BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, a cylindrical soil collecting pipe having an open end is penetrated into the soil to a predetermined depth, and the work of extracting and penetrating the soil sample penetrating into the soil collecting pipe can be labor-saving by human power. It relates to a handle hammer type soil collector.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a soil collecting device is known in which a cylindrical soil collecting pipe having an open end is penetrated into a soil to a predetermined depth and pulled out to collect a cylindrical soil sample penetrating into the soil collecting pipe. There are two types of soil miners: human powered and powered. The inventors of the present application regularly collect soil from a slurry continuous field, a sorghum cultivation soil frame, and the like using a human-powered soil collector and a power-type soil collector. In a human-powered soil collector, the tip of a soil collecting pipe (length: 20 cm) is placed on the surface of the soil to be sampled, a tree is placed on the top of the soil collecting pipe, and the corresponding tree is struck with a hammer (1.5 kg). The soil collecting pipe is driven into the soil to a predetermined depth (20 cm), and then the soil collecting pipe is pulled out to collect a soil sample. However, when the number of soil sampling points is large or the field soil is tight due to changes over time. Has difficulty in driving and pulling the soil collecting pipe.
[0003]
In particular, when collecting soil from grassland around the slurry continuous field, soil samples are collected using a power-type (percussion) soil collector that is difficult to carry due to the depth of the collected soil because the soil is extremely hard (50- 400cm). By the way, in the human-powered earth extractor, the upper and lower ends are opened, and a hollow outer cylinder having a spiral digging blade on the outer periphery, and the outer cylinder is removably accommodated and accommodated from the upper end side. A sample storage cylinder having locking means for preventing rotation relative to the outer cylinder in a state, a plurality of divided sampling pipes accommodated in the sample storage cylinder, and the outer cylinder is dug into the soil from the soil surface side. There is disclosed a technique that includes a rotating means that rotates in a direction of pulling out from the inside so that a soil sample can be collected labor-saving (for example, see Patent Document 1).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Put a batten on the top of the above-mentioned soil collecting pipe, hit the corresponding tree with a hammer to drive the soil collecting pipe into the soil to a predetermined depth, pull out the soil collecting pipe that has been driven into the soil, and insert a soil sample that has penetrated into the soil collecting pipe As for what to collect, the work of driving the soil collecting pipe into the soil with a hammer and pulling out the soil collecting pipe that has been driven into the soil has a heavy burden on the arm and is a heavy labor. In addition, the structure described in the above prior art has a complicated structure, and at the time of collecting a soil sample, the outer cylinder is rotated by a rotating means so as to dig into the soil from the soil surface side or pulled out from the soil. Because it requires work to move in the direction, it was heavy work. In addition, the soil collector is heavy. Furthermore, since the power-type earthmoving machine is heavy (main body weight is 26 kg), it requires several support personnel.
[0006]
Therefore, the present invention has developed a human-powered (manual) type soil collecting device that can easily drive a soil collecting pipe into the soil in order to cope with various problems (problems) as described above. This human-powered soil collector is a handle hammer type, and can easily collect soil samples up to 50 cm deep. Even in pastures with no plowing history, it is easy to install soil by attaching a weight part. Samples can be collected. Moreover, since the scale is engraved along the length direction on the outer surface of the soil collecting pipe, the soil can be easily collected at an arbitrary depth.
[0007]
The soil collector of the present invention has a light weight of about 3 kg (excluding the weight part), and when it is used, the soil surface on which the soil collecting pipe is attached to the main body part and the tip of the soil collecting pipe is to be collected. The handle / hammer is reciprocated up and down along the main shaft with both hands, the main body is struck by the lower end of the handle / hammer, and the soil collecting pipe is penetrated into the soil to a predetermined depth. The part is fixed to the main shaft, and the soil sample is simply collected by pulling out the soil collecting pipe from the soil with the handle / hammer part. Compared to the above conventional soil collecting device, it is possible not only to swiftly and surely dig into the soil but also to collect a deeper soil layer. In addition, compared with conventional power-type soil mining machines, the depth of the soil collecting pipe is slightly inferior, but the weight is much lighter and the portability is high. As described above, the earth extractor according to the present invention provides a handle hammer type earth extractor that is extremely convenient for manpower, can perform earthing simply and labor-saving, and solves the above-mentioned conventional problems. For the purpose.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is characterized by having the following configuration.
