Description

【0001】
ライトオン(light on)、スイッチA … OFF
OFF
ライトオン(light on)、スイッチA … … … … … OFF
… … … … ON
ライトオン(light on)、スイッチA … … … … … ON
… … … … OFF
ライトオン(light on)、スイッチA … ON

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a helmet with a double wearing detection device at the time of laser processing such as a YAG laser.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A helmet with a YAG laser protective shield, which is worn when performing YAG laser processing using a handy torch, has conventionally used a limit switch and a reflective photoelectric switch (light switch) connected to the control panel via a signal line as a detection device. on), when the operator wears a helmet on the head and covers the surface correctly, the limit switch closes and the shield function works, and the reflective photoelectric switch that inputs the light reflected by the forehead is on (on) This is a system in which YAG laser processing can be performed only when two conditions are satisfied, and the shield on / off switch and reflection are performed so that YAG laser processing cannot be performed unless a helmet with a YAG laser protective shield is attached. Both type photoelectric switches are interlocked.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the helmet with a protective shield, as a basic function, a shield on / off limit switch is provided to protect the operator's face from the laser, and the shield function works when the surface is properly covered so that the laser can be processed. In the present invention, this basic part can be regarded as an essential prerequisite.
[0004]
If the basic part that is the prerequisite is considered out of the scope of the present invention, in a type of detection device that uses only a reflective photoelectric switch in a helmet with a YAG laser protective shield connected to the control panel by a signal line, There is a possibility that safety may not be protected by often taking actions such as removing the interlock.
[0005]
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above points, and in addition to the reflective photoelectric switch that operates by the light reflected upon hitting the forehead, the temple is used to make a dark on pair with the reflector. It is an object of the present invention to provide a helmet with a double wearing detection device newly provided with a reflective photoelectric switch that operates in the above manner.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention can solve the above problems by providing the following configuration.
[0007]
(1) A helmet that is worn when performing laser processing using a handy torch, and operates with a reflective photoelectric switch A that operates with light on, and with a dark on. The reflective photoelectric switch B, which is operated by the reflective photoelectric switch B, is provided with a reflective plate facing the reflective photoelectric switch, and laser processing can be performed only when the two types of switches are turned on. Helmet with double wearing detection device.
[0008]
(2) The reflection type photoelectric switch B that operates in the dark on state is provided on the inner surface of the helmet, the part facing the hair of the temple, and the reflection plate is provided on the inner surface on the opposite side ( 1) A helmet with a double wearing detection device according to 1).
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
[0010]
FIG. 1 is an explanatory plan view of a helmet with a double wearing detection device according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an explanatory side view thereof.
[0011]
Referring to the drawings, 1 is a head mounting band, 2 is a tightening portion, 3 is a tightening portion fixture, 4 is a surface portion, and this surface portion 4 is rotatably supported by a support portion 5. The glasses 6 are fixed on the front surface. 20 degrees from the axial center l-l that faces the forehead when the face part 4 is worn so that it can be correctly seen through the spectacles part 6 on the upper inner surface of the face part 4 and sees the front as seen from above as shown in FIG. There is an existing limit switch L at a position swung to the left, and a reflective photoelectric switch A is disposed at a symmetrical position on the right side with respect to the axis l-l. A reflective photoelectric switch B is provided at the part facing the hair, and in addition, a reflector 7 is attached to the left side of the face part 4 and inside the head-mounted band 1 so as to face the temple. It constitutes a helmet with a wear detection device.
[0012]
The operation will be described based on the above configuration.
[0013]
In general, the reflective photoelectric switch does not react to a black object, for example, does not react to hair.
[0014]
Below, the operation of the two types of reflective photoelectric switches is listed according to the situation.
[0015]
(1) When no person is wearing light on, switch A ... Nothing ... OFF
Dark on, switch B… Reflected by reflector… OFF
As both types of switches are OFF, the result is OFF.
[0016]
(2) When a black object is put in the helmet, light on, switch A………… OFF
Dark on, switch B…………… ON
As one of the switches is OFF, the result is OFF.
[0017]
▲ 3 ▼ When a non-black object is put in the helmet or a tape is applied Light on, switch A………… ON
Dark on, switch B…………… OFF
As one of the switches is OFF, the result is OFF.
[0018]
▲ 4 ▼ When light is on, light on, switch A… reflected at the forehead… ON
Dark on, switch B… light shielding with temple hair ON
Since both types of switches are ON, the result is ON.
[0019]
That is, the YAG laser processing can be performed using the handy torch only when the worker correctly wears the helmet and the two types of reflective photoelectric switches A and B are simultaneously turned on and operated.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, two types of reflective photoelectric switches, light on / dark on, are used, and the helmet is correctly worn on the head by using a double wearing detection device. Since YAG laser processing can be carried out using a handy torch only occasionally, reliability can be improved in terms of safety management.
