本発明は歯科において口腔内外科的処置を行う際顎骨の両側に粘膜弁(歯肉弁)を開いた状態を保持するフラップホールダーに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、抜歯後骨及び歯肉が固まった後、歯肉を開いて歯周病剥離、掻爬施術、GBR、GTR又は骨に穿孔した孔内にインプラント処置等の外科処置を施す際両側に開いた歯肉弁は閉鎖しようとして手術部を覆い勝手となるため、歯科衛生士に開いた状態を保たせ、その状態でインプラント処置等を行う必要があり、施術に歯科衛生士の協力が必要であり、狭い口中において手術は困難をきわめた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は口腔内の粘膜剥離を伴う外科的処置における粘膜弁(歯肉弁)を両側に開いた状態を保持することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するため本発明は
間隔を介在させた2条の水平弾性条のそれぞれ両端に起立円弧形弾性条の両下端を一体に接続してフレームを形成し、上記2条の水平弾性条に粘膜弁刺し止め用小針を外側に向って設けてなる歯科用フラップホールダー
によって構成される。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明では図2に示すように欠如した臼歯部の粘膜弁(歯肉弁)6、6を切開して両側に開いて骨膜を露出し、開いた歯肉弁6、6にフレーム3の水平弾性条1、1の間隔wを起立円弧形弾性条2、2の弾力に抗して縮小し、その状態で水平弾性条1、1を開いた歯肉弁6、6に当接すると粘膜弁刺し止め用小針4、4が両側の歯肉弁6、6に刺さり、歯肉弁6、6を両側に開いた状態に保つから、その状態で顎骨頂部5に外科的処置(施術)を行うことができる。

【実施例】
歯ぐきの中心線(頂部5)に沿って臼歯7及び前歯8が認められる。臼歯7又は前歯8が欠如すると歯ぐき9の頂部5は粘膜(歯肉)によって閉鎖され上下の顎骨10も固まる。

歯の欠如した上下の顎骨10の頂部5の歯肉弁6、6を頂部中心線に沿って切開して両側に開き、開いた状態を保持するものである。

即ち顎骨10の頂部5の両側に亘るほぼ一定間隔wを介在させた2条の水平弾性条1、1のそれぞれ両端に起立円弧形弾性条2、2の下端を一体に接続した方形(図2実線)又は扇形(図2仮想線)のフレーム3を形成する。

上記水平弾性条や起立円弧形弾性条1、2はステンレス鋼線条(ワイヤー)又は合成樹脂線条によって形成され、粘膜弁刺し止め用小針(フラップホールド針)4、4もステンレス鋼針又は硬化弾性合成樹脂製針が用いられ、上記フレーム3の形状寸法には臼歯部用、前歯部用(図2仮想線)又は小数歯用等がある。又上記フレーム3にはすべてステンレスワイヤフレームによるもの、2条の水平弾性条1、1が合成樹脂線条によるもの、円弧形弾性条2、2のみ合成樹脂弾性線条によるもの等が用いられ、オートクレーブによる高温洗浄可能のものや、使い捨てのもの等が用いられる。上記フレーム3には装着専用ピンセットが用いられる。

上記口腔内外科処置には上下の顎骨10の頂部5に穿孔し、これに金属又は宝玉類11を螺入又は嵌合してこれを顎骨10に固定し、これに義歯12を装着するインプラント処置等が含まれる。

上記口腔内外科処置後は上記フレーム3を歯肉弁6、6から取外し、義歯付近の歯肉弁6、6は縫合わされる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上述のように口腔内外科処置に際し顎骨の頂部の両側に切開した粘膜弁(歯肉弁)を両側に開いた状態を人手を要することなく保持し、その間安全に顎骨の頂部における施術を行い得る効果がある。