A. It is a soil collector that collects a soil sample that has been inserted into the soil collecting pipe by pulling a cylindrical soil collecting tube having an open end into the soil to a predetermined depth,
A main body portion for attaching a base end portion of the soil collecting pipe, a main shaft extending concentrically upward with a soil collecting pipe attached to a lower portion of the main body portion, having a smaller diameter and a predetermined length than the main body portion, and the main shaft The handle / hammer part is inserted so that it can be reciprocated in the vertical direction, and the handle / hammer part is in contact with the upper end part of the main body part. Fixing means for fixing to the main shaft,
The handle / hammer is reciprocated up and down along the main shaft by human power, so that the lower end of the handle / hammer hits the upper end of the main body, and the impact causes the soil collecting pipe to penetrate into the soil. When the soil pipe penetrates into the soil to a predetermined depth, the handle / hammer part is fixed to the main shaft by the fixing means, and the soil sample pipe is pulled out from the soil by the handle / hammer part to collect a soil sample.
[0009]
B. The soil collecting pipe can be attached to and detached from the main body and can be replaced with a soil collecting pipe having a different length.
C. The handle / hammer portion is detachably provided with a weight portion for increasing the inertia of the handle / hammer portion.
D. A scale was provided along the length direction of the soil collecting pipe, and a window portion through which a soil sample could be observed and a soil sample could be taken out was provided.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 to 3, reference numeral 1 denotes a handle hammer type soil collecting device, and a base end portion of the soil collecting tube 3 is detachably attached to a lower portion of the main body portion 2. A pipe having a lower end fixed to the center of the upper surface of the main body 2 and extending upward, concentrically with the soil collecting pipe 3 attached to the main body 2, and having a diameter smaller than that of the main body 2 and a substantially square cross section. A main shaft 4 made of a material and having a predetermined length is provided. A stopper 4a for securing the stopper 4a is fixed to the upper end portion of the main shaft 4. A handle / hammer portion 5 made of a round pipe is inserted into the main shaft 4 through an upper insertion portion 5a and a lower insertion portion 5b so as to be reciprocally movable in a vertical direction with a sliding stroke of l. . The handle / hammer portion 5 has both a handle that an operator holds and operates with both hands, and a hammer that strikes the upper surface of the main body portion 2 to drive the soil collecting pipe 3 into the soil.
[0011]
When the soil collecting pipe 3 is driven into the soil to a predetermined depth, the lower end portion of the handle / hammer portion 5, that is, the lower end portion of the lower insert portion 5 b is the upper end portion of the main body portion 2. As shown in FIG. 4, a handle / hammer portion fixing / fixing release knob 6 is provided as a fixing / fixing release means for fixing the handle / hammer portion 5 to the main shaft 4 in contact with the main shaft 4. When the handle / hammer portion fixing / unlocking knob 6 is released from the fixed state, the handle / hammer portion 5 is slidable with respect to the main shaft 4. Then, the handle / hammer portion 5 is moved up and down along the main shaft 4 by human power, so that the lower end portion of the handle / hammer portion 5 strikes the upper end portion of the main body portion 2 and the impact is applied to the soil collecting pipe 3 in the soil. The handle / hammer portion 5 is fixed to the main shaft 4 by the handle / hammer portion fixing / unlocking knob 6 when the soil collecting pipe 3 penetrates into the soil to a predetermined depth, and the handle / hammer portion 5 The soil collection pipe 3 is pulled out from the soil and a soil sample is collected.
