Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a locking device for holding a manhole cover in an attached state to prevent opening.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The manhole cover is attached by placing the outer periphery on a support frame provided at the inner periphery of the entrance of the manhole, but the cover is lifted by water pressure or the like, causing water to overflow on the road or causing the cover to slip, There are cases where the traveling of an automobile or bicycle may be hindered. For this reason, various manhole covers provided with a locking device for preventing this are provided.
[0003]
As this locking device, the configuration shown in FIG. 10 has been proposed. In this configuration, a rotating piece 55 provided with a lever portion 52 projecting toward the operation port side and a locking hook portion 53 hanging downward on the side side lower surface of the operation port 51 of the manhole cover 50 is rotated. The lever portion 52 is urged upward by a spring 56 that is rotatably supported by a shaft 54 and is attached to the lower surface of the lid so as to protrude to a position facing the operation port 51 from below, and a support frame. A lock piece 65 having an engagement end 62 opposed from below to an engagement surface 61 formed on the inner surface of the 60 and formed with a linkage hole 63 into which the engagement flange 53 is inserted is provided with a shaft 66 and a long hole. 67 is supported on the lower surface of the lid so as to be movable in the radial direction.
[0004]
In this configuration, the lever portion 52 of the rotating piece 55 is positioned so as to face the operation port 51 by the action of the spring 56, the lever portion 52 is pushed downward using the tool x, and the tip thereof is bitten into the groove 68. The lock piece 65 is retracted in the horizontal direction as shown by the arrow in FIG. For this reason, even if the water level becomes high in the manhole and the water pressure acts on the rotating piece 54, the unlocking is prevented by the urging force of the spring 56.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the above-mentioned configuration, the manhole cover 50 has an operation port 51 opened, and the manhole cover 50 completely blocks the manhole entrance, such as rainwater flowing in through the operation port 51. I can't. For this reason, in a drainage channel, rainwater will flow excessively into this drainage channel, and predetermined drainage management cannot be performed smoothly. On the contrary, if the water pressure in the manhole 1 is increased, water may leak or be ejected from the operation port.
[0006]
Further, in this configuration, the rotating piece 55 is rotated, and the locking piece 53 of the rotating piece 55 swings to cause linear movement of the locking piece 65 in the radial direction. A sufficient rotation angle must be ensured so that the rotation angle of the portion 53 can bring about the required movement in the radial direction of the lock piece 65, and the operation region 70 that allows the rotation of the rotation piece 55 is provided. It must be taken widely. Accordingly, there is a problem that the locking device becomes large.
The object of the present invention is to solve such problems.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is to nono support frame which is attached to the inlet in the periphery of the manhole, the manhole cover for sealing the entrance of the manhole, forming the operation hole to its periphery, and on its lower surface, covers the operation opening from the bottom The bag portion is formed so as to retain rainwater flowing in from the operation port and prevent the rainwater from flowing into the manhole. The lever piece is pivotally supported, and a lock piece provided with an engagement end is pivotally supported at the end of the pivot shaft that protrudes to the outside of the bag portion. Further, a biasing force such as a spring or a weight is provided. By the means, with the manhole cover attached, the lever piece faces the operation port from below and is held so that the engaging end of the lock piece faces the locking surface formed on the inner surface of the support frame from below. It is a thing.
[0008]
The bag portion includes a peripheral wall projecting downward on the lower surface of the manhole cover, and a bottom plate that covers the lower end opening of the peripheral wall and is fixed to the lower end of the peripheral wall . In such a configuration, the bag portion can be easily formed, and the lever piece can be attached from the opening in a state where the bottom plate is removed.
[0009]
Further, in this way, when the bag portion is constituted by the peripheral wall and the bottom plate, on both side wall portions opposed to each other in the direction orthogonal to the radial direction of the peripheral wall, respectively, a shaft support groove that opens downward is formed. A locking body in which a locking piece is fixed to both ends of a rotating shaft provided with a lever piece in the center and a support part is disposed between the lever piece and the fixing part of the locking piece is assembled in advance. The support part is fitted into the shaft support groove, and the lever piece is attached so as to be disposed between the side walls from the opening, and the bottom plate is fixed to the lower end of the peripheral wall so as to cover the lower end opening of the peripheral wall. Thus, the locking device can be configured. In such a configuration, after assembling the above-described locking body in advance, it is possible to easily connect by simply attaching it to the manhole cover and attaching the bottom plate using the shaft support groove. There is.
[0010]
In this configuration, when the manhole cover is attached as described above, the lever piece faces the operation port from below, and the engagement end of the lock piece faces the locking surface formed on the inner surface of the support frame from below. It becomes the position to do. For this reason, when the manhole cover is lifted as it is, the engaging end of the lock piece comes into contact with the engaging surface of the support frame from below and cannot be opened. That is, in this state, the locking position is reached.
