Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an induction heating type heating cooker called an electromagnetic cooker used for business purposes in kitchens of hotels, restaurants, restaurants and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Induction heaters with an output of over 1 kW used in general households have a small capacity, so there is little internal heat generation, and long-term continuous use is also small. Moreover, since the installation state is also placed on a table or table, there is no problem even if the exhaust outlet is provided on the side surface or the lower part of the fuselage.
[0003]
However, what is used for business use has a large output of 2 to 5 kW or more. In addition, there are many continuous uses for a long time, and the internal heat generation becomes higher than that of a small machine for general household use. Further, a plurality of devices are often installed side by side in a narrow place, and environmental conditions are often high both in temperature and humidity. Therefore, the airflow path of the airframe is required to have low ventilation resistance in order to improve the cooling efficiency. Accordingly, the cooling air that has cooled the object to be cooled such as the heating coil and the switching element is desired to be quickly discharged from the exhaust port provided in the machine body. Therefore, the exhaust passage is simple and the ventilation resistance is made as small as possible.
[0004]
Since an electromagnetic cooker uses a lot of water such as boiled food and boiled food, water may be spilled on the top plate of the electromagnetic cooker during cooking. Also, water is used when cleaning a dirty electromagnetic cooker during cooking. In such a case, water may be dripped from the upper part of the exhaust port.
[0005]
As for the exhaust passage form of the electromagnetic cooker used for business, a slit is provided in the vertical wall surface on the back of the machine body, and the exhaust is discharged from the machine body. In this configuration, it is impossible to install the aircraft by pressing the exhaust port against the wall of the kitchen. Therefore, a tenban that protrudes to the rear is usually provided and a slit is provided behind the tenban. As a result, the cooling air discharged from the exhaust port provided on the rear surface of the aircraft is exhausted to the outside through the slit at the rear of the tenbang, even if the aircraft is installed in a state where it is in contact with the wall surface or another aircraft. . By forming an exhaust port on the Tenban surface, there is no protrusion of the exhaust tube and it is easy to use even if multiple aircraft are installed in the I-land type.
[0006]
Since the structure corresponds to various installation conditions as described above, an exhaust port is provided in the tenban. Therefore, if water is spilled on the tempan, it may enter the aircraft body and adhere to the charging parts of electrical components and wiring, causing electric leakage and short circuit accidents.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the use conditions of commercial kitchen equipment are very severe compared to general household equipment. In order to provide products that can be used without any practical problems even under harsh usage conditions, the ventilation resistance of the exhaust passage is kept at the same level as conventional products without increasing, and electrical components and The structure is such that water does not adhere to the charging part and damage the electronic circuit or the like.
[0008]
As a measure for preventing water intrusion from the exhaust port into the airframe, it is an effective means to connect an exhaust pipe in which the opening of the exhaust port is provided above the surface to be heated. Has already been commercialized, and if an exhaust pipe is connected to the rear part of the fuselage, it will cause problems such as hitting a large heated object (pan). Further, when a plurality of devices are used side by side, there is a problem that it is difficult to work if there is an exhaust pipe when the rear parts are combined to be used in a face-to-face manner (I-land type installation).
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention, in order to solve the above problems, the heating coil and a high frequency current to generate an eddy current in the object to be heated causes heat the object to be heated itself, cooling air forcibly cooling the interior electrical components In a heating cooker having an exhaust passage, a ceramic plate provided on the upper surface of the machine body on which a heated object is placed is installed and a tenban projecting behind the machine body is provided on the same surface as the heated object installation surface behind the tenban. Cooling an exhaust slit, an upper exhaust port provided on the vertical wall on the back side of the machine for exhausting the cooling air that has cooled the heating coil, and a control circuit provided on the lower side of the vertical wall on the back side of the machine for controlling the heating cooker. A lower exhaust port that exhausts the cooled cooling air, an eaves-shaped waterproof plate that covers from above the upper exhaust port, and the cooling air that covers the lower exhaust port and is discharged from the lower exhaust port on the left and right ends A waterproof cover-shaped cross section co discharged from those having a.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the cooling air exhaust passage according to the present invention, the final outlet (exhaust port) is provided on a tenvan that is the same surface as the surface to be heated of the airframe, but the upper portion provided on the vertical back wall of the airframe on the lower side of the tenvan. By providing a waterproof plate and a waterproof cover at the exhaust port (mainly the cooling air outlet of the heating coil) and the lower exhaust port (cooling air outlet of the electronic components), respectively, and ensuring sufficient cooling air exhaust passage area, the cooling performance is It is an object of the present invention to provide an induction heating cooker having a structure in which water entering the inside of the machine body from the outside does not reach the electrical component and the charging part of the wiring without being lowered.
[0011]
With the above-described configuration, the exhaust port can be used on a heated body having a large diameter while maintaining the same surface as the heated body installation surface without any trouble, and the ventilation resistance of the exhaust passage increases. Therefore, the structure is maintained at the same level as that of the conventional product, water does not enter from the exhaust port, and the built-in electric parts are not damaged.

The installation location of the aircraft may also be a sink on the back side as shown in Fig. 3. In this case, water may be dripped onto the aircraft when taking in and out of the sink. In the conventional type that does not exist, water dripped from the exhaust slit 15 of the tenban 3 'enters the exhaust port, adheres to the kiban of the control unit 4, and damages the airframe, but the present invention eliminates such troubles. It can be done.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, a waterproof plate and a waterproof cover are provided at a portion serving as an exhaust outlet that cools an electrical component of the cooled object, and the exhaust passage and the aircraft are A structure that prevents water dripped from the exhaust slits of the temban from entering the machine body and damaging the electrical components such as the control circuit, so that water or oil that enters from the outside does not reach the electrical components. This eliminates problems caused by water and oil intrusion.
[0025]
Moreover, there is no trouble such as hitting a large heated body (pan) without connecting an exhaust pipe to the rear part of the machine body. Further, when a plurality of devices are used side by side, there is no problem even if the rear portions are combined and used in a face-to-face manner. In addition, it can be installed near a sink that uses a lot of water and can be used without any problem even if there is water splashing from here.