[0012]
A soil collecting pipe 3 is attached to the main body 2, and the handle / hammer part 5 is reciprocated up and down along the main shaft 4 in a state where the soil collecting pipe 3 is standing in a direction substantially perpendicular to the surface of the soil to be collected. When the lower end portion of the handle / hammer portion 5 (the lower end portion of the lower fitting insertion portion 5b) hits the upper surface of the main body portion 2 to drive the soil collecting pipe 3 into the soil, the impact of the main body portion 2 is reduced. A rubber plate is provided on the upper surface as the buffer material 7. As shown in FIGS. 3, 6, 8, and the like, a pair of soil collection tube attachment / detachment holes 2 a for attaching and detaching the soil collection tube 3 are provided facing the lower portion of the main body 2. A pair of fitting projections 3a provided at the base end portion can be fitted into and removed from the soil collecting pipe attaching / detaching hole 2a. The fitting / detaching operation is performed by rotating the soil collecting pipe 3 by a predetermined angle in the circumferential direction in a state where the fitting protrusion 3a of the soil collecting pipe 3 is inserted into the soil collecting pipe attaching / detaching hole 2a. And it can exchange with the soil collecting pipe 11 from which length differs.

As shown in FIG. 5, the soil collecting pipes 3 and 11 have a diameter of 60.2 mm, a length of the soil collecting pipe 3 is 250 mm (attachment part 50 mm, driving part 200 mm), and the soil collecting pipe 11 is 550 mm (attachment part 50 mm, driving part). 500mm), consisting of a stainless steel pipe with a pair of fitting protrusions 3a and 11a at the base end, the tip is sharpened with a taper (15 degrees), and the soil collecting pipes 3 and 11 penetrate into the soil The resistance is reduced. The reason why the soil collecting pipes 3 and 11 are made of stainless steel is that in order to prevent rust and the like from adhering to the sample soil, the iron content may be measured in the soil survey. In addition, the soil collection pipes 3 and 11 are provided with (notched) graduations 10 at intervals of 50 mm along the length direction thereof so that the depth of implantation into the soil can be understood. The collected soil samples can be observed from the outside, and a plurality of windows 3b and 11b (two with the soil collecting pipe 3 and three with the soil collecting pipe 11) from which the soil sample can be taken out are provided.
[0014]
When the soil sample is collected by the handle hammer type soil collecting device 1 of the present invention, when the soil collecting tube 3 is attached to the main body 2 or when the soil to be collected is soft, the handle / hammer portion 5 is manually driven by the spindle. 4, the lower end portion of the handle / hammer portion 5 strikes the upper end portion of the main body portion 2 through a cushioning material 7 (rubber plate), and the soil collecting pipe 3 is put into the soil by the impact. The handle / hammer part 5 is fixed to the main shaft 4 by the handle / hammer fixing / unlocking knob 6 when the soil collecting pipe 3 has penetrated into the soil to a predetermined depth. The soil sample tube 3 can be pulled out of the soil by 5 and a soil sample can be collected. However, when the soil collecting pipe 11 is attached to the main body 2 or when the soil to be collected is hard or when soil is collected from the grass portion around the slurry continuous field, only the inertia of the handle / hammer portion 5 is obtained. Then, the driving force is insufficient, and the driving operation becomes difficult.
[0015]
For this reason, in the present invention, for the purpose of increasing the inertia of the handle / hammer portion 5, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a set of two weight portions 8 is detachably provided. One weight portion 8 is 1.5 kg, and a total weight of 3 kg is added. Incidentally, the handle hammer type soil collector 1 as a whole excluding the weight portion 8 has a weight of 3 kg, and when the weight portion 8 is attached, the weight is doubled (6 kg). Both the weight portions 8 are semi-cylindrical having a main shaft fitting groove 8b that is fitted on the outer peripheral portion of the main shaft 4 on the center side, and the lower end portions are fitted into fitting portions formed on the upper portion of the lower fitting insertion portion 5b. The weight fitting portion 8b is aligned with the main shaft 4, the weight portion attaching / detaching tool 8a is placed on the weight portion 8, and the weight portion fixing / unfixing knob 9 provided on the weight portion attaching / detaching tool 8a is tightened to tighten the weight portion. 8 is fixed to the handle / hammer portion 5. The weight part 8 and the weight part attaching / detaching tool 8a are movable up and down with respect to the main shaft 4 with the weight part 8 fixed to the handle / hammer part 5.
