【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、建造物室内の空調設備における吹出口とダンパ−装置の一体支持装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、建築構造物の空調設備において、図4に示すように天井裏空間T内に例えば天井ボ−ドUに配置させたアネモ型の吹出口AとフレキシブルダクトFを連結し、このフレキシブルダクトFの中途位置にダンパ−装置Dを介装して前記吹出口Aから室内に供給する空気の量を調整するものであった。そして一般的にこのダンパ−装置Dは騒音を伴うため吹出口Aからある程度離隔させた位置に配置され、吊支部材Xによって吊支されるものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記の従来の吹出口A回りの支持部においては吹出口Aとダンパ−装置Dが離隔されて配置されているから、それぞれを別個の吊りボルト等の吊支部材により天井スラブSから吊支し、前記吹出口Aとダンパ−装置DとをフレキシブルダクトF等で連結しなければならず施工作業が繁雑で時間がかかるという問題があった。また、天井ボ−ドUには、天井裏内のダンパ−装置Dの保守点検のために前記吹出口Aの取付開口部の他にダンパ−装置D専用の点検口Cを設ける必要があり、また点検口Cを設けない場合には前記開口部から天井裏空間T内に入って狭い空間で作業を行なわなければならずダンパ−装置D等の保守点検作業が繁雑で効率が悪く、また、作業コストがかかるものであった。さらに、前記点検口Cを設けることで天井ボ−ドUの意匠感を損なう問題があった。また、吹出口AとフレキシブルダクトFとダンパ−装置Dは別個に設置し、保守点検も離隔場所で行うから、例えば運搬時等に部品の紛失や施工作業現場での部品点数の不足等の人的なミスが発生し、施工作業の円滑な実施を妨げるものであった。

本発明は、上記従来の問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的は、空気吹出口、ダンパ−装置、その他のセンサ−類を一体的に取り扱え、天井裏内への空気吹出口、ダンパ−装置、その他のセンサ−類の取付施工が簡単であるとともにこれらの保守点検を能率よく行うことができる吹出口とダンパ−装置の一体支持装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために本発明は、天井裏内の天井スラブ面等から吊支部材により吊支される支持フレ−ム12と、同支持フレーム12の少なくとも一箇所に固定されたダンパー装置14と、支持フレーム12に一部を支持されつつ一端側を垂下させて下部側の吹出口18に接続されるフレキシブルダクト16と、を有し、吹出口18を天井開口38にあてがって嵌合させた位置で吊支状に支持し得る状態と、吹出口18をフレキシブルダクト16から取りはずして、該フレキシブルダクト16の端部を天井開口38から離隔位置に支持する状態と、を選択的に変更支持自在な変更支持装置20が設けられ、変更支持装置20は、一端側を支持フレ−ム12に枢着されるとともに他端側をフレキシブルダクト16の吹出口18との接続側となる端部に枢着され、支持フレーム12の枢着部分回りにフレキシブルダクト16を回動させて支持フレーム12と略平行状になるように変位支持させる揺動ア−ム42、を含む吹出口とダンパ−装置の一体支持装置から構成される。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明に係る吹出口とダンパ−装置の一体支持装置は、天井裏内の天井スラブ面等から吊支部材により吊支される支持フレ−ムと、同支持フレ−ムの少なくとも一カ所に固定されたダンパ−装置と、中間にフレキシブルダクトを介設して連通接続された吹出口と、を有し、前記支持フレ−ム及び又は前記フレキシブルダクトには、前記吹出口を天井開口にあてがって嵌合させた位置で吊支状に支持し得る状態と、前記吹出口を前記フレキシブルダクトから取りはずして、該フレキシブルダクトの端部を前記天井開口から離隔位置に支持する状態と、を選択的に変更支持自在な変更支持装置を備えて構成される。変更支持装置は、例えば支持フレ−ムに、その長手方向に沿って移動可能に吊支部を設け、この吊支部にフレキシブルダクトを貫通状に遊挿させた環状の吊支部材を吊支させ、この環状吊支部材の横移動により同フレキシブルダクト端部を変位させることとしてもよい。また変更支持装置の係止部とフック体は、支持フレ−ム側又はフレキシブルダクト側のいずれの側に設けてもよい。

