Description

【0001】

The present invention relates to a container for storing medicines, foods, etc., and in particular, the stored items can be taken out one by one easily and reliably from a container for storing medicines, foods, etc., in the form of elongated plates. It relates to a highly airtight container when housed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various containers for storing medicines, foods and the like have been proposed.
Here, a container that houses a blood glucose level sensor that is an elongated plate is taken as an example, and a conventional container will be described with reference to FIG.
[0003]
FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a container in which a container (blood glucose level sensor) 15 that is an elongated plate is accommodated, with the lid 20 removed from the container 19. The accommodation (blood glucose level sensor) 15 is accommodated in a container 19, and the lid 20 is fitted into the opening of the container 19 by a method such as press fitting or screwing.
When taking out the container from such a container, first, the lid 20 is removed, and an appropriate amount of container (blood glucose sensor) 15 is picked up with a hand or a pin, or an appropriate amount of container (blood glucose sensor) is placed on the floor. ) 15 is swung out, and the contained amount (blood glucose level sensor) 15 exceeding the necessary amount needs to be returned to the container 19 again.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the container of the above-described conventional configuration, the lid 20 is removed when the stored item is taken out, and the stored blood glucose level sensor 15 may be swung out from the container 19 in a large amount at a time as shown in FIG. For this reason, there is a problem in that work other than the necessary quantity is returned to the container 19 again. In addition, when scattered on the floor or the like at once, there is a possibility of being contaminated with dust, moisture, etc., and there is a problem that it is very unsanitary. Furthermore, when removing the contents, it is necessary to completely remove the lid 20 and take out the contents. Therefore, the container 19 having a large opening is not airtight, and the contents are not free from dust or moisture. There was a problem of being exposed to.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described conventional problems, and can provide a highly airtight container that can reliably take out the desired quantity of thin and long plate-like objects. It is intended to do.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the container according to claim 1 of the present invention has a slit-like opening at the center, and a right-and-left inclination inclined downward from the slit-like opening to the side on both left and right sides thereof. A ceiling surface portion having a surface portion, a left and right inclined surface portion substantially parallel to the left and right inclined surface portions of the top surface, and a floor surface portion having a vertical partition extending upward from the top side of the left and right inclined surface portions; and An inner container having a rectangular cylindrical body shape having a side wall surface portion connecting the ceiling surface portion and the floor surface portion, and the ceiling surface portion and the floor in each of the left and right inner spaces divided by the vertical partition wall A plurality of elongated plate-like bodies having a length substantially equal to the dimension between the surface portions can be accommodated with the plate surface substantially parallel to the vertical partition. As a result, the direction of the elongated plate-shaped body is aligned in a certain direction in the container, and by tilting the container upside down, a large number of contents do not jump out at once, and easily and reliably the elongated plate-shaped body. Can be taken out one by one. Further, by providing a vertical partition on the floor member of the inner container, two rooms can be formed, and a large amount of contents can be stored in the small container. Furthermore, since the opening area of the slit-shaped opening is smaller than that of the opening of the conventional container, the slit-shaped opening has good airtightness, and the contents can be prevented from being exposed to outside dust or moisture.

[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
(Embodiment 1)
Hereinafter, the container according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, taking as an example the case where the stored item is a blood glucose level sensor.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a state in which a lid 3 is opened from a container 1 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the container 1. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the bottomless rectangular cylindrical body 16 constituting the inner container 4, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the floor member 17 constituting the inner container 4.
[0015]
In the figure, 1 is a container, 2 is an outer container having a rectangular parallelepiped cylindrical shape, and 3 is a lid body connected to the outer container 2 by a hinge 8 so as to be opened and closed. A plug member 13 for hermetically sealing the slit-like opening 5 is provided on the inner surface of the lid 3. The plug member 13 includes a plug member a13a which is three protrusions formed integrally with the lid body 3, and a rubber cap-shaped plug member b13b made of a rubber material different from the lid body 3. .
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 1, the plug member a13a and the rubber cap-shaped plug member b13b, which are the three fitting protrusions provided on the inner side of the lid 3 of the container 1, are connected to the plug member a13a as shown in FIG. One projection in the middle of the plug closes the opening as a plug that enters the vacant hole of the slit-shaped opening 5, the other two protrusions sandwich the outer periphery of the slit-shaped opening 5, and the plug member b13b It hits the seal part of the slit-like opening 5 and has a dimension that just seals the slit-like opening 5. Therefore, the slit-shaped opening 5 is opened and sealed simultaneously with opening and closing of the lid 3.
