Description
【0001】
【0028】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a transparent pest control agent used by applying to glass windows, show windows, wall surfaces and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, many insects such as chironomids, butterflies, fly flies, mushrooms, spiders and stink bugs are known as insects having habits of gathering in light such as visible light and ultraviolet light. Such insects are not only harmful to humans, but also have the inconvenience of being disgusted by store customers who are stuck in the window glass of stores that sell foods, drive-in and other restaurants. There are some, and it is desired to disinfect them when necessary.
[0003]
Conventionally, well-known general insecticides are often sprayed directly in order to control such insects on glass windows, show windows, wall surfaces, etc. It is also possible to keep it.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when a general-purpose insecticide is attached to a transparent surface such as a glass surface, there is a problem that the coated surface becomes translucent and looks dirty.
[0005]
The reason why the coated surface of the insecticide appears to be dirty is as follows. (1) The attached insecticide dries out unevenly, so that irregularities are formed on the surface of the coating and become translucent. (2) Solvent It is conceivable that the active ingredient or the like having a high concentration as a result of evaporation of the liquid deposits or forms oil droplets, and (3) dust in the air adheres until the insecticide dries.
[0006]
Moreover, it is preferable that the insecticide applied to an outdoor glass surface or wall surface exhibits a control effect for as long as possible, and for that purpose, weather resistance that is resistant to direct sunlight, rainwater (running water), and the like is also required.
[0007]
Therefore, the object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, and to apply a transparent pest control agent evenly on the control surface, and to maintain transparency without precipitation when dried, In addition, it is intended that the pest control film can be kept transparent for a long period of time, and that the pest control property is weather resistant, as it is difficult for dust to adhere to the coating film.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, in the present invention, a pest control active ingredient, a film forming component made of a transparent organic compound capable of dissolving this pest control active ingredient, and a saturated vapor pressure at 20 ° C. of 1200 to 1500 Pa. It was a transparent pest control agent containing an organic solvent.
[0009]
Alternatively, it contains 5.0% by weight or less of a pest control active ingredient, and 0.1 to 10% by weight of a film-forming component made of a transparent organic compound capable of dissolving the pest control active ingredient, and the remainder is saturated at 20 ° C. A transparent pest control agent comprising an organic solvent having a vapor pressure of 1200 to 1500 Pa was used.
[0010]
In addition, as a pest control active ingredient in the above-mentioned transparent pest control agent, dichlorvos, EZ-empentrin, fenvalerate, ciphenothrin, cypermethrin, decameslin, kadeslin, permethrin, phenothrin, propulserin, resmethrin, cyfluthrin, tralomethrin, full One or more insecticidal components selected from the group consisting of citrinate, phenpropatoline, bifenthrin, silafluophene, etofenprox, propoxl and fenobucarb were employed.
[0011]
Alternatively, as a pest control active ingredient in the transparent pest control agent, diethyltoluamide, cyperus oil, di-n-butyl succinate, di-n-propylisocincomeronate, and 2,3,4,5- it had adopted a bis (delta 2-butylene) one or more pest repellent component selected from the group consisting of tetrahydrofurfuryl.
[0012]
Further, as a film forming component in the transparent pest control agent, alkylbenzene having an alkyl group having 10 to 14 carbon atoms or a derivative thereof, tributyl phosphate, dimethyl phthalate, butyl oleate, diethylene glycol dibenzoate and methyl acetylricinoleate A slow-drying transparent organic compound selected from the group consisting of:
[0013]
The transparent pest control agent of the present invention comprises a pest control active ingredient, a film-forming component in which the pest control ingredient is dissolved, and an organic solvent (saturated vapor pressure at 20 ° C. is 1200 to 1500 Pa) that is dried at a predetermined drying speed. When applied to a surface such as a glass surface at a rate of 20 ml / m 2, it is dried in a room at 20 ° C. within 3 to 10 minutes to form a dry film having a uniform film thickness.