また、前記変更支持装置は、一端を前記支持フレ−ムに枢着されるとともに、他端側を前記フレキシブルダクトの端部に枢着された揺動ア−ムを含むこととしてもよい。揺動ア−ムは、長手方向に伸縮自在性をもたせてもよい。揺動ア−ムは、例えば電動モ−タ−等の動力によって支持フレ−ムの枢着部分を軸として支持フレ−ムの長手方向に沿うように回動することとしてもよい。揺動ア−ムは、変形、復元可能な金属線条でもよい。また、ア−ムをリンク式に関節を備えた構成としてフレキシブルダクト端部の変位及び位置保持の機能を円滑に行なわせるようにしてもよい。変更支持装置は、支持フレ−ム側に係着部を作っておいて、揺動ア−ムをダクト端部のみに枢着し、ア−ム先端側を支持フレ−ムの係着部に係着させて支持する様にしてもよい。

また、前記揺動ア−ムは、2本のア−ム体からなり、前記変更支持装置は、前記支持フレ−ムに取り付けられた軸支部材と、この軸支部材に枢着軸支され、前記フレキシブルダクトの長手方向に沿う様にして同フレキシブルダクトを内側にはさみ込む様に配置され、かつ他端部を前記フレキシブルダクトの端部に枢着された前記2本のア−ム体と、からなることとしてもよい。ア−ム体と軸支部材の枢着部分を軸として例えばア−ム体の長手方向が支持フレ−ムの長手方向と略直交する位置と、ア−ム体の長手方向が支持フレ−ムの長手方向と略平行になる位置と、これらの前記位置の略中間位置とを段階的に回動する機構を設けてもよい。また、ア−ム体は、例えばバネ部材等の弾性部材で常にフレキシブルダクト端部の揺動方向に付勢してもよく、例えばダンパ−装置等の保守点検を行なう際に、ロックを外して付勢力によりア−ム体を自動的に回動させてフレキシブルダクト端部を作業すべき空間から移動させ、その状態を保持させて能率よく保守点検作業を行なえる。

また、前記支持フレ−ムには、前記フレキシブルダクト端部を前記天井開口から離隔した位置で係脱自在に係着する係止部材が設けられてなることとしてもよい。係止部材は、フレキシブルダクト端部に設けたフック体でもよく、このフック体を支持フレ−ム側に設けた係止部と係止させることによってフレキシブルダクト端部を前記天井開口から離隔した位置で保持する。

【実施例】
以下、添付図面に基づき、本発明の好適な実施例を説明する。図1、2、3には、本発明の実施例に係る吹出口とダンパ−装置の一体支持装置(以下、「支持装置」という。)10が示されている。図より明らかな様に、支持装置10は、例えば天井裏内の天井スラブ面等から吊支部材により吊支される支持フレ−ム12と支持フレ−ム12の少なくとも一カ所に固定されたダンパ−装置14と中間にフレキシブルダクト16を介設して連通接続された吹出口18とを有し、さらに支持フレ−ム12には変更支持装置20が設けられている。

図1、2において支持フレ−ム12は、構造物躯体の天井裏空間T内に配置され、天井スラブSに取り付けられた吊支部材22によって吊支されている。本実施例において吊支部材22は、上端を天井スラブSに固定させた2本の吊支用長ボルト24、24である。

これらの吊支用長ボルト24、24は、支持フレ−ム12の両端部寄り部分を吊支し得る位置に配置され、同吊支用長ボルト24、24の下端部に支持フレ−ム12をナット部材26で取付け固定している。本実施例にかかわらず支持フレ−ムの天井スラブ等への取り付け方法は、天井スラブに取り付けた3、4ないし複数本の吊支部材22によって吊支してもよく、その他任意の取り付け方法を行なってもよい。

図1において、吊支部材22には1本の支持フレ−ム12が横長状となる様に吊支されている。この支持フレ−ムに12は、切断面が下向きに開口を有した略コ字状でレ−ル状に長く形成されている。支持フレ−ム12の上板面の両端部寄りには長孔27、27がそれぞれ開孔されており、これらの長孔27、27に各吊支用長ボルト24、24を挿通させ、ナット部材26によって固定している。本実施例において支持フレ−ム12は、例えばある程度の強度と耐食性を備えた金属板を折り曲げて一体的に形成されている。本実施例にかかわらず支持フレ−ムの素材や形状、長さは、後述するダンパ−装置と変更支持装置を取り付け得るものとして任意に形成させてもよい。例えば平面視略格子状に組み付けたもの、平面板状、筒状、柱状、円形、角形、その他任意の構成としてもよい。

