【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は，番組を視聴している最中に，その番組の特定の場面を特定の者に紹介する番組紹介システムに関するものである。

本発明で紹介する番組とは，電波またはインターネット等の通信網により放送もしくは配信されている映像コンテンツ，または当該映像コンテンツを一旦記憶媒体に蓄積して，時間をずらして再生する映像コンテンツをいう。
【０００３】
【従来の技術】
従来，番組を紹介する方法に関連する技術としては，以下のような技術があった。
（１）電子メールを用いて，番組を放送しているインターネット上のサイトのＵＲＬ（Uniform Resource Locator）を教えることにより番組を紹介する。
（２）過去の番組の視聴履歴からその視聴者の嗜好を推定し，推定した嗜好と番組情報とのマッチングにより，サーバが推薦する番組を提示する（特開平１０−２５７４０５号「番組選択装置及び映像受信機」）。
（３）番組の視聴履歴を蓄積し，嗜好が類似する他のユーザが視聴している番組をサーバが推薦する（特開２０００−１８７６６６号「関連情報提供システム、嗜好類似度評価システム、情報紹介システム、関心情報取得方法、嗜好類似度評価方法及び記録媒体」）。
（４）放送視聴中にボタン押下などの操作により番組に関する詳細情報を取得する（特開平９−１６０８５２号「情報提供装置」）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし，上記の従来の技術には，以下のような問題があった。
（１）電子メールによる番組紹介方法では，番組を放送するインターネット上のサイトのＵＲＬを教えるだけであり，番組内のある特定の場面を紹介することができない。
（２）特開平１０−２５７４０５号（番組選択装置及び映像受信機）の技術では，過去の番組の視聴履歴から視聴者の嗜好を推定するため，過去に視聴したことがないようなジャンルの番組が紹介されない。
（３）特開２０００−１８７６６６号（関連情報提供システム、嗜好類似度評価システム、情報紹介システム、関心情報取得方法、嗜好類似度評価方法及び記録媒体）に示される技術も，（２）と同様に，過去の番組の視聴履歴から視聴者の嗜好を推定するため，過去に視聴したことがないようなジャンルの番組が紹介されない。
（４）特開平９−１６０８５２号（情報提供装置）の技術では，視聴者が取得できるのは詳細情報がおかれているサーバのアドレスであり，提示される情報は一意に決まってしまう。

本発明は，以上のような問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり，番組を視聴している最中に，紹介したい特定の場面を他の任意の視聴者に紹介できるシステムを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため，本発明に係るシステムは，ネットワークで接続される紹介者端末と紹介配信サーバと被紹介者端末とからなり，紹介者端末は，被紹介者を特定する情報，紹介する番組および場面を特定する情報（時間情報）を取得する手段と，被紹介者情報，番組・場面特定情報から紹介情報を生成する手段と，紹介情報を紹介配信サーバへ送出する手段とを備え，紹介配信サーバは，紹介者端末から紹介情報を取得すると，その紹介情報に基づいて紹介映像を取得して被紹介者端末に配信する手段と，被紹介者端末から番組本編視聴要求を取得すると，番組本編を取得して被紹介者端末に配信する手段とを備え，被紹介者端末は，紹介配信サーバから配信された紹介映像を表示する手段と，番組本編視聴要求を前記紹介配信サーバへ送出する手段と，紹介配信サーバから配信された番組本編を表示する手段とを備える。

または，紹介配信サーバは，紹介者端末から紹介情報を取得すると当該紹介情報から紹介する番組タイトル（タイトル情報）および紹介者情報を被紹介者端末に配信する手段と，被紹介者端末から紹介映像視聴要求を取得すると，その紹介映像を取得して被紹介者端末に配信する手段と，被紹介者端末から番組本編視聴要求を取得すると，番組本編を取得して被紹介者端末に配信する手段とを備え，被紹介者端末は，紹介配信サーバから配信された番組タイトルおよび紹介者情報を表示する手段と，紹介映像視聴要求を紹介配信サーバへ送出する手段と，紹介配信サーバから配信された紹介映像を表示する手段と，番組本編視聴要求を前記紹介配信サーバへ送出する手段と，紹介配信サーバから配信された番組本編を表示する手段とを備える。なお，ここで番組タイトルまたはタイトル情報とは，番組を特定する情報と１対１に対応し，番組の名称を示す文字列である。

