Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
This invention is applied not only to indoors such as gymnasiums and auditoriums, but also to outdoor stadiums, etc., and develops a plurality of decks in a staircase shape as necessary. With respect to a movable bleacher seat having a generally nested structure that can be stored vertically aligned, in particular, the movable deck when the movable deck is advanced and displaced in the deployment direction and retracted in the storage direction. This is a great improvement in the straightness of the car.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Various types of movable bleachers have been proposed that can accommodate and deploy multiple stages of movable decks almost in a nested manner, and many have separate or bench-type chairs on the movable deck. By arranging it, a predetermined number of spectators can be seated on the moving bleachers.
[0003]
In such a movable seat, the applicant first described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-40718 in order to ensure the straightness of each movable deck when moving forward in the deployment direction and moving backward in the storage direction. The elastic structure of was proposed.
[0004]
FIGS. 7 to 10 are diagrams showing this prior art. FIG. 7 shows that all of the plurality of decks 111 to 115 arranged horizontally at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction are movable types, and the respective decks. The decks 111 to 115 are supported by the respective carriages 116 to 120 that cause the forward and backward displacements 111 to 115, and a movable bleacher seat having the deck and the carriage as a whole substantially nested is shown. Here, as shown in FIG. 8, the lower deck and the carriage are completely inserted inside the upper deck, and the upper deck 115 and the carriage 120 are inserted into the recess 121 provided on the wall surface or the like. On the other hand, when all the decks 111 to 115 are advanced to their advance limit positions under the action of the carriages 116 to 120, an unfolded state as shown in FIG. 7 is brought about. be able to.
[0005]
Here, the decks and carts of each stage are assembled as shown in the rear perspective view of the deck 114 and the cart 118 as an example in FIG. 9, and the deck 114 here extends horizontally in the left-right direction in a vertical posture. A plurality of bar-shaped arms 114b that are fixed to the penetrating material 114a and project horizontally to the front side at a plurality of positions spaced in the longitudinal direction of the penetrating material 114a; A floor member 114c, 114d stretched over the horizontally projecting portion of the bowl-shaped arm 114b is provided, and the carriage 118 extends in the front-rear direction and contacts a floor surface via the traveling roller 118a. It comprises a leg 118b and a pair of support posts 118c that stand upright at the rear end portion of each support leg 118b and have a portion near the upper end fixed to the penetrating member 114a.
[0006]
In the figure, 122 is provided to project forward from each support column 118c, and supports a beam member that supports each of the penetrating material 114a and the flooring materials 114c, 114d, and 123 is a lower end portion of each support column 118c, The brace which connects the rear-end part of the bowl-shaped arm 114b arrange | positioned near the center part is shown.
Here, a bench-type chair 124 is attached to the tip of the floor material 114d.
[0007]
By the way, such a telescopic structure of the moving seat is a pair of two saddle-shaped arms 114b arranged near the center of each deck 114 except for the lowest stage, and a part thereof is shown in FIG. As shown in the perspective view of the main part after being broken and removed, a single wire rope 126 is hooked around the wire pulleys 125 provided at the front and rear ends of each hook-shaped arm 114b. Both ends are connected to one of the brackets 114f projecting from the rising portions 114e that form the flanges at the rear end portions of the arms 114b of the lower deck, under tension adjustment, and The center portion of the wire rope 126 is clamped and fixed to the other bracket 114f.
[0008]
This telescopic structure regulates the forward and backward movement of the lower deck with the wire rope 126 hung around the bowl-shaped arm 114b of the upper deck, and according to this, the single wire rope 126 is hooked like a sash. While rotating, the both ends are connected to one bracket 114f on the lower stage side, and the center part is clamped to the other bracket 114f, so that the lower deck advances and retreats, and each bracket 114f of the deck is Under the restraint of the wire rope 126, both are displaced by the same amount with respect to the upper deck, so that the straightness of the forward / backward movement is ensured.
[0009]
In the figure, reference numeral 127 denotes a reinforcing member that protrudes upward from the tip of each bowl-shaped arm 114b and supports the chair 124.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a prior art, it is difficult to accurately match the wire rope tension of each stage, and the straightness of the decks at each stage is not uniform, so that the entire traveling bleachers are excellent. It is difficult to ensure straightness and there is a risk of interference with the adjacent bleachers. To avoid this, repeat the forward and backward displacement of each deck several times, or again by the operator's hands. It is necessary to obtain the required straight accuracy by performing a correction operation by work.
