Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a grip structure for agricultural tools.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For conventional agricultural tools, for example, in the pruning shears, the grip part is generally structured to cover the periphery of the arm body with an anti-slip rubber member, or the arm body does not use a rubber member at all It was the target.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the structure of the conventional gripping part (of the pruning shears) is unnecessarily thick when covered with rubber, so it is difficult to say that it has a shape that is easy to grip, and does not use a rubber member. It was easy to slip when grasped, and it was inconvenient for making delicate cuts together.
[0004]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a gripping part structure for an agricultural tool that can reduce the weight of the pruning shears, make the arm easy to grip, and enable delicate blade movement during use.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the grip part structure for agricultural tools according to the present invention has a notch formed along the longitudinal direction, and has a protrusion along the longitudinal direction of the bottom wall surface of the notch , and A metal arm main body having a plurality of mounting small holes formed so as to open to the bottom wall surface, and a plurality of insertion small protrusions that are inserted into the mounting small holes and are prevented from coming off. A hard synthetic resin inner layer member having a shape along the bottom wall surface, and an anti-slip outer layer member made of an elastomer or a soft synthetic resin integrated with the resin inner layer member, and the resin inner layer member and the above A cover member is formed by an anti-slip outer layer member, and the resin inner layer member has a fitting recess that fits externally on the protrusion on the bottom wall surface .
[0006]
Further, the proximal end side and distal end side of the upper Symbol arm body to form a stepped shape catches to omit the cutout portion, to the latching portion, the proximal end of the cover member which is fitted in the ridge And the front end portion are brought into contact with each other, and even if the cover member is fitted, the base end side and the front end side are not displaced.
Further, the arm main body is made of aluminum die cast.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings illustrating embodiments.
[0008]
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a gripping part structure for agricultural tools of the present invention, and illustrates the case of a pruning shear as an agricultural tool. In the present invention, an agricultural tool is defined to include a horticultural work tool. The pruning scissors include arm bodies 3 and 4 which are grips, first scissors blades 14 and second scissors blades 15 fixed on the longitudinal extensions of the respective arm bodies 3 and 4, and the above two pieces. A pivot shaft 12 that is pivotally attached to the base end side of the blades 14 and 15 and can be opened and closed, and a spring 9 that elastically biases the two arm bodies 3 and 4 in the opening direction, A locking hook 8 that serves as a stopper when the arm bodies 3 and 4 are closed, and first and second protrusions 10 and 11 for restricting the closed position when the arm bodies 3 and 4 are closed, It has.
[0009]
2 to 5 exemplify a specific configuration of the arm body 3, and the arm body 3 is formed with a notch 16 along the longitudinal direction as shown in the side view of FIG. 22 has a gentle curve when viewed from the side. As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 5, the bottom wall surface 22 has a ridge 17 and a plurality of small mounting holes 5a to 5c are arranged along the longitudinal direction. The positions of the mounting small holes 5a to 5c are arranged in a line at a predetermined pitch in the longitudinal direction along the center line in the width direction of the arm body 3, and the shaft centers of the mounting small holes 5a, 5b, and 5c. Are arranged parallel to each other. Further, the arm body 3 has mounting holes 21 and 21 for fixing the first scissors blade 14 to the base end side 3a with mounting screws 13 (see FIG. 1), and the main body arm 3 is closed to the distal end side 3b. It has a locking hook 8 for maintaining the state.
[0010]
In the side view of the arm main body 3 in FIG. 2, the notch 16 is omitted from the proximal end 3a and the distal end 3b to form stepped catches (stoppers) 23, 24. When the cover member 19 is externally fitted to the protrusion 17, the base end portion 19 a and the tip end portion 19 b abut against the catch portions (stopper portions) 23, 24, and the cover member 19 is moved in the longitudinal direction. The structure does not shift (see FIG. 8).
[0011]
Further, in the cross-sectional view of the arm body 3 in FIG. 5, the protrusion 17 has a mountain-shaped cross-section, so if the cover member 19 is externally fitted as shown in FIG. It has a structure that does not shift in the direction.
[0012]
The arm body 3 is preferably made of aluminum die cast. If aluminum die casting is used, the small holes 5a, 5b and 5c can be formed at the same time as die casting, which is convenient and can be made relatively lightweight. In addition to being strong, it has excellent durability.
