Description

【0001】

A pair of leg plates that are pivotably connected to a connecting portion provided on the base plate, and the two leg plates are assembled so that the tips of the leg plates engage with each other to form a triangular shape in side view with the frame plate and the two leg plates. In addition, the frame plate is provided with a locking body that is configured so that both leg plates are folded over the frame plate and folded in a three-layered manner, and the two folded leg plates are prevented from moving in the plate surface direction. It can also be used as a pool floor formed in the above.
[0009]
In the case of this pool floor, the locking body prevents the two leg plates from moving in the plate surface direction.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 1, the pool floor 1 is composed of a floor plate 2 for raising the pool bottom surface and a leg 3 for supporting the floor plate 2 at an appropriate height by being installed on the pool bottom. The six leg bodies 3 are fixed to each other.
[0012]
The floor plate 2 is made of plastic having a hollow part and is edged by forming an edge 2b on a rectangular flooring 2a, and three sets of two angle members 2c are fixed along the short side, Two legs 3 are fixed to the angle member 2c. The floor member 2a and the angle member 2c can be connected and fixed by appropriate connecting means such as fixing by fitting or engagement between members in addition to using a fixing tool such as a bolt or a rivet. When fixing the leg 3, it is possible to use a similar fixing tool.
[0013]
The leg 3 has a triangular shape in side view when assembled, but is constructed so as to be disassembled and folded as shown in FIG. 2, and is a frame plate for fixing to the floor plate 2 as shown in FIGS. 4, a pair of leg plates 5 and 6 are rotatably connected to each other, and are arranged in a face-to-face manner with an installation interval. In the leg body 3, the frame plate 4 and the leg plates 5 and 6 are formed by integral molding using plastics in order to reduce weight and prevent corrosion.
[0014]
The frame plate 4 is formed with a pair of overhanging edge portions 4a on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the rectangular plate material so as to face both end portions of the long side. A portion between the overhanging edge portions 4a and 4a along each short side is a connecting portion 4b formed with a concave and convex portion for pivoting, and the leg plates 5 and 6 are rotatable with respect to each connecting portion 4b. It is connected. In addition, an engaging convex portion 7 having a width w1 and a depth w2 is formed in a portion corresponding to the root of the leg plate 6 inside the connecting portion 4b (FIGS. 5 and 6).
[0015]
The leg plate 5 has a plate frame shape. The leg plate 5 has a plate surface on the side not in contact with the frame plate 4 as a front surface 5a, and the opposite side as a back surface 5b, and a pivotal concave and convex portion that is rotatably connected to the connecting portion 4b is formed at the base end portion thereof. This is a connecting portion 5c, and the connecting portion 5c is rotatably connected to the connecting portion 4b via a support pin (not shown). The leg plate 5 is formed with handle portions 5e and 5e by appropriately projecting a substantially intermediate portion from the connecting portion 5c to the tip portion 5d, and the handle portions 5e and 5e forming portions of the surface 5a are improved in strength and lightened. For this reason, a recess is provided. The front end portion 5d has an engagement recess portion 8 in which a middle portion is partially cut off, and both ends thereof are set as engagement end portions 9 and 9. The engagement recess 8 is formed in a size corresponding to the engagement protrusion 7 and has a notch width w3 and a depth w4 that are equal to or slightly larger than the width w1 and the depth w2, respectively. The engagement end 9 has a lateral width of w5. The leg plate 5 is formed with a pair of engaging convex portions 10 and 10 in the vicinity of the connecting portion 5c on the surface 5a. Each engagement convex part 10 is formed so that the horizontal width is w6 and the vertical width is w7.
[0016]
The leg plate 6 has a plate frame shape. The leg plate 6 has a plate surface on the side not in contact with the leg plate 5 as the front surface 6a and the opposite side as the back surface 6b, and has a pivotal concave and convex portion that is rotatably connected to the connecting portion 4b at the base end portion. This is a connecting portion 6c, and this connecting portion 6c is rotatably connected to the connecting portion 4b. Further, the leg plate 6 has an anti-slip rubber 11 fixed to the front surface 6a side of the front end portion 6d, and engagement recesses 12 and 12 formed in the vicinity of the front end portion 6d of the back surface 6b. Each engagement recess 12 is formed so as to correspond to the size and position of the engagement protrusion 10, and its horizontal width w8 is equal to or slightly larger than the horizontal width w6, and its vertical width w9 is equal to or slightly larger than w7. It is formed so that
[0017]
The leg body 3 having the above configuration is assembled and used in a triangular shape when viewed from the side as shown in FIGS. 1 and 10, but the leg plate 5 and the leg plate 6 are sequentially folded on the frame plate 4 when not in use. It can be folded and folded as shown in FIG. Therefore, unlike the case where the leg 3 is not deformed, it does not take a place even if they are stacked on each other, and the storage space can be saved.
[0018]
At this time, the leg plate 5 is first folded, and this is done by rotating the leg plate 5 with the connecting portion 4b as the rotation axis. When the leg plate 5 is rotated, the leg plate 5 can be folded on the frame plate 4. At this time, since the engaging concave portion 8 corresponds to the engaging convex portion 7, the engaging concave portion 8 covers the outside of the engaging convex portion 7, and at the same time, the engaging end portions 9, 9 are engaged convex portions. 7 is located on both sides (FIG. 6).
