【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、パチンコ機を製造する際に、パチンコ玉の動きを作り出す遊技釘を遊技盤に打ち込む場合の下穴を形成するポンチに関する。

【従来の技術】
図12は従来のポンチ10を示している。ポンチ10は円柱状のポンチ本体10aの先端より截頭円錐形のポンチ先端部10bを同軸に突設し、ポンチ先端部10bの先端より頂角の大きな短円錐状の案内部10cを同軸に突設した形状に形成されている。
図13は同従来のポンチ10で遊技盤20に下穴21を形成する工程を示し、ポンチ10をその案内部10cより遊技盤20の釘打位置にセルシート20a側より遊技基板20b側に向けて垂直に打ち込むことで、ポンチ先端部10bが案内部10cを進入案内としながらセルシート20aを突き破って遊技基板20bに数ミリメートル程度押し込まれる。この後、ポンチ10が打ち込み動作と逆方向に真上に上昇して、ポンチ10が遊技盤20より抜き去られることで、下穴21が遊技盤20に形成される。この下穴21を形成する工程は、図12に示す形状のポンチ10が遊技盤20に設定された多数の釘打位置と対応するように図外の鋼板製のベース板の一表面に植立されたプレスゲージと呼ばれる下穴形成工具を使用して行われるのが一般的である。
図14は同従来の下穴21の形成された遊技盤20に遊技釘22を打ち込む工程を示し、遊技釘22の尖端部22bを下穴21(図13参照)にセルシート20a側より遊技基板20b側に向けて所定の傾斜角度(例えば遊技盤がパチンコ店で島に取り付けられる上側に向けて5°程度傾斜する角度)を以て入れた後に、遊技釘22の頭部22cに上方より遊技釘22の軸心と同軸となるハンマー力を1回又は数回繰り返して与えることで、遊技釘22の尖端部22b側がセルシート20aを経由して遊技基板20bに所定量打ち込まれる。この遊技釘22が遊技盤20に打ち込まれた状態においては、遊技釘22の円柱状の釘本体22aの尖端部20b側に形成されたスパイラル状の捩り部22eが遊技基板20bに食い込んで遊技釘22が遊技盤20より抜けにくくする保持力を発揮している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
図13に示すように、ポンチ10を遊技盤20に打ち込んだ際、セルシート20aが円錐形に形成されたポンチ先端部10bでその中心から外側に向かって押し広げられ、ポンチ先端部10bの周囲で、セルシート20aが環状に波打って盛り上がり、その盛上部20a−1が遊技基板20bより剥がれて、セルシート20aと遊技基板20bとの間に環状の隙間23が形成されることがある。
又、図14に示すように、遊技釘22を遊技盤20に打ち込んだ際も、セルシート20aが円錐形に形成された遊技釘22の尖端部22bでその中心から外側に向かって押し広げられ、打ち込まれた遊技釘22の根元の周囲で、セルシート20aが環状に波打って盛り上がり、その盛上部20a−2が遊技基板20bより剥がれて、セルシート20aと遊技基板20bとの間に環状の隙間24が形成されることがある。
要するに、ポンチ10による下穴形成工程で環状の隙間23が発生した場合、その後の釘打工程で当該隙間23が発展的に拡大して隙間24になることが多く、釘打工程で隙間24が発生しなくても、隙間24が発生する方向の応力歪みがセルシート20aに残っていて、後で、隙間24が発生することがある。又、下穴形成工程で環状の隙間23が発生しなくても、その後の釘打工程で隙間24が発生することもある。更に、下穴形成工程で隙間23が発生せず、釘打工程でも隙間24が発生しなくても、隙間24が発生する方向の応力歪みがセルシート20aに残っていて、後で、隙間24が発生することもある。
