本発明は、ケーブルに取り付けられてケーブルを保護するためのブッシングに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
近年、オフィスビルなどにおいて、床下スラブと部屋の床との間に配線ケーブルを引き回すための配線スペースを設け、室内のレイアウトに応じて床配線を自在に行うことができるようにした床配線システム(所謂フリーアクセスフロア)が提供されており、床下から床上へケーブルを引き出す際に、床下から引き出されるケーブルの部位を保護するために、図14に示すような構造を有するブッシングが提供されている。

このブッシング1は合成樹脂成型品からなり、筒状であって軸方向の一面に細径の差込部2aが突設された胴部2と、上面が略正方形状であって差込部2aの上端部に設けられた鍔部3とで構成され、鍔部3の略中央には胴部2に設けた貫通孔2bと連通するケーブル挿通孔3aが穿設されている。このブッシング1は、貫通孔2bとケーブル挿通孔3aとにケーブルを通し、鍔部3を床上側、胴部2を床下側として、床面に固定される取付板を鍔部3と胴部2との間に挟んだ状態で床面に取り付けられ、床下から引き出されるケーブルの部位を保護するものである。

胴部2は、軸方向において略2等分に分割され、ヒンジ部6を介して互いに連結された2つの半割体4,5により構成され、両半割体4,5の接合面には貫通孔2bを構成する凹所4a,5aがそれぞれ形成されている。ヒンジ部6は各半割体4,5の軸方向に沿う一側縁から連続一体に形成されており、薄肉に形成され、屈曲性を良くしているので、ヒンジ部6を屈曲させることによって2つの半割体4,5を開閉させることができる。

一方の半割体4には、ヒンジ部6が形成された側と反対側の側縁から、他方の半割体5に向かって突出する係止フック7が連続一体に形成されており、この係止フック7には外側(胴部2の中心と反対側)に向かって突出する係止爪8が突設されている。また、他方の半割体5には、ヒンジ部6が形成された側と反対側の側縁に筒状の係止部10が一体に形成されている。係止部10は、係止爪8が突設された弾性係止片7の面と対向して配置される係止片10aと、係止片10aの上下辺から連続一体に延設され係止片10aの上下辺と半割体4とを連結する連結片10b,10bとで構成され、係止片10aと連結片10b,10bと半割体4の側縁とで囲まれる空間により、係止部10を貫通する貫通孔9が形成される。

ここで、このブッシング1をケーブル(図示せず)に取り付ける際は、鍔部3に設けたケーブル挿通孔3aにケーブルの一端を通し、ケーブルの所望の位置までブッシング1を移動させた後、ヒンジ部6を屈曲させて2つの半割体4,5を閉じ、半割体4の係止フック7を半割体5の貫通孔9内に挿入して、係止フック7に設けた係止爪8を貫通孔9の開口縁(すなわち係止片10aの側縁)と係止させることにより、2つの半割体4,5でケーブルを挟持して、ブッシング1をケーブルに取り付けている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述したブッシング1では、一体に形成された鍔部3にケーブル挿通孔3aを形成しているので、ケーブルの何れかの端をブッシング1のケーブル挿通孔3aに通した後、ケーブルの所望の位置までブッシング1を移動させねばならず、ケーブルの途中にブッシング1を直接取り付けることができないため、ブッシング1の着脱作業がやりにくいという問題があった。

