Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a board case locking structure that accommodates a game electronic circuit board and is attached to a gaming machine, and more particularly, to a gaming machine board case locking structure with improved security against tampering of a game electronic circuit board. Is.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, most of gaming machines such as a pachinko machine, a pinball game, a smart ball, and a slot machine are controlled by a game electronic circuit using a microcomputer. The game electronic circuit includes a central processing unit (CPU) that performs general arithmetic processing, a storage element (RAM) that can read and write data, a storage element (ROM) that can only read data, and the like. The game operation is controlled by the CPU using the data stored in the RAM and ROM.
[0003]
The ROM stores, for example, data for determining the probability of occurrence of big hits and small hits of bonuses according to the model of the gaming machine. The ROM is detachably mounted on the game electronic circuit board, and the characteristics of the game operation can be changed by exchanging the ROM.
[0004]
Under such circumstances, in the above gaming machine, there is a possibility that a third party may illegally replace the ROM of the game electronic circuit board. Therefore, in order to prevent unauthorized replacement of the ROM, the game electronic circuit board is usually attached to the inside of the gaming machine in a state of being housed in the board case. However, unauthorized replacement of the ROM cannot be prevented simply by housing the game electronic circuit board in the board case. In order to prevent unauthorized opening of the board case, there has been proposed a structure in which the board case is attached to the gaming machine with a holder metal fitting with a locking device placed on the upper lid of the board case (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-4947). No. publication).
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, it is not impossible for a third party who wants to exchange the ROM illegally to unlock the holder metal locking device illegally. Therefore, at present, there are inadequate protection means against illegal replacement of the ROM of the game electronic circuit board, and there is a demand for an improvement.
[0006]
According to the present invention, as a result of various examinations of the improvement measures, it is more practical to detect the fact at an early stage and take subsequent measures against alteration of the electronic circuit board for games such as illegal exchange of ROM. It was completed based on the view. That is, an object of the present invention is to provide a board case locking structure for a gaming machine that can reliably determine that a game electronic circuit board has been highly altered.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the board case locking structure of a gaming machine according to the present invention is a game in which a board case containing a game electronic circuit board can be removed only when unlocked via a fixture with a locking device. In a board case locking structure of a gaming machine attached to a machine, it is provided with a locking member protective device in which a cover member that covers a locking part of a locking device and a sealing member that seals the opening of the cover member are integrally formed, and a sealing member Is made of a flexible synthetic resin, and has a base part having a first sealing part for connecting the cover member to the fixing tool, and a tip part extending from the base part as a fixing tool instead of the first sealing part. A plurality of second sealing portions to be connected are integrally formed, and the first sealing portion and the second sealing portion are elastically deformed and inserted into a connection hole provided at a connected portion of the fixture, and are connected. Recovers elastically so that it cannot be pulled out from the hole. The first sealing portion is formed by integrally forming a shredding portion and a sealing head that connect the sealing head to the base portion so as to be able to be shredded, and the second sealing portion pulls the sealing head to the tip portion. It is characterized in that a pulling and cutting portion that is connected so as to be able to be shredded and a sealing head are integrally formed .
[0008]
In the board case locking structure of the gaming machine of the present invention, since the sealing member regulates the opening of the cover member, it is necessary to cut the sealing member when exposing the locking part of the locking device covered by the cover member. Therefore, it is proved that there is a high possibility that the locking device is unlocked by the trace of the sealing member being cut and the board case is removed from the gaming machine.
[0009]
In addition , a base portion having a first sealing portion for connecting the cover member to the fixing member on the sealing member, and a plurality of tip portions extending from the base portion are connected to the fixing device instead of the first sealing portion. since the second sealing portion of the are integrally formed, it improves the handling of the case where confirmatory test gaming electronic circuit board accommodated in the board case is made a plurality of times.