以上の各手段は，紹介者端末，紹介配信サーバ，被紹介者端末が備えるコンピュータに実行させるソフトウェア・プログラムによって実現することができる。これらのプログラムは，コンピュータが読み取り可能な可搬媒体メモリ，半導体メモリ，ハードディスクなどの適当な記録媒体に格納することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下，本発明の実施の形態を図を用いて説明する。

〔第１の実施の形態〕
図１は，本発明の第１の実施の形態に係るシステム構成例を示す図である。本システムは，視聴者が番組視聴中に，他の任意の視聴者に紹介したい場面を特定してその番組を紹介する番組紹介システムであり，紹介配信サーバ１，管理サーバ２，紹介者端末３および被紹介者端末４からなる。なお，本実施の形態では，紹介配信サーバ１および管理サーバ２は，別個独立のサーバとして構成される例を説明するが，紹介配信サーバ１および管理サーバ２は，単一のサーバとして構成されていてもよい。

紹介配信サーバ１は，紹介者端末３および被紹介者端末４と，ネットワークにより接続され，紹介情報Ｒ１の処理を行い，管理サーバ２から紹介映像Ｖ，番組本編Ｈ等のコンテンツを受け取り被紹介者端末４に配信する。管理サーバ２は，紹介映像Ｖ，番組本編Ｈ等のコンテンツの管理を行い，紹介配信サーバ１からの要求に応じて，紹介映像Ｖの作成処理，番組本編Ｈの特定処理を行い，紹介映像Ｖまたは番組本編Ｈを紹介配信サーバ１に送出する。

紹介者は番組を視聴している最中に一または複数の特定の場面を特定の者に紹介することができ，また，被紹介者は，送られてきた紹介映像Ｖを視聴してから番組本編Ｈを視聴するかどうかを選択することができる。番組本編が有料であるような場合のために，被紹介者が紹介映像を受け取ることのできる回数に制限を設けて，番組本編Ｈの購入対象者である被紹介者が，番組本編Ｈの多くの部分を無料で視聴することを防ぐようにすることもできる。また，紹介者は薦めたい場面を複数個選び，その紹介映像Ｖによって被紹介者が番組本編Ｈを購入するのを強く喚起することができる。また，紹介履歴と本編視聴結果を履歴として残し，紹介回数の制限などに利用することもできる。紹介履歴は，紹介者端末３から紹介配信サーバ１を介して被紹介者端末４に対して行われた番組紹介の履歴情報で，少なくとも前記紹介情報を含む。

図１に示す各手段について説明する。紹介者端末３は，紹介情報作成・送信手段３１を備える。紹介情報作成・送信手段３１は，被紹介者，紹介したい番組および場面を特定した紹介情報Ｒ１を作成し，紹介配信サーバ１へ送信する。

紹介情報Ｒ１は，少なくとも，番組紹介を行う視聴者を特定する紹介者情報Ａ，番組を紹介される視聴者を特定する被紹介者情報Ｂ，紹介される番組を特定するコンテンツ情報Ｃ，紹介される番組の場面を特定するための時間情報Ｔを含む。時間情報Ｔは，番組開始からの相対時間で表すこともでき，紹介する番組が放送される映像の場合には，放送された時刻で表すこともできる。番組内の時間的な位置情報を示すものであれば，シーケンス番号のようなものでもよい。

紹介配信サーバ１は，紹介要求承認手段１１，紹介映像配信手段１２，番組本編配信手段１３を備える。なお，これらの紹介要求承認手段１１，紹介映像配信手段１２，番組本編配信手段１３は，必ずしも一つの装置で構成されなければならないわけではなく，複数の装置に分散させて配置することもできる。

紹介要求承認手段１１は，紹介者端末３から送信された紹介情報Ｒ１を受け取ると，被紹介者への紹介回数を判定し，紹介回数があらかじめ定めている制限回数以内であれば紹介映像Ｖの配信処理を起動する。紹介要求を承認するかしないかを，紹介回数ではなく，登録情報などの他の条件によって決定してもよい。

紹介映像要求Ｒ２は，コンテンツ情報Ｃ，時間情報Ｔを用いて紹介映像Ｖの作成と送信を要求するための情報である。紹介映像Ｖは，映像コンテンツの紹介を目的として管理サーバ２で作成される番組の一部からなる映像である。映像の場面は，紹介者が任意に指定することができる。