[0017]
4 is an inner container. The inner container 4 is composed of a bottomless rectangular cylindrical body 16 (shown in FIG. 3) and a floor member 17 (shown in FIG. 4), each of which is formed separately. The inner container 4 is as shown in FIG. The outer container 2 is inserted in the above order. The bottomless rectangular cylindrical body 16 has a slit surface 5 at the center, and a ceiling surface portion 11 having inclined surface portions (ceilings) 18 that incline toward the side from the slit opening 5 on both left and right sides thereof. The side wall surface part 14 which connects the ceiling surface part 11 and the floor surface part 12 is included. The floor member 17 includes a floor surface portion 12 that is a left and right inclined surface portion substantially parallel to the left and right inclined surface portions (ceiling) 18, and a vertical partition wall 9 that extends upward from the top side of the floor surface portion 12 that is the left and right inclined surface portions; including.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 6, the storage space of the container 1 is partitioned into two rooms by the vertical partition wall 9 provided on the floor member 17, and a large amount of blood glucose level sensor 15 can be stored in each room.
[0019]
Reference numeral 15 denotes an elongated plate-shaped body (blood glucose level sensor). As shown in FIG. 2, the plate surface is vertically placed in each of the left and right spaces divided by the vertical partition wall 9 in the container 1. It is accommodated in a state substantially parallel to the partition wall 9. Further, the dimension between the ceiling surface portion 11 and the floor surface portion 12 is substantially equal to the length of the elongated plate-shaped object (blood glucose level sensor) 15. Further, the dimension between the vertical partition wall 9 and the inner surface of the inner container 4 facing the vertical partition wall 14 is smaller than the width of the accommodation (blood glucose level sensor) 15.
[0020]
The slit-shaped opening 5 has an opening area smaller than that of the conventional container, and the width of the slit-shaped opening 5 is slit by the elongated plate-shaped material (blood glucose sensor) 15 accommodated in the container 1. The width is such that only one sheet emerges from the shape-shaped opening 5.
[0021]
The left and right inclined surface portions of the floor surface portion 12 are provided with a plurality of through holes 7, and a space between the left and right inclined surface portions of the floor surface portion 12 and the bottom surface of the outer container 2 as shown in FIG. 2. In addition, the desiccant 6 is stored. The desiccant 6 exhibits moisture absorption in the container 1 to maintain low humidity, and since the opening area of the slit-like opening 5 is small and the time required to open and close the lid 3 is short, the lid 3 is opened. When this occurs, there is little inflow of outside air into the container 1.
[0022]
Next, a method of using the container 1, that is, how to take out the contents (blood glucose level sensor) 15 in the container 1 will be described.
Since the ceiling surface portion 11 is inclined toward the slit-shaped opening portion 5, as shown in FIG. 6, when the container 1 is tilted, the stored item (blood sugar level sensor) 15 continues to the side wall surface portion 14. It is easy to slip on the ceiling surface portion 11, and as a result, the contents (blood glucose level sensor) 15 are likely to gather in the slit-shaped opening 5 during extraction.
[0023]
Therefore, in order to avoid excessive concentration, the floor surface portion 12 is inclined substantially parallel to the ceiling surface portion 11 as shown in FIG. 2, so that the contents (blood glucose level sensor) 15 are appropriately separated by this inclination. As shown in FIG. 6, when the container 1 is tilted, the contents (blood glucose level sensor) 15 are prevented from gathering at the ceiling surface portion 11 at a time and competing with each other to become difficult to come out from the slit-shaped opening 5. The accommodation (blood glucose level sensor) 15 is made to come out smoothly from the slit-shaped opening 5 in sequence.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the slit-shaped opening 5 has dimensions that take into account the clearance with respect to the width and thickness of a single item (blood glucose level sensor) 15. Come out one by one.