[0010]
Further, the sealing member is made flexible synthetic resin, is inserted elastically deformed connection hole formed in the connecting portion of the fastener, and you pull incapable elastic return from the connecting hole a sealing mark head, since the pull shredded portion connecting to allow shredded pull the seal head to the base portion or the tip portion are integrally formed, the Ru easy to seal working and opening operations by sealing member.

[0028]
A locking portion 31M is integrally formed above the cover member 31A. The protrusion 31N of the locking portion 31M is fitted into a notch 26D (see FIG. 5) formed at the top of the box-shaped cover portion 26B of the holder metal 26. This fitting prevents the upper end portion of the cover member 31 </ b> A from floating from the holder metal fitting 26.
[0029]
Further, the management number 31P assigned to the substrate case 20 is described as “TC1234567”, for example, on the surface of the cover member 31A, and the history number is indicated at the base of the second sealing portions 31E, 31F, 31G. (1), (2), (3) are marked. The management number 31P is described by laser marking or the like.
[0030]
The inspection history seal 25 affixed to the upper lid 23 is made of fragile paper that is easily torn. The inspection history seal 25 includes items for displaying the usage status of the first sealing portion 31D and the second sealing portions 31E, 31F, and 31G of the sealing member 31B, and the purpose of sealing, the date of sealing, and the person in charge of sealing. The item which describes is provided.
[0031]
In the gaming machine substrate case locking structure according to this embodiment, first, as shown in FIG. 1, the sealing member 24 is attached to the gaming machine substrate case 20 in which the game electronic circuit board is accommodated. The space between the upper lid 23 and the case main body 22 is sealed using the first sealing portion 24B. That is, the sealing head 24 </ b> H projecting from the tip of the first sealing portion 24 </ b> B is inserted into the connection hole 22 </ b> A of the case body 22. The sealing head 24H inserted into the connecting hole 22A cannot be pulled out from the connecting hole 22A when the pair of locking pieces 24I and 24I are elastically restored and engaged with the periphery of the connecting hole 22A.
[0032]
This series of operations, that is, the game electronic circuit board is accommodated in the gaming machine substrate case 20 including the case main body 22 and the upper lid 23, and the space between the upper lid 23 and the case main body 22 is sealed by the first sealing portion 24B. The work is performed by a predetermined association that handles the electronic circuit board for games.
[0033]
The gaming machine substrate case 20 in which the space between the upper lid 23 and the case main body 22 is sealed by the first sealing portion 24B in the combination is transported to the manufacturer of the pachinko machine. In the transportation process, when the upper lid 23 is opened from the case body 22, the ROM on the game electronic circuit board can be illegally exchanged. However, as shown in FIG. 1, the first sealing portion 24 </ b> B connects the upper lid 23 and the case main body 22 without being loosened. For this reason, the upper lid 23 cannot be opened from the case body 22 unless the first sealing portion 24B is cut or broken. Therefore, a third party who intends to illegally replace the ROM of the game electronic circuit board has to cut or break the first sealing portion 24B.
[0034]
The sealing member 24 including the first sealing portion 24B is made of a crystalline thermoplastic resin that is difficult to re-adhere, specifically, polypropylene. The sealing member 24 made of resin is difficult to adhere to the substrate case 20 and the fixing bracket 21. For this reason, once the first sealing portion 24B is cut or broken, the re-adhesion is difficult, so that the trace remains, and an illegal act such as an illegal exchange of the ROM of the game electronic circuit board is detected.
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 1, the board case 20 for gaming machines transported to the manufacturer of the pachinko machine has its right side inserted into the receiving part 21A of the fixing bracket 21, and its lower left side supported on the support piece 21F. Thus, it is set on the base plate 21C. Then, by rotating the holder metal piece 26 upright, covering the cover portion 26B on the latch receiver 21E and locking the cylinder lock 27, the holder portion 26A is joined to the notch step portion 23A of the upper lid 23, A gaming machine substrate case 20 is attached to the fixture 21.
