【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、例えば、都市の道路沿いの地下に敷設される地下ケーブル等の接続部の真上地面を被装させる開閉蓋を備えた地下構造物や下水道のマンホールの開閉蓋を備えた地下構造物に関し、特に、傾斜した地面等に設置された開閉蓋の開閉操作時に、開閉蓋の暴走を防止するようにしたものに係る。

【従来の技術】
従来、都市の道路沿いの地下に敷設される地下ケーブル等の接続部の真上路面を被装させる開閉蓋を備えた地下構造物における開閉蓋の開閉移動や下水道のマンホールの開閉蓋の開閉移動等には、各種のリフト工具や移動装置が使用されている。

上記開閉蓋を備えた地下構造物において、最も馴染の深いものとして、例えば図15に示すように、地下ケーブル等の接続部の真上地面を被装させる開閉蓋を備えた地下構造物の開閉蓋1やマンホールの開閉蓋1がある。この開閉蓋1を移動させるリフト工具としての移動装置10は、矩形又は円盤形の開閉蓋1をテコの原理により引き上げるものである。その使用方法は、先ず、図16に示すように、開閉蓋1の両隅に取付けた固定具3のアタッチメント5の先端に設けたノックピン7を押さえながら、2つの移動装置10の本体孔10Bを組付ける。続いて、図17に示すように、移動装置10の本体10Aを垂直に起こし、図18のように大きな車輪10Cを足で押さえながら手前へ順次に倒していく。これで、点線で示すように、開閉蓋1が持ち上げられる。そして、図19に示すように、2つの移動装置10に4つの車輪10C,10Dで開閉蓋1を移動可能に載せ、図示方向へ移動させる。また、開閉蓋1を閉じる場合は、逆の手順により行われる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記開閉蓋1を移動させる移動装置10においては、開閉蓋1を移動させる操作手順が煩雑であるため操作に熟練を要するし、水平姿勢を維持させた状態での操作が困難である。これが傾斜地に埋設された開閉蓋1にあっては、開閉蓋の開閉操作時に、路面の勾配により開閉蓋を暴走させてしまう危険性が高く、非常に扱い難いという問題がある。

本発明は上記問題点に鑑み、傾斜した地面等に埋設された開閉蓋の開閉操作時に、開閉蓋の暴走を防止するようにした移動装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するべく、本発明の請求項1の地下構造物は、地面に開口された孔の開口部上部に設けられた枠体と、その枠体と分離可能で、かつ前記開口部を閉塞するように前記枠体に載置された開閉蓋と、少なくとも開閉蓋の下端に当接させ開閉蓋を水平移動させる案内面をもった案内部材を地面位置と一致するまで上昇させることが可能な昇降装置と、を有する地下構造物であって、前記開閉蓋の開口移動方向末端側にこれを枠体又は他の開閉蓋に係止可能でかつ該位置から退去自在に形成された突出片を設けたことを特徴とするものである。

本発明の請求項1によると、開閉蓋の開口移動に際して、枠体内に閉塞載置した開閉蓋を昇降手段により路面と同一レベルまで上昇させた状態で水平移動して開口又は閉口する。上記開閉蓋の開口移動方向末端側に突出片を設けているから、上記開閉蓋を枠体に対して水平方向に開口移動するとき、開閉蓋の開口完了と同時に突出片が枠体に当接してその移動を規制する。これにより、開閉蓋のオーバーランを防止するとともに、傾斜地での開閉蓋の暴走事故を未然に防止する。また、突出片を退去自在に形成したことにより、突出片を開閉蓋の下面に対して突出状態又は没入状態に位置規制可能としたから、不要なときは没入状態とすることで、開閉蓋を持ち上げなくても枠体から外すことができ、突出片を地面に接触させることなく自由に移動できる

