このような浴水浄化装置において、所定温度以上の高温水を装置内部に循環させて装置の内部を殺菌或いは滅菌するようにした熱洗浄機能をそなえたものが本願出願人により既に提案されている。

しかし、このような熱洗浄を行う場合、濾過タンクなどに貯まった空気等の気体が熱膨張し、循環ポンプが空運転となる等の不具合が生ずることがわかってきた。特に、浴水殺菌のためにオゾン等を用いた場合、気体が貯まりやすくこのような気体の除去の必要性が大きくなってくる。
本発明は上記従来技術の欠点を改善することを目的とする。

上記目的を達成するために、本発明の浴水浄化装置は、浴槽内に設けられ、浴槽から浴水を吸水する吸水口と、該吸水口に吸水配管を介して接続され、浴水を吸引する循環ポンプと、該循環ポンプに送水配管により接続され、送られてきた浴水を浄化するための濾過タンクと、該濾過タンクに出水配管を介して接続され、浴槽に浴水を出水する出水口と、前記送水配管と前記出水配管とを連結する帰還配管と、該帰還配管に設けられたエアー抜きエジェクタと、該エアー抜きエジェクタと濾過タンクの上部とを接続するエアー抜き配管と、所定温度の高温水を循環させて装置を殺菌する熱洗浄手段と;を備え、前記熱洗浄手段による高温水の循環前に、前記帰還配管に循環ポンプからの浴水を流すことにより、前記エアー抜きエジェクタにおいてエアー抜き配管からの濾過タンクの上部に貯まった気体を排気する、ことを特徴とする。
上記構成により浴水を該エアー抜きエジェクタに流すことにより濾過タンクの上部に貯まった気体を簡単に排出することができる。
また前記送水配管側に高温水を系外に排出する排出配管を断絶可能に連結し、濾過タンクの下部から上部へ浴水を逆流させ、濾過タンクの上部に貯まった気体を該排出配管へと導いて排出することも可能である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
最初に図4により熱洗浄機能付きの浴水浄化装置の構成を説明する。
浴槽1の内部に設けられた吸水口2は吸水配管10により循環ポンプ3の吸水側と接続され、循環ポンプ3の送水側は送水配管11に接続され、ヒータ4と殺菌装置5を経由して濾過タンク6の上部に設けられた入水口60に接続する。浴水は、入水口60から入って濾過タンク6の底部に設けられた排出口61から排出される間に濾過されるようになっている。
濾過タンク6の排出口61には、出水配管12が接続され、出水口7から浴水を浴槽1内に戻すように構成されている。
出水配管12には切替Lバルブ8が設けられており、該切替Lバルブ8に熱洗浄用配管13が接続され、出水配管12と吸水配管10とを直結可能としている。
熱洗浄の際には、切替Lバルブ8を熱洗浄用配管13側に切り替えて、出水配管12と出水口7の接続を断ち、出水配管12と吸水配管10を直結して浴水を循環するようになっている。即ち、ヒータ4により浴水を所定温度に熱せられた熱水を、殺菌装置5、濾過タンク6、出水配管12、熱洗浄用配管13、吸水配管10、循環ポンプ3、送水配管11、ヒータ4の順で循環させることにより熱洗浄を行うようになっている。
洗浄が終了したら、送水配管11に設けられた切替Tバルブ9を切り替えて循環ポンプ3の送水側を排出配管14に接続し、熱水を系外に排出するようになっている。

上記構成において、本発明の実施形態では、図1に示すように循環ポンプ3の送水側の送水配管11と濾過タンク6の排出口61側の出水配管12とを連結可能な帰還配管22を設けてある。該帰還配管22は切替Tバルブ23を介して出水配管12と接続しており、該切替Tバルブ23を切り替えることにより出水配管12と連結、非連結となるようになっている。
また、帰還配管22にはエアー抜きエジェクタ21を設け、このエアー抜きエジェクタ21にはエアー抜き配管20が連結されている。該エアー抜き配管20は濾過タンク6の上部と連結し、濾過タンク6の上部に貯まった気体をエアー抜きエジェクタ21から排出できるように構成されている。