[0036]
As shown in FIG. 2, the board case 20 for gaming machines attached to the fixing bracket 21 cannot be pulled out from the connecting hole 21B on the receiving portion 21A side by the sealing head 24H of the second sealing portion 24D of the sealing member 24. Inserted in the state. For the gaming machine board case 20 fixed to the mounting plate P of the pachinko machine through the fixing bracket 21 in this manner, the right end of the upper lid 23 and the pachinko machine P side are fixed using the second sealing portion 24D of the sealing member 24. The space between the metal fittings 21 is sealed.
[0037]
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the sealing head 34 </ b> H of the first sealing portion 31 </ b> D of the key guard 31 is inserted into the connection hole 26 </ b> C of the holder metal fitting 26 so as not to be pulled out. Thus, at the left end of the gaming machine substrate case 20, the first sealing part 31D of the key guard 31 is used to seal between the cover member 31A of the key guard 31 covering the cylinder lock 27 and the surface of the box-shaped cover part 26B. . In this case, the person in charge of the sealing work using the first sealing part 31D in the manufacturer enters the purpose of the sealing work, the work date, and the name of the person in charge of the work in the inspection history seal 25.
[0038]
In the manufacturer, the space between the upper lid 23 and the receiving portion 21A of the fixing bracket 21, and the space between the cover member 31A of the key guard 31 and the surface of the box-shaped cover portion 26B are respectively formed by the second sealing portion 24D and the first sealing portion 31D. The sealed gaming machine substrate case 20 is transported to the hall in a state of being built in the pachinko machine.
[0039]
During the transportation process, the board case 20 for gaming machines does not unlock the cylinder lock 27 because the holder portion 26A of the holder metal fitting 26 with the cylinder lock 27 is locked to the notch step portion 23A of the upper lid 23. As long as it can not be removed. In addition, the cylinder lock 27 cannot expose the keyhole unless the first sealing portion 31D of the key guard 31 is cut or broken. At this time, since the chopped sealing head 31H remains in the fastened portion, the destruction state is easily apparent from the outside. Therefore, a third party who intends to illegally replace the ROM of the game electronic circuit board has to cut or break the first sealing portion 31D. The act is discovered.
[0040]
The sealing member 31B of the key guard 31 including the first sealing portion 31D is also made of a crystalline thermoplastic resin that is difficult to re-adhere, specifically, polypropylene. The sealing member 31 made of this resin is difficult to adhere to the holder fitting 26. For this reason, once the first sealing portion 31D is cut or broken, re-adhesion is difficult, so that the trace remains, and an illegal act such as an illegal exchange of the ROM of the game electronic circuit board is detected.
[0041]
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the second sealing portion 24 </ b> D connects the upper lid 23 and the receiving portion 21 </ b> A of the fixing bracket 21 with less looseness, so that the cylinder lock 27 is illegally unlocked. However, it is impossible to open the upper lid 23 from the case body 22 unless the second sealing portion 24D is cut or broken. Therefore, a third party who intends to illegally replace the ROM of the game electronic circuit board is forced to cut or break the second sealing portion 24D. In such a case, the second sealing portion must be broken. In other words, illegal acts such as illegal exchange of the substrate case 1 itself become more difficult.
[0042]
In the hall where the pachinko machine is installed, several on-site inspections by police officers are conducted to check whether or not the ROM is illegally exchanged for the game electronic circuit board housed in the gaming machine board case 20 in the pachinko machine. Done. In this on-site inspection, first, the first sealing portion 31D of the key guard 31 in the state shown in FIG. 6 is pulled away from the shredding portion 31L, leaving the sealing head 31H, and the key guard 31 is removed from the surface of the box-shaped cover portion 26B. Remove. The seal can be easily released by simply pulling the base portion 31C. Then, the cylinder lock 27 is unlocked by a key operation, the holder fitting 26 is pulled downward, and the engagement of the notch step portion 23A of the upper lid 23 by the holder portion 26A is released.