[0011]
Further, if the initial tension of the wire rope 126 is too large, the wire rope 126 may be broken. On the other hand, if the wire rope 126 is excessively stretched over time, sufficient straightness can be achieved without adjusting the tension again. In addition, even if the tension of the wire rope 126 is properly adjusted, the straight traveling accuracy of the deck 114 is limited by itself because of the flexibility of the wire rope itself.
[0012]
This invention was made as a result of studying as a subject to solve such problems of the prior art, and the object of the invention is to be able to sufficiently improve the straight running accuracy of each deck. Needless to say, the straight traveling accuracy of each stage can be made sufficiently uniform, and there is no need for readjustment during use, and there is provided a mobile bleacher seat, in particular, a straight traveling guide mechanism therefor.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The mobile auditorium of the present invention comprises a plurality of decks horizontally arranged at intervals in the vertical direction, and respective carriages that cause the forward and backward displacement of each of the movable decks. In a movable bleacher seat that can be stowed and deployed in a telescopic manner, the pair is parallel to the back of the intermediate part of the deck located in the upper stage of the movable deck in the forward and backward displacement direction. One end of each of the upper links is hinged to be swingable in a vertical plane, for example, via an arm as described in the prior art, and the other end of the upper links is connected to the upper deck. in the rear end portion of the lower movable deck, on the rear surface, which is also for example swingably hinged in a vertical plane through the arm, the hinge is connected to the free end of the pair of parallel lower link, Then, the upper links and the lower links that are paired together are connected to each other by cross members extending in parallel in the left-right direction, and the lengths of the upper and lower links are set to the upper part under the storage of the movable deck. The link is selected to have a horizontal posture, and the upper and lower links have a convex posture downward when the movable deck is deployed.
[0014]
In this mobile auditorium, by connecting each pair of the upper link pair and the lower link pair extending in parallel with each other with a cross member, the upper and lower links have great rigidity in the left-right direction, Since these links made of rigid material do not break or stretch during use, each movable deck is made uniform and highly straight-forward based on the rocking motion of the upper and lower links. Therefore, it is possible to smoothly move forward and backward, and it is possible to completely eliminate the need for link replacement and repair during use.
[0015]
In addition, here, the length of each link at the top and bottom is selected so that the upper link is in a horizontal position under the movable deck, and the upper link can interfere with either the upper or lower deck. By keeping the distance between the upper and lower decks at the same required dimensions as before, the occupied volume of the entire mobile seating area can be reduced sufficiently. By making the upper and lower links convex downward and smoothing the displacement in the lower direction of the connecting part of these links, the storing operation based on the backward displacement of the movable deck can always be facilitated. it can.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view along the center line showing an embodiment of the present invention in a deployed posture of a moving seat, and FIG. 2 is a main part rear view showing it in a storage posture.
[0017]
Here, among the five-stage decks 1 to 5 horizontally arranged at intervals in the vertical direction, the lower three-stage decks 1 to 3 are set as movable decks, and these movable decks 1 to 3 are assigned to the respective decks. The assembled carts 6 to 8 can be moved back and forth in the front-rear direction.
[0018]
Here, the decks 1 to 4 except for the uppermost deck 5 are penetrating members 9 to 12 that extend horizontally in the left-right direction, and the penetrating members at a plurality of locations spaced in the length direction of the penetrating members 9 to 12. Each arm 13-16 provided so as to project horizontally from the front side and floor materials 17-20 stretched over these arms are provided.
[0019]
Further, the carts 6 to 8 extend in the front-rear direction and come into contact with the floor surface 21 via the traveling rollers, and the pair of support legs 22 to 24 similar to those described in the related art, and the respective support legs 22 to 24 is provided with a pair of support posts 25 to 27 which are erected on the rear end portion of 24 and have a portion near the upper end fixed to the penetrating members 9 to 11. Each of the columns 25 to 27 here has a roller at its upper end for supporting the upper arms 14 to 16 and smoothing the relative displacement in the front-rear direction between these arms.