[0011]
Even if the water level in the manhole rises due to this locking action, and the water pressure acts on the lever piece, the lever piece is held in its locked position by the biasing means, so that the locking is released. There is nothing.
[0012]
On the other hand, when opening the manhole cover, when a tool such as a bar is inserted from the operation port and the lever piece is pressed, the lever piece rotates against the urging means about the rotation axis. Then, the engagement end of the lock piece is retracted from the locking surface of the support frame, and cannot be engaged in the vertical direction. For this reason, the manhole cover is opened by rolling the manhole cover while pressing the lever portion.
[0013]
In such a configuration, since the operation port is completely covered with the manhole cover lower surface by the bag portion, even if rainwater flows in from the operation port, it stays in the bag portion and does not flow into the manhole. As a result, water in the manhole 1 does not leak.
[0014]
【Example】
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a manhole in which an annular support frame 2 is provided on the inner periphery of the manhole entrance, and a manhole cover 5 is mounted on the support frame 2 so that the entrance of the manhole 1 is sealed. Has been. The inner wall surface of the support frame 2 has a tapered shape, and the manhole cover 5 also has a taper shape of the same angle that can be in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the support frame 2 on the outer periphery, and the inner diameter of the support frame 2 A substantially equal inclined surface is formed, thereby being in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the support frame 2, and an operation port 7 is formed at the end thereof. Further, a biting groove 8 (see FIGS. 4 and 5) is formed on the lower surface of the manhole cover 5 on the side of the operation port 7 with which the tip of the bar x described later comes into contact.
[0015]
The configuration of the first embodiment of the locking device according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 to 5. On the lower surface of the manhole cover 5, a bag portion 9 that covers the operation port 7 from below is formed. Rotating shafts 15 and 15 are rotatably passed through through holes 11 and 11 formed in both side wall portions 10 and 10 via bushes 12, and both of the rotating shafts 15 and 15 are formed in the bag portion 9. The lever piece 14 is supported by the inner end. That is, the rectangular projections 18 and 18 formed at the inner ends of the rotation shafts 15 and 15 are fitted into the rectangular fitting holes 17 and 17 formed on both sides of the lever piece 14, and the rotation shafts 15 and 15 are connected to the side wall portions. By making the movement in the width direction 10 and 10 impossible, the lever piece 14 is held between the rotation shafts 15 and 15 so as not to be relatively rotatable.
[0016]
The lever piece 14 and the rotation shafts 15 and 15 may be any one as long as they can rotate integrally. Therefore, the rotation shaft 15 penetrates the lever piece 14 so as not to be relatively rotatable, and The structure which supports both sides with the side wall parts 10 and 10 may be sufficient. Or you may comprise the rotating shaft 15 and the lever piece 14 integrally.
[0017]
The outer ends of the rotating shafts 15 and 15 protrude outward from the side wall portions 10 and 10, and the bearing portions 21 and 21 protruding upward on both sides of the lock piece 20 are fitted on the protruding ends. , The split pin 22 is inserted, and thereby the lock pieces 20 are supported by the rotary shafts 15 and 15.
[0018]
The lock piece 20 is composed of a metal thick member, and the weight portion 25 is used as a weight portion 25 to produce a weight action. By the weight and the cooperative action of the coil spring 30 described below, The drooping position in FIG. 3 is maintained. In addition, the lock piece 20 has an engagement protrusion 23 formed on the outer surface of the weight portion 25, the upper end surface of the lock piece 20 is an engagement end 24, and the engagement end 24 is an inner surface of the support frame 2 at the hanging position. It is made to oppose the locking surface 3 formed in this.
[0019]
Further, coil springs 30 and 30 are wound around the rotary shafts 15 and 15, one end of which is in contact with the lower surface of the manhole cover 5, and the other end is hung on the rear surface of the base end portion of the bearing portion 21 of the lock piece 20. In this way, a compressive force is applied to the coil springs 30 and 30, and the spring action cooperates with the weight action of the weight part 25 to urge the rotating shafts 15 and 15 in the clockwise direction in the figure to The edge 16 of the piece 14 is brought into contact with the lower surface of the manhole cover 5 so that the edge 16 faces the operation port 7 from below. At this position, as described above, the lock piece 20 faces the locking surface 3 formed on the inner surface of the support frame 2.
[0020]
On the other hand, a lock lever 60 is suspended from the manhole cover 5 by a shaft 61 at a point-symmetrical position of the operation port 7 as shown in FIG. Wherein the lower end of the lock lever 60 engaging projection 62 projecting outwardly is formed in hanging state by its own weight, is inserted into the opening of the rectangular frame 63 formed in the support frame 2, the locking surface of the rectangular frame 63 Even if the locking protrusion 62 is hung on 64 and the periphery of the position directly above the lock lever 60 of the manhole cover 5 is lifted, the opening cannot be made.
