Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a waist protection belt used for the purpose of protecting the waist and alleviating back pain.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Lumbar protection belts are generally composed of a wide, strong stretchable material that is wrapped around the lumbar region to tighten and stabilize the lumbar region, reducing the burden on the lumbar spine and reducing pain. If tightening is too strong to obtain, blood circulation is hindered, which may worsen symptoms.
[0003]
In view of this, a support member called a stay is attached to a portion that comes into contact with the waist to increase support capability while avoiding over-tightening of the belt (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). Since the stay is made of metal, plastic, or the like and has an appropriate elasticity, it can change elastically along the body, but the waist circumference differs depending on the physique, and the parts that need to be supported also differ. Also, the support force that you feel comfortable changes depending on the degree of symptoms and the degree of recovery, but because the stay of the conventional belt is fixed to the belt body, it is not possible to change the position or change the support force. There was a problem that it was impossible to adapt to the movement of the body.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the above points of the conventional waist protection belt, the present invention provides a waist protection belt that can freely change the position, direction, distribution, and support strength of the reinforcing member according to the user's physique, necessary site, and symptoms. It was made for the purpose.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the waist protection belt of the present invention comprises a longitudinally central portion made of a non-stretchable sheet material having a vent hole , and at least one surface of the central portion is entirely made of a surface fastener. A belt main body having a surface to be engaged and a bag portion capable of accommodating a bar-like or plate-like reinforcing member, and at least one surface is attached to a surface fastener that can be removably attached to the surface to be engaged. Ri Do from one or a plurality of sachets having a surface, the attachment surface of the pouch body is attached to the attachment surface of the belt body supporting the pouch body to the body central portion, by a cover which is provided in the belt body middle part It covers the engaged surface of the belt body and the sachet .
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows a waist protection belt 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, a waist protection belt 1 is accommodated in a belt body 2 and small bags 3, 3, 4, 4 having two long and two short diameters, and the small bags 3, 3, 4, 4. The plurality of stays 5 and 6 (reinforcing members).
[0008]
The belt body 2 has a longitudinal center portion 21 and both end portions 22 and 23 made of a non-stretchable sheet material. At least one surface of the belt body is entirely engaged with the surface fasteners 21a and 22a. , 23a and a plurality of air holes 24 to ensure air permeability in the thickness direction. The one end portion 22 is provided with a hooking surface 22b of a hook and loop fastener that can be hooked to the hooked surface 23a of the other end portion 23.
[0009]
And the intermediate parts 25 and 26 of the center part 21 and the both ends 22 and 23 are comprised with the net-like fabric which has a stretching property to a belt longitudinal direction, and the periphery of the belt main body 2 containing the said intermediate parts 25 and 26 is included. The portion 27 is covered with a stretchable tape-like fabric. In addition, although the sewing edge of the peripheral part 27 is represented with the broken line in the example of illustration, it is sewn by zigzag sewing so that the stretchability of the intermediate parts 25 and 26 may not be inhibited.
[0010]
Further, a cover 28 having substantially the same shape as the central portion 21 is provided on the surface of the engaged surface 21a of the central portion 21 of the belt body 2, and the cover 28 is below the central portion 21 protruding downward. While the side peripheral edge 27 is sewn to the belt body central portion 21, the hooking surface 28 a and the hooked surface 21 b of the hook and loop fastener are respectively attached to both side edges of the cover 28 and both side edges of the belt main body center portion 21. Thus, the cover 28 can be opened and closed almost entirely.
