BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a power supply circuit, and more particularly to a power supply circuit that obtains a stabilized positive / negative power supply voltage suitable for driving an operational amplifier (operational amplifier) used in an amplifier of an acoustic signal such as an acoustic device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recent electronic circuits, both analog and digital circuits, are very rarely composed of semiconductor devices such as transistors and other individual electronic components, and in most cases, use semiconductor integrated circuits (ICs). By using an IC, a desired function can be realized in a small size and at a low cost.
[0003]
For example, an amplifier for a low frequency audio signal of an audio device such as a car stereo is generally configured using an IC including one or more operational amplifiers. Such an operational amplifier has a pair of (inverting and non-inverting) input terminals, an output terminal and a positive and negative power supply terminal. By supplying positive and negative operating power supply voltages to these positive and negative power supply terminals, the signal input to the input terminal is stably amplified with a predetermined gain, and the amplified output signal is output from the output terminal.
[0004]
A power supply circuit that supplies positive and negative drive (or operation) power supply voltages to such an operational amplifier needs to be a stable voltage free from ripples and other noises. In particular, since the audio equipment is sensitive to noise, it is essential that the drive power supply voltage is stable. Various circuits have been proposed as power supply circuits therefor, and a typical conventional power supply circuit is shown in FIG.

【The invention's effect】
As understood from the above description, according to the power supply circuit of the present invention, the following remarkable practical effects can be obtained. That is, the stability of the negative power supply voltage can be maintained at a voltage lower than that in the conventional circuit. Therefore, when this power supply circuit is used for an operational amplifier for amplifying music signals, it is possible to lower the minimum noise deterioration voltage. In addition, since the power supply circuit of the present invention has substantially the same number of parts as the conventional power supply circuit, the cost does not increase. Furthermore, the present invention can be easily applied to a conventional power supply circuit by changing the resistance value and connection position of the voltage dividing resistor.
