Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cereal storage bag that can stand on its own without the need to use a separate auxiliary tool, and more particularly to a safe structure such as handling.
[0002]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The applicant has disclosed various kinds of cereal storage bags that can stand on their own without using auxiliary tools. As a basic structure, for example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-38800, high elastic bars are provided in a plurality of locations on the side peripheral surface of the grain storage bag in the vertical direction, and also on the inner periphery of the upper opening edge and the bottom. An elastic material is provided to secure the opening and the bottom surface.
[0003]
By the way, the purpose of this bag is to transport and store the harvested grains such as rice and wheat, but since the contents are food or food raw materials, a structure that causes harm to the human body must be avoided. However, in the conventional structure, it is necessary to select a material as an elastic material provided inside the bag. For example, when a metal pipe is used as an elastic material, it is too hard to assemble, and when a glass fiber pipe is used, the pipe may be broken by some collision during the work. . In this case, if it is glass fiber, the broken piece has a sharp shape, and if it is mixed in cereals, it is directly connected to the danger of the human body. On the other hand, if it is not mixed with cereals, a pipe as an elastic material made of glass fiber is exposed to the outside, so that there is a problem that it is easily broken.
[0004]
In the present invention, it is an object to solve the above-mentioned problems of the conventional example, while taking advantage of the light weight and high elasticity of the material such as glass fiber, without harming the grain which is the contents, Furthermore, it aims at disclosing the self-supporting grain storage bag excellent in handling.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the cereal storage bag of the present invention, in order to achieve the above-described object, in a configuration having a cylindrical bag wall body, a bottom surface of the bag wall body, and a lid capable of opening and closing the upper opening of the bag wall body A rod made of a plurality of elastic materials was attached to the outer periphery of the bag wall body in the vertical direction. And the means of attaching the cyclic | annular hoop which each has elasticity to the outer periphery of the bag wall body near the said bottom face and the said opening was decided to be employ | adopted. The specific configuration of the hoop will be described later. By attaching the rod made of an elastic material in the vertical direction, the bag wall body is supported by the rod and becomes independent. Moreover, since the hoop provided in the opening maintains an annular shape, it has a function of securing an ideal circular opening. Further, the hoop attached near the bottom surface secures a circular bottom, and when the storage bag is made self-supporting, a stable state is maintained by a wide bottom area. In addition, since the rod and each hoop are attached to the outside of the storage bag, even if the rod and the hoop are broken, no debris is mixed into the cereal.
[0006]
On the other hand, as a more specific means for attaching the hoop, a configuration is adopted in which the hoop thread is intermittently stitched in the circumferential direction along the outer periphery of the bag wall body, and the hoop is inserted into the hoop thread. By inserting the hoop through the hoop, the hoop is integrated with the wall of the storage bag, so that the elasticity and frame function of the hoop can be obtained effectively.
[0007]
Furthermore, as a more specific means of the hoop, a configuration was adopted in which a rod made of an elastic material was inserted into a bellows-like flexible hose, and a connecting portion was provided at both ends to make the flexible hose into a ring shape. . In this configuration, the bar functions as a frame, while the flexible hose protects the bar and extremely effectively reduces external impact. In particular, when the glass fiber shown in claim 3 is used as a bar, the glass fiber that is easily damaged by impact is effectively protected. Moreover, a ring-shaped hoop is simply comprised by the connection part.
[0008]
As another means of the hoop, a configuration in which a rod made of an elastic material is covered with a hose made of foamed synthetic resin and a connecting portion is provided at both ends of the hose is selectively adopted. Like the flexible hose, the foamed synthetic resin has a function of mitigating impact from the outside.
[0009]
As a more specific material for the bar material, a glass fiber that can be easily processed as a pipe or a bar material was adopted. Moreover, in order to make it easy to take out cereals, a means of providing a cereal outlet on the bottom surface was also used.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a storage bag according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a cloth-made cylindrical bag wall body, 2 is a bottom surface of the bag wall body 1, and includes a grain outlet 3 ing. The discharge port 3 normally constitutes a bottom portion as a storage bag by closing and closing the string 4 for squeezing. For this configuration, a conventionally known one is sufficient. Reference numeral 5 denotes a cereal inlet, which allows the lid 7 to be closed by a fastener 6 or the like. Reference numeral 8 denotes a pair of lifting ropes attached as appropriate.
