【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mowing machine discharging apparatus for a mowing machine that discharges mowing grass smoothly in the collector side direction provided at the rear of the machine body in a mowing machine that can be moved up and down in the lower part of the stomach of a mobile agricultural machine.
[0002]
[Background Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
In a so-called midmower mower attached to the lower abdomen of a conventional mobile agricultural machine, if the cutting width is widened by using multiple cutting blades to increase efficiency, the total amount of mowing grass to be cut increases and it is discharged in the collector direction at once. More mowing grass. If the mowing machine is left on the ground as it is moving, there will be no problem, but for the next process, the mowing grass will be collected in a narrow line or in the collector that is the storage container at the rear of the machine. If there is any amount of moisture on the mowing grass when trying to transport it, the mowing grass tends to get clogged in the vicinity of the deck's mowing outlet and the shooter connecting the deck and the collector. Must be carried out complicatedly, and conversely, it may become inefficient.
[0003]
In order to solve these problems, initially, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 59-55424, an impeller for forcibly discharging the grass is provided, or as shown in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-95716, one side of the deck. A powerful blower was attached to the side, and the cut grass was conveyed to the collector, which is a storage box at the rear of the aircraft, via a shooter. As shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-55424 in which a separate grass cutting device is provided at the rear of the deck as described above, the wheel base of the mobile agricultural machine is required for a long time because the deck extends backward. If the mower is not attached to the machine, or if the mobile farm machine is enlarged and installed, the maneuverability will be worse.
[0004]
Further, in the device provided with the grass cutting device on the side of the deck shown in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-95716, the shooter protrudes to the side of the rotary cutting blade, so that the grass below the shooter can be cut off. In other places, such as parks and orchards, where other trees and facilities are installed, there are cases where it is easy to produce uncut and manual work is required. As shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 9-51709 and 9-271237, such problems as in the original illustrations are solved and the grass width is made compact while the cut grass is discharged to the rear of the deck. It is known.
[0005]
However, in such a known example, the shooter moved by the deck that moves up and down with the mowing work is connected directly between the rear of the deck and the upper part of the collector as a long shooter. The height of the shooter placed in a narrow part cannot be made very high, that is, the collector position cannot be made high and the storage amount becomes small. It becomes a changed mobile farm machine and lacks compatibility.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is intended to solve such problems of the conventional apparatus, and has taken the following technical means. That is, a plurality of rotary cutting blades (3, 3,...) Are juxtaposed between the front and rear wheels (1, 2) , and a deck (4 ) that covers the upper and side of the rotary cutting blades (3, 3...). ) , And a blower case (6) with a blower (5) mounted in the vicinity of the rear end in the side view between the left and right rear wheels (2, 2 ) is fixedly provided. At the rear of the deck (4), a shooter (7) formed in a horizontally long rectangular cross section with substantially the same width in the front-rear direction is connected via a horizontal axis hinge (57) so as to be swingable up and down. The inlet side of (7) is displaced to one side in the left-right direction between the wheel treads, and the rear end of the shooter (7) is connected to the blower case (6) at a position lower than the axis of the rear wheel (2). intake tube to set air inlet (56) (55) mowed grass discharge device for a mower, characterized in that are intruded into the It was constructed.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The figure shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which a mower 12 for mowing turf and grass from the ground surface is attached to a lower part of an abdomen of a moving vehicle 13 such as a tractor. The mower 12 is a working machine. The present invention is incorporated in the cut grass discharge portion, which will be described in detail below.
[0008]
As shown in the figure, the moving vehicle 13 is a four-wheel tractor for riding, and main frames 14 and 14 made of a channel material in the front-rear direction are arranged in the lower part of the machine body in a pair of left and right directions. The main frame 14 is welded at an intermediate portion in the front-rear direction, and the left-right distance is widened so that the rear main frame 14a approaches the rear wheel 2. The main frames 14, 14 are narrow on the front side, and the engine 15 is mounted on the upper front portion. A front axle 16 is attached to the front lower portion of the main frame 14 so as to be able to swing left and right by a center pivot system, and front wheels 1 and 1 are attached to end portions of the front axle 16 via a king pin 17 so as to be steerable. Yes. A steering handle 18 steers the front wheels 1 and 1. Further, between the left and right rear main frames 14a, 14a, a rear axle 85 in which the rear axle 19 is housed with a bearing interposed, and a traveling transmission case 44 are attached to constitute a strength member. The rear wheels 2 and 2 are attached to wheel bosses 20 and 20 respectively provided at both ends of the rear axles 19 and 19.