[0025]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, when the accommodation amount (blood glucose level sensor) 15 is consumed and the accommodation amount of the blood glucose level sensor 15 is reduced, and the blood glucose level sensor 15 is in a direction perpendicular to the normal direction, the slits are formed. It becomes impossible to take out from the shaped opening 5. Therefore, in the room constituted by the ceiling surface portion 11 and the floor surface portion 12, when the blood glucose level sensor 15 is about to be in this direction, the inclined floor surface portion 12 hits the blood glucose level sensor 15 and the contact portion 10 shown in FIG. I can't turn. That is, the dimension between the ceiling surface part 11 and the floor surface part 12, the length of the container (blood glucose level sensor) 15, the dimension between the inner surface of the inner container 4 facing the vertical partition wall 9 (ie, the side wall surface part 14), By suitably determining the relationship between the width of the stored item (blood glucose level sensor) 15, the orientation of the stored item (blood glucose level sensor) 15 does not change. The dimension between the ceiling surface portion 11 and the floor surface portion 12 is made substantially equal to the length of the container (blood glucose level sensor) 15, and between the inner surface of the inner container 4 facing the vertical partition wall 9 (ie, the side wall surface portion 14). If the size of the container is made smaller than the width of the container (blood glucose level sensor) 15, it is possible to prevent the direction from changing from the direction parallel to the vertical partition wall 9 and the inner surface of the inner container 4 (that is, the side wall surface portion 14). it can. Thereby, even if the accommodation quantity of the blood glucose level sensor 15 decreases, it can be taken out from the slit-shaped opening 5 in a certain direction without changing the direction.
[0026]
Therefore, when using the blood glucose level sensor 15, with the lid 3 opened from the container 1 as shown in FIG. 5, the container 1 is tilted and shaken lightly so that the slit-shaped opening 5 is positioned below. The blood glucose level sensors 15 that are contained can be taken out one by one easily and reliably.
[0027]
Next, how to put the contents (blood glucose level sensor) 15 in the container 1 will be described. First, the blood glucose level sensor 15 is put into the bottomless rectangular cylindrical body 16 with the slit-shaped opening 5 of the bottomless rectangular cylindrical body 16 facing downward, and then the vertical partition wall 9 of the floor member 17 faces downward. In this state, the floor member 17 is placed in the bottomless rectangular tubular body 16. Next, the desiccant 6 is put into the floor member 17. By covering the outer container 2 in this state, the assembly of the container 1 containing the blood glucose level sensor 15 and the desiccant 6 is completed. Thus, since the container 1 has a structure assembled from the inner container (bottomless rectangular cylindrical body) 16, the bottom member 17 of the inner container, and the outer container 2, the contents 15 can be easily stored in the container. can do.
[0028]
In addition, since the inner container 4 is press-fitted into the outer container 2, when the contents 15 are consumed and the container 1 becomes empty, the inner container 4 is pulled out from the outer container 2 and disassembled. Thus, the container 1 can be used repeatedly.
[0029]
Thus, the ceiling surface portion 11 having the slit-like opening portion 5 at the center and the left and right inclined surface portions 18 inclined downward from the slit-like opening portion 5 to the side on the left and right sides thereof, and the top surface. Left and right inclined surface portions substantially parallel to the left and right inclined surface portions, a floor surface portion 12 having a vertical partition wall 9 extending upward from the top side of the left and right inclined surface portions, and the ceiling surface portion 11 and the floor surface portion 12. The inner wall 4 having a rectangular cylindrical body shape having a side wall surface portion 14 to be connected is provided, and the ceiling surface portion 11 and the floor surface portion 12 are provided in each of the left and right inner spaces divided by the vertical partition wall 9. Since a plurality of elongated plate-like bodies having a length substantially equal to the dimension between them can be accommodated with their plate surfaces substantially parallel to the vertical partition wall 9, the container 1 is tilted and shaken lightly. By doing so, one container (blood glucose level sensor) 15 can be securely One, it is possible to take out. Therefore, unlike the conventional case, there is no need for many contained items to be ejected at a time or exposed to moisture or dirt, and the operation for returning more than necessary amounts to the container.
[0030]
In addition, since the plug member 13 is attached to the inner surface of the lid 3 that is connected to the outer container 2 that accommodates the inner container 4 by the hinge 8 so as to be opened and closed, the plate-shaped container 15 is efficiently attached to the lid member 13. It can be taken out one by one, and it is difficult for dust to enter and the influence of moisture can be reduced.
[0031]
A plurality of through holes 7 are provided in the left and right inclined surface portions of the floor surface portion 12, and the desiccant 6 is accommodated in a space between the left and right inclined surface portions of the floor surface portion 12 and the bottom surface of the two outer containers. Therefore, the inside of the container 1 can be kept in a low humidity state.
[0032]
In addition, the outer container 2 includes a bottom surface rectangular cylindrical body 16 including a ceiling surface portion 11 and a side wall surface portion 14 which are separately formed, and a floor member 17 including a floor surface portion 12 and a vertical partition wall 9. Since the floor member 17 and the bottomless rectangular cylindrical body 16 are inserted into the outer container 2 having a rectangular parallelepiped cylindrical shape in this order, the contents 15 and the desiccant 6 are provided. Can be easily assembled, and the container 1 can be easily used repeatedly.
[0033]
