本発明は上記要望に応えるためになされたものであって、本物のカニ足肉に近い食感並びに外観の製品を、少ない工程で容易且つ低コストにて製造し得るカニ足肉様練製品の製造方法を提供することを課題とする。

本発明は、すり身シ−トを適宜枚数重ねた後所定幅にカットして積層体を形成し、前記積層体にその長さ方向に対し傾斜する切り溝を、一方の側に非刻設部を残して狭間隔置きに刻設すると共に、所定サイズごとに切断して合体片を形成し、前記合体片を一対、前記非刻設部を向かい合わせて合着して矢羽根形状物を形成し、前記矢羽根形状物を製品形状に成形することから成るカニ足肉様練製品の製造方法、を以て上記課題を解決した。