[0043]
Next, the second sealing portion 24D that connects the upper lid 23 and the receiving portion 21A of the fixing bracket 21 is torn away from the torn portion 24L, leaving the sealing head 24H (see FIG. 4). And the 1st sealing part 24B which has connected the upper cover 23 and the case main body 22 is shredded leaving the sealing head 24H from the shredding part 24L.
[0044]
Through the above series of operations, the upper lid 23 can be detached from the case main body 22. Therefore, the upper lid 23 and the game electronic circuit board are sequentially removed from the case body 22, and the game electronic circuit board is inspected for the presence or absence of illegal replacement of the ROM. As a result of the on-site inspection, if there is an abnormality such as illegal exchange of ROM, the game electronic circuit board is collected together with the gaming machine board case 20.
[0045]
On the other hand, if there is no abnormality such as illegal exchange of ROM as a result of the on-site inspection, the game electronic circuit board is attached to the case body 22 and the upper lid 23 is covered, and the holder metal fitting 26 is turned upright to lock the cylinder lock 27. . Then, the second sealing portion 24E is used to seal between the upper lid 23 and the receiving portion 21A of the fixing bracket 21 in the same procedure as described above.
[0046]
Further, the second sealing part 31E of the key guard 31 is used to seal between the cover member 31A of the key guard 31 and the surface of the box-shaped cover part 26B. This sealing operation using the second sealing portion 31E is performed by removing the sealing head 31H of the first sealing portion 31D remaining in the connection hole 26C with a cutter or the like, and then, as shown in FIG. 31E is folded and bent, and the sealing head 31H is inserted into the connecting hole 26C through a hole opened in the first sealing portion 31D so as not to be pulled out. In this case, the person in charge of the sealing work using the second sealing portion 31E in the on-site inspection enters the purpose of the sealing work, the date of work, and the name of the person in charge of the work in the inspection history seal 25.
[0047]
The second sealing portions 31F and 31G of the key guard 31 and the second sealing portions 24F and 24G of the sealing member 24 correspond to two on-site inspections thereafter. As a result of the on-site inspection, the ROM is illegally replaced. When there is no abnormality, the same procedure as described above is used to seal between the cover member 31A of the key guard 31 and the surface of the box-shaped cover portion 26B and between the upper lid 23 and the receiving portion 21A of the fixing bracket 21. use. From the history numbers {circle around (1)}, {circle around (2)}, {circle around (3)} written at the bases of the second sealing portions 31E, 31F, 31G, the number of times the cylinder lock 27 is unlocked can be known at a glance.
[0048]
Further, the first sealing portion 31D and the second sealing portions 31E to 31G of the key guard 31 and the first sealing portion 24B and the second sealing portions 24D to 24F of the sealing member 24 are pulled from the shredding portions 31L and 24L to the sealing heads 31H and 24H. If the entry in the inspection history seal 25 is altered, the fraud can be disguised. However, since the inspection history seal 25 is made of fragile paper that is easily torn, it is difficult to tamper with the entries. Eventually, unauthorized acts such as unauthorized replacement of the ROM of the game electronic circuit board are detected.
[0049]
Further, if the management number 31P assigned to the board case 20 is written on the key guard 31, the manufacturing number of the pachinko machine using the board case 20 and the management number 31P are described in the ledger or the like and associated in advance. It can be kept. This management number 31P written by laser marking or the like cannot be known in advance by a third party, and even if the key guard 31 can be imitated, it is difficult to imitate the management number 31P. If this association is lost, an unauthorized replacement of the key guard 31 is found, and an illegal act is detected.
[0050]
Further, when the gaming machine board case 20 containing the game electronic circuit board is collected and transported to the manufacturer due to an on-site inspection result or failure, the gaming machine board case 20 is removed from the fixing bracket 21. Thereafter, the remaining first sealing portion 24 </ b> C of the sealing member 24 is sealed between the upper lid 23 and the case main body 22. The person in charge of the sealing work enters the purpose of the sealing work, the work date, and the name of the person in charge of the work in the inspection history seal 25.
[0051]
