E=48π2ρL4fn2/T2λn4 (1)
η=(△fn)/fn (2)
fD=2v(t)/λ
E=48π2ρL4fn2/T2λn4 (1)
η=(△fn)/fn (2)
E=48π2ρL4fn2/T2λn4 (n=1,3,5,・・・) (5)
η=(△fn)/fn (6)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a material property measuring apparatus for measuring dynamic Young's modulus and loss coefficient of various materials.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when obtaining the Young's modulus and loss factor of a material to be measured, a method called a mechanical resonance method has been used. In this mechanical resonance method, a Young's modulus and a loss coefficient are obtained by forcibly vibrating a piece of material to be measured formed into a strip shape. That is, the mechanical resonance method is to forcibly vibrate and detect the vibration characteristics to obtain the resonance frequency and sharpness of the material piece to be measured, from the size, mass density, etc. of the material piece to be measured. This is a technique for obtaining a loss factor.
[0003]
According to this mechanical resonance method, the Young's modulus E and the loss coefficient η of the material piece to be measured are obtained according to the following
E = 48π 2 ρL Four fn 2 / T 2 λn Four (1)
η = (Δfn) / fn (2)
Here, n is the order of the resonance mode, ρ is the density of the material piece to be measured [kg / m Three ], L is the effective vibration length [m], fn is the n-th resonance frequency [Hz], and T is the thickness [m] of the piece of material to be measured. .lambda.n is a constant and indicates values of 1.875, 4.694, 7.855... for n = 1, 2, 3,. Δfn is the half width in the n-th vibration mode.
