Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a precast foundation installation jig and installation method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a method of constructing the foundation of the building, a precast foundation that has a flat, almost cubic shape is prepared in advance at the factory, transported to the site, lifted by the crane one by one, and placed in a predetermined arrangement. There is known a method in which concrete is connected to each other, and concrete is placed on the connection site or the like on site.
[0003]
FIG. 5 shows a state in which the precast foundation 50 is lifted by a wire 51 and installed next to the precast foundation 50 that has already been installed. Since the anchor bolt 50a protrudes from the upper surface of the precast foundation 50, an eye nut 52 is attached to the anchor bolt 50a, and the tip of the wire 51 (hook or the like) is hooked on the ring portion of the eye nut 52 to lift it up. Yes.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the precast foundation 50 lifted by the crane is installed next to the precast foundation 50 that has already been installed, it is difficult to accurately place the precast foundation 50 even if assistance from the operator is obtained. Usually, after the precast foundation 50 is placed, the precast foundation 50 is moved using a bar or the like, and the work is taken out according to the pre-tensioned water string.
[0005]
This invention provides the installation jig | tool and the installation method of a precast foundation which can take out the street of a precast foundation easily in view of said situation.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the precast foundation installation jig of the present invention has a substantially U-shaped cross section having a width wider than the thickness of the precast foundation, and straddles adjacent precast foundations. Each end has an insertion part for inserting an anchor bolt that has a length and protrudes from the upper surface of the precast foundation, and a screw hole part to which a screw is attached so that the side surface of the precast foundation can be pushed. It is characterized by. In this installation jig, when taking out according to the installation method described later, one vertical piece in a substantially U-shaped cross section is used as a reference surface, and the side surface of the precast foundation is brought into contact (pressure contact) with this.
[0007]
The precast foundation installation method according to the present invention is such that when the next precast foundation is installed adjacent to the already installed precast foundation, the installation jig is arranged so as to straddle both the precast foundations, and the anchor is attached to the insertion portion. The bolt is inserted, and the side of the precast foundation is pushed out by the screw attached to the screw hole, and the street is passed.
[0008]
When lifting the precast foundation, the installation jig may be attached to the precast foundation. Moreover, it is good to push the side of the precast foundation which has already been installed with a screw while maintaining the lifted state of the precast foundation to be installed.
[0009]
Moreover, if the opening is formed in the center part in the precast foundation installation jig, the concrete can be filled into the connecting portion through the opening.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a precast foundation installation jig and an installation method according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3.
[0011]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a precast foundation 1. The precast foundation 1 has a flat and substantially cubic shape, and an anchor bolt 12 for fixing a base of a house protrudes from an upper end surface thereof. And the through-holes 11 * 11 are formed in the short side direction in the site | part vicinity of both ends of the lower part side of this precast foundation 1. FIG.
[0012]
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the installation jig 2 of the precast foundation 1. This installation jig 2 has a substantially U-shaped cross section having a width wider than the thickness (length in the short side) of the precast foundation 1, and the length over the adjacent precast foundations 1 and 1. This is a steel jig having And the insertion part 21 which penetrates the anchor volt | bolt 12 which protrudes from the upper surface of the precast foundation 1 is formed in the upper surface part (horizontal surface part) in the both ends of this installation jig 2, and a cross-sectional substantially U shape. A screw hole 23 to which a screw 22 is attached is formed in one of the vertical pieces (front side in the figure) in the substantially U-shaped cross section so that the precast foundation 1 can be pushed. The other of the vertical pieces in the substantially U-shaped cross section serves as a reference surface when the precast foundation 1 is passed. In this embodiment, an opening 24 is formed at the center of the installation jig 2. The installation jig 2 may be manufactured by bending and punching (or cutting with a gas burner) a single steel sheet (see FIGS. 2 and 3A), or an upper surface portion in a substantially U-shaped cross section (horizontal A flat plate member forming a surface portion) and a member having an L-shaped cross section forming a vertical piece portion, and these may be fixed by welding or the like (see FIGS. 3B and 4). .
[0013]
FIG. 3A is a perspective view of the precast foundation 1 (1A) in a lifted state, and FIG. 3B shows the precast foundation 1A to be installed next to the precast foundation 1 (1B) that has already been installed. It is the perspective view which showed the state. When performing this lifting operation, first, rod-shaped double-cut bolts (not shown) are respectively inserted into the through holes 11 and 11 of the precast foundation 1, eye nuts 14 are attached to both ends of the double-cut bolts, and wires ( 4) The hook 15 provided at the tip of 16 is engaged. In this embodiment, when this lifting is performed, the installation jig 2 is attached to the precast foundation 1A. This attachment is performed by inserting the anchor bolt 12 into the insertion portion 21 of the installation jig 2 and attaching the screw 22 to the screw hole portion 23. In this state where the installation jig 2 is attached to the precast foundation 1A, the vertical piece (the side where the screw hole 23 is not formed) of the installation jig 2 having a substantially U-shaped cross section is the side surface of the precast foundation 1A. The installation jig 2 protrudes from the upper corner of the precast foundation 1A.
[0014]
Then, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), the precast foundation 1A to be installed next is placed on the ground so that the portion protruding from the upper corner of the precast foundation 1A in the installation jig 2 fits into the already installed precast foundation 1B. Put on. At this time, the anchor bolt 12 of the precast foundation 1B that has already been installed is inserted into the insertion portion 21 on the other side of the installation jig 2. Thus, the precast foundation 1A is placed at a substantially prescribed position with respect to the already installed precast foundation 1B by fitting the installation jig 2 into the already installed precast foundation 1B.
[0015]
Then, the screw 22 is also attached to the screw hole 23 on the side of the precast foundation 1B that has already been installed, and the side surface of the precast foundation 1B is pushed with this screw 22, and the opposite side surface is perpendicular to the other side of the installation jig 2. Press contact with one part (at this time, movement occurs in the precast foundation 1A). As a result, both the precast foundations 1A and 1B are arranged in pressure contact with the other vertical piece on the other side of the installation jig 2, so that they pass (the anchor bolt does not hit the insertion portion 21). In addition, the insertion portion 21 may be made larger). Here, the precast foundation 1A is not completely placed on the ground, but the precast foundation 1A is kept in a lifted state, whereby the side surface of the precast foundation 1B is pushed by the screw 22 to move the precast foundation 1A. Can be done easily.
[0016]
In both precast foundations 1A and 1B, aggregates (not shown) protrude from side surfaces orthogonal to the direction, and these aggregates are connected to each other by bolts or the like. Concrete is cast in the connecting portion, but since the installation jig 2 has an opening 24 in the central portion, the concrete can be filled smoothly. Moreover, concrete is also cast around the lower part of the precast foundation 1 so as to form an inverted T-shape as a whole foundation.
[0017]
In the above example, the lifting is performed using the through-hole 11 formed in the precast foundation 1. However, for the precast foundation 1 having no such through-hole 11, an anchor nut 12 is attached to the eye nut. You may make it lift by attaching. However, the method of lifting using the through-hole 11 can reduce the inclination and shaking of the precast foundation 1 during lifting, and the work of fitting the installation jig 2 into the precast foundation 1B that has already been installed becomes easier.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, by using an installation jig, the precast foundation to be installed next can be placed at a substantially prescribed position with respect to the already installed precast foundation. By attaching and screwing the screws into the screw holes of the installation jig located on the side, both precast foundations are lined up in pressure contact with the vertical piece of the installation jig that has a substantially U-shaped cross section. The effect is that it can be easily produced.
