Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vibration generating motor used for a calling function of, for example, a mobile communication device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-13860 and Japanese Patent No. 2518781, a method of inserting a rotating shaft into a vibrator and caulking and fixing the rotating shaft with a mounting member of the vibrator, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-48369. As described above, there are known a method in which a rotating shaft is press-fitted into a vibrator and fixed, or a method in which a rotating shaft is inserted into a vibrator and fixed by welding as disclosed in JP-A-6-98496.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the conventional fixing method has an advantage that the vibrator can be reliably fixed to the rotating shaft in a short time, but the vibrator needs an attachment member for fixing to the rotating shaft. However, when the motor is reduced in size and the thickness of the mounting member is reduced, problems such as breakage of the mounting member due to the occurrence of cracks and instability of the vibrator fixing due to insufficient force for caulking the rotating shaft occur.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to solve such a problem and to provide a vibration generating motor with excellent durability in which a vibrator is unlikely to be detached from a rotating shaft even if the size is reduced.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The vibration generating motor according to
[0006]
When such a configuration is adopted, when the rotary shaft is inserted into the shaft insertion groove and compressed with a force applied in a direction perpendicular to the shaft fixing surface in the vicinity of the shaft insertion groove in the vibrator, the vibrator is pressed. A recess is formed, and the inner wall surface of the shaft insertion groove close to the press recess is projected inward. This overhang reduces the width of the shaft insertion groove, and the rotation shaft is sandwiched between the inner wall surfaces of the shaft insertion groove. As a result, the vibrator is securely fixed to the rotating shaft. In particular, as the motor becomes smaller, the structure for attaching the vibrator to the rotating shaft becomes finer. For this reason, for example, in the conventional vibration generating motor in which the vibrator has a mounting member for fixing the rotating shaft, the thickness of the mounting member becomes thin and the mounting member is easily damaged. According to another aspect of the present invention, the vibration generating motor includes a vibrator having a very simple structure in which a shaft insertion groove is formed, and the rotation shaft is sandwiched and fixed by the shaft insertion groove narrowed by the formation of the press recess. . For this reason, even if the motor is miniaturized, each part of the vibrator maintains a constant thickness, so that the vibrator is not damaged. As a result, the vibration generating motor of

【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
[0021]
That is, by pressing and compressing the vicinity of the shaft insertion groove in the vibrator, a press concave portion is formed in the vicinity of the shaft insertion groove in the vibrator and the inner wall surface of the shaft insertion groove is projected inward. This overhang reduces the width of the shaft insertion groove, and the rotation shaft is sandwiched between the inner wall surfaces of the shaft insertion groove. For this reason, the vibrator is securely fixed to the rotating shaft, and even if the motor is downsized, the vibrator does not come off the rotating shaft. As a result, if this invention is used, the vibration generation motor excellent in durability can be manufactured.