これらの図13〜14に示した環状の盛上部20a−1,20a−2においては、セルシート20aが光透過性を有するセルロイドに意匠図を描いたものである場合は、セルシート20aの剥がれは小さく少ないが、セルロイドに代えてペットフィルム(PET;ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム)等のような粘りの高い基材を用いた際には、セルシート20aの剥がれがセルロイドに比べて大きく発生する傾向にある。これは、ポンチ10又は遊技釘22が遊技盤20に打ち込まれる際、ポンチ10又は遊技釘22がセルシート20aと遊技基板20bとを外側に押しやることで、ポンチ10又は遊技釘22の周囲に位置するセルシート20aに応力歪みが残り、その応力歪みがセルシート20aと遊技基板20bとの結合強度の最も弱い部分に進行し、セルシート20aの遊技釘22まわりが剥離して浮き上がることによるものと思われる。
又、セルシート20aとして、ペットフィルムのような表面層の裏面に透明電極、発光層、背面電極、保護層等からなるエレクトロルミネセンスのような面発光体に構成されたもの、又、当該面発光体を一部に有するもののいずれかを使用した場合も、同様に、透明電極と発光層との間、発光層と背面電極との間、背面電極と保護層との間、保護層とそれに裏打ちされたケント紙のような定着用紙との間等の中で、結合強度の最も弱い部分に剥離を生じる。

そこで、この発明はポンチで遊技盤に下穴を形成する際に、セルシートの一部を打ち抜いたり、セルシートの周囲に切れ目を入れたりすることによって、セルシートの剥離、浮き上がりを阻止して、品質信頼性を向上することができるパチンコ機製造の下穴形成用ポンチを提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
1つの発明に係るパチンコ機製造の下穴形成用ポンチは、セルシートと遊技基板とからなる遊技盤に遊技釘を打ち込む場合の下穴を形成するために、セルシートの側からセルシートおよび遊技基板に打ち込まれるパチンコ機製造の下穴形成用ポンチであって、打抜刃部、截頭円錐部、柱状のポンチ本体が、パチンコ機製造の下穴形成用ポンチポンチのセルシートの側からセルシートおよび遊技基板に打ち込まれる場合における下から上に同軸に順に連接され、截頭円錐部は直径がポンチ本体側より打抜刃部側に行くに従って徐々に小さくなる形状であって、打抜刃部は截頭円錐部の最も直径が小さい下端と同径の直径を備えた短円柱状であって、打抜刃部の下端面と外周面とが交わる環状の外周縁は刃先として形成されており、打抜刃部が最初にセルシートの側からセルシートおよび遊技基板に進入し、この打抜刃部の進入に続いて截頭円錐部がセルシートの側からセルシートおよび遊技基板に進入することによって、打抜刃部の下端面がセルシートを遊技基板に引きずり込み、この打抜刃部の下端面で引きずり込まれるセルシートの伸びが限界に達すると、打抜刃部の刃先がセルシートを剪断して打ち抜き、この剪断過程において、截頭円錐部が伸びの誘起されたセルシートを遊技基板との間に挟み付けるような形態で遊技基板を摺鉢状に窪ませた後、パチンコ機製造の下穴形成用ポンチがセルシートの側に遊技盤より抜き去られることで、下穴を遊技盤に形成することを特徴としている。もう1つの発明に係るパチンコ機製造の下穴形成用ポンチは、セルシートと遊技基板とからなる遊技盤に遊技釘を打ち込む場合の下穴を形成するために、セルシートの側からセルシートおよび遊技基板に打ち込まれパチンコ機製造の下穴形成用ポンチであって、打抜刃部、截頭円錐部、柱状のポンチ本体が、パチンコ機製造の下穴形成用ポンチのセルシートの側からセルシートおよび遊技基板に打ち込まれる場合における下から上に同軸に順に連接され、截頭円錐部は直径がポンチ本体側より打抜刃部側に行くに従って徐々に小さくなる形状であって、打抜刃部は截頭円錐部の最も直径が小さい下端として構成され、打抜刃部の截頭円錐部の外周面と交わる環状の外周縁は刃先として形成されており、打抜刃部が最初にセルシートの側からセルシートおよび遊技基板に進入し、この打抜刃部の進入に続いて截頭円錐部がセルシートの側からセルシートおよび遊技基板に進入することによって、打抜刃部の下端面がセルシートを遊技基板に引きずり込み、この打抜刃部の下端面で引きずり込まれるセルシートの伸びが限界に達すると、打抜刃部の刃先がセルシートを剪断して打ち抜き、この剪断過程において、截頭円錐部が伸びの誘起されたセルシートを遊技基板との間に挟み付けるような形態で遊技基板を摺鉢状に窪ませた後、パチンコ機製造の下穴形成用ポンチがセルシートの側に遊技盤より抜き去られることで、下穴を遊技盤に形成することを特徴としている。