[0016]
According to the handle hammer type soil collecting device 1 having such a configuration, when collecting a soil sample, the soil collecting tube 3 or the soil collecting tube 11 is attached to the main body 2 and the tip of the soil collecting tube 3 or the soil collecting tube 11 is collected. Standing in a substantially vertical direction with respect to the soil to be tried, the handle / hammer portion 5 is held and moved up and down along the main shaft 4 within the range of the sliding stroke l. The handle / hammer portion 5 hits the upper end portion of the main body portion 2 via a cushioning material 7 (rubber plate) at the lower end portion thereof, and the soil collecting pipe 3 is driven into the soil by the impact. At this time, when the soil collecting tube 3 is attached to the main body 2 or when the soil to be collected is soft, the soil collecting tube 3 penetrates into the soil relatively easily due to the inertia of the handle / hammer portion 5 alone. Can be made. When the soil collecting pipe 3 penetrates into the soil to a predetermined depth, the handle / hammer portion fixing / unfixing knob 6 fixes the handle / hammer portion 5 to the main shaft 4, and the handle / hammer portion 5 fixes the soil collecting tube 3. Is extracted from the soil and a soil sample is collected. In this operation, the weight part attaching / detaching tool 8a is fixed to the upper part of the lower fitting insertion part 5b.
[0017]
However, even when the soil collecting pipe 11 is attached to the main body 2 or when the soil collecting pipe 3 is attached to the main body 2, the soil to be collected is hard, or the soil is collected from the grassland portion around the slurry continuous field. In this case, since the driving force is insufficient only by the inertia of the handle / hammer portion 5 and the driving work becomes difficult, the weight portion 8 is attached to the handle / hammer portion 5 via the weight portion attaching / detaching tool 8a. By performing the driving operation, the inertia force of the handle / hammer portion 5 is increased, and the soil collecting pipe 3 can be easily driven into the soil. The depth at which the soil collecting pipes 3 and 11 are driven into the soil can be confirmed by the scale 10. A soil sample collected by the soil collecting pipe 3 or the soil collecting pipe 11 is taken out from the soil collecting pipe 3 or the soil collecting pipe 11 and analyzed. Moreover, the state of the soil sample collected in the soil collecting pipe 3 or the soil collecting pipe 11 can be observed from the window portions 3b and 11b, and the soil sample for each soil layer is taken out from the window portions 3b and 11b. Can do.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the handle hammer type soil collecting device of the present invention can have the following operational effects by having the configuration described in claims 1 to 4.
(1). A main body portion for attaching a base end portion of the soil collecting pipe, a main shaft extending concentrically upward with a soil collecting pipe attached to a lower portion of the main body portion, having a smaller diameter and a predetermined length than the main body portion, On the other hand, the handle / hammer part is inserted so as to be reciprocally movable in the vertical direction, and the handle / hammer part serves as the handle and the hammer, and the handle / hammer part is in a state where the lower end part of the handle / hammer part is in contact with the upper end part of the main body part. Since it is equipped with a fixing means for fixing to the soil, it can be easily and labor-savingly driven by a single operator, and the soil collecting pipe can be driven into the soil to a predetermined depth and pulled out, and a soil sample can be easily collected. It becomes possible. Moreover, since it is lightweight, it is excellent in portability and convenience. Therefore, as compared with the conventional manual-powered earth extractor, not only can the soil collecting pipe be driven into the soil quickly and surely, but also a deeper soil layer can be collected.
[0019]
(2). Since the soil collection tube can be attached to and detached from the main body and can be replaced with a soil collection tube of a different length, it is possible to easily collect a soil sample at an arbitrary depth by replacing the soil collection tube. .
(3). The handle / hammer has a detachable weight to increase the inertia of the handle / hammer, so even on hard soil or grassland with no plowing history, the weight can be attached to the soil collecting pipe. A soil sample can be taken easily.
(4). A scale is provided along the length of the soil collecting pipe, and a soil sample can be observed and a window for taking out the soil sample is provided, making it easy to collect soil at any depth using the scale. Can be done. Further, the state of the soil sample collected in the soil collecting pipe can be observed from the window portion, and the soil sample can be taken out from the window portion.