[0019]
Next, the leg plate 6 is folded, and this is performed by rotating the connecting portion 6c about the connecting portion 4b as a rotation axis. At this time, the back surface 6b can be folded so as to overlap the front surface 5a of the leg plate 5. At this time, the engagement recess 12 covers the engagement projection 10 from above.
[0020]
Folding is completed in this state, and a three-layered leg 3 is completed as shown in FIG. Thus, the leg body 3 can be made into a substantially flat plate shape by folding the leg body 3 from a triangular shape in side view into a three-layered shape. Therefore, when the pool 1 is not used, each leg 3 can be folded in three, so that the storage space can be saved and the installation location can be moved by carrying it around. It becomes simple. Further, since the work necessary to form the three sheets is mainly to rotate and fold the leg plates 5 and 6, it does not take time and effort.
[0021]
Further, as shown in the figure, the three-legged leg 3 has the engaging end portions 9 and 9 positioned on both sides of the engaging convex portion 7 and the engaging concave portion 12 engaged with the engaging convex portion 10. They are folded together. When this state is seen in the relationship between the plate members of the frame plate 4 and the leg plates 5 and 6, the engagement concave portion 8 covers the engagement convex portion 7 in the relationship between the frame plate 4 and the leg plate 5, and at the same time the engagement end portion. 9 is in a relationship of sandwiching the engaging convex portion 7 from both sides, so that the movement of the leg plate 5 in the plate surface direction is restricted, and in the relationship between the leg plate 5 and the leg plate 6, the engagement concave portion 12 and the engaging convex portion 10 are The movement in the plate surface direction is regulated by the concave-convex engagement. These relationships function as a structure (lateral shift prevention structure) that prevents the side slip (position shift) between the plate members. Accordingly, even when the three-legged leg 3 is carried, the three-ply state is maintained in a state in which the movement in the plate surface direction is restricted, so that it is convenient to handle without feeling bothered by the lateral displacement of the leg plates. It will be a thing.
[0022]
In particular, the leg plates 5 and 6 are connected to each other via a support pin so as to be freely rotatable. Therefore, if there is no structure for preventing these lateral displacements, the leg plates 5 and 6 have only the leg plate 5 or the leg body 6. When lifting or carrying the three-legged leg 3, the weight load tends to concentrate on the connecting portions of the leg plates 5 and 6, and damage is easily caused accordingly. However, since the leg 3 restricts the movement of the frame plate 4 and the leg plates 5 and 6 in the direction of the plate surfaces by this lateral shift prevention structure, the weight load of the leg 3 is the connecting portion of the leg plates 5 and 6. To the other parts via the lateral slip prevention structure, and the part is less likely to break.
[0023]
As described above, the pool floor 1 has a structure in which the slippage is surely prevented and the damage is less likely to occur due to such a lateral slip prevention structure. In order to achieve this lateral shift prevention structure, two engaging convex portions 10 and two engaging concave portions 12 are formed, but the number is not limited to this. The shape is rectangular in plan view as shown in the figure, but this is not limited. For example, it can be a circular shape in plan view. The same applies to the engaging convex portion 8 and the engaging concave portion 9.
[0024]
Next, a procedure when the leg 3 is assembled and used will be described. The leg 3 is opened by rotating the leg plate 6 from the folded state shown in FIG. 8 and opening the leg plate 5 by rotating the leg plate 5 in the opposite direction. Next, the tip portions of the leg plate 5 and the leg plate 6 are brought close to each other so as to face each other, and the tip portion of the leg plate 5 is positioned slightly below the tip portion of the leg plate 6 (FIG. 9A). Then, the engaging end portions 9 and 9 are fitted into the engaging recess portions 12 and 12 and a predetermined locking member a is applied to lock the distal end portions of the leg plate 5 and the leg plate 6 so as not to be separated. Then, it can be assembled in a triangular shape in a side view with the frame plate 4 serving as the bottom and the concave and convex engaging portions of the tip portions of the leg plates 5 and 6 as apexes 13. FIG. 10 shows the installation state in which the anti-slip rubber 11 located at the apex 13 is reversed so that it is at the bottom. Such a triangular shape in side view is performed on each leg 3 of the pool floor 1 and is installed on the pool bottom so that the anti-slip rubber 11 of each leg 3 is at the bottom. Is used. If it carries out like this, raising corresponding to the height of the leg 3 can be performed, and the water depth of a pool can be made shallow.
[0025]
FIG. 11 shows a leg body 23 which is a modified example of the leg body 3 described above. The leg body 23 is a leg body 25 in which the frame plate 4 is provided in a series along the long side and the edge portion 4a is provided in a series, and a strip-like locking body 24 is formed so that the handle 5e of the leg body 5 is not formed. And the structure which does not form the engagement structure (the engagement structure by the engagement convex part 7 and the engagement recessed part 8, and the engagement structure by the engagement convex part 10 and the engagement recessed part 12) which prevents the movement of a plate | board surface direction It is as. The leg body 25 functions as an engagement structure that restricts the movement of the leg plate 5 and the leg plate 6 in the plate surface direction, and thus the leg body 25 is as convenient as the leg body 3.
Further, a locking body such as the locking body 24 may be formed on the leg 3 described above, and the movement of the leg plate may be prevented by both the locking body and the engagement structure.
[0026]
When the existing pool floor 1 is dismantled, it can be compactly accommodated by removing the leg 3 from the floor board 2 and making it into a triple folded state. Since the folded leg 3 itself has a substantially flat plate shape, a plurality of legs 3 can be stacked and stably stacked, and the space for storage together with the disassembled flooring 2 and angle material can be saved.
