Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention can separate a tuner unit and a monitor unit in a television receiver.Audiovisual reception systemRelated to. As the monitor unit, it is particularly preferable to use a thin flat display device such as a plasma display or an EL display in addition to a liquid crystal display.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, LCD monitors characterized by space-saving and power-saving along with their price drop have been rapidly spreading as desktop computer monitors on the desktop, establishing their position as a display device after CRT, and the CRT monitor market It is the momentum to swallow.
For general consumers, liquid crystal monitors have become familiar products, and not only as monitors for PCs, but also as TV receivers that take advantage of their styles.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In general, a television receiver has an antenna input terminal on the back surface or the like, and is mostly connected to the antenna terminal on the wall of the house with a coaxial cable. Conventional CRT television receivers are heavy and do not move frequently, and are often left at the corners of the walls or rooms.
[0004]
On the other hand, LCD TVs are much thinner and lighter than CRTs, so they can be mounted on a wall or mounted on a stand for freedom of installation. If the coaxial cable for the antenna is routed to such a liquid crystal television, the good installation property is lost. Moreover, since the interior property like the forehead of a picture is also impaired, there is a demand for not connecting a wire such as a cord as much as possible.
[0005]
In response to such a demand, for example, there is a video and audio wireless transmission system in a format in which a composite signal and a stereo audio signal are transmitted wirelessly. The above system inputs composite signals and stereo audio signals to the transmitter, and sends video and audio to a liquid crystal television located a few meters away. Is. Of course, there is a receiver corresponding to the transmitter on the liquid crystal television side.
[0006]
However, in order to receive broadcast waves and watch a program in this system, it is necessary to use a tuner unit built in the liquid crystal television main body, and eventually the antenna line is drawn to the liquid crystal television main body. Of course, if a video deck placed in a rack or the like has a built-in tuner, the video and audio selected by that tuner can be input to the transmitter and transmitted wirelessly. Since it is necessary to operate the video deck itself, such as using a remote control, it is not always easy to use.
[0007]
The purpose of the present invention is to,Installation by routing the antenna wireReceiver, display device, and video / audio reception system using themIs to provide.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems. The tuner unit and the monitor unit of the television receiver areFor receiver and displayIsolated and isolatedReceiverA wireless transmission unit is installed in theDisplay deviceThe video and audio are played back wirelessly. Also,ReceiverWhenWith display deviceControl data was exchanged between the two so as to eliminate the difference in operating state between the two.At that time, the selected video and audio and the control data are multiplexed on the same channel, and transmission and reception are performed between the receiving device and the display device. This makes it easy to use without compromising the installation and interior characteristics of the antenna wire.Audiovisual reception systemCan be realized.
[0009]
In more detail, the aboveTo achieve the purpose,For example, in a receiving device, a data input for receiving, in a wireless form, a receiving unit that receives a broadcast wave including a video signal and an audio signal, and control data for controlling the video signal and the audio signal received by the receiving unit. A video / audio signal output unit that converts the video signal and audio signal received by the reception unit so that the video signal and the audio signal can be transmitted wirelessly, and outputs the video signal by the video / audio signal output unit. And a control unit that controls to output the response data for responding to the control data input by the data input unit together with the video signal and the audio signal when outputting the audio signal. .
[0010]
In order to achieve the above object, for example, in a display device, data including a video signal, an audio signal, and control data for controlling the video signal and the audio signal transmitted from the receiving device are wirelessly transmitted. A first input unit that is input in the form of: a separation unit that separates data input to the first input unit into a video signal, an audio signal, and control data; and a video signal that is separated by the separation unit; A configuration including a display reproduction unit that displays and reproduces an audio signal, and a control unit that controls the display reproduction unit to display and reproduce a video signal and an audio signal based on the control data separated by the separation unit And
[0011]
In order to achieve the above object, for example, in a video / audio reception system having a reception device and a display device, the reception device includes a reception unit that receives a broadcast wave including a video signal and an audio signal, and the reception unit. A data input unit for inputting control data for controlling the received video signal and audio signal in a wireless form, and a video signal and an audio signal received by the receiving unit can be transmitted in a wireless form Video / audio signal output unit that outputs after conversion processing, and response data for responding to control data input by the data input unit when the video / audio signal output unit outputs the video signal and audio signal And a control unit that controls the video signal and the audio signal to be mixed and output. In addition, the display device includes a first input unit that inputs, in a wireless form, data in which video signals, audio signals, and response data transmitted from the receiving device are mixed, and data that is input to the first input unit. Is separated into a video signal, an audio signal and response data, a display reproduction unit for displaying and reproducing the video signal and the audio signal separated by the separation unit, and the display reproduction unit by the separation unit And a control unit that controls to display and reproduce the video signal and the audio signal based on the separated response data.