さらに、もう1つの発明に係るパチンコ機製造の下穴形成用ポンチは、セルシートと遊技基板とからなる遊技盤に遊技釘を打ち込む場合の下穴を形成するために、セルシートの側からセルシートおよび遊技基板に打ち込まれるパチンコ機製造の下穴形成用ポンチであって、打抜刃部、截頭角錐部、柱状のポンチ本体が、パチンコ機製造の下穴形成用ポンチのセルシートの側からセルシートおよび遊技基板に打ち込まれる場合における下から上に同軸に順に連接され、截頭角錐部は直径がポンチ本体側より打抜刃部側に行くに従って徐々に小さくなる形状であって、打抜刃部は截頭角錐部の最も直径が小さい下端として構成され、打抜刃部の截頭角錐部の外周面と交わる環状の外周縁は刃先として形成されており、打抜刃部が最初にセルシートの側からセルシートおよび遊技基板に進入し、この打抜刃部の進入に続いて截頭角錐部がセルシートの側からセルシートおよび遊技基板に進入することによって、打抜刃部の下端面がセルシートを遊技基板に引きずり込み、この打抜刃部の下端面で引きずり込まれるセルシートの伸びが限界に達すると、打抜刃部の刃先がセルシートを剪断して打ち抜き、この剪断過程において、截頭角錐部が伸びの誘起されたセルシートを遊技基板との間に挟み付けるような形態で遊技基板を摺鉢状に窪ませた後、パチンコ機製造の下穴形成用ポンチがセルシートの側に遊技盤より抜き去られることで、下穴を遊技盤に形成することを特徴としている。これら3つの発明に係るパチンコ機製造の下穴形成用ポンチによれば、打抜刃部および截頭円錐部または截頭角錐部がセルシートの 側からセルシートおよび遊技基板に進入するのに伴い、セルシートと遊技基板との間に環状の隙間や盛上部が形成されることなく、打抜刃部および截頭円錐部または截頭角錐部がセルシートおよび遊技基板に下穴を打抜刃部および截頭円錐部または截頭角錐部と対応する形状に形成することができるので、遊技釘がセルシートの側から下穴に打ち込まれることで、その遊技釘が打ち込まれる際の摩擦力で、セルシートの遊技釘まわりが当該遊技釘の打ち込まれるのに伴い伸びて遊技釘の外周面に沿ってセルシートによる皮膜を作り、セルシートと遊技基板との間に環状の隙間や盛上部を形成することなく、遊技釘まわりのセルシートが遊技基板に密接した平面度を保持することができて、遊技釘がパチンコ玉からの衝撃を繰り返し受けても、パチンコ玉の反発具合や道筋をいつまでも適切な状態とし、好適な遊技性を確保することができる。とりわけ、截頭角錐部の場合、セルシートに切れ目が入り、セルシートの基材がセルロイドの場合はもとより、ペットフィルムのような粘りの高い基材の場合でも、切れ目の部分は応力集中により切れ目が拡大、進行するために、遊技釘のまわりのセルシートの応力が分散し、かつ、セルシートの切れ目で分離された各部分が遊技釘が遊技盤に進入するのに伴って、遊技釘と遊技基板との間に引き込まれるので、剥離、浮き上がりを阻止して、品質信頼性を向上することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は第1実施形態を示している。この第1実施形態はポンチを遊技盤に打ち込む際に、セルシートの一部を打ち抜く態様である。図1のa〜b図において、ポンチ1は、円柱状のポンチ本体1a、截頭円錐部1b、小径な短円柱状の打抜刃部1cを同軸に上から下に順に連接した形状に形成されている。截頭円錐部1bは直径がポンチ本体1a側より打抜刃部1c側に行くに従って徐々に小さくなる形状を有している。打抜刃部1cは截頭円錐部1bの最も直径が小さい下端と同径の直径を備えている。打抜刃部1cの下端面と外周面とが交わる環状の外周縁は刃先1dとして形成されている。