[0011]
The cereal storage bag is configured by the above configuration, and a configuration that can be made independent even when empty is described next. Reference numeral 10 denotes a self-supporting rod made of an elastic material such as glass fiber, and a plurality of rods are attached along the outer periphery of the bag wall 1. At the time of attachment, the self-supporting rod 10 is inserted into the bottomed support bag 11 sewn to the outer periphery of the bag wall body on the bottom surface side, and the rod 10 is slightly bent while opening the side of the bag wall body. The top support bag 12 sewed on the outer periphery is inserted. It should be noted that the stitching positions of the bottomed support bag 11 and the top support bag 12 must be determined so that the self-supporting rod 10 can be accommodated substantially vertically. By the way, the structure of the top support bag 12 may be simply a cylindrical bag with the upper part closed, but the cloth piece is halved at the center as shown in FIG. 2, and the center is sewn in the vertical direction. Then, the top portion 13 on one side is sewn in the lateral direction to provide a top portion, the head portion of the rod 10 is inserted therethrough, and then the other side flap 14 is put on, and the cord 15 previously provided in this state is covered. There are times when it is made to tie up. Furthermore, as another embodiment of the top support bag 12, it may be divided into two in the central longitudinal direction so that it can be opened and closed with a fastener. What is required is that the self-supporting rod 10 can be reliably supported while imparting a certain amount of bending, that is, a repulsive force, between the bottomed support bag 11 and the top support bag 12. It has an excellent structure, and the specific structure is not limited to that disclosed.
[0012]
Subsequently, in FIG. 1, reference numeral 20 denotes an annular elastic hoop attached to the periphery of the opening 5 in order to maintain the opening 5, and intermittently around the opening 5 of the bag wall 1 to be attached to the bag wall 1. A hoop through 21 for inserting the hoop 20 is sewn. Then, by inserting the hoop through the hoop passage 21, the opening 5 is secured in a wide open state, so that the cereal can be easily input. Similarly, 22 is an annular elastic hoop attached at a position close to the bottom surface 2 of the bag wall 1 in order to keep the bottom surface 2 always circular, and intermittently around the bottom surface 2 of the bag wall 1. A hoop through 23 for inserting the hoop 22 is sewn. It is sufficient to make this configuration substantially the same as the opening side. By configuring in this way, in the cereal storage bag of the present embodiment, a plurality of self-supporting rods 10 ensure the vertical direction of the bag wall 1, the hoop 20 ensures a wide opening 5, and the hoop 22 has a bottom surface. It will be secured in a wide circle and will be stable and independent.
[0013]
Next, FIG. 3 shows a more specific configuration of the hoops 20 and 22, 30 is an annular elastic material obtained by bending a glass fiber rod as an elastic material into a ring shape, and 31 is a protection around the annular elastic material 30. The bellows-like flexible hoses 32a and 32b are a pair of connecting portions for fitting the respective ends of the flexible hose 31 to maintain a ring shape. This configuration is substantially simple, and is completed by inserting the annular elastic member 30 into the flexible hose 31 having the connecting portions 32a and 32b at both ends. Then, the hoops 20 and 22 are inserted through the hoop passages 21 and 23 on the opening side and the bottom side of the cereal storage bag in a linear state in which the connection portions are not fitted, and finally the connection portions 32a and 32b are securely combined. Just enough. In addition, the structure of a connection part is not limited to embodiment shown in FIG. 3, As long as it is the structure which combines the both ends of a flexible hose reliably and cannot be removed easily, another form is also included.
[0014]
In the above embodiment, the hoop structure is disclosed in which the annular elastic member 30 is inserted into the flexible hose 31. However, as the hoop for achieving the object of the present invention, the annular elastic member 30 is easily affected by an external impact. It should be satisfied that it is not damaged. Therefore, for example, it is not excluded to use a hose made of a foam material such as urethane foam instead of the flexible hose 31 as another embodiment. In addition, it cannot be overemphasized that the connection part for connecting both ends to a ring shape also in the structure is required.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, while the conventional structure is basically adopted as a self-supporting grain storage bag, a rod for self-supporting and a hoop for securing an opening and a bottom surface are attached to the outside of the bag. Even when a large impact is applied from the outside during work or during subsequent transportation and storage, and the rods and hoops that contribute to the self-supporting structure are broken, no debris is mixed in the cereal. Therefore, it became the structure which can ensure the safety of the contents.
[0016]
Further, the hoop is provided at a position where it easily collides with the outside such as the periphery of the bottom surface and the periphery of the opening. However, since the elastic material is protected by the flexible hose, the elastic material is not easily damaged. Therefore, it has become possible to provide a configuration that is strong in strength.