[0014]
If the organic solvent is within the range of the above drying speed, the part previously applied during normal drug spraying operation should be dried before the film thickness becomes constant due to surface tension (wetting) and gravity. In addition, it is difficult for dust to adhere by the completion of drying, and the treated surface is transparent (clear).
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The pest control active ingredient used in the transparent pest control agent of this invention is effective against many things such as chironomids, butterflies, fly flies, mushrooms, spiders, stink bugs, etc. as habitual insects that gather in light such as visible light and ultraviolet light In addition, since the usual coating amount of the pest control agent on the glass surface or the like is about 20 ml / m 2 , those effective at 0.1 g / m 2 or less are suitable. Preferable insecticidal pest control active ingredients in this respect include dichlorvos, EZ-empentrin, fenvalerate, ciphenothrin, cypermethrin, decameslin, cadhesrin, permethrin, phenothrin, propulserin, resmethrin, cyfluthrin, tralomethrin, full Citrinate, phenpropatoline, bifenthrin, silafluophene, etofenprox, propoxl or fenobucarb.
[0016]
Alternatively, the pest repellent active ingredient having pest repellent includes diethyltoluamide, cyperus oil, di-n-butyl succinate, di-n-propylisocincomellonate or 2,3,4,5-bis (Δ 2 Butylene) tetrahydrofurfural.
[0017]
Of course, two or more kinds of the above-mentioned pest control active ingredients may be appropriately mixed and used. And such a pest control active ingredient is mix | blended in the ratio of 5.0 weight% or less in a transparent pest control agent. This compounding amount is difficult to specify the amount that can have a medicinal effect on the pests to be controlled, so the lower limit value can not be specifically limited, but the minute pests that have a medicinal effect at low concentrations are targeted for control. In that case, it may be added in a minute amount exceeding 0% by weight. If the blending amount exceeds 5.0% by weight, the dried pest control film tends to be cloudy, and the clear transparent film required for the pest control agent cannot be obtained.
[0018]
The film-forming component used in the present invention is composed of a transparent organic compound that can dissolve the above-mentioned pest control active ingredient and is compatible with the above-mentioned organic solvent, and has a drying rate compared to the above-mentioned organic solvent. Adopt a slow one. If it is a film-forming component that is insoluble in both the pest control active ingredient and the organic solvent, the active ingredient becomes fine crystals and oil droplets after drying the pest control agent, causing the film to become cloudy. It is.
[0019]
The slow drying property that can be employed as such a film-forming component is, for example, when 5 g of a sample is put in a plate having a diameter of 80 mm and the temperature at which 50% of the sample is reduced is measured with a ket infrared moisture meter, the temperature is 60 to 120 ° C It is a physical property that can be confirmed by being in the range.
[0020]
Examples of the compound name of the film forming component satisfying such conditions include alkylbenzene having an alkyl group having 10 to 14 carbon atoms or a derivative thereof, tributyl phosphate, dimethyl phthalate, butyl oleate, diethylene glycol dibenzoate and acetylricinol Such as methyl acid.
[0021]
The blending ratio of such a film forming component is preferably 0.1 to 10% by weight. This is because if the blending amount is less than the predetermined weight percent, the oily active ingredient becomes oil droplets after the film is formed, or white turbidity is likely to occur due to the precipitation of the crystalline active ingredient. In this case, the drying time is longer than 10 minutes and the amount of dust attached is increased, which is not preferable.
[0022]
The organic solvent used in the present invention is an organic solvent having a saturated vapor pressure at 20 ° C. of 1200 to 1500 Pa. In the case of a fast-drying organic solvent exceeding the drying rate (with a saturated vapor pressure at 20 ° C. exceeding 1500 Pa), the liquid transparent pest control agent having a specific viscosity is applied during the coating operation before the film thickness becomes constant after coating. Since the film starts to dry, the coating thickness is not uniformly formed, and unevenness that can be discerned with the naked eye occurs. In addition, when an organic solvent having a drying speed less than a predetermined drying speed (saturated vapor pressure at 20 ° C. is less than 1200 Pa) is used, it is easy to attach dust by the completion of drying when the coating is dried outdoors, and the treated surface is transparent ( (Clear) is not finished.
