DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below based on the embodiments of the present invention illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
[0017]
In the accompanying drawings, FIGS. 1 to 7 show an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a set state of a grating in a drainage groove, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of line 2-2 in FIG. 3 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line 3-3 in FIG. 1, FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line 4-4 in FIG. 3, FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along line 5-5 in FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line 6-6 in FIG. 4, and FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view of the main part of the grating. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing a modification of the side bar, FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing a modification of the main bar, and FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing a modification of the spacer.
[0018]
First, the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 7 will be described. A U-shaped drainage groove P as a groove is recessed in the installation surface F, which is indoors or outdoors and hardened with concrete or the like, and at the opening edges on both sides in the width direction of the drainage groove P In order to close the open upper surface of the groove P, a plurality of gratings G arranged in tandem along the longitudinal direction of the groove P are engaged and supported.
[0019]
In the illustrated example, a stepped portion that is one step down from the installation surface F is formed at the left and right opening edge portions of the drainage groove P, and a metal edge frame extending along the longitudinal direction of the groove P is formed on the stepped portion. The
[0020]
Thus, the
[0021]
Each grating G includes a plurality of main bars M parallel to each other at a predetermined interval, spacer means SP for maintaining a predetermined interval between the main bars M, and orthogonally arranged to the main bars M and the bars M And a pair of side bars S that are parallel to each other and connect one end to the other in the longitudinal direction, and form a square frame as a whole.
[0022]
Each main bar M extends in a direction crossing the groove P, each side bar S extends in a direction along the longitudinal direction of the groove P, and a lower end of the main bar M is a lid of the lid receiving step (edge frame member 1). It is engaged and placed on the receiving surface f. Each of the bars S and M is formed of a metal material such as aluminum that is resistant to rust.
Each side bar S is basically formed in a strip shape and integrally formed on a side bar main body Sm whose flat side surface is arranged in the vertical direction and an inner side surface (that is, a side surface on the main bar M side) of the side bar main body Sm. And a locking projection Sa as a locking portion having a uniform cross section extending linearly in the longitudinal direction. In the illustrated example, the locking projection Sa is formed in a cross-sectional dovetail shape, and a concave groove Sag having a cross-sectional semicircular arc shape is formed on the flat front end surface.
[0023]
Thus, each side bar S is integrally formed along the longitudinal direction by extrusion molding or pultrusion molding, and simultaneously with the molding, the side bar main body Sm and the locking projection Sa with the concave groove Sag are formed at once. Is done. Thus, the cross section is formed in the same shape over the entire longitudinal direction of each side bar S.
[0024]
Each main bar M is basically provided with a main bar body Mm having a strip shape and a flat side surface arranged in the vertical direction, and a horizontal frame Mh connected to the upper end of the main bar body Mm. It is formed in a T shape. A non-slip protrusion 3 is formed on the upper surface of the horizontal frame Mh as necessary.
[0025]
Thus, each main bar M is integrally formed by extrusion molding or pultrusion molding along the longitudinal direction thereof, and the main bar main body Mm and the horizontal frame Mh are formed at a time simultaneously with the molding.
[0026]
The longitudinal end faces of each main bar M, with may slidably fitted along its longitudinal direction from one longitudinal end of the corresponding side bar S the locking projection Sa in against the side bar S of In the fitted state, a first locking hole Ma is formed as a first locked portion that can be locked relative to the locking portion Sa in a direction crossing the longitudinal direction so as not to be relatively movable . The first locking hole Ma is formed in a cross-sectional dovetail shape corresponding to the dovetail-shaped cross-sectional shape of the locking protrusion Sa, and the locking protrusion Sa corresponds to the first locking hole Ma. The side bar S can be slid along the longitudinal direction without play. The flat bottom surface of the first locking hole Ma is formed with a concave groove Mag having a semicircular cross section corresponding to the concave groove Sag having a semicircular cross section of the locking projection Sa. An arc hole C is formed by Sag and Mag.
[0027]
Thus, the first locking hole Ma is formed by pressing after the main bar M is integrally formed by the extrusion molding or the pultrusion molding.

Further, even if the main bar M has a complicated cross-sectional shape, it can be easily and accurately formed by extrusion molding or pultrusion molding, and the first locking hole Ma of the main bar M has the main bar M After extrusion molding or pultrusion molding of M, the bar end surface can be formed without difficulty by pressing.
[0041]
FIG. 8 shows a modification of the side bar S. FIG. 8A shows an example in which a locking hole Sa having a dovetail shape in cross section is formed on the inner side surface of the side bar S as a locking portion instead of the locking protrusion Sa of the above embodiment. (B) is formed with a locking protrusion Sa having a T-shaped cross section, and (c) is formed with a locking hole Sa having a T-shaped cross section. When the locking portion Sa of the side bar S is configured by a locking hole, the corresponding main bar M and the first and second locked portions of the

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention as described above, upon assembly of the grating with respect to the locking portion of the side bar inner surface, from one longitudinal end side of the sidebar, and the first engaged portion of the main bar end faces, The second locked portion of each spacer is alternately fitted and locked along the longitudinal direction, and finally the means between the main bar or spacer located on the outermost side and the side bar is prevented from coming off. In order to assemble the grating, welding is not necessary, and the fixing operation is simply a connection between the main bar or spacer located on the outermost side and the side bar. Therefore, the overall assembly workability is excellent.