番組本編配信手段１３は，被紹介者端末４からの番組本編視聴要求Ｒ３を取得すると，番組本編要求Ｒ４を管理サーバ２へ送出し，管理サーバ２から取得した番組本編Ｈを被紹介者端末４へ配信する。

番組本編Ｈは，紹介者が被紹介者に紹介する映像コンテンツである。例えば，番組本編Ｈが有料視聴である場合には，被紹介者は視聴契約を行ったうえで視聴することができる。

管理サーバ２は，紹介映像作成・送信手段２１および番組本編特定・送信手段２２を備える。紹介映像作成・送信手段２１は，紹介配信サーバ１からの紹介映像要求Ｒ２を取得して，コンテンツ情報Ｃおよび時間情報Ｔを用いて紹介映像Ｖを作成する。番組本編特定・送信手段２２は，紹介配信サーバ１からの番組本編要求Ｒ４を取得して，要求された番組本編Ｈを特定し，紹介配信サーバ１へ送出する。

被紹介者端末４は，紹介映像取得・表示手段４１，番組本編要求手段４２，番組本編取得・表示手段４３を備える。紹介映像取得・表示手段４１は，紹介配信サーバ１から配信された紹介映像Ｖを表示する。番組本編要求手段４２は，被紹介者が番組本編の視聴を要求した場合に，番組本編視聴要求Ｒ３を作成して紹介配信サーバ１へ送信し，番組本編取得・表示手段４３は，紹介配信サーバ１から配信された番組本編Ｈを表示する。

図２〜図６を用いて，第１の実施の形態における処理を説明する。図２は，紹介者端末３の処理フロー図である。

紹介者端末３では，紹介者が紹介者端末３の電源をつけた時に，紹介者情報Ａを取得しておく（ステップＳ１０１）。紹介者情報Ａは，あらかじめ視聴者もしくは視聴者の端末に対してユニークに付与したＩＤでもよいし，また，ユニークであれば名前やアドレス情報のようなものでもよい。

その後，番組を視聴している紹介者からの番組紹介要求の入力の有無を監視し（ステップＳ１０２），番組紹介要求の入力を検出したら，時間情報Ｔを取得する（ステップＳ１０３）。時間情報Ｔは，番組開始からの相対時間である。番組が放送されている映像の場合には，その時刻でもよい。

次に，紹介する番組のコンテンツ情報Ｃを取得する（ステップＳ１０４）。コンテンツ情報Ｃは，紹介しようとしている番組を特定するための情報であり，コンテンツごとにユニークに付与されるＩＤ等である。視聴中の番組が放送されている映像の場合にはチャンネル番号でもよい。コンテンツ情報ＣとしてコンテンツのＩＤを用いる場合，そのコンテンツのＩＤは，番組の開始時にヘッダ情報等から取得しておいてもよいし，通信によって取得してもよい。

次に，被紹介者情報Ｂを取得する（ステップＳ１０５）。被紹介者情報Ｂは，紹介者がキーボード等の入力デバイスにより入力し，もしくはマウス等のポインティングデバイスにより選択した紹介相手を特定する情報である。これは，紹介者情報Ａと同様にあらかじめ視聴者もしくは視聴者の端末に対してユニークに付与される情報である。

その後，取得した紹介者情報Ａ，時間情報Ｔ，コンテンツ情報Ｃ，被紹介者情報Ｂを用いて紹介情報Ｒ１を作成し（ステップＳ１０６），紹介配信サーバ１へ紹介情報Ｒ１を送出する（ステップＳ１０７）。視聴終了の操作を検出するまで，ステップＳ１０２以降の処理を繰り返し，視聴終了を検出したら処理を終了する（ステップＳ１０８）。

図３は，紹介者端末３における紹介要求時の画面表示例を示す。番組視聴中に視聴者である紹介者が，キー操作やメニュー（図示省略）選択により紹介要求を行うと，紹介情報作成・送信手段３１は，図３に示すような紹介シーンの確認と，紹介相手である被紹介者情報Ｂの入力のための画面を表示し，「紹介する」というボタンがクリックされると，ステップＳ１０６，Ｓ１０７による紹介情報Ｒ１の作成・送出を行う。

図９は，本発明の第２の実施の形態に係るシステム構成例を示す。第２の実施の形態におけるシステムの構成は，第１の実施の形態におけるシステムの構成とほぼ同じであるが，さらに紹介配信サーバ１に番組紹介処理手段１４を備え，また被紹介者端末４に紹介情報提示手段４４，紹介映像要求手段４５を備えた構成になっている。