[0009]

In the upper mounting hole, the rear end portion of the lower link 52 is mounted in the lower mounting hole so as to be swingable up and down. In addition, a blower case 6 in which the blower 5 is inserted is integrally attached to the rear of the left and right support columns 27 and 27 via fastening tools such as bolts and nuts. In addition, an intake cylinder 56 having an intake port 55 that detours below the rear axle 19 and opens to the front from the front wall portion of the blower case 6 in front of the blower 5 is integrally protruded obliquely downward. The intake port 55 is a quadrangular opening having a wide front view, and the rear end portion of the quadrangular shooter 7 having a wide cross section protruding rearward from the rear portion of the deck 4 of the mower 12 enters the intake port 55. . Since the shooter 7 also moves up and down as the deck 4 moves up and down, the front part of the shooter 7 is mounted on the deck 4 through a horizontal axis hinge 57 so as to be swingable up and down, and the rear end of the shooter 7 is described above. It is supported at the peripheral edge of the intake port 55.
[0016]
A conveying cylinder 58 protrudes upward above the blower case 6, and the leading end of the conveying cylinder 58 projects into the upper part of the collector 59 which is a storage container and opens inward. Further, a cover case 60 that covers a transmission for driving the blower 5 is attached to the rear wall surface 6 a of the blower case 6. The first pulley 61 is attached to the rear portion of the first shaft 63 protruding forward from the right rear wall surface 6a. The first shaft 63 is transmitted via a drive universal joint 65 to and from a drive shaft 64 that protrudes rearward and upward from the traveling transmission case 44. A blower 5 is attached to the front portion of the attachment shaft of the second pulley 62, and the blower 5 is rotated via a rotational power transmission tool 66 such as a V-belt or a chain. As the blower 5 rotates, the inside of the intake cylinder 56 becomes negative pressure, and as will be described in detail later, the inside of the shooter 7 communicating between the rear portion of the deck 4 and the intake port 55 also becomes negative pressure, and the turf grass cut off in the deck 4 is sucked by the blower 5. Then, it is transported from the transport cylinder 58 to the collector 59. The sucked turfgrass is sent to the collector 59, and when it is almost full, the lid 68 in the latter half is opened and discharged to a predetermined place.
[0017]
Next, the mower 12 which is a main part will be described. The mower 12 suspended below the main frame 14 between the wheel bases of the front and rear wheels 1 and 2 via the four front and rear links 37, 38 ... The central drive shaft 8 and the left and right drive shafts 9 and 10 with the left and right ends of the substantially isosceles triangle having the apex as the apex are arranged side by side, and the lower end portion of each drive shaft The rotary cutting blade 3 is attached to each other with a bolt or the like.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 2, the cutting width in one process of the mower 12 protrudes outward from the maximum width of the moving vehicle 13, and the rotation trajectories of the left and right rotary cutting blades 3 and 3 are different from each other. It protrudes outward from the front and rear wheels 1 and 2. Further, the distance between the adjacent rotary cutting blades 3 and 3 determines the inter-axis distance with a minimum gap t that does not contact each other at the time of rotation. Therefore, the cutting blades overlap with each other by the dimension S with respect to the turf grass cutting on the ground, so that no cutting remains.
[0019]
In the example shown in FIG. 1, the left drive shaft 9 and the central drive shaft 8 rotate clockwise in a plan view, and only the right drive shaft 10 rotates counterclockwise, but two adjacent drive shafts rotate in the same direction. When the other one drive shaft is rotated in the reverse direction, the forward / reverse rotation facing portion is deviated to one side of the rear portion of the deck 4, and the cut grass outlet 11 is provided behind the facing portion. The objectives and effects described are achieved. In FIG. 1, the discharge port 11 is provided offset to the right side of the deck 4.
[0020]
The rotary cutting blade 3 is a propeller-shaped flat plate, and has a longitudinal central portion attached to each of the drive shafts 8, 9, and 10. A cutting blade 3 a for cutting turf grass is provided at the rotating front edge of the protruding flat plate. It has a configuration in which two cutting blades are provided in one rotation having a blade plate 3b that scatters and discharges turfgrass at the rear edge of the rotation. As described above, three rotary cutting blades 3 are provided side by side in the left-right direction with the central drive shaft 8 as the head in the traveling direction. Although not shown, the drive shafts are interlocked and connected by a rotary power transmission tool such as a V-belt so that they are driven at the same angular velocity. Are assembled with a phase difference of 90 degrees. However, the rotary cutting blades 3, 3. The cutting edge position of is different.
[0021]
An outer peripheral standing wall 70 that guides the cut turfgrass is provided at an outer peripheral portion with a predetermined gap from the tip rotation trajectory of these rotary cutting blades 3. Referring mainly to FIG. 1, the driving direction of the rotary cutting blade 3 of the left drive shaft 9 and the rotary cutting blade 3 of the central drive shaft 8 is set to the right drive rotation in the same direction, and the cut turfgrass discharge port 11 is provided. Since only the rear side of the rotary cutting blade 3 of the central drive shaft 8 is provided, the front wall side of the outer peripheral wall 70 is the cutting blade in order to expedite the discharge of the turf grass cut by the rotary cutting blades 3 and 3 that rotate in the same direction. The front edges of the rotation trajectory are connected by a substantially straight front connecting standing wall 71 tangentially connected, and the rear wall is connected by rear standing walls 72, 72 having an equal gap from the rotation trajectory. The outside and ceiling are covered with deck 4. A reinforcing bar 86 having a round bar matched to the shape of the lower edge of the deck 4 is welded from the left and right sides of the lower edge of the deck 4 to protect the lower edge of the deck 4 during mowing work.
