Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ceiling-embedded air conditioner that cools or heats a room and embeds the indoor unit body in the back of the ceiling, or a ceiling-suspended air conditioner that hangs from the ceiling, and particularly cool air blown out indoors. Or it is suitable for what cleans, inspects, or replaces a filter or suction grill through which hot air passes.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a ceiling-embedded air conditioner with a decorative panel attached to the lower part of the unit body, a rotating drum is provided, and the other end of the wire wound around this rotating drum is connected to the suction grill, allowing the suction grill to be raised and lowered. It is known that the suction grille and the filter supported by the suction grille are moved up and down by driving the motor. For example, it is described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 1-113113.
[0003]
Also, when the suction grill is stored in the decorative panel, turn on the motor, feed out the wire wound around the rotating drum, lower the suction grill, and then operate the remote controller etc. to stop the motor drive It is known that the filter is removed and washed as described in the publication.
[0004]
Furthermore, after cleaning the filter, the wire is wound around the rotating drum, the suction grill is raised, and the motor is automatically driven when the suction grill is housed in the decorative panel by a detector such as a micro switch attached to the decorative panel. Stopping is similarly described and known in the publication.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above prior art, since the wire must be connected to the suction grill, it is difficult to keep the suction grill horizontal with respect to the floor surface. For this reason, for example, further improvement is desired in order to smoothly lower the suction grille. For example, the four corner portions of the suction grille are independently connected to the wires, resulting in a complicated structure and an increase in the number of parts. There is a fear.
In addition, waste disposal is currently a major social problem, but since the wire is connected to the suction grille, it is difficult to say that the structure is so-called recyclable.
[0006]
Furthermore, when a non-azeotropic refrigerant mixture, particularly an R407C refrigerant, is used, the pressure under the same temperature condition increases, and when operating under the same condition as in the prior art, the operation is performed at a higher pressure than in the prior art. Therefore, due to the clogging of the suction grill, the operating pressure further increases, and there is a possibility that the cooling / heating capacity may be lowered, the reliability, and the compressor life may be reduced.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide a ceiling-embedded air conditioner that solves the above-described problems, reduces the number of parts, facilitates disassembly for each material, and is suitable for an environment such as energy saving.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a ceiling-embedded air conditioner that is easy to maintain, is advantageous in terms of hygiene, and can retain its aesthetics even when renewed.
[0008]
Furthermore, an object of the present invention is to provide a ceiling-embedded air conditioner that does not operate at a high pressure even when a non-azeotropic refrigerant mixture, particularly an R407C refrigerant, is used.
The present invention solves at least one of the above problems.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a unit main body having a heat exchanger and a blower embedded in the ceiling or suspended from the ceiling, and is detachable from the suction grill and the suction grill at the lower part of the unit main body. In the ceiling-embedded air conditioner provided with a decorative panel having a filter, two wires, each of which is fixed to the decorative panel and supports the suction grill so as to be movable up and down via the suction grille, Two rotary drums that are provided on the decorative panel and lift and lower the suction grill by winding or unwinding the wires, two motors for driving the rotary drums in forward and reverse directions, and driving of the motors And a remote control for stopping.
[0010]
The suction grill is supported by two wires so that it can be raised and lowered, and each wire is wound or fed by two rotating drums that are driven forward and backward by two motors, respectively. Thus, the lifting and lowering operation becomes smoother, and the lifting and lowering device can be reduced in size and weight.
[0011]
Further, since the two motors are driven and stopped by the remote controller, the suction grill and the filter can be frequently cleaned (washed). Therefore, even if a non-azeotropic refrigerant mixture is used, the suction grill and the filter can be frequently cleaned (washed), and the operating pressure does not increase significantly due to the clogging, and the cooling and heating capacity decreases. There is no risk of reducing the reliability and life of the compressor.
[0012]
Further, the present invention provides a ceiling-embedded air provided with a decorative panel having a heat exchanger and a unit body having a blower embedded in the ceiling or suspended from the ceiling and having a suction grill at the lower portion of the unit body. In the conditioner, two rotating drums that are driven to rotate in the forward and reverse directions, one end of which is wound around the rotating drum, and the other end is guided at two locations on the opposite side of the four corners of the suction grill, and It is provided with two wires fixed to a decorative panel and supporting the suction grill so that it can be moved up and down, and a filter that is detachably attached to the suction grill.