[0011]
The pouches 3 and 4 are formed with three bag portions 3a and 4a so as to accommodate three stays 5 and 6, respectively, and one side of the bag portions 3a and 4a (upper side in the illustrated example). Is opened, and the stays 5 and 6 can be taken in and out freely. Further, engagement surfaces 3b and 4b of surface fasteners that can be engaged with the engagement surface 21a of the belt main body central portion 21 are provided on one surface (the back surface in the illustrated example) of each bag body 3 and 4.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, the waist protection belt 1 configured as described above includes the engagement surfaces 3 b and 4 b of the four small bag bodies 3 and 4 that accommodate three stays 5 and 6, respectively. It is fixed by being engaged with the engaged surface 21a of the central portion 21. Further, with the cover 28 being covered with the cover 28, the cover 28 is wound around the human waist with the cover 28 side facing the body. The engaging surface 22b is attached to the body by engaging with the engaged surface 23a of the other end 23.
[0013]
Then, the waist is protected by the wide belt body 2, and in the illustrated example, the waist is stabilized by being supported by twelve stays 5 and 6 in total, and the burden on the waist is reduced. Alleviated.
[0014]
Then, normally, two sachets 3 containing the longer stay 5 are arranged on both sides of the lumbar vertebra as shown in FIG. 1, and the lumbar vertebra is supported from both sides while stimulating the back muscle, or in FIG. As shown, one sachet 3 is placed in the center to directly support the lumbar spine. Such a change of the support form, movement of the small bag bodies 3 and 4 and increase / decrease of the number can be easily performed because the small bag bodies 3 and 4 are detachably fixed by the hook-and-loop fasteners (3b and 4b-21a). Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the pouches 3 and 4 can be arranged obliquely.
[0015]
Further, if it is felt that the support by the stays 5 and 6 is too strong, as shown in FIG. 6, if only two (or one) stays 5 and 6 are accommodated in one sachet body 5 and 6, The arrangement of the stays 5 and 6 becomes sparse, and a more flexible support force can be obtained.
[0016]
Since the plurality of (three) stays 5 and 6 are combined and accommodated in one small bag body 3 and 4 as described above, each of the small bag bodies 3 and 4 has a planar shape, and thus the belt. There is also an advantage that it is stably fixed to the central portion 21 of the main body.
[0017]
In each of the above embodiments, the case where three bag portions 3a and 4a are formed in each small bag body 3 and 4 has been shown, but the number of bag portions 3a and 4a formed in one small bag body 3 and 4 is shown. Other than that. Moreover, although the case where the both side edges of the cover 28 were fixed by the hook-and-loop fasteners (27a-21b) was shown in the said embodiment, you may fix to the belt main body 2 by sewing etc. permanently. In these cases, since the cover 28 has a pocket shape, it can also accommodate other articles inside it, such as a warmer. Further, when only the upper edge or only both side edges are fixed by sewing or the like, the cover 28 may be fixed detachably only by a surface fastener without a stitched portion to the belt body 2. Can be omitted. Further, the engaging surfaces 3b, 4b, 22b, and 28a of the surface fastener and the engaged surfaces 21a, 21b, 22a, and 23a show only the correspondence relationship, and the shape of the locking member formed on the surface fastener surface. Does not mean, and therefore may be opposite to each other.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, the waist protection belt of the present invention comprises a non-stretchable sheet material in the center in the longitudinal direction, and at least one surface of the center is entirely engaged with the surface fastener. One or more having a belt body and a bag portion capable of accommodating a bar-like or plate-like reinforcing member, and having a fastening surface of a surface fastener that can be detachably attached to the engaged surface on at least one surface Therefore, the position, direction, distribution, and support strength of the reinforcing member can be freely changed according to the user's physique, necessary site, and symptoms.
[0019]
In addition, since the bag body is formed with a plurality of bag portions each capable of accommodating one reinforcing member each, even if a rod-like reinforcing member is used, the bag body has a planar shape, and the belt body center The support strength can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of reinforcing members to be accommodated.
[0020]
Further, since the belt main body has a cover for covering the engaged surface to which the small bag body is fixed, the belt main body is provided with a plurality of small bag bodies and the belt can be changed even if the arrangement is changed. Since the surface is covered with the cover flatly, the feeling of use is good, and other articles such as a warmer can be accommodated inside the cover.