[0022]
Next, the rotary blade 3 of the central drive shaft 8 and the rotary blade 3 of the right drive shaft 10 will be described. Both the drive shafts 8 and 10 face each other so that the rotary blades 3 and 3 are discharged rearward. Therefore, the front wall side of the outer peripheral standing wall 70 is connected by the standing walls 73 and 73 which are equidistant from the rotation trajectory so that the cut turf grass is not easily mixed. Further, as described above, the discharge port 11 is offset from the right side of the deck 4, but the left rotary cutting blades 3, 3 that discharge the cut turf grass have a larger discharge amount. Is opened from the center rear portion of the rotary cutting blade 3 rotation locus of the central drive shaft 8 to the left rear portion of the rotation cutting blade 3 rotation locus of the right drive shaft 10. As shown in FIG. 4, a deck rear air passage 78 composed of a horizontally long ceiling plate 74, a bottom plate 75, and left and right horizontal plates 76 and 77 is attached to the discharge port 11, and the mower 12 is connected to the turf grass on the ground side. The cut turf grass is sent out from this rear deck air passage 78 when the turf grass is cut down and discharged to the rear.
[0023]
Front hinge stays 79, 79 are provided on the left and right of the rear portion of the ceiling plate 74 of the rear deck air passage 78, and rear hinge stays 80, 80 are provided at positions corresponding to the upper front part of the shooter 7. Thus, the above-described hinge 57 is configured. The shooter 7 has a horizontally-long rectangular inlet edge 81, and the protruding rear edge of the deck rear air passage 78 is overlapped inside the inlet edge 81 via a hinge 57. As a result, when the mower 12 is moved up and down by the lifting actuator 41, the deck 4 moves up and down, but the front part of the shooter 7 also moves up and down as the deck 4 moves up and down. The shuter 7 is a cylindrical body having a horizontally long rectangular cross section and extending in the front-rear direction, and an outlet edge 82 of the cylindrical body is superposed inside the intake port 55 of the intake cylinder 56. The inside of the shooter 7 is a path for transporting the cut turfgrass, and turfgrass may be clogged in the path, so an open / close lid 83 for cleaning is provided on the ceiling. Further, in the example shown in the figure, the passage of the horizontally long rectangular cross section of the shooter 7 is a long cylindrical body extending in the front-rear direction and having a width of about the same width, so the turf grass is less likely to be clogged without being compressed during conveyance.
[0024]
When a similar floor opening / closing lid 84 is provided in the floor portion between the left and right steps 25, 25 shown in the overall perspective view of FIG. 7, and the above-described opening / closing lid 83 of the ceiling portion of the shooter 7 is made of a transparent material, Turf grass clogging can be easily checked from the driver side.
[0025]
[Effects of the invention]
In the present invention, as described above, a plurality of rotary cutting blades (3, 3,...) Are juxtaposed between the front and rear wheels (1, 2), and the upper and sides of the rotary cutting blades (3, 3...) Are covered. A blower case (6) in which a mower covered with a deck (4) as a body is mounted so as to be movable up and down, and a blower (5) is installed in the vicinity of the rear end in a side view between the left and right rear wheels (2, 2). Is fixed,
The rear part of the deck (4) is connected to a shooter (7) formed in a horizontally long rectangular cross section with substantially the same width in the front and rear directions through a hinge (57) of the horizontal axis, and can swing up and down.
The entrance side of this shooter (7) is displaced to one side in the left-right direction between the wheel treads,
The rear end of the shooter (7) is inserted into the intake port (55) of the intake cylinder (56) connected to the blower case (6) at a position lower than the axis of the rear wheel (2). Since it is the structure of the mowing grass discharge apparatus of the characteristic mower, there exist the following technical effects.
[0026]
By providing the blower case in the vicinity of the rear end between the rear wheels, the interior blower can be disposed in the rear part of the moving vehicle, and the longitudinal length of the apparatus can be shortened. A mower deck that can be moved up and down between the wheel bases of the front and rear wheels and a shooter that connects between the blower case fixed to the rear of the fuselage can be provided below the treads of the front and rear wheels of the fuselage. Since the part does not protrude greatly to the side of the fuselage, driving of the moving vehicle is easy.
[0027]
The entrance side of the shooter connected to the rear of the deck is displaced to one side in the left-right direction between the wheel treads, and the height of the shooter outlet side is set lower than the axis of the rear wheel. The shooter can be placed in an obliquely downward direction and the length of the shooter can be increased, and the height of the shooter exit side can be lowered, so that the anteroposterior tilt angle of the shooter that tilts back and forth at the end of the work can be reduced. resistance is reduced, it is possible to reduce the grass of jam into the chute.
Furthermore, since the shooter 7 has a long rectangular cross-sectional passage that is a long cylindrical body with substantially the same width in the front-rear direction, the turf grass is not compressed and is not clogged during conveyance.