[0020]
By the way, the uppermost deck 5 assembled to the fixed column 28 includes a plurality of arms 30 projecting forward from the beam member 29 spanned on the fixed column 28, and a floor stretched on the arms. The material 31 is provided. As shown in the figure, the lower deck 4 of the uppermost deck 5 is also a non-operating deck assembled to the fixed column 32.
[0021]
Of course, separate chairs can be placed on each deck of the moving bleachers with the above structure as needed, but the bench type is shown in the figure. By arranging the continuous chairs 33 to 37, a predetermined number of spectators can be seated.

[0023]
Such a rectilinear guide mechanism for a mobile seating area is shown in FIG. 3 by enlarging the main part, and the back side of the deck 4 located on the upper stage of the movable deck 3, in the figure, a plurality of supporting floor materials 20 are supported. Among the arms 16 (see FIG. 2), one end of a pair of upper links 52 that are parallel to each other is oscillated within the vertical plane via the spacer member 51 on the inner surface of the two arms located on the center side. The other end of these upper links 52 is connected to the inner side surface of the two arms 15 arranged at the same position as described above on the back surface of the rear end portion of the lower movable deck 3, and a spacer member. 51 is hinged to the free end of a pair of parallel lower links 54 hinged at one end so as to be swingable in a vertical plane, and the upper link 52 and the lower link 54 of the pair of upper links 52 which are paired together. Cross men extending parallel to each other 55 and 56 is obtained by increasing the rigidity of the link mechanism coupled respectively by.
[0024]
Here, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the lengths of the upper link 52 and the lower link 54 are both the upper and lower parts that are hinged to each other when the movable deck is advanced and displaced. When the links 52 and 54 are projected downward, and the movable deck enters the lower side of the fixed deck 4 and is in the stowed state as shown in FIG. The hinged upper link 52 is selected to be in a horizontal position along the arm 16 to which the spacer member is attached. Under such a storage state of the movable deck, the lower link 54 connected to the rear end portion of the spacer member 51 on the back surface of the lower deck extends obliquely downward from the upper link 52 on the back surface side of the deck. To do.
[0025]
In the linear guide mechanism configured as described above, the movable deck in the storage state as shown by A in FIG. 5, for example, the movable deck 3, is sequentially traced through the advance positions shown by B and C in the drawing by D in the drawing. Upon deployment displacement to the indicated position, the upper link 52 gradually turns downward about its hinge position to the spacer member 51, and the lower link 54 also rotates downward about its hinge position. It moves to guide the linear advance displacement of the deck 3. Note that, here, until the movable deck 3 reaches the unfolded position indicated by D from the position indicated by C in the drawing, the crossing angle between the upper and lower links 52, 54 is particularly greatly increased. It will pivot somewhat upward about its hinge position.
[0026]
On the other hand, in storing the movable deck 3 in the unfolded state, the links 52 and 54 at the upper and lower portions are rotated and displaced in the opposite direction to the above, and the movable deck 3 is shown in the figure. Guides the receding displacement in a straight line to the position indicated by A.
Incidentally, FIG. 1 shows a state in which all the movable decks 1 to 3 are deployed under such an action of the linear guide mechanism, and FIG. 6 shows a state in which all the movable decks 1 to 3 are stored.
[0027]
In such an action of the linear guide mechanism, the upper and lower links 52 and 54 are oscillated and displaced only in the vertical plane, and the pair of the upper link 52 and the pair of the lower links 54 are crossed. Since they are connected by members 55 and 56 and have a sufficiently large rigidity in the left-right direction orthogonal to the paper surface of FIG. 5, the deployment and storage of each movable deck 1 to 3 are both smooth and smooth. Will be done.
[0028]
In addition, this linear guide mechanism does not require tension adjustment as in the prior art, but also gives the required strength to the respective links 52, 54 made of a rigid material, thereby extending the links 52, 54. Since breakage or the like does not occur, high straightness can always be maintained without special adjustment.
[0029]
Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described with reference to the drawings, it is possible to omit the non-operational deck 5 and the fixed support 28 from the drawings, and to make all the decks movable.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
Thus, according to the present invention, it is possible to configure the straight guide mechanism without requiring any special work such as tension adjustment, and to greatly improve the straight running accuracy of the deck of each stage, and to make the straight drive of each stage The accuracy can be made sufficiently uniform, and furthermore, adjustment during use is also unnecessary, and high straightness can always be realized without fear of breakage.