[0021]
Next, the opening operation of the manhole cover 5 will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 5, a bar x having an L-shaped lower end is inserted from the operation port 7 so that the end edge 16 of the lever piece 14 resists the urging force of the coil spring 30 and the weight action of the lock piece 20. Then, it is pushed downward and brought into contact with the bottom surface of the bag portion 9. By this operation, the lever piece 14 rotates about the rotation shafts 15 and 15. For this reason, the lock piece 20 coupled to the lever piece 14 also rotates via the rotation shafts 15, 15, the engagement end 24 is retracted, and the vertical facing of the locking surface 3 is released. The Then, the bar x is further inserted and its tip is cut into the groove 8 and tilted with its spine against the support frame 2 and the manhole cover 5 is turned. Emerges.
[0022]
Then, it is further lifted and pulled to disengage the locking projection 42 of the lock lever 40 from the locking surface 44, so that the locking of the manhole cover 5 is released, and the manhole cover 5 is removed by appropriate means.
[0023]
When the manhole cover 5 is attached on the support frame 2, first, the lock lever 40 is passed through the opening of the rectangular frame 43, is moved to the right in FIG. 2, and the lever piece 14 is pressed downward on the support frame 2. The manhole cover 5 may be mounted on the inner wall of the support frame 2 in a close contact state, and then the pressing may be released. As a result, the lever piece 14 rotates in the clockwise direction by the biasing force of the coil spring 30 and the weight of the lock piece 20, and the lock piece 20 moves backward to engage the position immediately below the locking surface 3 as shown in FIG. It returns to the locking position where the joint end 24 is disposed.
[0024]
In this state, even if the manhole cover 5 is to be lifted, the engagement end 24 comes into contact with the locking surface 3 and cannot be opened. That is, in this attached state, it automatically becomes the locking position. In addition, even if the water level in the manhole 1 rises due to this locking action and the water pressure acts on the lever piece 14, the lever piece 14 is held in its locked position by the urging means. Will not occur. Therefore, the lid is not lifted by the water pressure.
[0025]
In the above-described configuration, the urging means is configured by generating a restoring elasticity by the coil spring 30 and a weight action by the weight portion 25 of the lock piece 20, but only one of the spring or the weight is used. Also good.
[0026]
In the above-described configuration, in order to set the lock piece 20 to the retracted position, the lever piece 14 may be pressed downward with a bar x or the like and rotated about the rotation shaft 15. Here, the lever piece 14 and the lock piece 20 are integrated via the rotation shafts 15 and 15, and their rotation angles are equal. The engagement end 24 of the lock piece 20 is located farther from the rotary shafts 15 and 15 than the pressing end of the lever piece 14. Therefore, the lock piece 20 can be swung larger than that of the lever piece 14, and a large component of movement in the radial direction of the engagement end 24 associated with the swing can be obtained. This means that the engagement end 24 can be retracted rearward only by swinging the lever piece 14 small, and the operating region allowing the lever piece 14 to rotate can be reduced. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the size of the locking device.
[0027]
In comparison with this, the configuration of actual Japanese Utility Model No. 4-4045 rotates the rotating piece so that the locking hook portion of the rotating piece causes linear movement in the radial direction to the inserted lock piece. Therefore, there is a problem that the locking device becomes large because a sufficient rotation angle must be made possible and an operation region that allows the rotation of the rotation piece to be widened. It was.
[0028]
In such a configuration, since the operation port is completely covered with the lower surface of the manhole cover 5 by the bag portion 9, even if rainwater flows in from the operation port, the operation port stays in the bag portion 9 and enters the manhole. Do not flow. Therefore, there is no adverse effect such as rainwater flowing into the drainage channel or the like and overflowing, and the manhole cover 5 at the entrance of the manhole 1 can be sufficiently sealed.
[0029]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. This embodiment is different from the first embodiment in the structure of the bag portion 9 and the assembly structure of the rotating shaft 15 and the like. .
[0030]
Here, the bag portion 9 includes a peripheral wall 40 projecting downward from the lower surface of the manhole cover 5 and a bottom plate 45 that covers the lower end opening 44 of the peripheral wall 40 and is fixed to the lower end of the peripheral wall. The peripheral wall 40 includes both side wall portions 42 and 42 that face each other in a direction orthogonal to the radial direction of the manhole, a back wall portion 43, and an engagement bottom portion 43 that connects the lower ends at the front portions of the side wall portions 42 and 42. The wall portions 42 and 42 are respectively formed with rectangular shaft support grooves 41 and 41 that open downward. The interior is used as an operating gap, and the rear bottom without the engagement bottom 43 is a lower end opening 44.
