従来の電子機器のシールドケースを図5,図6に基づいて説明すると、箱形を有するシールドケース21は、金属板を打ち抜き、折り曲げされて形成され、上壁22と、この上壁22の四方から折り曲げ形成された側壁23と、側壁23から下方に突出形成された複数個の取付脚24とを有する。

そして、孔26から抜き出た頭部24bを約90度捻って、頭部24bをプリント基板25の裏面に掛け止めして、シールドケース21がプリント基板25に取り付けられる。
しかる後、シールドケース21内の送受信回路部をプリント基板25の導電パターンに、半田付けにより接続するようになっている。

また、従来のシールドケース21は、取付脚24の頭部24bを捻った際、図6に示すように、頭部24bの捻りに伴い首部24aの捻られ、その結果、首部24aの捻りに伴って、首部24aの根本部分の側壁23の肉部が点線位置P1から実線位置P2に変位する。
このため、首部24aの側壁23との繋ぎ部分の根本部分が大きく変位し、この首部24aの大きな変位によって、孔26の角部において、かじり等の破損が生じるものである。

従来の電子機器のシールドケースは、取付脚24の頭部24bを捻った際、首部24aに繋がれた側壁23の肉部が点線位置P1から実線位置P2に大きく変位し、この首部24aの大きな変位によって、孔26の角部において、かじり等の破損が生じるという問題がある。

上記課題を解決するための第1の解決手段として、金属板からなり、側壁から下方に突出する取付脚を有するシールドケースを備え、前記取付脚は、前記側壁に繋がった首部と、前記首部の端部に設けられ、捻り止めするための広幅の頭部とを有し、前記側壁には、前記首部の近傍に置いて横方向に延びる横リブを設けた構成とした。
また、第2の解決手段として、前記首部には、前記横リブに直交する方向に延びる縦リブを設けた構成とした。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の電子機器のシールドケースを図1〜図4に基づいて説明すると、図1は本発明の電子機器のシールドケースの斜視図、図2は本発明の電子機器のシールドケースの要部を示す断面図、図3は図1の3−3線における断面図、図4は図1の4−4線における断面図である。

そして、上壁2と側壁3とで構成される箱形部内には、例えば、携帯電話機の送受信回路部が収納されて、シールドケース1によってシールドされた構成となっている。

また、本発明のシールドケース1は、取付脚4の頭部4bを捻った際、頭部4bの捻りに伴い首部4aの捻られるが、首部4aの近傍の側壁3に設けられた横リブ5によって、首部4aの捻りによる側壁3の変位が抑えられ、その結果、首部4aの捻りに伴う側壁3の肉部の変位が少なく、このため、孔8の角部におけるかじり等の破損が少ない。
