据付工事中のエレベータにおいては、乗場開口部から作業員が転落したり、工具や機材類が落下するのを防止するために何等かの手段で同部を養生する必要がある。従来のエレベータ乗場開口部の養生装置として、特開平2−144393号公報に記載のものが知られており、これは図6の斜視図に示すように、乗場開口部1の開口面積よりも大きな表面積を有した養生シート2に、その高さ方向に所定の間隔で装着され乗場開口部1の幅寸法より大きな長さ寸法を有した複数の棒状体3a〜3cを取り付け、乗場開口部1の上下壁面間に圧接して配置したジャッキサポート4で乗場開口部1の頂部側に配設した棒状体3aを支持するように構成している。ここでジャッキサポート4は、少なくとも乗場開口部1の高さ寸法と同一の長さ寸法を有する約2m程度の長尺物となり、さらにそのエレベータの乗場階床数分が必要となることから、その運搬に大きな労力を要し、保管スぺースの確保が困難となっていた。

これに対して、特開平7−257862号公報に記載されたエレベータ乗場開口部の養生装置は、図7の斜視図に示すように、乗場開口部1の開口面積よりも大きな表面積を有した養生シート2に、その幅方向に延びて装着され乗場開口部1の幅寸法より大きな長さ寸法を有した複数の棒状体3a〜3cを取り付け、乗場開口部1の正面壁7に固定した支持金具5で乗場開口部1の頂部側に配設した棒状体3aを支持し、乗場開口部1の正面壁7に打設したアンカボルト6で乗場開口部1の底部側に配設した棒状体3cを固定するように構成していた。この支持金具5およびアンカボルト6は、図に示したジャッキサポート4に比べて小型軽量であるから運搬や保管に関する不都合を解消することができる。

図1は、本発明の一実施の形態によるエレベータ乗場開口部の養生装置の設置状態を示す斜視図である。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように本発明によるエレベータ乗場開口部の養生装置は、養生シートの上部およびその他の位置にそれぞれ棒状体を取り付け、乗場開口部の近傍の壁部に対を成す支持体をそれぞれ設け、これら対を成す支持体は、壁部に固定した固定部材と、この固定部材に開き角度を調整可能に連結した支持部材とから成り、この支持部材に棒状体の両端をそれぞれ支持するようにしたため、支持体を正面壁や対向壁に取り付けできるので、いずれか一方が表面仕上げ作業済であったとしても他方の壁に取り付けることができ、建屋の状態による制限を受けることなくエレベータ乗場開口部の養生を行なうことができる。
