream to which nicotinamide was added was not impaired by soybean lysophospholipid.
[0048]
From the above results, it can be seen that in the external preparation for skin containing nicotinamide and lecithin, the irritation to the skin is sufficiently relieved and the softening effect of nicotinamide on the skin is not impaired.
[0049]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the external preparation for skin of the present invention has the advantage that skin irritation is reduced because lecithins are blended as a skin irritation reducing component in the external preparation for skin containing nicotinamide.
[0050]
Moreover, the skin external preparation of this invention also has the advantage of reducing skin irritation without impairing the effectiveness such as the softening effect of nicotinic acid on the skin in the skin external preparation containing nicotinamide.