[0031]
On the other hand, the bottom plate 45 covers the lower end opening 44, and a rubber packing 46 is attached to the upper surface of the bottom plate 45, and a fixing screw 47 is inserted through a through hole formed in the peripheral portion, and the side wall portion 42. , 42 is screwed into a screw hole formed at the lower end, and the lower end opening 44 is sealed.
[0032]
A locking body 50 is attached to the bag portion 9.
The locking body 50 is formed by integrally assembling the rotating shaft 15, the lever piece 14, the lock piece 20, and the like. The rotating shaft 15 is provided with a lever piece 14 integrally or by external fitting and fixing at a center portion thereof, and cutting planes 51 and 51 are formed at both ends thereof. A through-hole 52 is formed in the vertical direction so as to be orthogonal to each other. Then, cylindrical bushes 53 and 53 made of synthetic rubber or the like are fitted from both ends of the rotating shaft 15. The outer peripheral shape of the cylindrical bushes 53, 53 has a rectangular cross section that can be fitted into the shaft support grooves 41, 41. Further, coil springs 30 are fitted on both ends of the rotating shaft 15. Thereby, the both ends of the rotating shaft 15 in which the cutting planes 51 and 51 are formed protrude on both outer sides.
[0033]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 9, semi-circular bearing portions 55, 55 are formed at the projecting ends of the bearing portions 21, 21 projecting on both sides of the lock piece 20. A screw hole 56 is formed in the lower bottom of the bearing portions 55 and 55. Then, as described above, both end portions of the rotating shaft 15 that externally fits the bushes 53 and 53 and the shaft support grooves 41 and 41 are fitted into the bearing portions 55 and 55, and the transparent planes 51 and 51 are opened. The fixing screw 57 is inserted into the hole 52 and screwed into the screw hole 56. Thus, the fixing screw 57 constitutes the locking body 50 by integrating the respective members.
[0034]
And after this latching body 50 is located in the bag part 9 so that the lever piece 14 may be located, the bushes 53, 53 are applied to the shaft supporting grooves 41, 41 and the adhesive is applied to the shaft supporting grooves 41, 41. The bottom plate 45 is attached to the lower end opening 44, and the fixing screw 47 is screwed to the lower ends of the shaft support grooves 41, 41. In this state, one end of the coil spring 30 comes into contact with the bottom surface of the rotating shaft 15, and the lever piece 14 and the lock piece 20 are biased to the engagement position in FIG. Thus, the locking body 50 is assembled to the manhole cover 5.
[0035]
In this second embodiment, the bag portion 9 is composed of a peripheral wall 40 projecting downward from the lower surface of the manhole cover 5 and a bottom plate 45, and only the peripheral wall 40 is integrated with the manhole cover 5. Therefore, there is an advantage that the mold structure becomes simple. Further, the lever piece 14, the rotation shaft 15 and the like may be mounted from the lower end opening 44. Therefore, the locking device can be easily attached to the manhole cover 5 by configuring the locking body 50 described above in advance. Can be assembled.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the manhole cover 5 is formed with the bag portion 9 that covers the operation port 7 from below, and is rotated through the side wall portions 10 and 10 (42, 42) of the bag portion 9. The lever 15 is rotatably supported in the bag portion 9 by the shaft 15, and the lock piece 20 having the engagement end 24 is rotated on the end portion of the rotation shaft 15 protruding to the outside of the bag portion 9. The lever piece 14 faces the operation port 7 from below and the engagement end 24 of the lock piece 20 is formed on the inner surface of the support frame 2 with the manhole cover 5 attached by the urging means. Since it is held so as to face the locking surface 3 from below, even if the water pressure in the manhole increases, the engagement end 24 abuts on the locking surface 3 and the manhole cover 5 is lifted. Is prevented, and the operation port 7 is covered with the bag portion 9, and rainwater flows in from the operation port 7, Without falling into Nhoru 1, and it no water in the manhole 1 leaks, it is possible to ensure sealing with good shielding inlet manhole 1 by internal manhole cover 5. Further, the rotation angle of the lever piece 14 can be reduced, and the locking device is downsized.
[0037]
Further, the bag portion 9 is constituted by a peripheral wall 40 projecting downward from the lower surface of the manhole cover 5 and a bottom plate 45 that covers the lower end opening 44 of the peripheral wall 40 and is fixed to the lower end of the peripheral wall 40. In the above configuration, the bag portion 9 can be easily formed, and it is only necessary to attach a lever piece or the like from the lower end opening 44 in a state in which the bottom plate 45 is removed. Therefore, if the lever piece 14, the lock piece 20, etc. are integrated in advance to form the locking body 50, the lever piece 14 is disposed in the peripheral wall 40 and the bottom plate 45 is covered with the lower end opening 44 of the peripheral wall 40. By simply wearing it, the locking device can be incorporated into the manhole cover 5, and there are excellent effects such as easy assembly.
