本発明は、ケース本体に蝶板により開閉可能に取付けられた蓋体の固定装置、より詳細には蓋体の開放防止を防止する装置に関する。

本発明はこのような問題に鑑みてなされたものであって、その目的とするところは、道具等を必要とすることなく開閉が可能でしかも収容物の飛び出しを確実に防止することができる蓋体の固定装置を提供することである。

このような問題を解消するために本発明においては、一端が回動可能にケース本体に取付けられた蓋体の固定装置において、前記蓋体の他端側に鍵型状の固定具を前記ケース本体に回動可能に取付けるとともに、前記蓋体が前記ケース本体から浮き上がり、かつ前記固定具に対向する状態を維持するように前記蓋体の回動を前記ケース本体と接触して規制する突起体が前記固定具に着脱可能に装着され、前記固定具の回動支点近傍の前記ケース本体に突出面が形成され、回動阻止時に前記突起体が前記突出面に当接するように構成されている。