また、本発明の請求項2の地下構造物は、地面に開口された孔の開口部上部に設けられた枠体と、その枠体と分離可能で、かつ前記開口部を閉塞するように前記枠体に載置された開閉蓋と、少なくとも開閉蓋の下端に当接させ開閉蓋を水平移動させる案内面をもった案内部材を地面位置と一致するまで上昇させることが可能な昇降装置と、を有する地下構造物であって、前記枠体の開閉蓋開口移動方向側に、前記開閉蓋に係止可能でかつ開閉蓋の開口移動方向を軸方向として回動し該位置から退去自在に形成された突出片を設けたことを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態を図について具体的に説明する。図1は本発明の第1実施形態である地下構造物100を示す斜視図であり、図2は地下構造物の平面図である。図1,2は、例えば、電線共同溝(C.C.BOX)30として知られている地下ケーブル等の接続部20の真上路面を被装させる開閉蓋を備えた地下構造物である。

上記電線共同溝(C.C.BOX)30は、都市の景観・美観を図るべく開発されたもので、路面Rの地下空間を利用して2以上の電線管理者の電線(光ファイバー、電力、通信線)を共同して収容する施設であって(CommunityCableBox)と名付けられている。上記接続部20を納めたC.C.BOX30は、U字溝等からなるコンクリートの枠体25と、この上面に載せた鉄製枠体27を塞ぐ開閉蓋1とからなり、内部空間Sには地中に埋設した多孔管29,29の各端が露出し、この内部空間Sに作業者が入ってメンテナンス作業を行う。このため、地下構造物100は鉄製枠体27の両隅にジャッキ等の昇降装置Jを配置している。

上記鉄製枠体27は、例えば、2枚の開閉蓋1を被せる大きさを有するから、この内部に各々2組ずつ4個の昇降装置Jを設置している。この昇降装置Jは、案内部材となる上側基板13及び下側基板12と、これを繋ぐリンク15,17と、このリンク15,17を拡開・縮小させるネジ棒19とからなる。そして、図1,2に示すように、一対の昇降装置Jの上側基板13は、開閉蓋1の昇降及び移動時の案内部材として機能を有する。上記開閉蓋1の昇降動作は、この開閉蓋1にあけた穴1Aと、この直下に配置した上側基板13にあけた孔13Aを介してハンドルHの下端をネジ棒19と連結して回動することにより行われ、昇降装置Jが開閉蓋1を上昇移動させる。左右一対のガイドレール13を路面Rの高さと一致させたところで、矢印(a)のように、地面R上に開閉蓋1をその下面の4つのローラ1Bを転がして開口移動させる。

上記開閉蓋1を地面R上へ開口移動するとき、鉄製枠体27が傾斜角θの傾斜地に埋設されていると、地面R上に移動した開閉蓋1が地面R上の低い側へ下って暴走する危険な状態となる。本発明は、上記開閉蓋1の傾斜地での暴走を未然に防ぐ突出片40を上記開閉蓋1の開口移動方向末端側に設けたものである。

続いて、上記突出片40の詳細構成を、図1〜図6により説明する。上記開閉蓋1に対し、各開閉蓋1の末端の側壁1Eに、各々2つの突出片40をその偏心位置にてボルトの支持軸43とナット45とにより枢着している。(図示は、図面中左側の開閉蓋1のみを示しているが、右側の開閉蓋1も同一構成である。)上記突出片40は、振り子のように、自重で垂れ下げられ、各々側壁1Eに形成されたストップ部材47によりこれ以上の時計方向への回動を拘束されている。また、係止ピン49を突出片40の適宜位置にあけた通孔40Aに水平姿勢に支持させ、大径部49Aを側壁1Eに面してあけた大径孔40Bに係合させ、バネ51の弾発力により側壁1Eに凹設した2つの凹部1F,1Gの何れか1つに挿入させるようになっている。また、突出片40の切り替えは図6に示すように係止ピン49を引き上げて回動させることにより行う。

そして、係止ピン49の大径部49Aを側壁1Eの凹部1Fに挿入時は、突出片40を図1,4,5のように、下方へ垂れ下げた姿勢に保持する。この状態が上記突出片を開閉蓋1の下面に対して突出状態に位置規制された状態で、図4,5に示すように、枠体27の上縁27Aに突出片40の下側が当接するようになり、開閉蓋1の必要以上の開口移動を規制する。

