Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
It relates to door guards when responding to visitors by opening the door a little.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Open the door about 10 centimeters to the visitor, guard the door without opening it even if the visitor tries to open the door forcibly, and the door to the bracket that cannot be released without closing the door There are chains and door guards. The door guard lock is applied and unlocked by operating a key combination or thumb turn, and the principle is the same as the door guard.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
There are two issues. One is to use the door guard to secure the locked state as well as the lock. The reason is that the door cannot be opened when the lock is unlocked from outside using picking or a key. This is because if the door is opened, the hanging door chain or door guard can be broken or removed.
We want to add the same function to the door guard as an internal lock that can be locked and unlocked only from the indoor side and cannot be operated from outside.
[0004]
The other is that when the door guard closes the door vigorously, the door guard will hang on its own. At that time, if there are no people in the room, the door guard cannot be released. I have experienced twice.
It is to prevent the door guard from being inadvertently applied.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
If the door guard can be fixed at the position where the door is closed with the door guard applied, the door cannot be moved. That is, the door cannot be opened from the locked position.
With the conventional door guard hung, the stopper fits in the groove of the guard bar, and the door can be opened within the range of the groove length. If the groove is filled, the door cannot be opened.
Alternatively, if the guard bar is provided with a protrusion or a step and the protrusion or the step is hooked with a stopper, the door cannot be opened.
In the case shown in FIG. 1, when the guard bar is provided with a protrusion, the door is closed, the guard bar is in a guarded state, and the guard lock is moved to the locking position, the guard bar is fixed by the guard lock and the door cannot be opened.
[0006]
In order to prevent the guard bar from moving freely and avoiding the guard state without permission, it is only necessary to prevent the guard bar from hanging on the stopper.
In the case shown in FIG. 1, if the guard lock is set to the locked position during normal times, even if the guard bar is moved by mistake, the guard bar hits the guard lock and stops, and the guard bar is prevented from being caught on the stopper.
[0007]
The product shown in the figure realizes both the door guard locking mechanism according to claim 1 and the door guard hanging prevention mechanism according to
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The mechanism according to claim 1 will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 1 shows a state where a door guard is hung. The stopper (6) is placed in the U-shaped groove of the guard bar (3), and the stopper can be moved by the length of the guard bar groove. That is, the door can be opened by the length of the guard bar groove.
[0009]
If the operating lever (9) is pushed down to the locked position in the state of FIG. 1, the guard lock (8) is prevented from descending and the guard bar (3) is prevented from being removed, and the guard stopper (4) provided on the guard bar is used to The door cannot be opened by hitting the guard lock when opening.
One door guard having the lock mechanism of the invention is characterized by having both functions of a door guard and a lock of the door. FIG. 3 is a diagram of the unit of the stopper (6) and the guard lock (8) in a state where the guard bar is pushed down to the locking position.
[0010]
The door guard hanging prevention mechanism according to
FIG. 3 is a diagram of the unit of the stopper (6) and the guard lock (8) in which the guard lock (8) is set to the locked position to prevent the door guard from being hooked.
[0011]
The door guard state, the locked state, and the hanging prevention state will be described with reference to FIG.
C is the unlocked state where the guard lock is not applied, and the door is guarded. In this state, the stopper (6) can move in the groove of the guard bar (3), and the door can be heard by the length of the groove of the guard bar. That is, the conventional guard state.
A is a locked state in which the guard lock (8) is applied. In this state, even if the door is opened, the guard stopper (4) provided on the guard bar (3) is caught by the guard lock (8) and the door cannot be opened. That is, it is in a locked state.
[0012]
B is a state in which the door guard is prevented from being locked with the guard lock (8) in the locked position without raising the guard bar and not entering the guard state.
Even if the guard bar (3) moves freely due to a reaction when the door is closed vigorously, the guard bar stops by hitting the guard lock (8) and does not enter the guard state.
[0013]
In the figure, a single door guard is used to lock and prevent the door guard.
If the guard stopper (4) is not provided on the guard bar (3), only the hooking is prevented.
Although locking and locking prevention may be performed by separate metal fittings, there is no need to perform locking and locking prevention at the same time, so it is not wasteful to have both functions in one.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
Many of the entrance doors of apartments and apartments have door guards. Until about 20 years ago there were many door chains, but now there are many door guards.
In recent years, there have been many cases of picking and breaking using a combined key, cam feeding, and thumb-turning.
Security of locked doors is a source of concern in women and elderly households.
To that end, the more locks that lock the entrance door, the more secure it is.
By using the door guard as a lock, you can be assured.
[0015]
When the door guard is used as a lock, the door guard cannot be unlocked from the outside by picking or keying.
The cam feed technology cannot be used, and the thumb turn technology is less effective.
Even if the doors can be unlocked from outside, the doors cannot be opened if the door guard is locked, making it an effective weapon for crime prevention.
[0016]
When there are no people in the room, the door may be closed by the wind when going out, and the door guard may be moved by the reaction.
An amateur cannot destroy or release the door guard, and will rely on a specialist.
You can't enter the room until you break and release the door guard and open the door.
By providing the door guard with an anti-hanging mechanism, it is possible to prevent the door guard from hanging on its own.
