Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a swimsuit misalignment prevention structure.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems]
In swimwear that has been used in the past, while swimming, the parts such as the buttocks and the chest are shifted up or down. Such misalignment of the swimsuit not only causes a decrease in fit, but also impairs the appearance.
[0003]
Accordingly, a main object of the present invention is to provide a swimsuit misalignment prevention structure that can prevent the swimsuit from slipping off the body while swimming.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the swimsuit slip prevention structure according to the first aspect of the present invention is provided with a slippage preventing part made of a silicone-based elastomer fixedly provided on the edge of the swimsuit or on the back side in the vicinity of the edge, The misalignment prevention portion is formed by arranging a large number of dot-like protrusions in a dotted pattern.
[0005]
On the other hand, in the swimsuit misalignment prevention structure according to the second aspect of the present invention, a misalignment prevention portion made of a silicone-based elastomer is fixedly provided on the edge of the swimsuit or the back side in the vicinity of the margin, and there are a plurality of misalignment prevention portions. The linear protrusions of the books are formed so as to be substantially parallel to each other.
[0006]
According to these inventions, the displacement preventing portion made of a silicone-based elastomer is in close contact with the surface of the skin, and the displacement of the swimsuit is prevented by frictional force.
In other words, in the present invention, a large number of point-like protrusions are arranged in a dotted shape, or a plurality of line-like protrusions are arranged substantially parallel to each other, so that these protrusions are difficult to get into the skin. Therefore, the effect of preventing deviation increases.
By the way, generally, a swimsuit is often formed of a highly stretchable fabric. Here, since the point-like protrusions and linear protrusions of the present invention do not cover the entire back surface of the swimsuit, the pitch between the protrusions increases as the swimsuit stretches, so the elasticity of the swimsuit There is little risk of damage.
[0007]
The structure for preventing misalignment of a swimsuit according to the third aspect of the present invention is the elastomer that constitutes the misalignment preventive part, in which a misalignment preventing part made of a silicone-based elastomer is fixedly provided on the edge of the swimsuit or on the back side in the vicinity of the edge. The pattern appears on the surface of the swimsuit because the film is exposed on the surface of the swimsuit through the eyes of the fabric of the swimsuit.
[0008]
Silicone rubber and resin have a beautiful surface that is glossy compared to other rubbers. Therefore, a beautiful pattern is formed by exposing the elastomer forming the deviation preventing portion to the surface of the swimsuit. Note that this pattern does not necessarily need to be dotted or linear, and may constitute a mark such as a trademark.
[0009]
In the present invention, silicone rubber or silicone resin can be used as the silicone elastomer, but liquid silicone rubber is most preferable in that it can be produced by a screen printing method. As the liquid silicone rubber, for example, an addition reaction type silicone RTV rubber mainly composed of organopolysiloxane can be used.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
On the edge of the swimsuit 1 shown in FIG. 1 or on the back side in the vicinity of the edge, a slip prevention part 2 is fixedly provided. As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the misalignment prevention portion 2 is formed by arranging a large number of dot-like protrusions 3 made of silicone rubber in a dotted pattern.
[0011]
The shape of the dot-like protrusion 3 does not have to be circular as shown in FIG. 2, and may be X-shaped, star-shaped, rectangular, etc. as shown in FIGS. Further, instead of the point-like protrusions 3, a plurality of linear protrusions 3 </ b> A may be disposed substantially parallel to each other as shown in FIGS.
[0012]
In the present invention, the height H of the dot-like protrusions and linear protrusions shown in FIG. 2B is preferably about 0.5 mm to 3.5 mm, and more preferably about 0.8 mm to 2.5 mm. preferable. The reason for this is that if the height H of the protrusion 3 is too low, sufficient penetration into the skin will not be obtained, so that the effect of preventing displacement will be reduced, while if the height H of the protrusion 3 is too high, the skin will be damaged. This is because the bite is too big and feels uncomfortable.