また、係止ピン49の大径部49Aを側壁1Eの凹部1Gに挿入時は、図3に示すように、突出片40を水平姿勢に保持する。この状態が、上記突出片を開閉蓋1の下面に対して没入状態に位置規制され、枠体27の上縁27Aから突出片40が退去した状態となり、左右2枚の開閉蓋1の開閉移動を自由に行えるようにしている。

本発明の第1実施形態の地下構造物100は、上記のように構成され、以下のように作用する。開閉蓋1の開口移動に際して、図1に示すように、枠体内に閉塞載置した開閉蓋1を枠体27内の昇降装置Jにより地面Rと同一レベルまで上昇させた状態で水平移動して開口動作させる。このとき、地面Rが傾斜角θだけ傾斜しているのであれば、上記開閉蓋1の開口移動方向末端側の側壁1Eに付設した2つの突出片40を図1,4,5のように、下方へ垂れ下げた姿勢に保持する。これで、上記突出片を開閉蓋1の下面に対して突出状態に位置規制する。

上記状態にて、上記開閉蓋1を枠体27に対し、開口移動するとき、開閉蓋1の全開口と同時に突出片40が枠体27に当接し、図1に示すように、その移動を拘束する。尚、傾斜の上側にある開閉蓋1を開口させる場合は、上記と同様の操作により突出片40を下側の開閉蓋1の縁に当接し、その移動を拘束する。

他方、地面Rが水平な平坦地であれば、図3に示すように、係止ピン49の大径部49Aを側壁1Eの凹部1Gに挿入させ、突出片40を水平姿勢に保持する。この状態では、上記突出片40が開閉蓋1の下面に対し、没入状態に位置規制され、枠体27の上縁27Aから突出片40が退去し、開閉蓋1の自由な移動ができる。勿論、この場合も図4,5に示すように、突出片40を下方へ突出させ、左右の開閉蓋1のオーバーランを防止することもできる。尚、突出片40が突出した状態で、その突出最下端位置がローラ1B(開閉蓋最下端位置)よりも下方にあるようにしておけば、開閉蓋1を開口後、路面Rの中に突出片40を食い込ませることにより、開閉蓋の不用意な移動を規制することができる。

以上のように、本実施形態の地下構造物100によると、開閉蓋1の開閉の操作時にオーバーランを防止するとともに、傾斜地での開閉蓋1の暴走事故を未然に防止する効果がある。また、突出片40を開閉蓋の下面に対して突出状態又は没入状態に位置規制可能としたから、必要なときは上記のように機能させ、不要なときは没入状態として開閉蓋の開閉移動や地面上への自由な移動が可能となる効果がある。

次に、図7,8を参照して本発明の第2実施形態を説明する。本実施形態は、上記開閉蓋1の傾斜地での暴走を未然に防ぐ突出片52を上記枠体27の開閉蓋開口移動方向側に設けたものである。

続いて、上記突出片52の詳細構成を、図8により説明する。上記枠体27に対し、その開閉蓋開口移動方向側の側壁27Eに、各々2つの突出片52をその偏心位置にてボルトの支持軸43とナット45とにより枢着している。上記突出片52は、上方に樹立させて開閉蓋1の側壁1Eに当接させた状態で、枠体27に形成された図示しないストップ部材によりこれ以上の時計方向への回動を拘束されている。また、係止ピン49を突出片52の適宜位置にあけた通孔40Aに水平姿勢に支持させ、大径部49Aを側壁27Eに面してあけた大径孔40Bに係合させ、バネ51の弾発力により側壁27Eに凹設した2つの凹部27F,27Gの何れか1つに挿入させるようになっている。また、突出片52の切り替えは係止ピン49を引き上げて回動させることにより行う。

そして、係止ピン49の大径部49Aを側壁27Eの凹部27Fに挿入時は、突出片52を図8のように、上方へ樹立した姿勢に保持する。この状態が上記突出片52を開閉蓋1に対して突出状態に位置規制された状態で、図7に示すように、開閉蓋1の側壁1Eに突出片52の上側が当接するようになり、開閉蓋1の必要以上の開口移動を規制する。