[0023]
Specific examples of such a predetermined drying organic solvent are paraffinic hydrocarbons (= aliphatic saturated hydrocarbons) of the general formula C n H 2n + 2 such as isoparaffin and n-paraffin, and have a carbon number of n. = 8-16, preferably 9-10.
[0024]
The transparent pest control agent of the present invention that can be manufactured by batch mixing the above-mentioned raw materials is used by being applied to the outdoor side such as a glass surface on which the target pests fly, but as a pretreatment, the dirt on the coated surface is sufficiently removed. It is preferable to keep it. This is because such dirt causes unevenness and fogging after application.
[0025]
As a coating method, brush coating or roller coating is likely to cause unevenness. Therefore, in order to reliably form a transparent film, spray coating is preferable. The sprayer to be used is preferably a spray gun with a trigger (trigger), and sprayed evenly from the position 20 to 30 cm away from the glass surface or the like so that the entire surface of the coating surface is wet. In this way, there is no dripping at a coating amount of about 20 ml / m 2 , and a uniform film thickness can be applied.
[0026]
If such a film is dried for about 2 to 3 minutes without being wiped off after application, a uniform film is formed.
[0027]
In addition, the above-mentioned transparent pest control agent can be applied to the use of a transparent pest control agent for coating a glass surface, particularly a transparent pest control agent for coating a transparent glass surface. Known additives such as an absorbent, an antioxidant, and a fragrance may be blended, and a pigment or the like may be added when a translucent film is formed.
[0028]

With the formulation shown in Tables 1 to 4, the raw materials were mixed together to produce a transparent pest control agent.
The following evaluation tests (a) to (c) are performed on the obtained transparent pest control agent, and (a) uniform coating property, (b) dust adhesion to the coating, and (c) transparency of the coating are examined. The results are shown by symbols in Tables 1 to 4. The results are shown in two stages: good (◯ mark) and bad (x mark).
[0029]
(A) Uniform coating property The transparent pest control agent of the example or comparative example is sprayed onto a transparent glass plate with a spray gun to apply 20 ml / m 2 and dried in a room at 20 ° C. Whether or not unevenness (unevenness) was formed on the coated film was determined with the naked eye.
[0030]
(B) Dust adhesion of the coating The transparent pest control agent of the example or comparative example was sprayed onto a transparent glass plate with a spray gun and applied at 20 ml / m 2 and dried outdoors at room temperature for 10 minutes. Then, it was determined with the naked eye whether or not dust was adhered to the formed film.
[0031]
(C) Transparency of coating The transparent pest control agent of Example or Comparative Example was sprayed onto a transparent glass plate with a spray gun, applied to 20 ml / m 2 , dried in a room at 20 ° C., and formed. It was determined with the naked eye whether the coated film had cloudiness such as cloudiness.

[0035]
[Table 4]
[0036]
As is apparent from the results in Table 4, in Comparative Examples 1 to 4 in which the active ingredient exceeds a predetermined amount, cloudiness occurred in the dried film. Further, in Comparative Examples 5 to 8 in which the film forming component exceeded a predetermined amount, dust adhered to the dried film, or cloudiness occurred in the dried film. Moreover, in Comparative Example 9 in which the active ingredient and the film-forming component were blended in excess of a predetermined amount, dust adhered to the dried film and clouding occurred in the film.
[0037]
On the other hand, in Examples 1 to 31, which satisfy all the predetermined conditions, satisfactory results were obtained with respect to all of the uniform coating property, the dust adhesion of the coating, and the transparency of the coating.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention provides a transparent pest containing a pest control active ingredient, a film-forming component comprising a transparent organic compound capable of dissolving the pest control active ingredient, and a predetermined drying organic solvent. Since it is a control agent, a transparent pest control agent can be applied evenly to the treated surface, transparency can be maintained when dried, and it is difficult for dust to adhere to the coating, thus increasing the transparency of the pest control coating. There is an advantage that it can be maintained for a long period of time, and the pest control property is weather resistant.
