この発明に係るエレベーターの乗場装置においては、昇降路に設けられた乗場の出入口の縁部を形成する三方枠と、この三方枠の昇降路側に設けられて出入口を開閉する引き戸と、出入口上縁の昇降路側に設けられて引き戸を開閉動作させる開閉装置と、三方枠の上縁部の内部に設けられて回転軸線が水平に配置された巻き取り機構及び火災災害拡大防止性能を有する可撓性板状材からなり常時は巻き取り機構に巻き取られて上昇位置に配置され要時に下降して出入口を閉塞する閉塞体からなる火災時閉塞装置と、この火災時閉塞装置の機能部材を収納したケースを三方枠の上枠に装着する第一種取付金具及びケースを開閉装置のハンガーケースに装着する第二種取付金具とが設けられる。