[0013]
In the side view of FIG. 6 and the cross-sectional view of FIG. 7, a cover member 19 in which the resin inner layer member 2 and the non-slip outer layer (elastomer) member 1 are integrated is shown. More specifically, the resin inner layer member 2 is injection-molded into a substantially U-shaped cross-section having a fitting recess 18 fitted into the notch 16 so as to contact the bottom wall surface 22 of the arm body 3. It is a thin hard synthetic resin that is gently curved in the longitudinal direction and has a plurality of small insertion protrusions 7a to 7c in the insertion recess 18. Further, the outer diameter of the small insertion protrusion 7 is set to be larger (0.4 to 1.2 mm) than the inner diameter of the small mounting hole 5, and it does not come out by inserting the small insertion protrusion 7 into the small mounting hole 5. It has a structure.
[0014]
Further, the non-slip outer layer member 1 has a substantially U-shaped cross-sectional inverted shape, and is externally fitted to the outer surface of the inner layer member 2 so as to be integrated. That is, the inner layer member 2 is first molded with a hard synthetic resin, and then the inner layer member 2 is placed in a mold to integrate the elastomer or soft synthetic resin material by injection molding or compression molding. Thus, the cover member 19 is formed. In other words, the outer layer member 1 is laminated integrally on the outer surface 20 of the inner layer member 2. Further, as shown in the sectional view of FIG. 7, both ends of the resin inner layer member 2 have flange portions 2a and 2b bent outward, and both end edges 1a and 1b of the outer layer member 1 are the flange portions 2a and 2b. Abut. As shown in the side view of FIG. 6, the flange portions 2 a and 2 b of the resin inner layer member 2 can be seen along the longitudinal direction. Therefore, it is easy to make the design beauty by making the colors (hues) of the inner layer member 2 and the outer layer member 1 different.
[0015]
The side view of FIG. 8 and the cross-sectional view of FIG. 9 show the assembled state in which the small insertion protrusion 7 of the resin inner layer member 2 is inserted into the small mounting hole 5 of the arm body 3. Since the diameter of the plurality of small insertion protrusions 7 of the resin inner layer member 2 is larger than the small mounting holes 5 of the arm body 3, the small insertion protrusions 7 cannot be removed if they are press-fitted into the small mounting holes 5. Moreover, since the external force which grips the arm main body 3 works in the direction which pushes the several insertion small protrusion 7 into the small hole 5 for attachment, it has a rational structure which does not isolate | separate.
[0016]
After inserting the plurality of small insertion protrusions 7 of the resin inner layer member 2 into the small mounting holes 5 of the arm body 3, the tip of the small insertion protrusion 7 is applied with external pressure or by heat pressure. It is good also as a structure which is crushed and is still more difficult to come out as a bulging shape.
[0017]
Further, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and for example, it is also free to have a structure in which the anti-slip outer layer member 1 and the resin inner layer member 2 are attached to both the arm main bodies 3 and 4. In addition to the pruning shears, the present invention can be applied to various types of agricultural tool grips (including horticultural work tools).
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
[0019]
(According to claim 1 ) Since the resin inner layer member 2 and the anti-slip outer layer member 1 are integrated, even the relatively soft anti-slip outer layer member 1 is firmly attached to the arm body 3. It becomes possible. Further, since the plurality of small insertion protrusions 7a to 7c are inserted into the small holes 5a to 5c for attachment of the arm body 3, the attachment work to the arm body 3 can be performed quickly and easily, and an external force for gripping in a direction not to be detached is generated. Because it adds, it has a long life for a long period of use. Also, by using the non-slip outer layer member 1 having low hardness on the outer surface side of the grip part, it becomes easy to process into a shape that is easy to grip, and (the anti-slip outer layer member 1 is covered on the entire periphery of the arm body 3). Because the grip does not become unnecessarily thick, it is possible to use delicate heels. In addition, when the grip portion is viewed from the side, the inner layer member 2 and the outer layer member 1 can be easily color-coded in two colors, and it is easy to make a design change, thereby increasing the degree of freedom in design.
Further, the cover member 19 is not positioned in the width direction and has a long life.
(According to claim 2 ) When the cover member 19 is externally fitted, the positions can be reliably regulated on the proximal end side 3a and the distal end side 3b of the arm body 3, and the life is further prolonged.
(According to claim 3 ) The arm body 3 is made of aluminum die-casting, so that the manufacture becomes easy. For example, the mounting small holes 5 can be formed simultaneously with the molding, and the weight can be reduced.
