【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来、化粧用あぶらとり紙の場合、顔面に浮く皮脂を取り除くのが、目的であったので、拭き取った後は、捨てるだけの商品であった。本発明は顔面の皮脂を取る素材紙（不織布を含む）の面に、油分を吸収しない薬剤で、文字や絵、写真等の摸様の形状に印刷、吹き付け、塗布等を設け、顔面の皮脂拭き取り後に、素材紙面に占いやゲーム，くじ等が現出させることを特徴とすることにより、意外性、と遊び感覚が加味され、ことわざとか、ものしり、等知識の伝達として、又コマーシャル、販売促進用としての宣伝効果等、使い分けによる用途が多く考えられ、従来油分を取るだけであったあぶらとり紙に部分的に浸透しない箇所を設けることにより付加価値が加わるようにした。

【課題を解決するための手段】
あぶらとり紙の素材紙に部分的に油分を吸収しない薬剤として安全性も高く医療用品・食品副資材にも使用されているフッ素系保護処理剤で耐油・耐水・耐溶性の無色透明の薬剤を、印刷、写真、吹き付け、塗布等の方法で設けておき、外見的には通常のあぶらとり紙とかわらないが皮脂油分を吸収した後に油分を吸収しない薬剤を設けた部分だけが素材紙のまま残り、例えば文字、絵、写真等が現出させることを特徴とした。
請求項に記載したように、耐油・耐水・耐溶性のフッ素系保護処理剤で油分吸収後に模様部分を現出するようにした。

【発明実施の形態】
本発明は、油分を吸収する素材紙のあぶらとり紙（不織布を含む）に油分を吸収しない薬剤を部分的に印刷、吹き付け、塗布等で設け、油分を吸収した部分は、紙本来の特性として半透明になるが、薬剤を設けた部分は、元の素材紙のまま残り、例えば文字、絵、写真等が浮き出るようなっているが、化粧用のあぶらとり紙は、ごく薄の天然パルプ等を使用し、男女とも顔面に浮上する皮脂を拭き取る目的で製造販売されており、欧米並みに動物食品が多くなった現代の食生活では、特に若者の顔面の皮脂浮上が旺盛であぶらとり紙の使用率は、年々増加しているので、あぶらとり紙の本来の目的を損なわない為に油脂を吸収しない印刷部分はベタ刷りを少なくし、細かくても明確に印刷できるプリンター例えば噴射式インクジェットプリンター機器等の使用配慮が必要である。

紙の材料として再使用が可能である。
２） ゴミとして焼却した場合、使用するエネルギー消費量は、ラミネート紙
の約１／３程度ですむ。
３） 自然分解性を損なわないため、埋め立て処理も可能である。
本発明の実験の薬剤処方としては、下記の通りで実施した。
無水アルコール ８５％
水 １０％
フッ素系保護処理剤 ５％
フッ素系保護処理剤と水をよく混ぜてのち、無水アルコールを加えた。
アルコールだけでは、充分溶解しなかったり、気泡したりするので，適性な１０％の水を加え、製品の均一性を保つため印刷後は、アルコール分が残らないよう速やかに乾燥させた。上記の配合で本発明のあぶらとり紙は、浸透しない部分の文字、絵、写真等が鮮明に浮き出ることが出来た。紙の質、厚みにより多少違いが出ると思われたので印刷時に試し、濃度のコントロールをしたが、今回テストした薄手のパルプは、上記の配合で充分であった。

【発明の効果】
本来、油脂を取る目的だけのあぶらとり紙であり、使用後は、捨てるものであった。しかし最大のあぶらとり紙の需要者は、油脂食品を多く摂る若年層であるから若者志向の商品を提供することが売上の増強につながる物であると思われるし、紙質は研究により余分な皮脂を吸収するよう改良され、収納方法も取り出しやすいプルポップ方式や、鏡付等改善されているが、本発明の様にあぶらとり紙自体を多面的活用した商品は今までに無く、現代の若者志向を取り入れて、遊び感覚を盛り込み、消費者の関心度を高める商品として、娯楽性、販売促進、情報知識の伝達、実用性に富んだ本発明は、今後広く応用する事が出来るもので、あまりコストもかからず使用後は、従来捨てていたものを利用して活かすリサイクル時代に合った商品でもある。
