たとえば、特開平7−124002号公報には、激しい運動走行に対しても確実な靴甲被の締結方法、或いは特開平8−38212号公報には靴紐と緊締ベルトにより締緩を自在とするスポ−ツシュ−ズ等が提案されているが、いずれも靴甲被部の締め付けや装着の為の締め具であり、また、靴の締め具として、ハトメ部の靴紐によるほか、足首固定締め具、捻挫防止用踵締め具等のように、踵部又は足首部のみを固定するものが種々提案されているが、踵部および足首を同時に固定緊締する締め具は存在しなかった。従って、踵部および足首を同時に固定するには緊締の機能の異なる複数の締め具を使用することが必要となり、構成部材が多く嵩張りや突出部等により履用時に外部と接触する不具合や、構造が複雑となり、また重量も増加する等の難点があった。

本発明は、上記問題点を解決するためになされたものであって、少なくとも靴の踵部の垂直中心線に沿って踵補強部よりアキレス腱のある足首部迄に当接せしめて高さレベル調節可能とし別体として着脱自在に配設した緊締部材本体と、該緊締部材本より延設し、ベルト挿通環またはベルト挿通具に挿通し反転折り返し可能で裏面側にそれぞれ縫着した面フアスナ−により係合連結するする縦方向連結ベルトおよび横方向連結ベルトよりなる略T字型の緊締部材からなり、前記緊締部材本体に設けたアジャスター部と連結する縦方向連結ベルトの自由端を踵補強部近傍に設けたベルト挿通環に挿通して折り返し、足首部迄の高さレベルを調整する第1緊締手段とと横方向連結ベルトの自由端は外胛被のアウトカウンタ−部に設けたベルト挿通具に挿通して折り返し、アキレス腱のある足首部迄の締め付け状態を調整自在に締縛する第2緊締手段とよりなることを特徴とする足首部緊締部材を備えた靴を要旨とするものである。

本発明の靴の足首部緊締体は、(1)少なくとも靴の踵補強部からアキレス腱のある足首部迄の靴の外胛被に当接し締縛可能するアジャスタ−部を備え、別体として着脱自在に配設した緊締部材本体、及び該部材本体より延設し略対称位置に面ファスナ−で係合して長さ調整、及び締め付け状態を調整自在に締縛する縦方向連結ベルト、および横方向連結ベルトからなる。(2)該緊締部材本体に設けたアジャスタ−部と連設する縦方向連結ベルトの面ファスナ−による係合離脱操作により靴の踵補強部からアキレス腱のある足首部迄に当接せしめてアジャスタ−部の高さレベルの調整可能とし、また、(3)該緊締部材本体に設けたアジャスタ−部と連設する縦方向連結ベルトの裏面側にそれぞれ縫着した面ファスナ−による係合離脱操作により該アジャスタ−部と連設する連結ベルトの自由端を外胛被のアウトカウンタ−部に設けたベルト挿通具に挿通して折り返し、該連結ベルトの裏面側にそれぞれ縫着した面ファスナ−による係合離脱操作により、靴の外胛被と該アジャスタ−部との締緩状態を調整可能とした構成となっている。
