本発明は、ベアリング,ギヤ,カップリング等の焼きばめに用いる環状金属体加熱装置に関し、詳しくは加熱処理終了後のコア同士の脱離を容易にする技術に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、環状金属体加熱装置としては、環状金属体の内径部にI型コアを挿通し、同I型コアの両端部の各側面をコイルが巻回された加熱用U型コアの両側の先端面と衝合し、同加熱用U型コアのコイルに通電して環状金属体を磁気的に加熱させる構造のものが公知である(例えば特許文献1,2参照)

ところで、前記構造の加熱装置は加熱率の向上や騒音・振動の低減の為、I型コアと加熱用U型コアとの各衝合面を高精度に研磨して密接できるようにしている。従って、衝合面が大きいと帯磁によりI型コアを衝合面に対して垂直方向へ引き外す作業は極めて大きな力を必要とし、人力では非常に困難で労力を伴う問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明が解決しようとする課題は、従来のこれらの問題点を解消し、加熱処理終了後の密接状態にあるコア同士を小さい力で容易に且つ迅速に脱離できる環状金属体加熱装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる課題を解決した本発明の構成は、
1) 環状金属体の内径部にI型コアを挿通し、同I型コアの両端部の各側面をコイルが巻回された加熱用U型コアの両側の先端面と衝合し、同加熱用U型コアのコイルに通電して環状金属体を磁気的に加熱させる環状金属体加熱装置において、前記I型コアの一端部を押圧して加熱用U型コアとの衝合面に沿って摺動させる押圧手段を設け、加熱用U型コアのI型コアの他端部側の衝合面の先端部にローラーをその一部が衝合したI型コア側へ突出するように軸支し、押圧手段で摺動させたI型コアをローラー上へ乗り上げさせることで加熱用U型コアから容易に脱離できるようにしたことを特徴とする環状金属体加熱装置
2) 加熱用U型コアの衝合面の一部を切り欠いて凹所を形成し、同凹所にローラーをその一部が衝合面から突出するように軸支し、I型コアの衝合面のローラーと対向する部分を斜めに切り欠いて傾斜面を形成し、I型コアの摺動時にその端部が引っ掛かることなくローラー上へ円滑に乗り上げて脱離できるようにした前記1)記載の環状金属体加熱装置
3) 押圧手段が、垂直のI型コアの下端部を保持するコアホルダーを設け、同コアホルダーにレバーの先端部を連結し、同レバーの操作でI型コアをコアホルダーで衝合面に沿って上昇させて脱離できるようにしたものである前記1)又は2)記載の環状金属体加熱装置
4) コアホルダー及びレバーを加熱用U型コアの衝合面に対して進退させるスライド台を設け、同スライド台にコアホルダー及びレバーを取り付けた前記3)記載の環状金属体加熱装置

本発明では、I型コアの一端部を押圧手段で加熱U型コアとの衝合面に沿って摺動させると、I型コアの他端部が加熱用U型コアのローラー上に乗り上げて加熱用U型コアから脱離する。従って、従来のように衝合面に対して垂直方向へ引き外すような労力を伴う作業をすることなく、小さい力で容易に且つ迅速に脱離させることが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明のローラーは加熱用U型コアの端部から突出するように取り付けてもよいが、加熱用U型コアの衝合面の一部を切り欠いて凹所を形成し、同凹所にローラーをその一部が衝合面から突出するように軸支し、I型コアの衝合面のローラーと対向する部分を斜めに切り欠いて傾斜面を形成すると、I型コアの摺動時にその端部が引っ掛かることなくローラー上へ円滑に乗り上げて脱離できるので好ましい。

押圧手段としては、垂直のI型コアの下端部を保持するコアホルダーを設け、同コアホルダーにレバーの先端部を連結した構造のものが、てこの要領でI型コアをコアホルダーで衝合面に沿って上昇させて迅速に脱離できる。また、コアホルダー及びレバーを加熱用U型コアの衝合面に対して進退させるスライド台を設けると、I型コアやワークが大型のものでも楽に移動して容易に衝合・脱離できて好ましい。以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて具体的に説明する。