The outer diameter D of the point-like protrusions 3 is preferably about 2 mm to 5 mm, for example, and the arrangement pitch P in FIG. 2A is preferably set to about 4 mm to 8 mm.
[0013]
In the present embodiment, the silicone rubber constituting the dot-like protrusion 3 enters the fabric 10 of the swimsuit 1 and is fixed to the fabric 10 by the anchoring action of the fabric 10. Furthermore, the silicone rubber is exposed on the surface F of the swimsuit 1 through the eyes of the fabric 10 in the form of a thin film 30, so that, for example, a polka dot pattern appears on the surface F of the swimsuit 1.
[0014]
Next, a method for forming the deviation preventing portion 2 will be briefly described.
First, the fabric 10 is placed on the base 20 shown in FIG. 4A, and the porous plate 21 is placed thereon. Then, the liquid (unvulcanized) silicone rubber 2A is poured. Next, as shown in FIG. 4B, the liquid silicone rubber 2 </ b> A is squeezed using the jig 22 to fill the holes 23 of the perforated plate 21 with the silicone rubber 2 </ b> A. After the filling, as shown in FIG. 4C, when the porous plate 21 is removed, the shape of the liquid silicone rubber 2A becomes a truncated cone or hemisphere over time. Thereafter, the liquid silicone rubber 2 </ b> A is heated or cross-linked at room temperature to fix the displacement preventing portion 2 made of the silicone rubber 2 </ b> A to the fabric 10.
[0015]
The misalignment prevention unit 2 manufactured in this way is firmly fixed to the fabric 10 by the anchoring action (anchor effect) of the fabric 10 and therefore does not easily peel from the fabric 10.
[0016]
By the way, in the present invention, the misalignment preventing portion 2 may be provided in a portion slightly inward of the folded portion 11 of the fabric 10 as shown in FIG. 5 (a), or as shown in FIG. 5 (b). Alternatively, it may be provided in the folded portion 11. Moreover, as a site | part which provides the slip prevention part 2, in addition to the hip line in the swimsuit 1 of FIG. 1, a front side line, a chestline, the shoulder strap of FIG.5 (c), the skirt of the spats of FIG.5 (d), etc. Various sites are possible.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first and second aspects of the present invention, the shift prevention portion made of silicone elastomer is fixedly provided on the edge of the swimsuit or the back side near the edge. Deviation can be prevented by frictional force. Therefore, the fit of the swimsuit can be improved, and the appearance can be prevented from being deteriorated due to displacement.
[0018]
In particular, if a large number of point-like protrusions are arranged in the form of dots, or if a plurality of linear protrusions are arranged substantially parallel to each other to form a misalignment prevention part, each protrusion or the like is difficult to skin. Therefore, the effect of preventing the deviation is increased.
Moreover, since the point-like protrusions and the line-like protrusions do not cover the back surface of the swimsuit in a plane, the pitch between the protrusions increases as the swimsuit stretches, thus impairing the stretchability of the swimsuit fabric. There is no fear.
In addition, about these effects, the point-like protrusion has a larger effect than the linear protrusion.
[0019]
In addition, according to the third aspect of the present invention, the slip prevention portion made of a silicone-based elastomer is fixedly provided on the edge of the swimsuit or on the back side in the vicinity of the border. be able to. Therefore, the fit of the swimsuit can be improved, and the appearance can be prevented from being deteriorated due to displacement.
In addition, since the elastomer constituting the slippage prevention part is exposed to the surface through the eyes of the fabric of the swimsuit, the elastomer is difficult to fabricate, so the slippage prevention part may fall off or peel off due to the anchoring action of the swimsuit fabric. Can be prevented.
In particular, since the silicone elastomer forming the misalignment prevention part is exposed on the surface of the swimsuit, a beautiful glossy pattern of silicone appears on the surface of the swimsuit.