[0013]
There are two rotating drums that are driven to rotate forward and backward, and one end of each of the two wires is wound around the rotating drum, and the other end is guided at two locations on one side of the suction grille opposite to each other. Since the suction grille is supported so as to be able to move up and down, the suction grille can be moved up and down horizontally and smoothly moved up and down.
Further, in the above, it is desirable that the refrigerant flowing through the heat exchanger is a non-azeotropic refrigerant mixture.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a side sectional view showing a state where a suction grill of a ceiling-embedded air conditioner according to an embodiment is lowered, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a main part of a lifting mechanism of the suction grill, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the guide roller portion, FIG. 5 is a partial sectional view of the guide roller portion according to another embodiment, and FIG. 6 is a partial plan view of the guide roller portion.
[0015]
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 2 denotes a unit main body that is an indoor unit of a ceiling-embedded air conditioner, and is embedded in the back of the indoor ceiling 1. Inside the unit main body 2, a heat exchanger 3, a drain pan 4, a blower 5, and a fan motor 6 are arranged, and a decorative panel 7 is detachably attached to the lower part so as to cover the opening.
[0016]
A suction port 8 is formed at the center of the decorative panel 7, and blowout ports 9 are provided in two directions on both sides of the suction port 8 or in four directions on the periphery. A suction grille 10 is fitted to the suction port 8 (a state in which the suction grille is raised. FIG. 1 shows a state in which the suction grille is lowered), and a filter 11 is detachably attached to the suction grille 10 at the upper part thereof. It is attached to become.
[0017]
When performing the cooling operation with this air conditioner, a refrigeration cycle (not shown) is operated, and a non-azeotropic refrigerant mixture, preferably R407C, is circulated to the heat exchanger 3 through a refrigerant pipe (not shown). The room air is sucked in from the suction port 8 by the blower 5 driven by the fan motor 6, cleaned by the filter 11, sent to the heat exchanger 3, cooled by heat exchange, and blown out as cooling air. The air is blown into the room through the mouth 9 to cool the room. Since it is the same in the case of heating operation, the description is omitted.
[0018]
Here, the refrigerant flowing through the heat exchanger is a non-azeotropic refrigerant mixture, for example, R407C refrigerant, and the filter 11 can be frequently cleaned (washed), so that the performance as an air conditioner is stable, for example, operation An increase in pressure can be prevented and air conditioning performance can be improved. Then, the suction grill can be lowered by the elevating mechanism of the suction grill 10 so that the cooling and heating capability, reliability, and compressor life can be ensured by making it easy and easy including replacement and maintenance.
[0019]
Next, an elevating mechanism for the suction grill will be described.
2 and 3, guide rollers 20 are respectively attached to the four corners of the suction grill 10. One end of each of the two wires 13 is wound around a rotary drum 12 driven by a motor 21 via a guide roller 20, and the other end is fixed to the decorative panel 7, and supports the suction grill 10 to be movable up and down. ing.
[0020]
Each rotary drum 12 is driven by a reversibly rotatable motor 21 that is driven and controlled by a control unit (not shown). With this drive, the wire 13 is unwound from the rotary drum 12 or taken up and the suction grill 10 is moved up and down. . Normally, the suction grill 10 is stored in the decorative panel 7.
[0021]
When cleaning the filter 11 and the suction grill 10, the motor 21 is driven when the suction grill 10 is stored in the decorative panel 7. Then, by rotating the two motors 21 in the reverse direction, the wires 13 are unwound from the rotary drums 12 and fed out, so that the suction grill 10 is lowered and suspended.
[0022]
When the suction grill 10 is lowered to a predetermined position, the drive of the motor 21 is stopped by operating a remote controller (not shown) or the like. At this time, when there are a plurality of indoor units in the same room such as a building, it is desirable to lower the suction grilles 10 of the plurality of indoor units almost simultaneously with one remote controller.
After the suction grill 10 is lowered, the filter 11 can be removed and cleaned or washed.
[0023]
After the filter 11 is cleaned, if the filter 11 is installed on the suction grill 10 again and the motor 21 is driven again by operating the remote controller or the like, the wire 13 is wound around the rotary drum 12 and the suction grill 10 rises.
Since the detector such as the micro switch 23 is attached to the decorative panel 7, the driving of the motor 21 can be automatically stopped when the suction grill 10 is stored in the suction port 8 of the decorative panel 7.