次に、図9〜図14を参照して本発明の第3実施形態を説明する。即ち、上記昇降装置Jの案内部材たる上側基板13に該上側基板上から退去自在の突出片60を設けたものである。上記突出片60は、そのボス部60Aを上記上側基板13の短手方向の片側(枠体27側)にピン61で枢着するとともに、上記上側基板上を横断する停止状態と、2点鎖線で示すように外側へ回避した非停止状態とに位置決めされる。そして、上記突出片60は上記上側基板上を横断する停止状態のとき、この上側基板上に支持する開閉蓋1のローラ1Bの転動を規制し、また、2点鎖線で示すように外側へ退去した非停止状態のとき、この上側基板上に支持する開閉蓋1のローラ1Bの転動を自由に行うことができる。

また、上記突出片60は、図10に示すように、そのボス部60Aを上記上側基板13の短手方向の片側(枠体27側)にピン61で枢着するとともに、上記上側基板上を横断させる。そして、図11の実線で示すように、外側へ退去した非停止状態で枠体27の上縁27Aに突出片60が載り、下方位置に設けた内壁面部27Bに上側基板を下降させると、図13に示すように、突出片60は内壁面部27Bに押されて、上側基板側へ回動し、非停止状態にある上記突出片60を枠体の内壁面部27Bにより上側基板13上に回動復帰させるようになっている。

尚、上記突出460を上側基板13上から退去自在とする構成は、上記のものに限られず、水平面内で回動するようにしても良いし、平行移動するスライド式としても良い。

本発明の第3実施形態の地下構造物100は、上記のように構成され、以下のように作用する。開閉蓋1の開口移動に際して、図9に示すように、枠体内に閉塞載置した開閉蓋1を枠体27内の昇降手段Jにより路面Rと同一レベルまで上昇させた状態で水平移動して開口動作させる。上記開閉蓋1の昇降移動時には、図10,14に示すように、上側基板13上に突出片60を横断して、ローラ1Bの移動を拘束しているから、傾斜角θのある傾斜地においても、上側基板上に載る開閉蓋1の不用意な移動を防止して安全な昇降移動を可能とする。

また、図12に示すように、開閉蓋1を枠体27に対して水平方向に開口移動するとき、突出片60を一旦退去させて開閉蓋1の下側(前進側)のローラ1Bを通過させて移動させる。次いで、突出片60を上側基板13上に横断させる。これで、前進方向に対する上側(後側)のローラ1Bの転動を規制し、開閉蓋1のオーバーランを防止するとともに、傾斜地での開閉蓋の暴走事故を未然に防止することができる。

本発明は、上記実施形態に限定されることなく発明の要旨内において、設計変更を成し得ること勿論である。例えば、突出片40と突出片60とを複合して設けても良いし、一対の突出片40,40と一対の突出片60,60とをいずれも1つだけとしても良い。また、突出片40と突出片52は突出状態又は没入状態に位置規制可能とし、不要なときは没入状態として開閉蓋の開閉移動や地面上への自由な移動を可能としたが、突出状態に固定されていても良い。更に、上記開閉蓋1は、1枚構成であっても3枚以上の複数枚構成であっても良い。そして、電線共同溝(C.C.BOX)以外の一般マンホール等の蓋にも適用できる。そして、上記突出片40と60は、回動式としたが、これを進退移動するスライド式としてもよい。また、昇降装置Jは上側基板13が他の部分と一体のものを示したが、上側基板と昇降装置の他の部分が別体で構成されていて昇降操作により上側基板が持ち上げられるようにしても良い。また、昇降装置Jは枠体27内に配置するものに限らず枠体の外部から開閉蓋を持ち上げる装置としても良い。

【発明の効果】
以上のように本発明の請求項1の地下構造物によると、上記開閉蓋の開口移動方向末端側に突出片を設けたから、上記開閉蓋を枠体に対して水平方向に開口移動するとき、開閉蓋の開口と同時に突出片が枠体に当接してその移動を規制し、開閉蓋のオーバーランを防止するとともに、傾斜地での開閉蓋の暴走事故を未然に防止する効果がある。