本発明は上記問題点に鑑みて為されたものであり、その目的とするところは、着脱作業の作業性を向上させたブッシングを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、請求項1の発明では、筒状であって軸方向の一面に細径の差込部が設けられた胴部と、差込部の先端部に設けられ胴部を貫通する貫通孔に連通するケーブル挿通孔が形成された鍔部とを備え、差込部を被取付部材に形成された溝内に挿入した状態で被取付部材に取り付けられるブッシングにおいて、胴部及び鍔部は軸方向において2分割された2つの半割体からなり、2つの半割体を連結する屈曲性を備えたヒンジ部を設け、2つの半割体の内、一方の半割体に他方の半割体に向かって突出する弾性係止片を設けるとともに、他方の半割体に弾性係止片が挿入される貫通孔が形成された筒状の係止部を設け、弾性係止片の先端に設けた係止爪と貫通孔の開口縁とを係止させることによって2つの半割体を結合させており、貫通孔の内面であって弾性係止片の係止爪が対向する部位に、2つの半割体が開いた状態と閉じた状態との間の途中の状態で、弾性係止片の係止爪が係止する係止凹所を設けたことを特徴とする。また請求項2の発明は、筒状であって軸方向の一面に細径の差込部が設けられた胴部と、差込部の先端部に設けられ胴部を貫通する貫通孔に連通するケーブル挿通孔が形成された鍔部とを備え、差込部を被取付部材に形成された溝内に挿入した状態で被取付部材に取り付けられるブッシングにおいて、胴部及び鍔部は軸方向において2分割された2つの半割体からなり、2つの半割体を連結する屈曲性を備えたヒンジ部を設け、2つの半割体の内、一方の半割体に他方の半割体に向かって突出する弾性係止片を設けるとともに、他方の半割体に弾性係止片が挿入される貫通孔が形成された筒状の係止部を設け、弾性係止片に、2つの半割体が開いた状態と閉じた状態との間の途中の状態で貫通孔の開口縁と係止する第1の係止爪と、2つの半割体が閉じた状態で貫通孔の開口縁と係止する第2の係止爪とを、弾性係止片の突出方向に並べて形成したことを特徴とする。請求項1、2の発明は上記構成を採用しており、胴部及び鍔部が軸方向において2分割されており、ヒンジ部を屈曲させ、2つの半割体でケーブルを挟み込むことによって、ブッシングをケーブルに取り付けているので、ケーブルの途中でもブッシングを取り付けることができ、従来のブッシングのようにケーブル挿通孔にケーブルの一端を通した後、ケーブルの所望の位置までブッシングをずらして、ブッシングを固定する必要はなく、ブッシングの着脱作業の作業性を向上させることができる。しかも、2つの半割体が開いた状態と閉じた状態との間で弾性係止片と貫通孔とを2段階で係止させているので、2つの半割体を閉じてケーブルに固定する前に、ブッシングをケーブルに仮止めすることができるから、ブッシングをケーブルに仮止めした状態でブッシングの位置を微調整した後にケーブルに固定することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。

先ず本発明に係るブッシングの基本構成を図1乃至図9を参照して説明する。このブッシング1は合成樹脂成型品からなり、筒状であって軸方向の一面に細径の差込部2aが突設された胴部2と、上面が略正方形状であって差込部2aの上端部に設けられた鍔部3とで構成され、鍔部3には胴部2に設けた貫通孔2bと連通するケーブル挿通孔3aが穿設されている。

図9はブッシング1の使用状態を説明する説明図である。このブッシング1は所謂フリーアクセスフロアに用いられ、床下に配置される配線器具33に着脱自在に接続されるプラグ31が一端に接続されるとともに、床上に配置されるコンセントなどの配線器具32が他端に接続されたケーブル30を床下から床上に引き出すために用いられる。フリーアクセスフロアの床材40には床面よりも一段低くなった凹部41が形成され、凹部41の底には床材40を貫通する貫通孔42が穿設されており、この貫通孔42は一辺にブッシング1の差込部2aを挿入するための溝43aが形成された取付板43によって遮蔽される。そして、ケーブル30に取り付けたブッシング1を床面に固定する際は、先ずブッシング1の差込部2aを取付板43の溝43a内に挿入し、胴部2と鍔部3との間で取付板43を挟持することによって、ブッシング1を取付板43に取り付けた後、取付板43を床材40の表面に設けた凹部41内に固定することによって、ブッシング1が床面に固定され、床下から引き出されるケーブル30の部位をブッシング1で保護している。