[0024]
Here, since one end of the wire 13 is not connected to the suction grill 10, it is not necessary to support the four corners of the suction grill 10, and the number of the wires 13 is increased, or the rotary drum 12 and the rotary drum 12 are moved. There is no need to increase the number of motors 21 to four or increase the output of the motor 21, and the structure can be simplified.
Further, since the wire 13 is fixed to the decorative panel 7 through the guide roller 20 by the fixing portion 24, the posture when the suction grill 10 is lowered does not depend on the length of the wire 13.
[0025]
Further, since the suction grill 10 itself can be attached and detached, for example, when the suction grill 10 itself is heavily contaminated with oil and needs to be frequently cleaned, the performance using a non-azeotropic refrigerant mixture is possible. It is also advantageous when stabilizing the.
Further, since the suction grill 10 can be exchanged, it is desirable in view of maintaining aesthetics, hygiene, etc. when the attachment site of the suction grill 10 itself is damaged.
Furthermore, since the fixing part 24 of the rotary drum 12, the motor 21, and the wire 13 is provided in the decorative panel 7, the main part of the lifting mechanism is in the decorative panel 7, and maintenance and replacement such as failure of the lifting device are performed. Can be easily.
[0026]
Next, the case where the suction grill 10 is removed will be described with reference to FIG.
The wire 13 is removed by providing a spring-like wire removal port 202 in a part of the roller support portion 204 that rotatably supports the guide roller 20, and pulling the wire 13 downward therefrom.
Thereafter, the suction grill 10 can be removed by removing the wires 13 from the guide rollers 20 attached to the four corners of the suction grill 10 in the same procedure.
[0027]
Next, when the suction grill 10 is attached, the wire 13 is first supported by the guide roller 20 by passing the wire 13 through the wire insertion port 203 and pulling the wire 13 upward. Since the gap between the guide roller 20 and the roller support portion 204 that supports the guide roller 20 is narrower than the thickness of the wire 13, the wire 13 does not enter the gap.
[0028]
A guide groove 201 for supporting the wire 13 is provided in the central portion of the guide roller 20. When the suction grill 10 is moving up and down and in a stationary state, the wire 13 is positioned at the center of the guide roller 20 by its own weight. There is no fear of falling. Even if the wire 13 is detached from the guide roller 20, it is supported by the roller support portion 204 attached to the suction grill 10.
[0029]
The suction grill 10 is balanced by its own weight by the guide roller 20, and is stored in the decorative panel 7 while being kept horizontal with respect to the floor surface.
[0030]
Next, another embodiment of the structure for removing the suction grill 10 will be described with reference to FIGS.
The suction grill 10 has an opening 101 with a step as shown in the figure. When the suction grill 10 is attached, first, the guide stay 23 that supports the guide roller 20 is first placed horizontally from the normal state through the opening 101. Insert with 90 degrees rotated. The guide stay 23 inserted from the opening 101 rotates backward by approximately 90 degrees horizontally by the tension of the wire 13 and is attached to the opening 102 by the weight of the suction grill 10. As a result, the guide stay 23 is supported by the suction grill 10.
When removing the suction grill 10, the guide stay 23 housed in the opening 102 is pulled downward, rotated 90 degrees horizontally, and inserted into the opening 101.
[0031]
Further, since the opening 101 has a structure that penetrates the suction grill 10, even when the lifting function does not work and the suction grill 10 cannot be opened and closed due to a failure of the motor 21, the suction grill 10 is stored in the opening 102 from the surface of the suction grill 10. The suction guide 10 can be pulled out of the opening 101 and the suction grill 10 can be opened and closed.
[0032]
As described above, the torque of the motor 21 required for winding the rotary drum 21 can be reduced to make the motor smaller and lighter, which is advantageous from the viewpoint of noise, energy saving, and safety.
[0033]
In addition, by using a smooth pulley as the guide roller 20 attached to the suction grill 10, a special device is provided for controlling the posture in order to balance the weight of the suction grill 10 and keep it horizontal with respect to the floor surface. Does not require control.
Furthermore, the fixed end of the wire 13 is not a movable part that moves up and down, but is provided on the decorative panel 7 so that the probability of breakage can be reduced, which is desirable from the viewpoint of safety.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, there is provided a ceiling-embedded air conditioner that reduces the power required for lifting and lowering, further smoothes the lifting and lowering operation of the suction grill, reduces the size and weight of the lifting device, and is suitable for energy saving. Obtainable.
Furthermore, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a ceiling embedded air conditioner that is easy to maintain, is advantageous in terms of hygiene, and can retain its aesthetic appearance even when renewed.
