【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a part of oil-resistant, water-resistant, and solvent-resistant chemicals that do not absorb oil on oil-blowing paper for the purpose of removing oil, and is provided by a method such as printing, spraying, application, etc. In addition to the purpose of displaying patterns such as pictures and photographs and taking oil, it relates to oil blotting paper that can provide a sense of play and practical added value.
[0002]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, in the case of cosmetic oil blotting paper, the purpose was to remove sebum that floated on the face. The present invention is a chemical that does not absorb oil on the surface of the material paper (including non-woven fabric) that removes sebum from the face, and is provided with printing, spraying, application, etc., in the shape of a wrinkle such as letters, pictures and photographs. After wiping, it is characterized by fortune telling, games, lotteries, etc. appearing on the surface of the material, adding unexpectedness and a sense of play, as a way to convey knowledge such as sayings, things, etc., commercials, sales There are many uses depending on the usage, such as advertising effects for promotion, and added value by adding a part that does not penetrate partially into oil blotting paper, which had previously only taken oil.
[0003]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Oil-free, water-resistant, and water-resistant, colorless and transparent chemicals that are highly safe as chemicals that do not partially absorb oil in oil blotting paper and are also used in medical supplies and food auxiliary materials. , Printing, photography, spraying, coating, etc., it looks like normal oil-blotting paper, but only the part with the chemical that does not absorb oil after absorbing sebum oil remains as raw paper For example, characters, pictures, photographs, etc. appear.
As described in the claims , a pattern portion appears after oil absorption with an oil- resistant, water-resistant, and solvent-resistant fluorine-based protective treatment agent .
[0004]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a printing agents that do not absorb oil to the material paper Blotting Paper to absorb oil (including non-woven) partially blown, provided by a coating or the like, the portion that has absorbed oil as the inherent properties of paper Although it becomes translucent, the part where the drug is provided remains as it is in the original material paper, such as letters, pictures, photos, etc., but the oil-blowing paper for makeup is very thin natural pulp, etc. It is manufactured and sold for the purpose of wiping off the sebum that floats on the face for both men and women. Since the usage rate is increasing year by year, the printing part that does not absorb oils and fats does not impair the original purpose of oil blotting paper, so that it is less solid and prints finely and clearly. It is necessary use considerations such as chromatography equipment.
[0005]
The drug to be used for the effected portion that does not penetrate oil is not intended to be partially provided to have an effect as in the present invention, but is used for blocking bacteria in medicine, medical clothing (hospital gowns, drapes, sheets). Etc.) For the purpose of using oil-, water-, and water-resistant food by-products (cartons for take-out of oil-based foods, food service clothes, gas station uniforms, etc.), the overall impregnation of the product is ensured so that the blocking effect is not lost. Or it is already widely used in Japan, USA, Europe, such as impregnating the raw material itself. It is a fluorinated protective treatment that is licensed by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration), the most stringent sanitary standard. The manufacturer specifies the following items.
1) Can be disposed of as burnable garbage without affecting the recyclability of the base paper.
It can be reused as a paper material.
2) When incinerated as trash, the energy consumption is about 1/3 that of laminated paper.
3) Since it does not impair the natural degradability, it can be landfilled.
The drug formulation for the experiment of the present invention was performed as follows.
85% absolute alcohol
10% water
Fluorine-based protective treatment agent 5%
After thoroughly mixing the fluorine-based protective treatment agent and water, anhydrous alcohol was added.
Alcohol alone does not sufficiently dissolve or bubbles, so appropriate 10% water was added, and after printing, it was dried quickly so that no alcohol remained after printing to maintain product uniformity. With the above blending, the oil blotting paper of the present invention was able to clearly reveal characters, pictures, photographs, etc. that did not penetrate. Since it seemed that there were some differences depending on the quality and thickness of the paper, we tried it at the time of printing and controlled the density. However, for the thin pulp tested this time, the above formulation was sufficient.
[0006]
【The invention's effect】
Originally, it was oil blotting paper only for the purpose of removing fats and oils, and was discarded after use. However, the largest consumers of oil-blotting paper are young people who consume a lot of oil and fat foods, so it seems that providing younger-oriented products will lead to increased sales. It has been improved so as to absorb water, and the storage method has also been improved with a pull-pop method and with a mirror, etc., but there are no products that use blotting paper multifaceted like the present invention, and it is a modern youth-oriented As a product that incorporates the sense of fun and enhances consumer interest, the present invention, which is rich in entertainment, sales promotion, information knowledge transfer, and practicality, can be widely applied in the future. It is a product suitable for the recycling era that uses what was previously discarded after use without incurring costs.
