[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a flap holder that holds a state in which mucosal valves (gingival flaps) are opened on both sides of a jawbone during an intraoral surgical procedure in dentistry.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, after extracting the bone and gingiva, the gingiva is opened on both sides when the gingiva is opened to perform periodontal disease removal, curettage, GBR, GTR or surgical treatment such as implant treatment in the hole drilled in the bone Since it covers the surgical part in an attempt to close, the dental hygienist must be kept open, and implant treatment should be performed in that state. Surgery was extremely difficult.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to maintain a state in which a mucosal valve (gingival flap) is opened on both sides in a surgical procedure involving mucosal detachment in the oral cavity.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, a frame is formed by integrally connecting both ends of a standing circular arc-shaped elastic strip to both ends of two horizontal elastic strips with an interval between them. It is constituted by a dental flap holder in which a small needle for preventing mucosal valve puncture is provided on an elastic strip so as to face outward.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, the mucous membrane valves (gingival flaps) 6 and 6 of the missing molar portion are incised and opened on both sides to expose the periosteum, and the horizontal elastic strip of the frame 3 is opened on the opened gingival valves 6 and 6. When the interval w between 1 and 1 is reduced against the elastic force of the standing circular arc shaped elastic strips 2 and 2 and the horizontal elastic strips 1 and 1 are brought into contact with the opened gingival valves 6 and 6 in this state, the mucosal valve is stuck. Since the small needles 4 and 4 are inserted into the gingival valves 6 and 6 on both sides and the gingival valves 6 and 6 are kept open on both sides, a surgical treatment (treatment) can be performed on the crest 5 in this state.
[0006]
【Example】
Molar teeth 7 and anterior teeth 8 are observed along the center line (top 5) of the gums. When the molar 7 or the front tooth 8 is absent, the top 5 of the gum 9 is closed by the mucous membrane (gingiva) and the upper and lower jawbones 10 are also solidified.
[0007]
The gingival flaps 6 and 6 of the top 5 of the upper and lower jawbone 10 lacking teeth are cut along the center line of the top and opened on both sides to maintain the open state.
[0008]
That is, a rectangular shape in which the lower ends of the upright arc-shaped elastic strips 2 and 2 are integrally connected to both ends of the two horizontal elastic strips 1 and 1 with a substantially constant interval w between both sides of the top 5 of the jawbone 10 (see FIG. 2 solid lines) or a fan-shaped frame 3 (imaginary line in FIG. 2).
[0009]
The horizontal elastic strips and the standing arc-shaped elastic strips 1 and 2 are formed of stainless steel wires (synthetic wires) or synthetic resin wires, and the small needles (flap hold needles) 4 and 4 for preventing mucosal valve puncture are also stainless steel needles or Hardened elastic synthetic resin needles are used, and the frame 3 has a shape and size for molar teeth, anterior teeth (imaginary line in FIG. 2), or decimal teeth. In addition, the frame 3 is made of a stainless steel wire frame, two horizontal elastic strips 1 and 1 are made of synthetic resin filaments, and arc-shaped elastic strips 2 and 2 are made of synthetic resin elastic strands. Those that can be washed at high temperature by an autoclave, disposable ones, and the like are used. A dedicated tweezers is used for the frame 3.
[0010]
In the intraoral surgical procedure, the top 5 of the upper and lower jaw bones 10 is perforated, and a metal or jewel 11 is screwed or fitted into the jaw bone 10 to fix it to the jaw bone 10 and a denture 12 is attached thereto. Etc. are included.
[0011]
After the intraoral surgical procedure, the frame 3 is removed from the gingival valves 6 and 6, and the gingival valves 6 and 6 near the denture are sutured.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention holds the mucosal valve (gingival flap) incised on both sides of the top of the jawbone during the oral surgery as described above without opening the both sides, and during that time, the operation on the top of the jawbone can be performed safely. There is an effect that can be done.

FIG. 2 is a state diagram of an intraoral surgical procedure.