図1、2において支持フレ−ム12の後端部寄り位置の下面側にはダンパ−装置14が図示しないボルト部材によって固定されて取り付けられている。このダンパ−装置14は、例えば建造物室内等へ供給する空気の量等を調整する。通常はこのダンパ−装置14は、風量調整用である場合が多いが、その他防火、防煙用のシャッタ機構を備えたもの、定風量機構を備えたもの、その他任意のダンパ−装置でもよい。実施例においてダンパ−装置14は、室内の空調状態をセンサ−で感知しながら最適の風量を室内に送る風量可変のVAVダンパ−(Variable Air Volume Damper)装置である。実施例において特に羽根の開閉によっても騒音が極めて少ない羽根表面に布や植毛を張設させたスライド羽根形の低騒音ダンパ−が用いられる。したがって、吹出口とダンパ−装置とは近接位置に配置させ、これらを一体的に組み付けて吹出口近傍に設置しても室内への影響は少ない。

いずれにしてもダンパ−装置としては、空気の流れ等によって発生する騒音が少ないものが好適である。ダンパ−装置の支持フレ−ムへの取り付けは、溶接固定したり、支持フレ−ム側に設けたスライド溝にダンパ−装置に取り付けたボルト部材を突入係合させてスライドさせ、任意の位置でナット等で固定させる様にしてもよい。また、予め支持フレ−ムとダンパ−装置を一体的に形成してもよい。

図1、2に示す様にダンパ−装置14の一端は、フレキシブルダクト16に接続されている。フレキシブルダクト16は、略円形の切断面を有するとともに同フレキシブルダクト16の側壁面は例えばグラスウ−ル等の不燃性の断熱部材32で被覆され、長手方向にアコ−ディオン状に伸縮自在であるとともに、断面の中心位置から半径方向にずれる方向にも変形できるようになっている。尚、ダンパ−装置14の他端側には、例えば施工時に直管ダクトやフレキシブルダクトが接続され、送風機等に連通するようになっている。

図においてフレキシブルダクト16は、一端をダンパ−装置14に連通接続させ、他端部は室内側に空気を吹き出す吹出口に連通接続させるに足る長さである。このフレキシブルダクトのダンパ−装置との接続側と他端部側の円形開口縁には接続用環部材34が嵌着固定されている。接続用環部材34は、例えば亜鉛メッキや塗装を施した鋼板等のある程度の強度と耐食性を備えた帯状金属板をリング状に曲げて形成されており、同接続用環部材34の板面に枢着部36を設けている。

図1に示す様に枢着部36は、接続用環部材34の略直径位置となる両側2箇所に配置されている。そしてこれらの枢着部36には、後述するア−ム体の一端側がフレキシブルダクト16を両外側から内側に挟み込む様に配置されて枢着されている。この接続用環部材34には吹出口18が取り付けられている。本実施例において吹出口18は、送気用の開口を下方に向けてラッパ状に拡開したアネモ型の吹出口である。図1において吹出口18は、図2に示す天井開口38に建造物室内側から挿嵌されて天井ボ−ドUに固定されている。吹出口は、内部に風向調整機構を有したものでもよい。

実施例において支持フレ−ム12の略中央寄り位置とフレキシブルダクト16の接続用環部材34には、変更支持装置20が設けられている。図1に示す様に変更支持装置20は、支持フレ−ム12に取り付けられた軸支部材40と、この軸支部材40に設けられた揺動ア−ム42を備えている。図2に示す様に軸支部材40は、支持フレ−ム12を天井スラブSへ吊支させた状態で天井開口38の真上位置となる支持フレ−ム12に取り付けられている。

この軸支部材40には揺動ア−ム42の一端が枢着軸支されている。本実施例において揺動ア−ム42は、例えば鋼板を長板状に形成した2本のア−ム体44、44からなる。また、これらのア−ム体44、44は、フレキシブルダクト16の長手方向に沿うようにして同フレキシブルダクト16を内側に挟み込むように配置されている。

ここにおいて、変更支持装置20は、吹出口を天井開口にあてがって嵌合させた位置で吊支状に支持し得る状態と、吹出口をフレキシブルダクトから取りはずして、フレキシブルダクトの端部を天井開口から離隔位置に支持する状態とを選択的に自在に変更支持する。このようにフレキシブルダクトの端部は、揺動ア−ムを操作するだけで揺動させることができるから、同フレキシブルダクト端部の変更支持作業を簡単に行なえる。

本実施例にかかわらず係止部材は、クリップ部材、その他の係止部材等でもよく要は、フレキシブルダクト端部を天井開口から離隔した位置で係脱自在に係着するものであればよい。このように簡単な構造でフレキシブルダクト端部の天井開口からの離隔位置における支持を実現でき、例えば図3に示すように作業者が天井開口から半身を天井裏内にのり出した状態での簡易で迅速な取付、保守、点検作業を実現することとなる。

上記したように本発明にかかる支持装置10は、ダンパ−装置と、中間にフレキシブルダクトを介設して連通接続された吹出口と、吹出口を天井開口にあてがって嵌合させた位置で吊支状に支持し得る状態と、前記吹出口を前記フレキシブルダクトから取りはずして、該フレキシブルダクトの端部を前記天井開口から離隔位置に支持する状態と、を選択的に変更支持自在な変更支持装置を支持フレ−ムを連結の基本として一体的に備えることにより、作業者は例えば天井裏内の天井スラブ面等から吊支部材によりこの支持装置を吊支するだけで吹出口と前記フレキシブルダクトとダンパ−装置を一気に天井裏内に取り付けることができるので、吹出口と前記フレキシブルダクトとダンパ−装置の取付作業時間を大幅に短縮することができ建造物への空調設備の取付施工作業全体を能率よく行うこととなる。また、この吹出口と前記フレキシブルダクトとダンパ−装置は一体的に取り扱うので、例えば運搬時等の部品の紛失を防止したり、施工作業現場での部品点数の不足等の人的なミスを防止し、確実で円滑な施工作業を行える。

また、ダンパ−装置の保守点検作業時においては、保守点検作業者はこの天井開口から天井裏内に半身をのりだして入るだけで吹出口ないしダンパ−装置の保守点検作業が可能となり、作業効率が大幅に向上し、保守点検作業を短時間で終了することとなる。また、天井開口以外の天井裏内への入口が不要となるので、例えば天井ボ−ド等への点検口の取付施工作業を省略でき空調設備全体の施工作業を短時間で終了することができるとともに天井面の意匠感も良好に保持することとなる。

次に、本発明に係る支持装置10の作用を説明する。図1、2、3において構造物躯体の天井裏空間T内に配置され、天井スラブSに取り付けられた吊支部材22によって吊支された支持装置10が示されている。

図1において支持装置10は、支持フレ−ム12にダンパ−装置14、フレキシブルダクト16、吹出口18、及び変更支持装置20を取り付けた物を1つの単位とし、この単位ごとに例えば構造物建築作業現場等にトラック等の輸送車によって運搬される。そして、作業現場において作業者は、例えば図1に示す構造物躯体の天井スラブSに埋設したアンカ−に吊支用長ボルト24、24を取り付け、この長ボルト24、24に支持装置10を取り付ける。この時、フレキシブルダクト16は、一端側がダンパ−装置14に連通接続され同ダンパ−装置14によって支持されている。同時にフレキシブルダクト16の他端側は、開口が下向きになる様にア−ム体44によって吊支状に支持されている。この状態で作業者は、天井ボ−ドUを構造物の天井部分に取り付け、吹出口18を図2に示す天井ボ−ドUの天井開口38にあてがって前記フレキシブルダクト16の端部に嵌合連接させ、支持装置10の取り付け施工作業を行なう。

この様に、作業者は例えば天井裏内の天井スラブ面等から吊支部材によりこの支持装置を吊支するだけで前記吹出口ないしダンパ−装置を一気に天井裏内に取り付けることができ取付作業時間を大幅に短縮することとなる。また、ダンパ−装置、フレキシブルダクト、吹出口、および変更支持装置は支持フレ−ムに取り付けられた状態で例えば工場から上記したような作業現場まで運搬されるので、運搬時等の部品の紛失を防止したり、施工作業現場での部品点数の不足等の人的なミスを防止し、確実で円滑な施工作業を行うこととなる。

天井裏空間T内に取り付けられた支持装置10の保守点検を行なう際には、図3に示す様に保守点検作業者は、フレキシブルダクト16端部及び天井ボ−ドUから吹出口18を取り外し、ア−ム体44、44を図2に示す矢印(イ)方向に回動させてフレキシブルダクト16の端部を保守点検作業のじゃまにならない位置まで揺動して支持する。フレキシブルダクト16が前記略平行状態になった時点でこのフレキシブルダクト16の端部を係止部材46で係止し、該フレキシブルダクト16の端部を天井開口38から離隔位置に支持する状態を保持させる。このときフレキシブルダクト16は、図2、3に示すように支持フレ−ム12の長手方向に沿って略平行状態でア−ム体44、44と係止部材46によって支持されている。

図3において作業者は、フレキシブルダクト16の端部を天井開口38から離隔位置に揺動して作業のための空間を確保した後に天井開口38から天井裏空間T内に入り、天井裏空間T内に半身をのり出した状態でダンパ−装置14やフレキシブルダクト16等の保守点検を行なう。

この様に保守点検作業時には、フレキシブルダクト端部を前記天井開口から離隔位置に保持することにより同天井開口周りの障害物を取り除き空間を広く確保できるので、作業を容易に行なうことができ短時間で能率よく行なうこととなる。
